한국 아동 미술치료중재 프로그램 연구 동향 (The Trends of Research on Children Art Therapy Program Intervention in Korea)

  • Purpose. This study was designed to analyze recent trends in Children Art Therapy Program Intervention research in Korea and suggest future research directions in this area. Methods. Studies(29) selected from http://www.riss4u.net for last 15 year were used. They were analyzed by publication type, field and design of the study, study participants and outcome variables used in intervention studies. Results. 1. As for academic field, there are 15 art therapy academic journals(51.72%), which made up the largest proportion. 2. As for subjects of the study, there are 17 articles of Elementary (58.6%) education, which made up the largest proportion. As for the subjects of sex, 8 articles (27.59%) are for male students, 7 (24.14%) articles are for female students and 14 articles (48.28.%) are for both male and female students. 3. As for 7 articles of Art therapy(24.14%), 7 articles of Group Art therapy (24.14%) made up the largest proporton 4. As for the intervention study method according to the subjects of suicide intervention program, there are 15 articles of monoclonal Pre and post design (51.72%),which made up the largest proportion. 5. As for the sample size, there were 16.79 persons in the treatment group on average, 13.28 persons in the control group have average and the total persons were 10 on average. The treatment period was 12 weeks on average and the average number of treatment times was 18. The places of treatment were 3 schools (10.38%), which made up the largest proportion. 19. The results of the experimental study support the research hypothesis of all 29 programs. Conclusions. As the above, the studies on the art therapy intervention program for children are increasing but the subjects are overly weighted toward elementary school students. Although the content of the art therapy intervention program was varied, it was found that the development of the program using various art media which can induce the motivation of the child was lacking. In addition, the place of experimental mediation was concentrated on psychology center as 12(41.38%), indicating that there are not enough places to connect with community organizations such as schools and hospitals. The variables of experimental study were focused on psychological variables and it was found that there were insufficient application of various variables including coping method, social support, and physiological variables.

마음챙김 명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 직장인의 직무스트레스와 대인관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of a Group Art Therapy Program based on Mindfulness Meditation on the Job Stress and Interpersonal Relationships of Office Workers)

  • 본 연구는 마음 챙김 명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 직장인의 직무스트레스와 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 경기도 A시에 소재한 직장인 24명으로 실험집단 12명과 통제집단 12명을 무선 배치하여 실험집단은 6주 동안 총 12회(주 2회, 각 90분)기를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단에 참여한 직장인의 직무스트레스 전체와 직무스트레스요인, 스트레스 증세요인, 직무스트레스 결과요인의 하위요인 모두 사전에 비해 사후에 감소되었다. 둘째, 실험집단에 참여한 직장인의 대인관계 전체와 하위요인인 지배성, 보복성, 냉담성, 사회적 회피성, 비주장성, 피착취성, 헌신성, 간섭성 모두 사전에 비해 사후에 감소되었다. 결과적으로 본 마음챙김 명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 직장인의 직무스트레스 감소와 대인관계를 향상시키는데 효과가 있음이 제시되었다.

  • 본 연구는 학교부적응 청소년을 대상으로 집단미술치료 프로그램을 적용하여 자아존중감과 스트레스에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 A지역 B중학교 2학년에 재학 중인 학교부적응 청소년 6명이며, 기간은 2021년 5월 12일 부터 6월 9일까지 주 2회, 회기당 60분씩 총 10회기 진행하였다. 연구 도구는 자아존중감 척도(SEI)와 빗속의 사람그림(PITR)검사의 사전·사후 변화를 살펴보았다. 자료 분석은 자아존중감의 변화를 살펴보기 위해 Wilcoxon test를 실시하였고 빗속의 사람그림(PITR)검사의 변화는 미술치료전문가 2명이 질적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 집단미술치료 프로그램은 학교부적응 청소년의 자아존중감 향상에 효과적이었다. 둘째, 집단미술치료 프로그램은 학교부적응 청소년의 스트레스 감소에 효과적이었다. 결론적으로 집단미술치료는 학교부적응 청소년의 자아존중감 향상과 스트레스 감소에 도움을 주어, 학교부적응 청소년의 심리적 안정감을 도모하는데 효과적임이 입증되었다.

