2010/11년 F/W 겨울 서울시와 다롄시의 스트리트 패션에 나타난 여성 의복색 비교 분석 (An Compatative Analysis on the Color Trend of Women's Street Fashion in Seoul and Dalian on 2010/11 F/W)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic information to improve competitiveness of Korean fashion brands in the Chinese fashion market by taking photos of street styles in Seoul that is the hub of Korean fashion and in Dalian, the northeastern district where Korean fashion brands are launched as a test market China to compare and analyze the clothing colors preferred mostly by young women in their twenties and thirties who have the highest purchasing power. The study methods used literature review and empirical study simultaneously. Dalian and Seoul are two fashion cities in northeast of China and Korea where street fashion was photographed. Clothing colors that were mainly worn by young women in their twenties and thirties were qualitatively analyzed using the photos taken. Color analysis was based on the Munsell Color Order System to grasp general preferences of colors on the basis of previous researches, and color tones were based on the ISCC-NBS System. In order to grasp the basic materials on Seoul, the Korean fashion city and Dalian, the northeastern fashion city in China, street fashion styles of 2010/11 F/W season were compared and analyzed. As a result, black and deep tone PB color appeared most frequently. The vivid and strong tone of R, YR, Y color showed high frequency of clothing colors. For the top wear, women in both areas preferred similar tones in the YR color category and Dalian women preferred vivider and brighter S tones in the R color category. For the bottom wear, women in both areas highly preferred achromatic colors and colors in the PB color category. For bags, women in both areas preferred black and colors in the YR color category. Finally, for the shoes, while women in both areas preferred black in the achromatic color category, they showed different color preferences in the chromatic color category. R color categories were preferred by the women in Seoul and the YR color categories were preferred by the women in Dalian. Conclusively, women in both cities highly preferred achromatic colors especially black for the top and bottom wear, bags, and shoes. It may reflect their desire to look refined and slender through colors. Moreover, continuous and steady research on fashion trends in Seoul and Dalian may have positive effects on Korean fashion businesses that plan to be launched in China, the area of competition for global brands.

흑미 첨가 막걸리의 항산화 및 발효 특성 (Antioxidant Activity and Fermentation Characteristics of Traditional Black Rice Wine)

  • 본 연구는 흑미를 첨가하여 막걸리를 제조하여 항산화 및 발효특성을 살펴보았다. 항산화 활성은 대조구에 비해 흑미 첨가구가 높았으며 특히 DPPH 라디칼 소거능은 안토시아닌 함량과 비례하였다. 발효 3일째, pH는 급격히 감소하였으며 대조구에 비해 흑미 첨가구가 낮았다. 환원당과 유리당은 1일째 급격히 증가하였다가 그 이후 감소하는 경향을 나타내었는데 이는 발효 초기에 당화 효소 활성으로 쌀의 전분이 glucose와 maltose 등으로 분해되기 때문이다. 모든 유기산은 발효 동안 증가하였으며 lactic acid가 가장 높은 증가율을 나타내었다. 발효 동안 흑미 첨가 막걸리의 lactic acid와 succinic acid는 대조구와 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 발효 초기 젖산균수가 증가하여 3일째 최대에 달하였으며 이는 lactic acid가 급증한 시기와 일치하였다. 또한 흑미 첨가량이 많을수록 젖산균수가 높았다. 색도는 흑미의 붉은색의 영향으로 대조구에 비해 흑미 첨가구의 a값이 높았다. 관능검사 결과 외관은 흑미 첨가구가 높은 점수를 받았으나 전체적으로 단맛과 신맛의 영향을 받아 대조구와 20% 첨가구를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 흑미를 첨가할수록 항산화 성분은 증가하나 관능평가 결과로 보았을 때 흑미는 20% 수준 첨가하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 양질의 우량 밥밑콩 육성 및 유전자원 확보의 가능성을 검토하고자 전국에서 수집된 검정콩 965계통들에 대한 형태적, 생태적인 작물학적 특성을 조사한바 그 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 1. 수집검정콩 계통의 엽형은 97%가 광엽이었다. 2. 검정콩 수집계통의 90%가 자색꽃을 지녔으며 백색인 계통도 전국적으로 고르게 분포하였다. 3. 수집 검정콩계통의 9a%가 갈색 모용을 지니고 있었다. 4. 검정콩 수집계통들의 협색은 갈색이 60%, 담갈색이 27%, 암갈색이 10%를 차지하였다. 5. 검정콩 수집계통들의 개화일수는 35~78일의 변이폭을 보였는데 전 계통의 61%가 61~70일 사이에 본포하였다. 6. 결실일수는 89%가 61~80일 사이에 분포하였으며 생육일수는 92~147일의 변이폭을 나타내었다.

