정보행태 연구 분야에서 협동적 정보행태 모형의 비교·분석 연구 (A Comparative Analysis of Collaborative Information Behavior Models in Information Behavior Research)

  • 협동적 정보행태에 대한 연구의 중요성이 대두됨에 따라, 다양한 문제 상황에서 협동적 정보행태에 대한 많은 수의 연구가 수행되어 왔고, 그를 바탕으로 여러 모형이 제안되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Prekop(2002), Reddy와 Jansen(2008), Shah(2008), Karunakaran, Spence와 Reddy(2010), Yue와 He(2010) 등이 제안한 5개의 협동적 정보행태 모형들을 비교 분석하고, 그 결과를 토대로 향후 협동적 정보행태 연구의 지향점을 논의하였다. 협동적 정보행태에 대한 기존 연구의 한계를 극복하고 후속 연구를 위한 전략은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 이용자 그룹 및 문제 상황에 따른 협동적 정보행태의 연구가 요구되며, 둘째, 협동적 정보행태에서 나타나는 다양하고 복잡한 측면을 다루는 총체적인 연구의 접근이 필요하고, 셋째, 제안된 협동적 정보행태 모형에 대한 논의와 일반화의 검증이 필요하다. 특히, 국내외 환경을 반영한 경험적 연구를 바탕으로 제안된 모형이 수정 보완되어야 할 것이다.

의복쇼핑성향에 따른 온라인 구전 정보탐색행동에 관한 연구 (A study on online WOM search behavior based on shopping orientation)

  • Since consumers have become more comfortable with providing and receiving information online, 'online word of mouth' has been gaining consideration as one of the major information sources. Also, the shopping orientation of consumers has been proven to be an important determinant of consumer behavior. Therefore, the study investigated the differences in online WOM behavior based on shopping orientation. Hedonic, loyal, and syntonic styles were the types of shopping orientation considered, and the study focused on information retrieval tendencies, the motivation of online WOM search, searching online WOM sources, and the contents for the online WOM behavior. The research conducted an off-line survey targeting females in their twenties. The total number of data sets used in the empirical study was 125, and these were analyzed by SPSS 20.0: factors analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, k-means cluster, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney, and Bonferroni correction. The participants were divided into 3 kinds of shopping orientation groups named 'trend-pursuit', 'passive', and 'loyal'. As a result, there were significant differences in online WOM behavior discovered between the groups. Firstly, the 'trend-pursuit' group had the highest number of ongoing searches while the 'loyal' group had the highest number of pre-purchase search. Secondly, the 'trend-pursuit' and 'loyal' groups both had the motivations of online WOM search, hedonic and utility, whereas the 'passive' group had the lowest motivations for both motivations. Thirdly, the 'loyal' group frequently referred to reviews on shopping malls as online WOM sources. The research provided a better understanding of the online WOM behavior of present consumers and suggests that fashion related corporations map out marketing strategies with the understanding of these behaviors.

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest marketing strategies to internet fashion shopping malls identifying factors that customers consider important. Data were collected by survey questionnaire and the subjects were 322 men and women in their twenties and thirties living in Seoul and Kyung-gi. SPSS 10.0 package were used and reliability, frequency, cross tabulation, chi-square, paired t-test, ANOV A and Duncan test were conducted for data analysis. The results were as follows. I) Subjects placed the most importance on providing the precise and detail information of products but its satisfaction level was low. 2) Subjects considered the ‘low price’ very importantly but its satisfaction level of it was not high. 3) Subject's importance and satisfaction level of ‘point system’ were about an average. 'Point system' has to be activated by using systems such as 'point network system' by pointbanking co. as one of price-cutting strategies. 4) Internet fashion shopping mall users treated 'the security system of personal data' importantly while they were not sufficiently satisfied with the system. 5) Female placed more importance on design and color of products and suppliance of the trendy items.

