연세대학교 청각언어센타에서는 1571년 5월부터 보청기처방검사를 시행하여 오던중, 양이에 보청기를 착용할 때와 편측에만 착용했을 때 있을 차이점을 평가할 필요가 있음을 절감하고, 3세 내지 7세의 선천성 난청아 9명과, 8세 내지 76세의 후천성 난청자 10명등 총19명을 대상으로 편측이 보청기착용과 양측이 보청기착용에 의한 보청효과를 비교하는 실험을 시행하며 아래와 같은 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. 실험방법은, 각 대상자에게 어음탐지역치, 어음청취역치 및 어음판별치등을 소음이 있는 조건과 없는 조건의 두가지 상태하에서 편측착용시와 양측착용시의 score를 각각 구하였다. 얻어진 score를 (1) 난청의 정도 (2) 자동음량조절장치(automatic gain control)에 대한 영향 (3) 두 귀의 난청곡선의 균형(symmetry)등에 따라서 비교하고, (4) 어음판별력이 거의 없는 경우와 (5)보충현상(recruitment)이 심한 경우의 요인면에서 관찰하여 다음과 같이 모든면에서 양이보청기착용이 유리함을 발견하였다. 1. 음성탐지역치에 있어서는 stereo type의 danavox 747pp는, did측착용시에는 편측착용시보다 평균 4.25dB의 상승이 있었고 두개의 별개의 보청기를 착용시켰을 경우에는 4.12dB의 상승이 있었다. 2. 어음청취역치는 소음이 없는 상태에서는 양측착용시에 편측착용시보다 평균 3.56dB(최고 6dB)의 상승이 있었고, 소음이 있는 상태에서는 평균 5.56dB(최고 18dB)의 상승이 있어 소음중에서 더욱 효과적이었다. 3. 어음판별치도 소음이 없을 때는 평균 17.09%(최고 42%)의 차이가 있었고, 소음중에서는 19.63%(최고 46%)의 상승이 양측착용시에 있어 역시 소음중에서 양이 보청기의 착용효과가 더 우수하게 나타났다. 4. 난청의 정도별로 관찰하면, 어음청취역치나 어음판별 score의 신장도(伸長度)가 공히 중등고도(moder-ately-severe)난청에서 가장 우수하였고 경도(mild)난청에서 가장 저조하였으며, 중등고도, 고도, 중등도, 경도의 순으로 나타났다. 5. 자동음량조절장치의 유무에 의한 영향을 보면 같은 모델의 AGC장치보청기를 양측에 사용했을 때는 극히 저조하였고, AGC장치보청기와 보통의 보청기를 같이 사용하거나 보통의 보청기끼리만 착용할 때가 보다 우수하였다. 6. 두개의 난청곡선의 균형이 맞지않고 정도차가 심한 경우에도 양이보청기를 착용하면 어음청취역치와 판별능력이 신장되었다. 7. 어음판별력이 거의 없는 고도난청자에게도 양이에 보청기를 착용할 때가 보다 우수한 성적을 보였다. 8. 보충현상(recuruitment)이 심한 고도난청자에게도 양이보청기착용이 보다 우수하였고, AGC장치보청기끼리만 착용했을 때 보다 AGC장치보청기와 보통의 보청기를 병용했을 때가 더 효과적이었다. 이상의 결과는 보청훈련을 하지 않은 단기간의 효과이므로 앞으로 양이보청에 의한 장기사용효과에 대한 연구를 계속하고자 한다.

This study is performed to analyze the turbulence effect by the analysis of the parameters related with flight data of FDR(Flight Data Recorder). In the analysis, the SSFDR(Solid State Flight Data Recorder) flight data of B747-400 and B767-300 model aircraft was selected. Through this study, we verified that turbulence interfere with flight safety because it is modifiable to flight situation and condition of aircraft.

Nowadays shear wall structural system is gradually changing to framed structure. For this reason, lightweight panel is increasingly being used as separating walls. One of design methods to obtain high transmission loss is double panel. To predict the acoustic performance of double panel, prediction of transmission loss of single panel must be performed, previously. In this study, the predicted values for four single panels were compared with the measured values. The result shows the arithmetical average deviations(100Hz to 3150Hz) between the predicted and measured transmission loss were in range between 1.1dB and 3.9dB. The predicted values were generally lower than measured values above critical frequency. The single-number quantities, $R_W+C$, were predicted in range between 36dB to 38dB, and the differences of single-number quantities between the predicted and measured value were within 1dB.

In this paper, a compact triplexer has been implemented for Cellular/GPS/USPCS applications. In order to realize the proposed triplexer, we use a low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) substrate to enable a fully compact integrated module using a multi-layer high-density architecture, and conjugate-match the channels instead of the open matching technique. The three dimensional design capability of LTCC substrates can reduce the overall size of the triplexer, resulting in dimensions on the order of $3.2\;mm\;{\times}\;2.5\;mm\;{\times}\;1\;mm$. The measured result shows that the triplexer has, in Cellular/GPS/USPCS bands, the insertion loss of less than 0.5dB, less than 1.7dB, and less than 0.9dB in order. Also, the triplexer has an isolation of more than 15dB in the cellular and USPCS bands and an isolation of more than 20dB in the GPS band.

