The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of WeChat relational benefits on customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Due to the rapid development in the technological field, the use of WeChat has expanded drastically in recent years. In visual arts industry, WeChat business occupies a significant proportion of emerging industries. The recruited participants that were recruited via an online survey website were 335 (www.sojump.com). SPSS 22.0 statistical system was used to analyze the descriptive statistics, reliability, and validity. This study conceptualizes the positive relationship among relational benefits, customer satisfaction, and purchase intention of visual arts products. The findings indicated that WeChat users' relational benefits can be categorized into two distinct benefit types: confidence, and social benefits. The more relational benefits WeChat users perceived, the higher the level of satisfaction. In contrast, the positive influence of customer satisfaction on purchase intention is weaker in consumers with a higher level of perceived risk. The results of this study will help WeChat business to retain its customers, thus, gaining a long-term value for visual arts industry. Theoretical and managerial implication for WeChat business are provided.

In order to understand how various support programs affect the development of traditional performing arts, I used descriptive statistics and multivariate statistics analysis on 267 surveys. I estimated relationship between item-whole by calculating mean and standard deviation. This will help us comprehend effects of the variables. Cronbach alpha coefficient, a measure of internal consistency, exceeded 0.7, indicating that reliability is satisfactory. I have established one main hypothesis and four sub-hypothesis to identify the relationship between support programs and the performing arts more clearly. The result supports that the support programs do have effects on the performing arts. However, there are not enough researches done on this subject, and additional researches are needed in order to systemize relevant theories and the development of performing arts industry.

In the past few years, the printing industry has witness a trend that has become ever more defined: due to the advent of digital technology, the production of short print runs has continued to gain in importance. An important initiative for the support of digital work flow in the manufacturing of printed products is CIP4 consortium. CIP4 stands for "International Cooperation for Integration of Prepress, Press and Post-press, it is an association of around forty international companies, mostly manufacturers of prepress, press and post-press, as well as suppliers and users. In this paper, we studied on the acting application of CIP4 work flow.

The main purpose of this Study is to present the means of activation of public culture & arts institutions in the future through analysis of the operational competency of public culture & arts institution. Summary of the results of the analysis of this Study is as follows: Firstly, the variables in the operational competency of the existing public culture & arts institutions are found to be (1)artistic value, (2)convenience and (3)organization management while the performance variable includes (4) operational performance. Secondly, although there is no major difference in the artistic value for each of the public culture & arts institutions, other variables, namely, convenience, organization management and operational performance were found to be different between the institutions. Therefore, it would be necessary to pursue activation of operational performances and industry through differentiation of the contents of the artistic value in order to achieve real progress in the culture and the arts industry in the future.

This study focuses on analyzing the glass ceiling effect in arts and culture professionals through the quintile decomposition applied to the RIF unconditional quantile regression and Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition technique. From the industrial viewpoint, we divide arts and culture professionals into cultural contents professionals(large category J industry) and arts professionals(large category R industry). For our analysis, we employ the pooling data of 'Wage Structure Survey' from 2009 to 2016. Our results are summarized as follows. First, as OLS wage decomposition showed that the gender wage gap among the arts professionals was lower than cultural contents professionals, but the discrimination portion of total gender wage gap was larger. Second, from quintile regression decompositions, the glass ceiling effects of two types of professionals showed different results. Cultural contents sector was observed with the "steady glass ceiling effect" as the portion of the discrimination was continuously increased, while the arts sector was observed with the "limited glass ceiling effect" as the discrimination had drastically increased in the 80s and 90s.

Offset lithography is the most widely used printing process in domestic printing industry, but there are no industry-wide specifications for press control to assure consistent quality across printing plants. As printing becomes more of a commodity and less of an art, it is necessary to develop a print quality specification standard suitable for Korea offset printing field. This study aims to contribute to improving the quality of domestic offset color prints by comparative study on color reproduction properties of 2 kinds of domestic process color ink composed of C(cyan), M(magenta), Y(yellow) and K(black) and of 3 kinds of domestic coated paper, using colorimetric color measurement method.

In recent years the construction sector has grown significantly in terms of investment and research on robotics and automation, yet it is still a low-tech and disjointed industry. One of the main scopes of this paper is to determine how robotic automation can provide the answers to the needs this industry has. To that end, an overall framework and development agenda of current technological innovation in the field has been outlined. Possible drawbacks and driving forces in the development of robots in the construction site have been identified. In addition, the review provides for state-of-the-art policies and regulations, as well as the short and medium-term outlook in different markets and countries. Ultimately, the forecast impact on traditional processes, construction sites, emerging technologies and related professions has been summarized in order to delineate prospective repercussions and future directions towards self-sufficiency.

Synthetic photoresist have partially displaced the natural materials, but bichromated casein have remained in use until recently at etching industry such as chemical milling.
