The revision of the criminal procedure act in 2008 marked a great turnaround in the criminal trial system in our country, and the criminal trial system has been based on the trial priority principle from then on. People in general have been entitled to participate in criminal trials, which can be called the jury system, and their awareness of the law has consequently been taken to another level. And the principle of trial by evidence that requires fair process, explanation and scientific evidence is realized in a manner to be appropriate at people(jury)'s level. The prosecution was introduced a video recording system to ensure the efficiency of scientific criminal investigation and assisted every prosecutor's office across the nation to hire computer-added stenographers to back up the documentation of statements during video recording. The purpose of this study was to examine the Korean and foreign computer-added stenography systems and the prospect of computer-added stenography of the video recording system that has been utilized to make a scientific investigation. The effort by this study to look into the roles and prospect of computer-added stenography in the video recording system that has been introduced to improve the efficiency of scientific investigation, which the prosecution pursues, is expected to expedite the advancement of criminal investigation, to guarantee the protection of human rights and to shed new light on the importance and status of computer-added stenography in the trial priority principle.

Through the investigation and analysis for awareness about Tooth Bleaching treatment for general adults, to rethink the real ideas of Tooth Bleaching which adults has already had and to find the method for generalized Tooth Bleaching, this study made a survey about General Awareness and Common sense for Tooth Bleaching and Oral Health Knowledge and Generalization Methods for 570adult citizen in Busan from 1th August to 10th September. The obtained results were as follows 1. Tooth Shade self contentment was found low, self-discontent respondents were 73.5% and self-content respondents were 26.5%. 2. Tooth Bleaching recognition was found high, as for the recognition period, between 2 and 5 years is 65.5% and as for the recognition route, 33.9% were through broadcast medium. 3. General knowledge for Tooth Bleaching was found low as 2.34(1.12) of 5 score and it is similar to ages and occupations(pE0.001, pE0.05). 4. Tooth Bleaching treatment method appears Home Bleaching and In-Office bleaching was 73.5% and 26.5% respectively. The other side medical institution chosen for Tooth Bleaching treatment appears dental hospital or dental clinic and Home bleaching was 75.6% and 12.1% respectively. 5. To generalize the Tooth Bleaching Care, recommendations of oral health care team and oral health education and development of information data also need to be performed.

Background : This study aims to examine the awareness as to the terminological comprehension about the home and visiting physical therapy and the school physical therapy and the need for development as to the associated insurance costs. And the purpose of the study is to provide the basic data in terms of the preparation process for implementation of the related system. Methods : The study conducted the research that targeted the physical therapists, who were working at the rehabilitation hospital located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do as for the survey questionnaires as to the need and awareness of development of the adequate insurance fee of home physical therapy, visiting physical therapy and school physical therapy. Result : Even though the level of understanding for the terminologies was low, the need for development of insurance fee for home physical therapy, visiting physical therapy and school physical therapy was shown to be high regardless of age and work experience. However, there was not a statistical difference in accordance with age and work experience (p>.05). Conclusion : It directly reflects the result, which hopes home physical therapy, visiting physical therapy and school physical therapy to enter immediately into the frame of system.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of physical education to solve school violence. In order to do this, we took a sample size of 590 middle school students from city D by using the simple random sampling, allowed them to answer open questions recognizing the relationship between physical education and school violence, and then conducted an inductive category analysis of the data. As a result, it was found that there are both positive and negative reponses towards physical education and school violence. First, the positive responses were classified into 8 subcategories and 4 major categories(the social factors, psychological factors, physical factors, and environmental factors). On the contrary, the negative responses were classified into 6 subcategories and 4 major categories(personal experience, structural elements, cognitive factors, and environmental factors).

Object: Recently, demend for Korean Medicine have been rapidly increasing in Korea. However, there are still a few studies for recognition, satisfaction and satisfaction factors of Korean Medicine to increase competitiveness of Korean-Medical service. Thus, the purpose of this study is to grope ways to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean-Medical service by investigating recognition and satisfaction factors on Korean medicine. Method: People who have been experienced Korean Medicine were targets of investigation. Questionnaire was consisted of questions about awareness for the Korean Medicine, awareness of Korean-Medical treatment, satisfaction level for Korean Medicine, satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors. This questionnaires were conducted through personal interviews. Result: Total 315 members responded to the survey and the results of the analysis were as follows. 1. Korean Medicine treatment was recognized as the scientific medical act to protect human body wellness. 2. Korean-Medical service can be represented by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, physical therapy, Korean medicine. And care for diseases such as pain disorders, chronic fatigue, anti-aging, and geriatric disease were wanted. 3. The factors that influence on satisfaction of the Medical Services was the perception that Korean Medicine is scientific and safe. Conclusion: To strengthen the competitiveness of Korean-Medical service, first, efforts to enhance the effectiveness of the basic treatment such as acupuncture and moxibustion, herbal medicine are required. Second, scientific development of Korean Medicine is necessary. Finally, the effort to offer various services of Korean Medicine are needed.

