중탄산나트륨 건식공정에서 반응제 혼합 장치 및 백필터 분배장치에 의한 산성가스 제거 영향 (Removal Effect of Acid Gases by Reactant Mixer and Distributor of Bag Filter in Dry Scrubbing with NaHCO3)

  • Sodium bicarbonate ($NaHCO_3$) was used as a reactant for the removal of acid gases from a waste incinerator. The removal efficiencies of HCl and $SO_x$ were tested with a reactant mixing apparatus and a distributor installed at the bag filter inlet. It was shown that the stoichiometric ratio of $NaHCO_3$ to the acid gases which allows a removal of over 90% for both HCl and $SO_2$ was about 1.2. When a reactant mixing apparatus was installed on the duct, the removal efficiencies of HCl and $SO_2$ at the end of the duct were increased by approximately 1.5 and 3 times respectively, compared to when the apparatus was not installed. At the end of the bag filter, the removal efficiencies of the both were as high as 98% with a stoichiometric ratio of 1.35. Installing a reactant mixing apparatus on the duct and a distributor at the entrance of the bag filter and using $NaHCO_3$ as a reactant helped overcome the problem of low removal efficiencies of acid gases by dry scrubbing.

캐니스터와 Tedlar-bag 시료채집법을 이용한 대기 중의 휘발성유기황화합물의 측정 (Measurement of Volatile Organic Sulfur Compounds in Ambient Air by Canister and Tedlar-bag Sampling Method)

  • The measurement of VOSCs(volatile organic sulfur compounds) in the air is nowadays a very important environmental research field. It is, however, very difficult because the concentration of the VOSC in ambient air is usually very low and the high reactivity makes it difficult to keep in container without loss of recovery. In this study, sampling method with cryogenic preconcentration is evaluated for analysis of atmospheric VOSC such as $CH_3SH,\;CH_3CH_2SH,\;CH_3SCH_3,\;CS_2,\;CH_3SSCH_3,\;CH_3SCH_2SCHA_3,\;and\;C_2H_5SSC_2H_5$ analyzed by GC-MS or GC-FID. Repeatabilities of measurement accompanied with preconcentration for 3-successive runs were in the range of 0.2~1.0% as a relative standard deviation. Stabilities up to 13 days were measured in 6 L canister and 10 L tedlar bag filled with VOSCs in ppb level. Higher stability was observed in tedlar bag as compared to canister with glass coated inner walls, and thiol compounds show dramatic losses in canister within 2~3 days. It is found that recovery over 70% was obtained in a week for all tested VOSCs when the compounds from ambient air matrix were stored in tedlar bag. It is also found that the stabilities of VOSCs are depending on humidity and coexisting compounds in matrix gas due to sample adsorption onto inner surface and reactivity. The results indicate the possibility and limitations of VOSC analysis in ambient air using container sampling method with cryogenic preconcentration.

업사이클 브랜드 패션가방제품의 표현 특성 연구 (Study on Expression Characteristic of Fashion Bag Products of Up-cycle Brand)

  • The consumption trend of fashion in modern industrial society is developing from the rapid changes, and the lifespan of fashion products becomes shorter due to the various industrial wastes. Due to the attitude change caused by the ethical consumption consciousness and environment awareness, the up-cycle fashion products got to receive attention, and it is in the limelight as a new trend to realize the sustainable fashion products in the domestic and foreign fashion. The purpose of this study lies in drawing the expression characteristics by investigating and analyzing the cases of each type on the fashion bag products of up-cycle brand, and contributing to the diversification of product family fitting to the characteristics of fashion bag product of up-cycle brand, systematic strategies of up-cycle fashion products, and activation of up-cycle fashion market. In research methods, the theatrical researches were conducted centered the relevant domestic literature materials, preceding papers, etc., which ran paralleled with the actual case analysis study. Through the preceding research and websites related to selected products, websites of up-cycle companies, relevant books, related articles, etc., the expression characteristics of up-cycle fashion bag products were drawn. The results of this study are as follows: First, as it has the feature of historicality, the designs can be created by containing the designer's story, story of materials, and consumer's story. Second, since it has the characteristic of sustainability, the application of manufacturing process and materials, extension of product life, conversion of original material's function, etc. can be sustainable. Third, as it's a trait of scarcity, all products may be produced by hand, and it can have the specialty which the original materials have. Fourth, since it has an eco-friendly trait, even while saving the original materials, the aesthetic needs could be met according to the consumers' continuous demand.