중국 경극 의상의 색채특성 (Color Characteristics of the Costumes of the Beijing Opera)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide color information in order to planning and merchandising in china fashion through the color of Beijing opera. In objective study, we collect total 302 Beijing opera images. The collecting method of source data is to extract digital color data by color picker. We transform RGB color data to H V/C, CIE L*a*b and analyze the attributes of color and tone, three-dimensional analysis. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The color distrbution of Beijing opera is R(26.9%)>YR(18.2%)>PB(11.6%)>Y(9.6%). Traditional preference color, red is most popular color as 26.7%:, the practice of vivid tone red is numerous. 2. The tone distribution of Beijing opera costume is P(16%)>It(13.9%)>d(11%)>5(9.6%)>4kg (8.2%)>b(7.1%:). The value o# Beijing opera costume distribute medium and medium-high and the chroma of those distributes low. 3. High chroma yellow is restrictive color as the symbol of emperor in china but medium-low chroma yellow is very frequently used. 4. Blue is often used in china costume. Especially in Beijing opera costume blue is symbol of bravery, dignity, cruel character 5. White in Beijing opera costume is much used for symbol of righteous loyalist. Black is less used than white in Beijing opera costume and black is authority color for symbol of the prime minister.

울산지역 원삼국시대 흑색토기의 재질 및 발색 특성 (Characterization of Materials and Color Formation for Black Potteries from the Proto-Three Kingdoms Period in Ulsan, Korea)

  • 이 연구에서는 울산의 원삼국시대 장현동과 중산동 및 교동리 유적에서 출토된 흑색토기에 대하여 태토의 재료학적 특성과 제작기술을 검토하였다. 흑색토기의 표면은 흑색이지만 속심은 흑색 또는 적황색을 보인다. 현미경 관찰 결과, 태토는 붉은색 철산화물이 풍부한 토양을 사용하였으며 주로 석영과 알칼리 장석 및 운모류가 동정되었고, 부분적으로 미르메카이트 조직의 입자가 관찰된다. 또한 SiO2와 Fe2O3 및 CaO 함량에서 다소 차이가 있는 것으로 보아, 각 유적지 주변에 분포하는 모암과 태토의 조성이 영향을 준 것으로 판단되며 근거리에서 채토하여 토기를 제작한 것으로 보인다. 라만분광분석 결과, 이 토기의 흑색층에는 비정질 탄소인 연매가 사용되었다. 표면층과 접하는 기질에서는 투명한 갈색의 칠이 관찰되었고 탄소가 농집된 것으로 보아, 흑색층은 연매와 옻을 칠하여 흑색발색을 유도한 것으로 해석된다. 태토의 광물조성과 미세조직으로 볼 때 이 토기의 소성온도는 750~850℃의 범위로 추정되며, 칠은 468℃에서 열분해되었다. 따라서 흑색을 이루는 연매와 칠의 혼합층은 소지의 소성 이후에 칠해진 것으로 판단된다.

  • 본 연구는 수정란 이식에 의해 생산된 울릉칡소의 모색분포의 조사를 통해 울릉칡소의 모색 고정에 필요한 기초자료로 활용하고자 실시하였다. 1. 울릉칡소의 모색 분포는 황모 24.3%(67/276두), 흑모 13.0%(36/276두)와 호반모 62.7% (173/276두)의 분포를 보였으며, 입식우의 호반모 출현율이 66%(105/159두)로 관내이식에 의해 생산된 칡소의 호반모 비율 58.1%(68/117두)보다 다소 높은 경향이었다. 2. 성별에 따른 모색의 분포를 조사한 결과, 수컷의 경우 황모의 비율이 18.1%(25/138두)로 암컷의 31.4%(43/137두)에 비해 출현율이 낮은 반면, 호반모의 비율은 68.1%(94/138두)로 암컷의 56.9%(78/137두)에 비해 다소 높게 나타났다. 3. 비경의 흑반점의 강약에 따른 호반모의 발현 양상을 분석한 결과, 비경의 흑반점이 강할수록 호반모의 흑모 발현율이 높은 것으로 사료된다.