Let ${\mathcal{A}}$ and ${\mathcal{B}}$ be two operator ${\ast}$-rings such that ${\mathcal{A}}$ is prime. In this paper, we show that if the map ${\Phi}:{\mathcal{A}}{\rightarrow}{\mathcal{B}}$ is bijective and preserves Jordan or ${\ast}$-Jordan triple product, then it is additive. Moreover, if ${\Phi}$ preserves Jordan triple product, we prove the multiplicativity or anti-multiplicativity of ${\Phi}$. Finally, we show that if ${\mathcal{A}}$ and ${\mathcal{B}}$ are two prime operator ${\ast}$-algebras, ${\Psi}:{\mathcal{A}}{\rightarrow}{\mathcal{B}}$ is bijective and preserves ${\ast}$-Jordan triple product, then ${\Psi}$ is a ${\mathbb{C}}$-linear or conjugate ${\mathbb{C}}$-linear ${\ast}$-isomorphism.

Let G be a bipartite graph with (X, Y ) as its bipartition. Let B be a complete bipartite graph with a bipartition ($V_1$, $V_2$) such that $X{\subseteq}V_1$ and $Y{\subseteq}V_2$. A bi-packing of G in B is an injection ${\sigma}:V(G){\rightarrow}V(B)$ such that ${\sigma}(X){\subseteq}V_1$, ${\sigma}(Y){\subseteq}V_2$ and $E(G){\cap}E({\sigma}(G))={\emptyset}$. In this paper, we show that if G is a bipartite graph of order n with girth at least 12, then there is a complete bipartite graph B of order n + 1 such that there is a bi-packing of G in B. We conjecture that the same conclusion holds if the girth of G is at least 8.

연구배경 : 최근 세계적으로 결핵의 증가와 함께 다제내성 결핵의 조절이 문제가 되고 있으며, 결핵 및 약제갑수성의 신속한 진단과 새로운 약제의 개발이 시급하다. Rifabutin (RBU)은 rifampicin (RFP)과 같은 rifamycin계통의 약제로, 일부 다제내성 결핵에서 효과가 있음이 보고되어 있다. 소수의 국외 연구에서 RFP내성과 관련된 rpoB 유전자의 돌연변이 양상에 따라 rifamycin계통 약제의 감수성여부가 결정된다고 보고 되었다. 아직도 내성율이 높은 국내 현실에서 다제내성 결핵균의 rpoB 유전자 돌연변이 양상을 파악하고, RBU감수성을 나타내는 돌연변이 양상을 확인하여 RBU감수성 다제내성 결핵을 신속하게 확인할 수 있는 진단법의 기초자료를 구하고자 하였다. 방법 : 1997년 7월에서 1999년 6월 사이에 서울중앙병원을 방문한 65명의 다제내성결핵환자에서 얻은 균주를 대상으로 RBU감수성검사와 rpoB 유전자 염기서열결정법을 시행하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 결과 : 다제내성 결핵균 65균주중 52균주에서 RBU약제감수성검사를 시행하였고, 56균주에서 rpoB 유전자 염기서열이 확인되었다. 44균주에서 rpoB 유전자 염기서열분석과 RBU약제감수성검사가 동시에 시행되었다. 염기서열이 확인된 56균주중 53균주(95%)에서 rpoB 유전자 돌연변이가 발견되었다. 발견된 60개 돌연변이중 531 코돈 돌연변이가 26개(43%)로 가장 많았으며, 7예에서는 돌연변이가 2가지씩 존재하였다. RBU감수성 균주는 10% (5/53) 이었다. RBU감수성 균주가 채취된 5명중 1명에서 RBU를 복용하였으나 균음전에는 실패하였다. RBU감수성 다제내성 결핵균과 관련된 rpoB 유전자 돌연변이는 526 코돈의 CAC - > AAC, GCC, TGC, 516 코돈의 GAC - > TAC 또는 GAG, 그리고 509 코돈의 AGC - > AGA 점돌연변이 이었다. 결론 : 국내 다제내성 결핵균에서 rpoB 유전자 돌연변이의 빈도 및 양상은 결핵의 유병율이 낮은 국외의 보고와 비슷하였으며, 일부는 RBU에 감수성을 나타내었다. RBU감수성올 나타내는 rpoB 유전자 돌연변이 양상을 이용하여 다제내성 결핵균에서 RBU감수성인 균주를 신속히 진단할 수 있을 것으로 사료되었다.

OWT is a tool for block transform coding with wavelet basis functions that overlap adjacent blocks. The OWT can reduce the block effect. In this paper performances of OWT are evaluated for AR model. Some simulation results show that performances are nearly same to DCT, but block effect is reduced to very low level.

We consider a B/G/1 queueing system with vacations, where the server closes the gate when it begins a vacation. In this system, customers arrive according to a Bernoulli process. The service time and the vacation time follow discrete distributions. We obtain the distribution of the number of customers at a random point in time, and in turn, the distribution of the residence time (queueing time + service time) for a customer. This system finds an application in the performance evaluation of the DQDB protocol which has been adopted as the standard protocol for IEEE 802.6 MAN.