경화공정에 따른 복합재 부품 외부와 내부의 경화 거동 차이에 대한 연구 (Study of Cure Behavior of the External and Internal of Composite Parts)

  • 본 연구는 탄소 복합소재를 이용하여 오토클레이브와 진공백(Vacuum Bag Only) 공정으로 소재의 열전도 계수를구하고 경화 거동 모델을 통해 표면부와 내부의 경화 거동을 예측 및 비교하였다. 공정에 따른 열전도 계수의 변화로 인해 내부 온도가 표면부와 차이를 보였다. 오토클레이브 공정의 경우 높은 열전도 계수를 통하여 표면부와 내부의 온도는 거의 일치를 하였으며, 경화 거동 역시 유사하게 진행이 되었다. 하지만, 진공백 공정의 경우 표면부와 내부의 경화 거동이 많은 차이를 보였다. 이 차이는 부품 내부의 품질 및 공기 배출에 영향을 준다. 기계적 물성 차이를 확인하고자 0도 단방향 시편으로 압축시험을 수행하였고, 그 결과 진공백 성형이 조금 낮은 물성을 갖는다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 공항을 이용하는 승객들의 체크인 과정은 출국하는데 있어서 많은 시간이 소요되고 총 탑승시간까지 상당한 시간이 지체되어 진다. 따라서 수하물의 처리 시 대기시간을 줄이기 위해 공항에서는 셀프서비스가 확대되고 있다. 또한 국내의 생산자동화 시스템에 대한 개발과 제조와 관련한 능력, IT기술은 세계적인 수준이다. 그러므로 SBD (self bag drop)시스템의 국산화를 위하여 국내기술에 접목시킴은 물론 서비스 경쟁력을 갖추어 보다 효율적인 공항운영이 될 것이라 본다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 공항에서 승객이 SBD를 이용할 경우 공항 이용의 최적 상태를 알아보기 위하여 시스템 관련 시뮬레이션을 개발한다. 그리고 국외공항에서의 승객관련 데이터를 확보하여 시뮬레이션을 하여 SBD 시스템 사용할 경우 최적의 승객운영 시스템을 분석한다.

문화상품으로서 토트 가방에 나타난 문화정체성과 디자인 개발 -한복의 모티브를 중심으로- (The Cultural Identity Found in Tote Bags as a Cultural Product and the a Development of a Design -Focused on Hanbok Motifs-)

  • A bag is a daily article carried in one's hand or on one's shoulder for things as well as a fashion item. The functions of a bag were derived to include portability, decorativeness, brand identity, message communicability and cultural identity. Souvenir bags sold at a gallery or a museum are goods to maximize the cultural identity of a bag based on national emblems, exhibitions and characters as design motifs. Based on the typological analysis of souvenir bags showing cultural identity, this study developed a design with a motif of Hanbok from Korean traditional cultural content to develop a tote bag design that reveals Korean cultural identity. Under a traditional Hanbok motif colors, sizes and patterns were reinterpreted in a modern perspective. For such a research purpose, 8 kinds of tote bags were developed. A tote bag design that reflects Korean cultural identity will contribute to raising the potential to develop cultural goods that are modern, popular and differentiated in the global market.

