In order to secure sustainable financial resources and to attract more key supporters, today's art museums are trying to further develop individual sponsorship. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of membership programs by considering membership as the first step for the development of individual supporters for art museums. Although it is not easy to generate substantial profits within a short period through membership, art museums can secure supporters who empathize with and participate in their mission and activities by developing individual supporters through membership. The new trends of support, which has emerged as a stream of "new philanthropy" since the 1990s, indicate that the needs and motivations of individual supporters are changing. This has great implications for the direction of the development and operation of membership programs at art museums. This study investigated the role, method, and direction of the development of individual supporters through membership by conducting a theoretical review and a case study on the membership programs and individual sponsors of art museums. In addition, the study analyzed the cases of the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Museum of Modern Art in the United States, which have continuously attempted new approaches and improved membership programs based on a long history of membership operation and individual support, by centering on the new attributes of philanthropy, including participation and involvement, accountability, and transparency. Based on the results, implications and suggestions for Korean art museums were derived. Amid the lack of art museums' membership programs and academic research, this study has significance in exploring the direction and prerequisites for membership for the development of individual supporters.

Advances in science and technology have led the development of the times, and provide abundant technological means, new tools, and new angles of thought to art and new media, and become an important driving force for creativity and rigidity in art. This study, starting from the trend of convergence creativity between art and science and technology, focuses on the new characteristics of new media art, and combines examples of works in several areas such as characteristics. It has a certain reference value for understanding the characteristics of the times and its development trend to deeply grasp the current new media art while analyzing it in detail.

This study aims to investigate the moderating effect of appearance confidence in the relationship between the expected value of appearance management and beauty management behavior of college students. For data collection, 300 questionnaires were distributed among the students of a 4-year university in Gwangju, Republic of Korea from April 12 to 22, 2022; 273 copies were collected, and 259 copies were used as the final sample. SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the collected data, and the results were as follows. First, the expected value of appearance management had a positive (+) effect on beauty management behavior. Second, the expected value of appearance management had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on beauty management behavior. Taken together, the results of the study show that the higher the level of social internalization, play and sympathy values, and appearance confidence of the expected value of appearance management, the higher the college students' beauty management behavior. Taken together, the results of the study show that the higher the level of social internalization, play conformity value, and appearance confidence of the expected value of appearance management, the higher the college students' beauty management behavior. This was confirmed to act as a reinforcing mechanism.

There are no formal decision tools or guidelines to assist owners and contractors in choosing delivery systems and project strategies that would allow for a radical reduction in project cycle time - from the preplanning phase through project start up. Therefore, it is important to identify the state-of-practice and the state-of-art on methods of achieving radical reduction defined as a reduction of 25% or more in overall project cycle time. A comprehensive literature review, three questionnaire surveys, and the seven case studies were conducted and the data obtained from them were analyzed to establish the state-of-practice and state-of-art for project cycle time reduction techniques.

The recycling cell formation problem means that disposal products are classified into recycling part families using group technology in their end of life phase. Disposal products have the uncertainties of product status by usage influences. Recycling cells are formed considering design, process and usage attributes. In this paper, a novel approach to the design of cellular recycling system is proposed, which deals with the recycling cell formation and assignment of identical products concurrently. Fuzzy clustering algorithm and Fuzzy-ART neural network are applied to describe the states of disposal product with the membership functions and to make recycling cell formation. This approach leads to recycling and reuse of the materials, components, and subassemblies and can evaluate the value at each cell of disposal products. Application examples are illustrated by disposal refrigerators, compared fuzzy clustering with Fuzzy-ART neural network performance in cell formation.

A Study of Instant rice selected attributes of instant rice, the decrease in rice consumption is in fact been hailed as a stock and based on dietary lifestyle through prior research, attempting to validate whether the behavior between the related implications. The instant rice revitalization plan of conducting were developed further, consumers want instant rice and at the same time. Confirmed based on the selected attributes of instant rice according to consumer dietary lifestyle through this research to know could have instant rice selection attributes affect the degree of the action. Compare the differences of regional instant rice selected attributes gradually increasing area for future research, instant rice consumers surveyed Seoul, Gyeonggi-do area only residing in the limitations of this study, which, because you are studying in different regions.

To increase the efficiency of task on the desk, this paper proposes a reconfigurable desk. The proposed reconfigurable desk is based on the Pin Art technology. For the design of the proposed desk, the upper surface of the desk is divided into small units, and then the user easily controls the height of the divided pieces to make desk a desired shape by using the proposed user interface. The Arduino module controls the hardware and the user interface is configured by using Android applications, making it easy for anyone to use. Through extensive experiments, the proposed system shows that various types of deformations are possible and thus the utilization is very high by mounting diverse devices.

The development of technology has always been influencing the worldview of the time, and this has been embodied through artistic media and contents throughout history. This paper begins with an overview on how the notion of movement in art has developed with the juxtaposition of materiality and immateriality or the conversion between the two by rethinking Kinetic Art which was popularized in the mid-twentieth century in America and Europe. Then, this is compared with New Media Art which employs advanced digital media techniques to generate virtual images. New Media Art requires some kinds of physical mechanisms and space for the embodiment of virtual images to some extent. The coexistence of material and immaterial aspects of New Media art is investigated through the contextualization with certain aspects of Kinetic Art.

Various works of art in a convergent form using new media technology Reflecting the attempted trend, this paper examines the footsteps of public art and Looking at the examples of works using new media art as an expression method of public art works, I suggest vr drawing as a new tool for public media art. The drawing performance using the vr drawing tool and the case of the vr realistic performance scarecrow, The vr drawing tool can infer the possibility of practical application as a new expression method of public art. This study uses a vr drawing tool among new media technologies in the future. It is believed that it will be a prior study that will help prospective creators. In addition, compared to the media status in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, art and If you think and analyze the future value of technology, I think it will be a meaningful study.

The aesthetic value of Korea is rising in various fields through the use of designs using Korean materials. Korean materials contain oriental ideas and are widely used as materials for design development due to the uniqueness of its form. The purpose of this study is to present basic data of nail art design differentiated nail art designs required at the nail art industry site by producing nail works using Korean materials. Accordingly, We proceeded on the basis of theoretical consideration and empirical research for the development of nail art design, a field of beauty in this study, and made a Korean and unique nail art design work using the Four Gracious Plants. For this purpose, we considered theoretically the characteristics of nail art and the Gracious Plants, and made nail art design works derived from empirical research. The work was analyzed by color, texture, and design elements of form. Therefore, the mixed method of Nail Art and the Gracious Plants, which is the core of this study, is considered to be meaningful in laying the foundation for creative nail art design development.