현대 여자 한복에 나타난 전통 색상의 변화에 관한 연구 (A study on the change of traditional colors in modern women's Hanbok)

  • Modern Hanbok tends to use new colors based on traditional colors and their symbolic meanings. In addition to the traditional colors, various expressions have been increased, it is necessary to consider the color and color trend used in modern clothing. This study focused on the period 2011 - 2020 and analyzed the main color and coloring method of top and skirt by year with 450 data from a total of 81 wedding magazines. The results of examining the characteristics of traditional colors during the target period are as follows. First, the main color of the Jeogori showed a distribution of various colors in the first half, but the main color of the skirt concentrated on black, white and light pink in the second half. Second, while the use of blue and green systems decreased, Dang-ui color changed to warm yellow, green, and red systems. The Baeja used plain dark white in the first half; however in the latter half, they changed to white or accented colors. The one-piece used various colors in the first half, but only black and white appeared in the second half. Third, in the upper and lower colors of Hanbok, the blue-red color, the traditional contrast color of the first half, decreased significantly in the second half. The appearance rate of proximity for the complementary color harmony of white-red color and the adjacent color harmony of white-blue increased.

색채기호도와 성격특성 및 개인적 요인과의 관계 연구 (The Relationship between Color Preference and Personality Traits & Personal Factor)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between color preference and personality traits & personal factor among secondary school girls. Personality traits were measured. with Lee et al's Personality Scale. The questioniare measuring color preference consists of items designed to assess color and clothing color(T-shirt and slacks) preference and color repugnance. These questionaire were administerd to 576 middle and high school girls in Chungbuk Province. As statistical analysis, chi-square, F-test and correlation were used. The result were; 1. The order of prefered colors were white, yellow and green, and the order of repugnated colors were gray, red and red purple. 2. Personality traits was no signifcant related to color perference and repugnance. 3. Color perference was positively related to age, residential area and type of school. Color repugnance was positively related to age, residential area, type of school and educational background of mother. 4. Yellow red, yellow and white T-shirt were prefered in spring and autumn, white and blue T-shirt were prefered in summer, and black, gray and red T-shirt were prefered in winter. White and blue slacks were prefered in spring, summer and autumn seasons, and black, gray and blue slacks were prefered in winter. 5. There was a positive relationship between color perference and T-shirt color, but was no positive relationship between color perference and slacks color.

  • For the development of 100[W] stage lighting, quantitative and uniform color mixing that applied through color adopted Simple-Inverse matching so that color mixing can be possible along Black Body Locus. R,G,B(Red, Green, Blue) LED(Light Emitting Diode) arrangement through LED package character analysis, LED module, and the characteristic of device were considered for uniform color mixing. A distance changeable optical device was built to assure high uniformity and high diffusion of not only the middle of diffusion side but also the border side. Also, we developed the control power circuit that can expand up to 6 channels which are possible for quantitative color mixing, and the high uniformity and high quantified border light for color mixing control and the verification of color mixing characteristics by composing GUI(Graphical user interface) including color mixing simulator. By presenting the experimental results of light color control, we proved the usefulness of our developed border light and the proposed color mixing method.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the anthocyanin content of black rice crude extract according to different extraction methods, as well as to compare the effects of stabilizers(${\beta}$-cyclodextrin, maltodextrin) and sugars(sucrose, maltose) on anthocyanin color deterioration, which was examined at $100^{\circ}C$ for $120{\sim}180$ min. In the water extract, C3G (cyanidin-3-glucoside) was detected, 3.22 ppm and 3.29 ppm of C3G respectively. In the $60^{\circ}C$ water extract, anthocyanin color deterioration was retarded by 10% sucrose and 1% maltose and the thermal color deterioration was retarded by the additions of 1% maltodextrin and 1% ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin.