손 조작을 통한 음악치료 프로그램이 경도우울증 여성노인의 우울과 인지에 미치는 영향 (The effects of music therapy program with the hand manipulation on the depression and cognition in elderly women with mild depression)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of music therapy combined with hand manipulation on depression and cognition in elderly women with mild depression. Methods: In order to investigate the effects of a music therapy program through hand, 20 elderly women with a GDS-K score of 14-18 were selected among women aged 65 to 84 living in Busan. The 10 subjects in the experimental group were given the music therapy program 3 times a week for 4 weeks, 12 sessions, and the 10 subjects in the control group were not given it. GDS-K and K-MoCA were performed before and after the experiment, and data analysis was performed through Wilcoxon's test using the SPSS 24.0 statistical package program. Results: The music therapy program through hand manipulation is effective in reducing depression in elderly women with mild depression, and there was a significant decrease. The sub-domains of depression, such as tension and depressive emotions, life dissatisfaction, lethargy, cognitive difficulties, low energy, and loss of motivation, were significantly reduced. In addition, it has an effect on cognition, and it significantly increased in attention, delayed recall ability, which are sub-domains of cognition. There is a significant difference in depression between the experimental group and the control group, and there is a significant difference in cognition between the two groups. Conclusions: The music therapy program with hand manipulation has a positive effect on depression and cognition in elderly women with mild depression.

초등학생을 대상으로 한 집단미술치료프로그램 효과에 대한 메타분석 (Meta-analysis of the Effects of Group Art Therapy on Elementary School Students)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of group art therapy for elementary school students through meta-analysis of domestic journals from 2010 to 2017. Methods: The subjects of this study were 259 effect sizes calculated from the 41 research materials selected in "Korean Journal of Art Therapy" (Korea Art Therapy Association) and "The Korean Journal of Art Therapy" (The Institute of Korea Arts Therapy). Results: First, the overall mean effect size of children participating in art therapy for this study was 1.69, which indicates that the programs proved to be useful for children. Second, the session with the largest effect size consisting of 7~10 group members was conducted more than 20 times in total, with the time per session of 60~90 minutes. Conclusion/Implications: It is expected that elementary school art therapy can be an effective way of solving the psychological problems of children and will be useful for future program development and research.

집단미술요법의 노인의 무력감, 고독감, 우울, 자아상에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Group Art Therapy on Old Adults' Powerlessness, Loneliness, Depression and Self-image)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of group art therapy on old adults' powerlessness, loneliness. depression and self-image (for 55-year old or older people). Method: An experimental group of 10 persons were given group art therapy for 1 hour per week for 8 weeks. Results: The result of this study showed that group art therapy is effective in decreasing older adults' powerlessness (p<0.05) and their loneliness and depression (p<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the score of loneliness (p>0.05). A tree test was executed to analyze self-image change. and the result of the tree test showed a significant change in the tree shape. which mean a significant positive change in self-image. Conclusions: The scores of older adults' powerlessness, loneliness and depression were lowered by the group art therapy. Therefore it is thought that group art therapy program was an effective intervention for improving older adults' quality of life. Thus, this study suggests to apply group art therapy as a supportive nursing intervention in order to manage powerlessness, loneliness, depression and self-image in old low-income adults.

섬유매체를 활용한 집단미술치료가 중학생의 정서지능에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Group Art Therapy Using Fabric Medium on Emotional Intelligence of Middle School Students)

  • This thesis seeks to inquire into the effect of group art therapy using a fabric medium on the emotional intelligence of middle school students. This application of fabrics to group art therapy is helpful in terms of gender roles and equality from an educational aspect and can help activate and control positive sentiment. Therefore, it was believed to have a positive effect on emotional intelligence. The subjects were 28 boys and girls who were students of the Supportive Project for the Priority Region of Educational Welfare Investment. The measurement tool is a revision of the emotional intelligence test of Mun Yong-Rin (1997), which itself was based on the emotional intelligence model of Mayer and Salovey (1997). The data materials are analyzed by SPSS (ver. 17.0 for Windows). To test the homogeneity of the groups, the Mann-Whitney U test was carried out, and to analyze the effect of this program, the Wilcoxon signed ranks test was carried out. The results are as follows. This program had a positive effect on the emotional intelligence of both male and female students, especially on their empathy and activation of thinking among the subcategories. This study has significance in that it verifies the effect of the improvement of emotional intelligence by way of group art therapy using fabrics, adding a fabric medium to the art medium. As the subject group was restricted to 28 adolescents in the Supportive Project, it is not easy to generalize the achievement to the entiresphere of group art therapy.

