학교급식에서 사용되는 식재료에 대한 학부모의 인식조사 (Parents' Perception on Using Agricultural Products in School Food Service Operations)

  • Purpose : This study was to performed to investigate on the knowledge, atitues of Parents toward the use of food materials at school fod service and to provide schol mea l management with basic data to improvement of food purchasing guideline Methods rents who have children atending in elementary school or midle, high schol. The questionnaires we re administered from July to September, 2003. For the statistical analysis, SPS(12.0) was used to conduct th e descriptive analysis.Results : The results were as folows: seventy percent of the parents important. 'nutrition' and 'education' was next. Most parents wanted using food products produced in Korea for the safe and students' health. But 60% said it could not purcha se because of expensive price. About consuming regional agricultural products for school food service, 90% of parent welcomed.Conclusion quality and purchasing criteria ned to be developed for helping parent to do fod inspection. the parent should improve their knowledges on the food quality stadards. This result sugests that efective fod supply system in school food service of central goverment and autonomy also should be prepared.

의료와 사법(司法)의 협력 -일본에서의 진료가이드라인의 역할에 대한 논의를 중심으로- (A Study on the Cooperation between Medical Care and Law - Focusing on the discussion of the role of clinical practice guideline in Japan -)

  • 진료가이드라인은 의료행위 전의 비법적 통제로서 작용하는 측면과 의료행위 후의 법적인 통제기준으로 작용하는 두 가지 측면이 있다. 진료가이드라인의 본질적 목적은 전자이지만, 후자의 작용을 배제할 수 없다. 진료가이드라인은 법과 의료를 연결하는 수단이다. 진료가이드라인의 제정에 의해 의료전문가의 자율성이 침해될 수 있다는 진료가이드라인에 대한 부정적 인식은 진료가이드라인에 대한 지나친 부정적 평가이다. 오히려 진료가이드라인에 의한 사법판단은 의료전문가의 자율성을 존중하는 역할을 한다. 즉 진료가이드라인은 의료에 대한 법적 규제를 최대한 억제하고, 의사의 직업윤리 및 자기규율과 환자의 자각 및 협력을 바탕으로 하는 것이다. 의사와 환자의 협력이라는 이상적인 관계를 정립하기 위해서는 「의료윤리」를 법적 수단으로 편입해야 한다. 이러한 의료윤리의 법적 절차에의 편입작업에 가장 적절한 수단이 의료가이드라인이다. 법률가는 규범을 정립하고, 그것에 사실을 적용하여 결론을 내리는 법적 삼단논법으로 사안을 해결한다. 의료분쟁의 해결은, 의사가 특정 질환에 어떠한 의료행위를 해야 하는가라는 규범을 정립할 때에 진료가이드라인을 사용하며, 정립된 규범을 구체적인 진료행위에 적용하여 결론을 도출한다. 정립된 규범을 구체적인 진료행위에 적용하는 것이 쉽지 않은 때에는 감정이나 전문가 증언, 전문위원의 설명과 같은 전문가의 의학적 판단을 이용한다. 이처럼 사법(司法)은 규범의 정립이나 규범의 적용에도 의료의 자율성을 존중하고 있다. 특히 법적 삼단논법의 대전제인 규범의 정립에는 의료계가 자주적으로 작성한 진료가이드라인을 참고하고 있다. 이는 의료인이 판례의 형성에 참가하여 규범형성에 기여하는 모습이다. 진료가이드라인이 재판에 이용되는 것은 의료의 자율성에 대한 존중과 배려이다. 진료가이드라인에 의해 개개의 의사의 자율성이 제약되는 측면은 있을 수 있지만, 집단으로서의 의사의 자율성은 존중된다고 보아야 한다. 이처럼 진료가이드라인은 「법」의 논리에서 보면, 「의료」 집단의 자율성을 보호하는 역할을 한다.