투과율에 따른 백-형상의 필터 표면에서의 유동속도 및 입자궤적 수치해석 (Computational Analysis of Flow Velocity and Particle Trajectory on the Surface of Bag-Shaped Filters with a Different Permeability)

  • 백-형상 필터의 투과율에 따른 필터 표면에서의 유동속도와 입자궤적을 수치해석 하였다. 필터의 투과율이 널리 사용되는 저급의 부직포 백필터의 투과율 이하의 조건에서는, 투과율에 따른 필터 표면에서의 유동속도와 입자궤적 분포의 변화가 아주 미미하였다. 필터의 바닥면 모서리와 출구 근처를 제외한 필터 표면에서 유선들과 반경 방향 유속들이 균일하게 분포하였다. 필터 표면으로의 입자궤적은 필터의 바닥면 모서리 근처에 더 조밀하게 분포하여 그 위치에 도달하는 입자의 수가 가장 많았고, 필터의 출구 쪽으로 향함에 따라 필터 표면에 위치하는 입자의 수는 점점 감소하는 추세를 보였다.

개의 치주질환에 대한 녹차 티백의 효과 (The Effect of Green Tea Bag in Dogs with Periodontal Disease)

  • Ingredient analysis and the medical action of various teas are accomplished on multi angle. However, the research regarding the prevention and a treatment of oral cavity disease, which use the green tea, is still insufficient relatively. In this experiment, the virtue of green tea bag on periodontal disease was studied. This experiment was used in 11 beagles. As a test group, 6 beagles were rinsed their tooth with green tea bag. The remaining 5 beagles were rinsed with filter paper which was soaked with normal saline. The test found no statistical significance in gingival index, plaque index, calculus index and dental pocket depth. But the number of bacteria colonies decreased significantly in test groups. The periodontal disease is related to the number of bacterial colonies. Therefore, this results show that the green tea bag is effective for periodontal disease.

염장고등어의 히스타민 변화 조사 -보관용기 중심으로- (Investigating changes of histamine content in salted mackerel - on storage containers -)

  • In order to find a way to reduce histamine formation when storing salted mackerel at home, a series of experiments were carried to monitor the time-related changes of histamine content, total aerobic bacteria and coliform quality of mackerel marketed in Incheon by the type of storage containers (clean, zipper and vacuum bag) during storage at $4^{\circ}C$, $24^{\circ}C$ and $-20^{\circ}C$ for 10 days. Histamine formation was continuously increased with passing time during storage at $4^{\circ}C$, whereas it was decreased after 3 days during storage at $24^{\circ}C$. The initial value of histamine was maintained during storage at $-20^{\circ}C$ for 10 days. During storage at $4^{\circ}C$, total aerobic bacteria and coliform showed a tendency to increased rapidly till 3day and then decreased gradually. The formation of histamine was increased in the order of vacuum bag$4^{\circ}C$.

가중치 기반 Bag-of-Feature와 앙상블 결정 트리를 이용한 정지 영상에서의 인간 행동 인식 (Human Action Recognition in Still Image Using Weighted Bag-of-Features and Ensemble Decision Trees)

  • 본 논문에서는 CS-LBP (Center-Symmetric Local Binary Pattern) 특징과 공간 피라미드를 이용한 BoF (Bag of Features)를 생성하고 이를 랜덤 포레스트(Random Forest) 분류기에 적용하여 인간의 행동을 인식하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. BoF를 생성하기 위해 영상을 균일한 패치로 나누고, 각 패치 마다 CS-LBP 특징을 추출한다. 행동 분류 성능을 향상시키기 위해 패치들마다 추출한 특징벡터들에 대해 K-mean 클러스터링을 적용하여 코드 북을 생성한다. 본 논문에서는 영상의 지역적인 특성을 고려하기 위해 공간 피라미드 방법을 적용하고 각 공간 레벨에서 추출된 BoF에 대해 가중치를 적용하여 최종적으로 하나의 특징 벡터로 결합한다. 행동 분류를 위해 결정트리의 앙상블로 이루어진 랜덤 포레스트는 학습 단계에서 각 행동 클래스를 위한 분류 모델을 만든다. 가중 BoF가 적용된 랜덤 포레스트는 다양한 인간 행동 영상을 포함하고 있는 Standford Actions 40 데이터를 성공적으로 분류하였다. 또한 기존 방법에 비해 분류 성능이 유사하거나 우수하며, 한 장의 영상에 대해 빠른 인식속도를 보였다.
