Sand Blast를 이용한 Glass Wafer 절단 가공 최적화 (Optimization of Glass Wafer Dicing Process using Sand Blast)

  • A Sand blasting technology has been used to address via and trench processing of glass wafer of optic semiconductor packaging. Manufactured sand blast that is controlled by blast nozzle and servomotor so that 8" wafer processing may be available. 10mm sq test device manufactured by Dry Film Resist (DFR) pattern process on 8" glass wafer of $500{\mu}m's$ thickness. Based on particle pressure and the wafer transfer speed, etch rate, mask erosion, and vertical trench slope have been analyzed. Perfect 500 um tooling has been performed at 0.3 MPa pressure and 100 rpm wafer speed. It is particle pressure that influence in processing depth and the transfer speed did not influence.

그리드 컴퓨팅을 이용한 BLAST 성능개선 및 유전체 서열분석 시스템 구현 (Performance Improvement of BLAST using Grid Computing and Implementation of Genome Sequence Analysis System)

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 생물정보학 연구에서 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 BLAST의 문제점을 분석하고 이에 따른 해결책을 제시하기 위하여 그리드 컴퓨팅을 이용한 G-BLAST(Grid Computing을 이용한 Basic Local Alignment Search Tool)를 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 G-BLAST을 이용한 시스템은 이기종 분산 환경에서 수행이 가능한 서열분석 통합 소프트웨어 패키지이며 기존 서열분석 서비스의 취약점인 검색 성능을 개선하여 BLAST 검색 기능을 강화 하였다. 또한, BLAST 결과를 사용자가 관리 및 분석이 용이하도록 데이터베이스 및 유전체 서열분석 서비스 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 G-BLAST시스템의 성능확인을 위하여 병렬컴퓨팅 성능테스트 기법을 도입하여 구현된 시스템을 기존 BLAST와 속도 및 효율부분에서 비교하여 성능개선을 확인하였으며 서열결과 분석에 필요한 자료를 사용자관점에서 제공해주고 있다.

  • This paper describes a VLSI implementation of BLAST detection for MIMO-OFDM systems. To achieve high speed requirement, we propose the fully pipeline architecture for BLAST structure. This design is implemented using $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS technology. For a 4-transmit and 4-receive antennas system, it takes $7.5{\mu}s$ to calculate nulling vector and detection order from 48 channel matrixes.

발파진동 제어에 의한 특수구간 터널굴착에 관한 연구 (A Study on Tunnel Excavation by Controlled Blast Vibration at Particular Environment Conditions)

  • It was difficult to apply conventional excavation methods in some sections from Seoul to Pusan high speed rail road construction of 1 lot 2, due to highway concrete road, gas pipe, water pipe and nearby factories with automatic control system machine. To excavate safely and efficiently in these sections new blast patterns were employed within allowable blast vibration level, by test blast and controlled vibration by sequential blast. Behaviors of the rock mass including convergence and displacement around tunnel were measured with construction works and the crack width in concrete wall was also monitored for controlling allowable limits. The results can be summarized as follow : 1. The allowable blast vibration level in structure site is less 1.0cm/sec for highway concrete, 0.5 cm/sec for gas pipe, water pipe and building housing and 0.3 cm/sec for automatic control system machine. 2. The convergence displacement, single rod extensometer and multi rod extensometer around tunnel and cracks in concrete wall were measured, it was confirmed that the measured values were converged within allowable level. 3. The empirical formular of ground vibrations with 90% confidence lines for PD-3 was given as follow. $$V_{90%}=45.549({\frac{D}{\sqrt{W}}})^{-1.353}$$

마코프 에러형태 하에서의 Blast 프로토콜의 수율 분석 (Throughput Analysis for Blast Protocols under Markov Error Type)

  • In this paper, a Variation of Blast with Go-Back-N(V-BGBN) protocol is proposed, which differs from Blast with Go-Back-N(BGBN) and Blast with Full Retransmission on Error(BFRE) protocols in the retransmission strategy of packets. Performances of these three protocols under correlated packet errors are analyzed. Throughput efficiency of an arbitrary packet is obtained under the assumption that the round trip delay and the packet length are respectively constant. Recursive formula and difference equations are used as analytical tools. Correlation of packet errors is modelled by a two state Markov chain. The throughput efficiencies under these protocols are compared. V-BGBN protocol is shown to be superior to other two protocols in high speed network.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the fundamental data of durability which effects on the Carbonation of concrete by adding various admixture additives. Thus, We have experimented the accelerated test on the concrete blending which was admixed by blast furnace slag, fly-ash, silica fume , durability amelioration and it was cured 7weeks after twenty eight days water curing. The result of this experiment is that Carbonation speed increased extremely when water cement ratio went up, and by growing of replace cement ratio of admixture additives. The specimen which was added fly-ash, blast furnace slag, silica fume has the faster Carbonation speed than the specimen which was not added admixture additives. All of these specimen, fly-ash has the fastest progress speed.

