An Assessment Study for The Impact of Startup Club Activity by Bizcool Students on Their Entrepreneurship Will and Maturing Their Career Path (특성화 고등학생들의 창업동아리활동이 창업의지와 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향)

  • About 500 Bizcool High School will be designated by the year of 2017. The policy of designating Bizcool will promote startup club activity among Bizcool high school Student. In particular, the startup club activities will help Bizcool high school student fixing their career path after graduation by enhancing their creativity, leadership, team spirit, and problem solving ability through understanding the concept of entrepreneurship and embodying the startup process taking real startup experience. Hence, this paper set and test hypothesis of assuming the differences with respect to entrepreneurship will and maturing career path whether they have startup club activity as presenting Bizcool high school or not. The empirical test have bee done over 274 Bizcool high school students. The result have shown that significant level of differences(Determinants and Confidence) are found between the group of having startup club activity and those of not having.

  • This study is supposed to grasp how The Entrepreneurship education(BizCool) that has been set as an example since April, 2002 has changed the Vocational high school students' perception of values or courses and then as the result of it, to get the early outcome of The Bizcool. The extent of the model schools mainly concentrated in the industrial and commercial department has to be spreaded to the students of various departments. In addition, diversification of the teaching material would be able to support the accomplishment of the suitable The Bizcool. The effectiveness of The Bizcool has been proven in various parts today, so its application is being magnified gradually. Also it is expected that many schools will adopt this program from now on. The Bizcool that has been executed to enhance the vision and self-confidence of the vocational high school students for their foundation, needs first of all, persistent support, investment and administration, and through these processes it will contribute to change the awareness about social unemployment problems and the vocational high schools.

  • 'Entrepreneurship' spread like fashion, then it was a term that is no stranger to the youth. Entrepreneurship education for young people is being activated. Recently conducted many educational institutions, as well 'Bizcool' entrepreneurship education. Performance will be clear that the purpose of education and, where appropriate, external training. Currently operating business through 'Bizcool' homepage, 'Bizcool' budget is concentrated in high school. Entrepreneurship education are made aware of the need to equip the correct career awareness is spreading. Preliminary founder, as well as for students. Students will be more structured training support. And many more will be supported by the budget. Therefore, the present study is to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship education career awareness satisfaction. And try to give elementary school students, middle school students, high school students due to the difference in effective entrepreneurship education and ways to activate. The first result, entrepreneurship education training information satisfaction has a significant impact on the career awareness. Satisfaction of the second result, entrepreneurship education teaching methods have a significant impact on the career awareness. The third result, operating the way entrepreneurship education has a significant impact on the recognition of the career satisfaction. The difference between the fourth result, depending on the satisfaction of the entrepreneurship education, career awareness, depending on the level of education does not represent. This study, the results of entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on the career recognition. And have a positive 'Bizcool' education could help implication. However, did not differ according to the difference in student career awareness. So I think it would need more concrete preparation. Also want to provide entrepreneurship education opportunities to students based on the results of this study a little more evenly. Career awareness for students through entrepreneurship education from an early age who would establish the correct values. And students will have a huge impact on the development of the society. The purpose of this study was a survey of students who participated in the 2012 'Bizcool Camp'. This study derives meaningful results. But will need to be interpreted with caution. Some students are first surveyed who participated in the 2012 'Bizcool Camp'. Therefore, there is a limit to generalize the findings. Second, junior high school students surveyed rate is low. So there are limits to students representing the difference. Third, most survey respondents per participant. Therefore, the study subjects, as there is a limit. This study, the impact of career awareness, youth entrepreneurship education satisfaction were analyzed by student differences. The results of this study, more study will be needed for students.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a career exploration education to job-seeking anxiety, career maturity and Career decision-making in an effort to prove the effectiveness of career exploration education. The subjects in this study were 65 high school student who were users of B high school in the city of Gwang-Ju. An experimental group and a control group were organized with 65 high school student' each, and a career exploration education was conducted in nine sessions, once a week. The major findings of the study were as follows: The experimental group who participated in the career exploration education felt less job-seeking anxiety, improvement in career maturity and Career decision-making. Second, the experimental group who participated in the career exploration education showed. Third, the experimental group who participated in the career exploration education showed improvement in.