ETC 기반 집단미술치료의 효과성 연구: 초등학생 어머니의 양육불안 감소를 중심으로 (The Effects of ETC-based Group Art Therapy : Focusing on the Parental Anxiety of Elementary School Students' Mothers)

  • 본 연구는 ETC 기반 집단미술치료가 초등학교 1학년 어머니의 양육불안 감소에 미치는 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 ETC 이론의 치료적 요인과 효과성을 근거로 ETC 프로그램을 구성하였고, 연구대상으로 경기도 A시의 OO초등학교 1학년 자녀를 둔 어머니 7명을 선정하였다. 본 연구프로그램은 2019년 4월 8일부터 5월 24일까지 주 1~2회, 70~90분, 총 11회기를 진행하였으며 효과검증을 위해 양육불안 척도검사를 사전·사후 실시하고 측정한 값을 SPSS 24.0 프로그램으로 비교분석하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 어머니의 양육불안이 ETC 미술치료 프로그램 실시 후 유의미하게 감소하였다. 둘째, ETC 수준의 변화가 양육불안 감소에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 참여자들은 자신이 선호하는 미술매체로 ETC의 모든 수준에서 자기탐색과 자기이해를 할 수 있는 기회를 경험함으로써 양육불안을 낮출 수 있었다. 또한 내담자 자신의 문제를 스스로 자각하고, 자발적 매체선택을 통해 자신에게 유익한 방향을 결정할 수 있으며, 개인에게 맞는 활동을 수행하게 하는 ETC 집단미술치료 프로그램의 효과를 확인했다는 것에 의의가 있다

결혼이주여성을 위한 통합예술치료 프로그램이 자기유능감 및 갈등대처방식에 미치는 효과 (Effects of an Integrative Art Therapy Program on Self-Efficacy and Conflict Coping Strategies in Marriage Migrant Women)

  • 본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 자기유능감을 향상하고, 부부 간 갈등해결방법 습득과 친밀한 가족관계 형성을 위해 통합예술치료 프로그램을 실시하여 어떠한 효과가 있는지 밝히고자 하였다. 본 프로그램의 대상자는 A시에 거주하는 결혼이주여성으로 한국에 거주한지 2년 이상인 여성으로 한정하였다. 실험집단 30명, 통제집단 31명을 무선표집으로 배치하고, 총 8회에 걸쳐 개입하였다. 사전검사는 1회 차에 실시하였으며, 사후 검사는 프로그램이 끝난 지 한 달 후에 실시하였다. 결혼이주여성을 위한 통합예술치료 프로그램의 실시 결과, 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 자기유능감과 갈등해결방식에 효과가 있게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 실시한 결혼이주여성을 위한 통합예술치료 프로그램은 결혼이주여성으로 하여금 성공 경험을 만들어 줌으로써 자신감을 회복하고, 적극적으로 원만한 부부관계 및 가족관계를 형성하게 하기 위한 것이다. 또 실천 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 통합예술치료 프로그램을 제시하여 이주여성의 가족 및 사회적응의 기초를 마련하고자 한다.

집단미술치료가 저소득층 아동의 우울과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Group Art Therapy on Depression and Self-Esteem of Children from Low-Income Families)

  • Children from low-income families are vulnerable to variable psychological and emotional stress related to financial issues and dysfunctional families. The subjects were 15 1st to 3rd graders who were low on the Self Esteem Scale (SES). They were attending an after-school center for elementary school students. They participated in three art therapy groups from April to October 2005. Children's depressive symptoms and self-esteem were assessed using the Children's Depression Inventory (CDI) and an observational check-list. Results showed that the group art therapy program brought about significant effects on increasing self-esteem of the children and reducing depressive symptoms, showing that group art therapy can facilitate emotional and psycho-social growth of children from low-income families and can be developed in family-based community programs.