벼 도열병 Epidemics에 미치는 재배 포장 실황기상 요인 (Real-Time Micro-Weather Factors of Growing Field to the Epidemics of Rice Blast)

  • 벼 도열병 발병 모의 실황 포장을 발병 상습지(안동대 실험포장; 산간 협곡 위치한 천수답)에 설정하여 벼 식물생육군락(일품벼 공시)의 실황 기상자료를 무인기상관측 장치를 통해 수집, 가공하여 도열병 발병에 미치는 기상요인의 가변값을 추정, 분석하였다. 기상요소 측정은 시험포장에 무인기상관측장치를 설치하여 매시단위로 기온, 상대습도, 일사량, 강우량, 풍향, 풍속, 지온, 잎습전지속 시간 등을 측정하였다. 각 기상요인중 도열병 발병에 가장 많은 영향을 미친 것은 발병 전 10일간 평균최고기온으로 결정계수 0.95*을 나타냈으며, 도열병 발병에 영향을 가장 미치지 않은 요인은 풍속으로 결정계수 0.24$^{ns}$ 로 나타났다. 도열병 발병과 병 진전에 가장 높은 유의성을 보인 기상요인은 평균온도(T-ave), 최고온도(T-max), 상대습도(RH), 상대습도 90%이상인 누적시간(RD) 등이었으며, 이들을 이용한 통계적 모형은 아래와 같다. Y = -3410.91 - 23.91 $\times$ T-ave + 28.56 $\times$ T-max + 41.0 $\times$ RH - 3.75 $\times$ RD, ($R^2$= 0.99*), (T-ave >= 19$^{\circ}C$ and T-max - T-ave >= 5.2$^{\circ}C$ and RH% >= 90.4%. 발병모형과 발병심각도의 적합도 검정($\chi$$^2$)은 유의도 0.001로 발병모형이 실제 발병 심각도와 유사함을 나타내었다.

Fabrication of mineral fiber via melt spinning method from blast furnace slag

  • Mineral fiber, or be called mineral wool when it assembles in large amounts, is a kind of wide applied man-made material with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. In this work, mineral fiber was produced via melt spinning method by using iron blast furnace slag as raw material. Two critical experimental parameters for fabrication were investigated: melt pouring temperature and rotating speed of spinning wheels. The mineral fiber produced under the condition of melt pouring temperature $1500^{\circ}C$ and spinning speed 4000 rpm, showed the smoother surface and most quality, while the others had rough surfaces or with heavy shots. In general, mineral fibers with the size in the range of $12{\sim}49{\mu}m$ in diameter and 8~130 mm in length can be fabricated by this method, and the production rate is more than 34 wt.%, which could be up to 57 wt.% at maximum.

Blast vibration of a large-span high-speed railway tunnel based on microseismic monitoring

  • Ground vibration is one of the most undesirable effects induced by blast operation in mountain tunnels, which could cause negative impacts on the residents living nearby and adjacent structures. The ground vibration effects can be well represented by peak particle velocity (PPV) and corner frequency ($f_c$) on the ground. In this research, the PPV and the corner frequency of the mountain surface above the large-span tunnel of the new Badaling tunnel are observed by using the microseismic monitoring technique. A total of 53 sets of monitoring results caused by the blast inside tunnel are recorded. It is found that the measured values of PPV are lower than the allowable value. The measured values of corner frequency are greater than the natural frequencies of the Great Wall, which will not produce resonant vibration of the Great Wall. The vibration effects of associated parameters on the PPV and corner frequency which include blast charge, rock mass condition, and distance from the blast point to mountain surface, are studied by regression analysis. Empirical formulas are proposed to predict the PPV and the corner frequency of the Great Wall and surface structures due to blast, which can be used to determine the suitable blast charge inside the tunnel.

  • 수중음파통신은 지상과는 다른 환경적 문제에 의해 고속 데이터 전송률을 얻기 위해서는 여러 가지 어려움이 있다. 고속 데이터 전송을 위해서 다중안테나 전송방식에 대해서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. V-BLAST 알고리즘은 무선통신에서 다중안테나 전송방식에 적용되고 검파방식이다. 본 논문에서는 수중음파채널에 대해서 여 MIMO 시스템의 VBLAST 검파 방식에 대해서 성능을 분석한다.
