기업교육에서 블렌디드 학습의 효과성에 관한 연구 (Effectiveness of Blended Learning at Corporate Education & Training Setting)

  • 기업에서 실제로 수행된 블렌디드 학습(Blended Learning)의 효과성을 규명해보고 이를 토대로 온라인 학습과 오프라인 학습을 효과적으로 병행하기 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 본 연구가 수행되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 블렌디드 학습의 효과성에 대한 설명적 혼합설계 방식으로 체제적 분석을 시도하였다. 블렌디드 학습의 효과에 대한 양적 분석 결과, 종합진단과 타인진단에서는 블렌디드 학습이 리더십 역량을 향상시키는데 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 사후 설문조사 및 핵심 면담대상자집단과의 면담 결과 블렌디드 학습의 유용성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 블렌디드 학습 방식으로 운영한 프로그램의 분석을 통해 블렌디드 학습 효과에 영향을 주는 특성을 분석하고, 블렌디드 학습의 효과성 검증에 대한 방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

대학수업 적용을 위한 처방적 혼합학습 설계 모형에 관한 연구 (A Study of the 'Prescribed Blended Learning Design Model' for University Class Application)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학수업에서 혼합학습 설계시 고려하여야 할 주요영역을 설정하고, 실제 사례에 근거하여 실천적이고 처방적인 '혼합학습 설계모형'을 개발하여 혼합학습을 설계 실행하고자 하는 교수자에게 실제적 도움을 주는 것이다. 위의 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하고 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 대학수업 적용을 위한 처방적 혼합학습을 설계하기 위한 주요영역을 설정하였다. 둘째, 대학수업 적용을 위한 처방적 혼합학습 설계과정과 각 단계별 특징을 제시하였다. 셋째, 혼합학습 설계과정과 그 특성들을 종합한 '처방적 혼합학습 설계모형'을 제시하였다. 위의 연구목적을 달성하기 위해, 문헌연구, 조사연구, 형성적 사례연구를 수행하였다.

혼합학습 프로그램이 간호대학생의 윤리적 가치관에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Blended Learning Program on Ethical Values in Undergraduate Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to investigate the effects of a blended learning program on ethical values in undergraduate nursing students. Methods: This study was a one group pretest-posttest design. Seventy-one undergraduate nursing students who were taking a nursing ethics course at K University in S city were conveniently selected. The blended learning program was undertaken for 120 minutes one day weekly for 15 weeks. It consisted of case-based learning through an online method combined with problem-based learning offline. Scores for ethical value were measured using the ethical values scale. Results: The ethical values score increased significantly in the students after the blended learning (p=.004). Of the subgroup of ethical values human-life, relationship with collaborator, and nursing job scores increased significantly in students after the blended learning, respectively (p=.034; p<.001; p<.001), the score for area as relationship with nursing clients decreased significantly in the students after the blended learning (p<.001). Conclusion: The blended learning program was identified as an educational program which induces a positive effect on the development of ethical values in undergraduate nursing students, and in future it can be utilized in nursing ethics education.

Influence of supplementary cementitious materials on strength and durability characteristics of concrete

  • The present study is focused on the mechanical and durability properties of ternary blended cement concrete mix of different grades 30 MPa, 50 MPa and 70 MPa. Three mineral admixtures (fly ash, silica fume and lime sludge) were used as a partial replacement of cement in the preparation of blended concrete mix. The durability of ternary blended cement concrete mix was studied by exposing it to acids HCl and $H_2SO_4$ at 5% concentration. Acid mass loss factors (AMLF), acid strength loss factor (ASLF) and acid durability factor (ADF) were determined, and the results were compared with the control mix. Chloride ions penetration was investigated by conducting rapid chlorination penetration test and accelerated corrosion penetration test on control mix and ternary blended cement concrete. From the results, it was evident that the usage of these mineral admixtures is having a beneficiary role on the strength as well as durability properties. The results inferred that the utilization of these materials as a partial replacement of cement have significantly enhanced the compressive strength of blended concrete mix in 30 MPa, 50 MPa and 70 MPa by 42.95%, 32.48% and 22.79%. The blended concrete mix shown greater resistance to acid attack compared to control mix concrete. Chloride ion ingress of the blended cement concrete mix was low compared to control mix implying the beneficiary role of mineral admixtures.

치기공학과 학생들의 블렌디드 러닝 흥미도와 만족도 간의 연관성 (A Study on the Relationship Between Blended Learning Interesting and Satisfaction on Students majoring in Dental Technology)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the analysis blended learning interesting and satisfaction on students majoring in dental techniques. Method: The study subject were 181 students from Gimcheon university. Data for this survey was obtain by self-administration method. This questionnaire consist of $lecture^{\circ}$Øs interesting and satisfaction when using an blended learning in the lecture. SPSS 22.0 was used. Analysis of frequency was used and two sammple t-test was used to identify significantly different blended interesting and sataisfaction within the grade. Multiple regression was used to which interestings affect the satisfaction. Results: First, there were significant differences in the grade among the blended interesting and sataisfaction, while on differences in participation satisfaction(p<0.05). Second, The correlation coefficient is 0.714 between blended interesting and staisfaction, Third, Multiple regression showed that the $lecture^{\circ}$Øs interesting applying blended learning affects the satisfaction(p<0.05). Conclusion: Given the findings of the study, lecture applying blended learning seem to be efficient education programs to improve lecture's interesting & satisfaction.