간호교육에서의 전문직 간 교육에 대한 현황과 발전방향 (Current Status and Future Direction of Interprofessional Education in Nursing Education)

  • This study examined the perception and readiness of nursing educators regarding interprofessional education (IPE), and discussed the validity and application of IPE in nursing. From December 2016 to January 2017, 239 nursing professors and nurses completed a structured questionnaire consisting of general characteristics, the Interdisciplinary Education Perception Scale, the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Survey (RIPLS), and an IPE action plan. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test using the IBM SPSS ver. 23.0 program (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA). The analysis revealed that 91.6% of the participants had not experienced IPE, and only 11.7% knew about IPE. However, approximately 80.0% answered that IPE is necessary. The results of this study showed that the score of the perceived need for cooperation was higher in nurses than it was in professors, while the score on competency and autonomy was higher in professors than it was in nurses. With reference to the scores on the RIPLS, those of professors were high on the sub-scales of teamwork and collaboration, professional identity, and roles and responsibility. The results revealed that participants considered the upper-grade undergraduate years as the ideal time for imparting IPE, and it was deemed suitable to include communication, simulation, and clinical practice in IPE. Doctors, pharmacists, and physiotherapists were thought to require cooperation for IPE the most. Despite the presence of several barriers to IPE, the participants thought that IPE can achieve learning outcomes such as interprofessional communication and cooperation, conflict resolution, and teamwork. It is necessary to cooperate with professionals in the complex clinical environment as professional areas are specialized and subdivided. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the application of IPE in undergraduate education and in on-the-job training.

Analysis of Concordance Between Parent Proxy and Child Self-report of KIDSCREEN-10 Health-related Quality of Life Questionnaire in an Elementary School-based Wellness Program: A Pilot Focus Group Study

  • Background: Researchers have previously commenced examining the degree of concordance between parent proxy and child self-reports on health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of many disease and impairment populations. Objects: To explore the differences between parent proxy and child self-reports on the HRQOL using Korean version of KIDSCREEN-10 questionnaires for applying to elementary school children and their parents who participated for a school-based wellness program. Methods: The focus groups were recruited for a school-based wellness program by implementing the following wellness services: 1) referring to a screening session for detecting potential posture-related musculoskeletal problems and 2) recommending home exercise programs. Before a primary field testing for the program, two focus groups were formed with a group of 9 parents and their 9 elementary school children aged 8-10 years of age. The parent proxy and child self-report versions of KIDSCREEN-10 questionnaires were administered to both groups after completion of the wellness program. Item level Rasch rating scale analysis was applied to compute logit scales of KIDSCREEN-10 questionnaire. Intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs) and scatterplot of item difficulty between two reports were analyzed. Results: For fit statistics of parent proxy report, all items except 4 items (i.e., psychological well-being, mood/emotions, self-perception, parent relation) were found to be acceptable. For fit statistics of child self-report, all items except 3 items (i.e., psychological well-being, autonomy and home life) were acceptable. The relationship between two reports using ICCs were ranging from weak to very strong at p = 0.05 (i.e, ICCs = 0.011 to 0.905). Scatterplot analysis between two reports showed a major disparity on self-perception item at 95% confidence intervals. Conclusion: Both item level analyses and ICC comparisons provided a disparity between parent proxy and child self-reports of the HRQOL on self-perception item after competing a school-based wellness program. Therapist should consider the item as part of the HRQOL assessment.

무인차량의 주행성분석을 위한 방향별 속도지도 생성 (The Generation of Directional Velocity Grid Map for Traversability Analysis of Unmanned Ground Vehicle)

  • One of the basic technology for implementing the autonomy of UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle) is a path planning algorithm using obstacle and raw terrain information which are gathered from perception sensors such as stereo camera and laser scanner. In this paper, we propose a generation method of DVGM(Directional Velocity Grid Map) which have traverse speed of UGV for the five heading directions except the rear one. The fuzzy system is designed to generate a resonable traveling speed for DVGM from current patch to the next one by using terrain slope, roughness and obstacle information extracted from raw world model data. A simulation is conducted with world model data sampled from real terrain so as to verify the performance of proposed fuzzy inference system.

국방 분야의 인간-차량 인터랙션 연구 (A Survey of Research on Human-Vehicle Interaction in Defense Area)

  • We present recent human-vehicle interaction (HVI) research conducted in the area of defense and military application. Research topics discussed in this paper include: training simulation for overland navigation tasks; expertise effects in overland navigation performance and scan patterns; pilot's perception and confidence on an overland navigation task; effects of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) supervisory control on F-18 formation flight performance in a simulator environment; autonomy balancing in a manned-unmanned teaming (MUT) swarm attack, enabling visual detection of IED (Improvised Explosive Device) indicators through Perceptual Learning Assessment and Training; usability test on DaViTo (Data Visualization Tool); and modeling peripheral vision for moving target search and detection. Diverse and leading HVI study in the defense domain suggests future research direction in other HVI emerging areas such as automotive industry and aviation domain.