  • 본 연구는 청소년을 대상을 실시한 창업 교육이 청소년의 기업가정신과 창업의지에 미치는 효과 및 창업 행동에 영향을 검증하였다. 창업 교육은 주식회사 슘페터 청소년 창업 프로그램 활용하여 특성화고등학교 1학년 학생 303명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 슘페터 창업 프로그램 커리큘럼의 학습 목표 및 활동내용을 분석을 통해 다양한 키워드를 도출하여 최종적으로 11개의 변수를 채택하여 사전 사후 설문을 실시하였다. 창업교육을 통해 기업가정신이 높아지고 이를 통해 학생들의 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 또한 창업의지가 생기면 창업 행동에 영향을 줄 것이라고 가정했다. 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 기업가정신 및 창업교육 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 슘페터 창업 교육을 받은 고등학생의 1) 기업가정신, 2) 기회발견, 3) 기획력, 4) 창업가적 프로세스, 5) 사회적문제 해결력, 6) 정보수집력, 7) 창의성 역량 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 분석 되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to research and analyze recognition of teachers and students about operating BizCool in technical high school. These results were obtained by questioning teachers and students of high school which operated BizCool. Above of all, On the Teachers' recognition about BizCool. First, the most effective programs in BizCool are the entrepreneurial club activities, and these activites fostering an entrepreneurial mind as the primary benefits of operating BizCool. Second, to activate BizCool they want to employ staff whose responsibility is to organize BizCool because of the demand and pressure involved, and Bizcool entrepreneurial club should be connected with related enterprises. The development and spread of standard managing models is necessary. Third, Students also have to be able to learn essential knowledge about management, increasing their will to rely on themselves, and getting actual chances to conduct business. Finally, On the Students' recognition about BizCool. First, The contents and level of Bizcool, the availability of BizCool material, the fostering and learning of entrepreneurship are relatively easy and they show much interest in systematic entrepreneurial education. Second, the data show that BizCool is helpful for students to create an entrepreneurial mind and increase confidence about conducting business. Third, about school activities. Entrepreneurial club activities did not help to improve students' grades, to develop good habits or to make friends.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the level and effectiveness of youth entrepreneurship and to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship level and career change perceptions, And suggested ways of mutual cooperation and cooperation for activating entrepreneurship education and career education. The research hypothesis is the effect of entrepreneurship on career recognition, the mediating effect of program satisfaction on entrepreneurship and career awareness, and the difference in entrepreneurship change before and after participation in the program First, all factors such as innovativeness, risk sensitivity, entrepreneurship, autonomy, achievement desire, etc., Which are components of entrepreneurship, have positive influence on career recognition. Second, the mediating effect of program satisfaction on entrepreneurship and career recognition has positive effects on innovativeness, enthusiasm, autonomy and achievement desire. However, the risk sensitivity was not significant. Third, as a result of analyzing the difference of change before and after entrepreneurship education, all components of entrepreneurship were analyzed as positive (+). Considering these findings, it is necessary to improve the current method and content of entrepreneurship education to focus on student participation and experience. Second, it is necessary to coordinate and manage entrepreneurship education councils in government ministries with various stakeholders. Third, it is expected that future-oriented education will be possible if software education, entrepreneurship education and career education are integrated and operated in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution.

  • A goal of Bizcool entrepreneurship education targeting on the youth falls on letting understand the process of starts-up, enhance entrepreneurship will and their business creativities rather than training trivial starts-up skills such as writing business plan for successful starts-up. The effects of education enable Bizcoo students to recognize rightly the concept of starts-up training and lead to spread out demand for entrepreneurship education. The feedback check-up for how entrepreneurship education affects students getting through of it is necessary and possible to bring its' improvement alternatives. Despite of such highlight, not many measuring tools and indexes of evaluating an effectiveness of entrepreneurship education are developed and studied up until. This research suggests for the optimal indexes for them. In specific, this research 49 the first question sets of evaluating an effectiveness of entrepreneurship education classified 3 large categories and 11 following sub categories each of them such as entrepreneurship orientation, creativity, entrepreneurship preparing activities etc,. representing embedding education effects though entrepreneurship education. This research carry out the empirical survey research utilizing driven question sets against 5 different Bizcools sampling 287 students. The survey research delivers the final 3 large categories and 8 following sub categories(Innovativeness, risk-taking, problem-solving potent, cooperative decision-making potent, efficient behavior capacity, data collecting potent, career search, starts-up search and preparation), and 38 measuring indexes by search and confirming factor analysis. This research never drop the confidence test over each indexes and obtain the proper figures. Last but not least, this research confirm the gap between starts-up club members and non members as to an effectiveness of entrepreneurship education and 9 different indexes.

  • This study examined the problem of entrepreneurship education in Korea, which equate entrepreneurship with startups, unlike the global trend of approaching entrepreneurship with a broad concept. On the basis of overseas cases such as European Union and OECD, this study derived the need for entrepreneurship education from the perspective of thinking and behavioral patterns. In addition, Q methodology was used to reason out various recognition patterns and approach solutions for problems of entrepreneurship education in Korea, such as awareness of the need for entrepreneurship education in concepts separate from start-ups, reasons for infertility, and why it is difficult to activate. This approach was conducted for educators and educatees that carries out entrepreneurship education in Korea. In conclusion, there were four types of subjective perceptions about the difference of entrepreneurship education and startup education, and three types were recognized for the need to differentiate entrepreneurship education from startup education, and the two types that made up the upper majority strongly supported the need for entrepreneurship education to be implemented individually. According to the conclusion, this study proposed the development and spread of common teaching materials made by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of SMEs and Startups, which is the competent Ministry, to train professional teachers, training methods, and continuous refresher education. It also proposed that there should be a social atmosphere for eliminating rejection of entrepreneurship not only among the youth but also the adult population, and for continuous awareness of concepts that can be applied within the organization and the community, and that a policy basis is required to do so.