수학 성취도가 낮은 학생의 보충 지도 과정에서 블렌디드 e-러닝과 개별화 교수체제의 효과 비교 분석 (The comparison on the learning effect of low-achievers in mathematics using Blended e-learning and Personalized system of instruction)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the impact on low-achievers in mathematics who studied mathematics using Blended e-learning and Personalized system of instruction after school. Blended e-learning is defined as the management of e-learning using the e-study run by the education office in local. Personalized system of instruction was proceeded as follows; (1) all students are given a syllabicated learning task and a study guide, (2) students study the material autonomously according to their own pace for a certain period of time, (3) the teacher strengthens the students' motivation through grading and feedback after students study a subject and solve the evaluation problem. The learning materials for Personalized system of instruction are re-edited the offline education contents provided by the blended e-learning to the level of students. The 118 $7^{th}$ grade students from the D middle school participated in this study. The results were verified by achievement tests before and after the study, as well as survey regarding their attitude toward mathematics. The results are as follows. First, Blended e-learning has more positive impacts than Personalized system of instruction in mathematics achievement. Second, there was no difference in mathematics achievement according to their self-directed learning between Blended e-learning and Personalized system of instruction. Third, both types utilizing Blended e-learning and Personalized system of instruction have positive effect on attitude toward mathematics, and there is not their difference between two methods of teaching and learning mathematics.

혼합 시멘트 모르타르의 내구특성 (Durability Characteristics of Blended Cement Mortars)

  • In this study, durability performance of blended cement mortars is evaluated when various mineral admixtures are used with the cement. A comprehensive evaluation of the effects of mineral admixtures on the mortar performance was made. The properties of fresh and hardened blended mortars investigated include slump flow and compressive strength. The durability characteristics of cement materials incorporating the mineral admixtures under various physical and chemical causes of deterioration was investigated. The laboratory test results indicate that mechanical and durability properties of blended cement mortars have superior performance rather than ordinary cement mortars.

대학에서의 블렌디드 수업에 관한 소고 -수업 선호도를 중심으로- (The Understanding of the blended instruction in the College focused on the preference to the type of blended instruction)

  • Expectations and interests in blended learning are increasing as universities respond to the educational flow of transition to e-lernring. This study tried to explore and understand the meaning of and the properties of blended instruction. In addition, through the literature review, this study was to find out how bleanded learning affected in teaching and learning situation. Particularly, it was to find out students' preference to the type of blended instruction. Those types are the mixed of or the unique of class instruction(off line), on line, and recorded instruction. To investigate learners' preference to the type of the instruction and also the reason of the preference, in this study, the 27 undergraduate students of the fourth grade in the major of mathematics education in the C university located in G area. By the result, most students preferred the mixed type of instruction involving off line and recorded instruction. The reason is that they could attend to the class while participating in the group activity positively and understand the content through the communication in depth and the instructor's feedback. Because of this reason, they did not prefer to the only one type insturction such as the recorded type.

온라인 학습상황과 학습자의 학습스타일이 블랜디드 러닝 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of online learning situation and learners' learning style on satisfaction in Blended Learning)

  • 본 연구는 블랜디드 러닝 상황과 학습자의 특성에 따른 학습자의 만족도 차이를 살펴보아 블랜디드 러닝 실제에 도움을 주고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 블랜디드 러닝의 온라인 학습상황을 세 가지 유형으로 분류하여 블랜디드 러닝 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 블랜디드 러닝 참여자들의 학습스타일을 유형별로 분류하여 그 특성이 참여자의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 블랜디드 러닝 만족도는 크게 웹환경 만족도, 콘텐츠 만족도, 면대면수업 만족도, 일반적 만족도의 네 가지로 나누어 살펴보았다.

협력학습을 위한 혼합학습 전략 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Blended Learning Strategy for Collaborative Learning)

  • 협력학습이 효과적인 교수모형으로 인식되고 있고, 최근 기본적인 학습 환경은 면대면 강의실 환경일지라도 e-러닝 환경의 장점을 부가적으로 활용하는 혼합학습 형태의 수업이 급격히 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고아직 협력학습을 위한 체계적인 혼합학습 전략에 대한 연구는 많이 부족하다. 이 연구에서는 면대면 환경에서의 협력학습 모형을 기반으로 혼합학습 전략을 개발하고, 실제 학습 현장에 적용하여 수업의 만족도를 알아보기 위한 설문을 실시하였다. 설문 내용은 학습자 기초 조사를 위한 문항, 수업 전반에 대한 만족도, 혼합학습 환경에서의 협력학습에 대한 만족도, 협력학습 각 단계에 적용된 혼합학습 전략 및 지원도구에 대한 만족도 등의 문항으로 구성하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혼합학습이 면대면 강의실 수업의 부족한 부분을 보완할 수 있겠는가에 대한 응답자들의 답변은 5점 Likert scale의 평균 4.09로 조사되었고, 혼합학습 환경에서의 협력학습이 면대면 환경에서보다 더 효과적이었는가에 대한 답변은 평균 4.06으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 협력학습의 각 단계에서 적용한 혼합학습 전략과 지원도구의 활용에 대한 만족도는 모든 문항에 대해서 평균 4.0이상으로 만족도가 매우 높게 조사되었다. 셋째, 혼합학습 전략에서 사용된 지원도구 중 학습자들이 가장 유용하다고 인식하는 순서는 채팅, 팀별 커뮤니티, 메일&쪽지, 자료실 순으로 조사되었다. 마지막으로, 향후 학습관리시스템의 협력학습 모듈을 설계할 때에는 이와 같은 연구 결과를 적극 반영해야함을 제언하였다.