  • In this study, we wanted to investigate and analyze the current status of international joint research conducted on researchers who have actually conducted or are doing international joint research and to identify difficulties in promoting international joint research based on this study and propose ways to promote future international joint research. As a result, autonomy of research subjects needs to be guaranteed for the revitalization of international joint research, establishment of international joint research guidelines and contract legal infrastructure, simplification and unification of administrative work system and supplementation of performance-related regulations will be necessary.

개원의사들의 전문직업성과 직무스트레스가 직업만족도에 미치는 영향 (Professional Job Perception, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Doctors Practicing in Local Clinic in Daegu City)

  • Objective : This study was conducted in order to investigate professional job perception, job stress and job satisfaction in doctors. Method : The authors conducted a survey using a self-administered questionnaire, conducted between August and September,2001. The study subjects were 457 doctors practicing at local clinics in Daegu City. Results : For the professionalism scale, the score for 'sense of calling to field' and 'feeling of autonomy' were relatively high, Age, working hours per day, and perception of socioeconomic status significantly influenced the professionalism scale scores (p<0.01). For the job stress scale, the scores for 'clinical responsibility/decision' factor were the highest of all the surveyed factors. Working hours per day significantly influenced the job stress scores (p<0.01). To investigate the overall relationship between the variables, the authors conducted a linear structural equation model analysis. The equation was statistically appropriate and a good fit. The job stress, and the professionalism factors, respectively influenced job satisfaction negatively and positively (T>2.0). The working hours per day and status perception also influenced their job satisfaction (T>2.0). Conclusion : To promote the iob satisfaction of doctors, the development of coping tools and other intervention methods are needed to increase doctor's professional job perception and reduce their job stress. Further studies are required to understand the characteristics of job satisfaction and for its promotion with doctors.

지방정부 재정건전화 방안-천안시를 중심으로- (Local Government Fiscal Consolidation Measures-Focusing on Cheonan-)

  • 본 논문은 천안시 공무원들의 인식조사를 통해 지방자치단체의 재정건전성 확보방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 분석해본 결과, 지방정부의 재정건전성은 자치단체를 둘러싸고 있는 사회, 경제, 인구, 정치 등 다양한 요인들에 의해 복합적으로 영향을 받고 있음을 발견하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 자치단체의 재정실태관련 지표, 재정건전성 관련 지표, 재정건전성을 높이기 위한 지표를 도출했다. 천안시의 재정 건전성을 확보하기 위해서는 재정운영의 효율성을 높여야 한다. 재정운영 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 지역주민의 재정감시 및 통제 장치 마련, 투자심사분석제도 활성화 등이 필요하다. 또한 효율적인 채무관리를 위해서는 자치단체의 자율적인 통제기능이 강화되어야 한다. 지방 재정의 확충을 위해 국고보조사업의 지방비 부담을 인하해야하며, 사용료 요율의 현실화가 필요하다. 지방재정운영의 발전은 중앙정부, 지방정부, 지역주민의 연계망 속에서 자율과 통제의 조화 통해 이루어져야 한다. 또한 계획수립-자원배분-평가-환류시스템을 체계적으로 구축하여 재원이 실질적으로 주민복지향상 및 지역개발투자에 배분될 수 있도록 해야 한다.

  • 본 연구는 사용자 교육적 가치의 중요성을 목표로하는 학교공간혁신의 개념 연구를 통하여 학교공간이 학생들의 교육활동을 중심으로 하는 국가수준의 교육자치 목표 및 기본가치와 상호관계성 연계 정도에 대하여 사용자를 중심으로 조사·분석을 하고자 하였다. 이는 교육자치 혁신 교육과정과 학교 자치적 다양한 교육활동과 연계된 학생, 교사 즉 수요자의 요구도 분석을 통해 수요자 중심 즉 수요자의 요구가 최대한 반영되는 학교공간혁신 연계 방안 등을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 교육자치 혁신과 학교공간 혁신의 기본개념 고찰과 국가수준의 2015개정 교육과정과 교육자치 혁신과정에 대한 문헌조사 및 교육목표, 교육과정의 기본가치 인식 조사를 실시하였으며, 원도심지역 학생, 교사를 대상으로 교육의 기본가치, 학교교육의 기능, 학교환경 및 공간 구성 방향, 학교공간에 대한 조사분석으로 학생과 교사의 인식도를 파악하고자 하였다.