라이프스타일에 따른 직장여성의 외식소비행태에 관한 연구 - 대전지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Dining Out Consumption Behavior of Working Women Based on Lifestyle - Focused on Daejeon City -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 라이프스타일에 따른 직장여성의 외식소비행태에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하기위한 연구이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대전지역에 거주하는 직장여성 350명을 상대로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 실증분석을 위하여 배포된 응답자의 설문지를 data coding과정을 거쳐 SPSS 12.0 for Window를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 빈도분석, 기술 분석, 신뢰성분석, 요인분석, 군집분석을 사용하였다. 라아프스타일에 대한 요인분석결과로 나타난 유행 추구형, 외식 지향형, 건강 지향형, 브랜드 지향형, 여가 지향형, 재태크형 안정 추구형의 7개의 요인별 요인점수를 기준으로 군집분석을 실시하였다. 요인접수를 바탕으로 전체 집단의 수를 분석한 결과 4개의 집단에서 표본의 수가 가장 안정적이고 균형을 이루고 있어 4개의 집단으로 군집을 분류하였으며 분석결과 직장여성의 라이프스타일에 따른 외식소비행태에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 단, 매장 내에서의 삭사소요시간은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 직장여성들에 대한 라아프스타일이 외식소비행태에 풍요한 변수로 작용한다는 사실로 미루어 직장여성을 중심으로 한 인구통계학적 특성과 외식소비행태에 관련한 마케팅 계획이 절실이 필요하다.

Suggestion on Chinese Clothing Market Launching : Focused on Foreign Students's Clothing Buying Behavior in Korea

  • This paper is a study on the information required for developing Korean clothing products intended for Chinese students in Korea and for opening markets of Korean clothing and brands in China. It analyses the buying behaviors, purchasing ability, the favourite apparel type for clothing, and satisfaction with Korean clothing and brands of Chinese students in Korea, with which it seeks a program for South Korea branding to enter into the Chinese clothing market. Three hundred fifty seven students of Hannam University and PaiChai University Chung nam National University in Daejeon-city took part in this study. This paper adopts Descriptive Analysis, Crossing Analysis, Bivariate Correlations, and One-way ANOVA in SPSS 17.0 with Post Hoc Multiple Comparisons to know about the impact of demographic variables of Chinese students in Korea on buying information sources, the criteria for store selection, buying capacity, praise degree on various properties of Korean clothes products and their satisfaction with Korean clothes products. The first proposal of expanding China market for Korean merchants is to achieve maximum sales based on sales promotion strategies, such as the credit card corporations, the store display and sales person service development, SPA, design size development, and to upgrade consumption values. The second proposal is Korean clothes corporations should open the Internet shopping corresponding to the physical stores, the most frequently used information source of Chinese students is the network, from the age distribution of Internet users in 2008 in China, population above 10 and below 30 accounts for 66.7% of all users, In recommending clothes made in Korea to Chinese young people, on-line advertising will get better effects than other strategies, specially during advertisement, they should take good use of Korean television shows and variety shows or help Chinese poor areas to do the social contribution hereby to improve the public image of Korean clothes corporations, which can bring good sale promotion effects as well.

  • The purpose of this study is to make clear the importance of the physical environment as the factor of service evaluation and to establish the decisive factors with the expansion of the existing research model. This is also designed to suggest the administrative marketing strategies based on the customer research on the physical environment factors which can affect their shopping behavior who have visited the hotel restaurants. According to the results, it is obvious that physical environment have a great effect on service evaluation. It can be concluded that customers' satisfaction felt by physical environment gives positive influence on their shopping and they perceive the environment not individually but as a whole.

Structural novelty detection based on sparse autoencoders and control charts

  • The powerful data mapping capability of computational deep learning methods has been recently explored in academic works to develop strategies for structural health monitoring through appropriate characterization of dynamic responses. In many cases, these studies concern laboratory prototypes and finite element models to validate the proposed methodologies. Therefore, the present work aims to investigate the capability of a deep learning algorithm called Sparse Autoencoder (SAE) specifically focused on detecting structural alterations in real-case studies. The idea is to characterize the dynamic responses via SAE models and, subsequently, to detect the onset of abnormal behavior through the Shewhart T control chart, calculated with SAE extracted features. The anomaly detection approach is exemplified using data from the Z24 bridge, a classical benchmark, and data from the continuous monitoring of the San Vittore bell-tower, Italy. In both cases, the influence of temperature is also evaluated. The proposed approach achieved good performance, detecting structural changes even under temperature variations.