The purpose of this study is the investigation and evaluation of participants' awareness in the Book debate club which is managed by library of C University in Gwangju. For this purpose, the difference of the impact of participation in accordance to the participation duration and attitude, the demographic property of participants, and the problem of Book debate club are investigated. The collection of data is achieved by questionnaires and interviews. In the analyzed result, the period and manner of the participation are very important factors. Also, the activation plan is proposed on the basis of the analyzed result of problems in reading debate club to contribute to the management of future University library's reading promotion program.

Although Flipped Classroom(FC) which has recently attracted attention of educational field, showed its various educational effects such as learning academic achievement, attitude, collaborative learning and self-regulated learning. other studies also showed a number of significant problems and challenges in practically implementing. Thus, this study aims to investigate in-service and pre-service teachers awareness of FC in order to explore its educational feasibility for successfully adopting it to classrooms through the alternative solutions to its limitations. To achieve this goal, we firstly conducted literature review on teaching and learning models and guidelines to draw educational prerequisites and then analyzed needs of 156 pre-service teachers and 42 in-service teachers. According to survey results, 80% of teachers are willing to apply FC to their classes and hope to be offered with pre-learning activity materials and guidelines. They consider junior high school students and college students as appropriate learners, social science, science, Korean, and English as suitable subjects, and video content as optimal materials for pre-learning activities.

The purpose of this study was to improve the practice of performance assessment in elementary science education and to support it according to the levels teachers' concerns. So this study was conducted by applying CBAM which is based on teachers' concern, which was designed for the investigation of the elementary science teachers' concern, their performance level, intellectual understanding, status of performance. and stage oi awareness and the connections between these factors. The study involved 311 elementary school teachers in the city of Seoul. The result of this study was as follows: First, the stage of teachers’ concerns performance assessment in science marked 49.5％, indicating that about half of the teachers was staying on the informative stage which could be generally occurring in the beginning of performance the curriculum innovation. The level of performance marked 33.8%, which was regarded as the stage of elaboration. For the category of intellectual understanding, most of the teachers didn’t fully understood the performance assessment. Regarding the status performance, 90.4％ of the teachers were implementing the assessment at the state of knowing the purpose of it. However. 40.5% of the teachers didn't fully understand the specific characteristics of the assessment. Also, the results of analyzing the teachers’ awareness on science performance assessment indicated that they have slightly positive positions. Secondly, the result of analyzing the stages of concerns for the assessment, based on the elementary school teachers' personal background, levels of implementation, and their intellectual understanding showed that the concerns were significantly different with the categories of their workplaces(p<.05). Finally, the result of analyzing the relationship among the concerns for the science performance assessment, levels of implementation and intellectual understanding indicated that there were significant differences in levels of implementation with the degree of intellectual understanding (p<.001).

Purpose: This study intended to investigate how health and safety organization, management, activities and safety culture of healthcare industries are different from other industries (food, lodging, gas, and electricity industries). Method: Data were analyzed using '2005 The National Survey for Occupational Safety and Health Tendency'. Results: For health and safety training, both new training and regular training time of healthcare sector was lower than comparison sectors. For health and safety manager assigning form, there were many case in healthcare sector to assign a safety manager as a deputy and a health manager as an additional job, there were some differences from comparison sectors. It was found that establishment of countermeasures by cause investigation and analysis execution for occupational accidents in the healthcare sector was lower than comparison sectors. For health and safety activities and safety culture awareness, they were estimated in healthcare sector to be lower than comparison sectors. Conclusion: Healthcare sector had relatively lower health and safety activities and safety culture awareness compared with comparison sectors. So, it is required business owner's concerns and efforts to assign exclusively responsible health and safety manager and to activate health and safety training and occupational accident prevention.

People are making efforts multilaterally to create agricultural landscape beautifully. Still in farming villages, however, large-scale facilities or houses are disharmonized with natural environment because of their outer colors, mostly primary colors, not considering natural environment. The main study is done on experts' color perception. Investigation about perception of color experts ' view according to the existence of the energy business based on the color to set the direction of the rural landscape in the future. The result of the study shows that the image of the rural area is not reflected well, and the symbolic color of the rural landscape is the reverse image according to the energy business. The rural village's image in the future, "Harmonious", "Natural", "Rural" were higher Figure. There were the most important and harmony with nature. Based on such future harmony with nature in the color planning The colors match and is expected to be the color within the scope. Lack of awareness in the current farming town scenery is unsatisfactory. Awareness about the need for further improvement was higher. Therefore, color according to a harmony with nature images in accordance with the type of farming model should be planned.