The Study on the Effect of Casino Tourism Policy : Focused on the Casino Tourists Service in Macau Area1

  • Purpose - This study is regarding customer service environment in casino marketing under a study on the factors affecting casino tourist satisfaction based on casino tourists' various needs. Research design and methodology - The study of casino tourism policy factors is proceeded by interviewing tourists of Macao casino. A total of 220 copies were distributed and 193 copies were collected, but 13 copies were not conceded due to insincere responses, and a total of 180 cases were analyzed for this study. Based on the analysis results, the casino tourism policy factors were derived through satisfaction level of casino tourist service as follows. Results - Firstly, the casino tourist satisfaction is a positive influence on casino visits, so efforts should be made to enhance tourist satisfaction when establishing cultural experience programs and casino marketing strategies. Casino culture for tourist should be matured to develop casino tour. In order to increase the satisfaction level of revisiting casino resorts, various cultural products such as clean environment should be developed to enhance the satisfaction level of casino visitors in the future. Secondly, a positive impact of cultural, experiential visits and psychological motivations affect to tourists' psychological stability through cultural experiences as well as casino games. Thirdly, casino tourist satisfaction has been shown to provide a positive impact on behavior intention. Conclusions - Based on the results of this research, the marketing of casino tour is to identify tourists' needs and increase satisfaction.

소비자 가치와 비윤리성에 따른 소비자 불평행동 유형 (The Effect of Consumer Value and Unethicality on the Type of Consumer Complaint Behaviors)

  • This study analyzed the effect of consumer value and unethicality on the type of consumer complaint behaviors. Despite the obvious importance of the research on consumer complaint behaviors focused on consumer's inherent personality, there is relatively little work done. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of consumer complaint behaviors in order to improve consumers' well-being and develop the market condition. The 1,050 respondents are finally analyzed using the descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and multinominal logit model. Consumer value and unethicality are significant effect on the type of consumer complaint behaviors such as no action, private action only, public action only, and both private and action. The orientation of achievement and pleasure among consumers' value is associated with the higher level of complaint behaviors compared with no action. In terms of consumers' unethicality, no harm unethicality is associated with the types of each consumer complaint behavior except no action. On the other hand, both proactive and passive unethicality increase the possibility of no action. The policy implications of the consumer education are suggested as well as the directions of customer management strategies in the business sector.

온라인 게임 사용자의 위험지각과 자기효능감에 따른 게임 중독 예방행위 간 차이분석 : 국내 대학생을 대상으로 한 위험지각태도 프레임웍을 기반으로 (Analyzing the Differences among Online Gaming Users' Gaming Addiction Prevention Behaviors based on Risk Perception and Self-efficacy : Testing RPA Framework on Korean College Students)

  • Many studies have focused on the influences and outcomes of online game addiction. However, few studies have investigated how the online game addiction prevention behavior differs depending on online game user. In order to fill this gap, this study attempts to classify online game users based on risk perception attitude (RPA) framework. More specifically, this research tries to show online game user can be classified into four groups based on perceived risk of online game addiction and efficacy beliefs of online game addiction protection, and to identify how the groups differ in terms of motivation, information seeking, and behaviors for online game addiction prevention. For this purpose, analysis on survey data from 240 Korean college students who use online game reveals that the users can be classified into responsive, avoidance, proactive, indifference groups. Furthermore, there are differences between groups in terms of motivation, information seeking, and behaviors for online game addiction prevention. This study contributes to expand existing literature by providing tailored guidelines for implementation of online game addiction prevention strategies and policy.
