This study focuses on two analysis: direct cognition of effectiveness of internship practicum, difference of career attitude maturity. The purpose of this experimental case study is to find out the practical problems of Internship education as a field-study of LIS by applying Job-Shadowing Internship methods. The results reveal that 71% of interns responded the positive effects of Job-Shadowing, but the effects to the career attitude maturity was not statistically significant. The implications of the case study are as follows; (1) systematic pre-instruction and orientation from the department are the critical factor of internship, (2) practicum guidelines(PEP), which is provided by the person in charge of tasks in internship institutions is the another important factor, and finally, (3) tools for measuring the effectiveness of internship is required for LIS practicum major course development.

The focus of the study is to propose a long-term teaching and learning direction of one-person creative enterprise by college students in the field of the industry of Applied Music Contents. Critical review on literature and theories related to the recent trends of Applied Music industry and entrepreneurship education was conducted. The study introduced a macro level of four educational principles of Applied Music studies at a college such as: integrating Applied Music education with a viewpoint of humanities, fostering creative entrepreneur spirits of students in the field of Applied Music, applying new social media and technologies into teaching knowledge and skills of Applied Music, and finally developing students' authentic music expertise under cognitive apprenticeship(by a relationship of mentor-mentee) of Applied Music.

This essay examines the relationship between death and the minor literature and the minor philosophy of education. Deleuze and Guattari conceive death as the source of question and the problem. Death overcomes Freud's death-drive and is conceived as the universal event. Then, death is understood as the essential problem, the condition of thought about life, and the paradox of actuality. On the other hand, their minor literature is able to figure in Kafka's works, Metamorphosis and so on, excellently. Deleuze and Guattari argue that Kafka's works push ahead to the edge of the deterritorization. Their argument on the minor literature has the following three characteristics: first, the territorization of the language; second, the directional connection between the individual and the social; third, the collective arrangement of the statement. Death and the minor literature share the "intensity" as the theoretical tool and thus presuppose each other. From this, we are able to draw the possibility of the minor philosophy of education. It makes a crack on the major philosophy of education, exposing the limitation of the doctrines. In other words, the major philosophy of education enforces the reading of grand philosophers by the defined ways only. Instead, Deleuze and Guattari show the creative way through their research of the history of philosophy and extend the field of thought. In following this way, we can repeat the novel in the philosophy of education also. In this essay, we examine their "affect" for the possibility.

This study researched the art-educational thoughts as a modern idea influenced with the social and philosophical transitions in the 19th century. Moreover, this study focused on Frank Lloyd Wright's educational thoughts, because those educational revolutions had appeared as one of the results that Western society's character was rapidly changed by those revolutions, so called, Industrial Revolution, American and French Revolution, and Cultural Revolution of Romanticism, from late 18th century, and eventually because that revolutionary educational ideas had closely and basically many relations with Wright's thought. As a result, even though Wright's education such an apprenticeship was a traditional shape, which was not the old-fashioned educational method discipling to the skillful man, but against the existing education through the self-learning from experiences in nature. That is similar to transcendentalists such as Emerson who searched for having an inspiration in Nature. Namely, Wright himself had struggled against the existing dualistic educational concepts through Wright's monistic thoughts on art-education including architecture based on not naturalism but the philosophy of nature by romantic idealistic philosophers such as Shelling, Fickle, Kant, Hegel including with his Master, Sullivan, and by revolutionary educators such as Freobel, Ruskin, Dewey, and above all by his Unitarian doctrine. However, Wright's thoughts was at that time so radical, and as Wright himself acknowledged that, 'because the philosophy back of it, of course, as you know, is midway I guess between East and West', such all philosophical objects to influence on Wright were so abstruse idea which is usually called 'Romantic' or 'Mystic' that is mingled with East's and West's essence. That is, because Wright himself catched that the theories and methods of the art-educational thoughts would not be easily perceived, and he judged that in a word as a character which could not be taught. After all, Wright's romantic progressivist art-educational thoughts have not been perceived, disseminated in general and widely.

Despite the fact that the construction industry demands a good quality of skilled labors, most of the labors have been nurtured through apprenticeship, without a systematic education. Despite Institutions has been conducted government-funded education and training programs, the number of new workers released through the educational institutions is not up to the demand of the construction sites, and only few construction workers take government-funded education program. This study analyzed the current status and problems of government-funded education and training, to derive problems and illustrates key improvements in the education system. The improvement measures were presented to improve the cost-side difficulties analyzed by major problems and improvements. As a result, this study aids to activate government-funded education and training.

This study investigated the perception of the learning-workers' organizational effectiveness. They participate in the degree-linked work-learning parallel system. As a result, the turnover intention and job performance were higher than those of general office workers, and organizational commitment was lower. In addition, the higher scholastic year and grades, the higher job satisfaction. the higher grades, the lower burnout. specially the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders showed higher turnover intentions than the first grader. The results of the survey of (dis)satisfaction factors of learning workers also show that OJT management in the field should be strengthened rather than OFF-JT education in universities. This paper suggests that companies participating in the work-learning parallel system need higher-level management in aspects such as educational supports, personnel management, and OJT management as well as competency development of learning-workers. It shows that supplementary measures are needed for learning time and learner management of participating companies.

In the recent education market, Edutech technology, in which various digital technologies are grafted into the education, is being actively applied due to the 4th industrial revolution and the development of ICT. In particular, realistic experiential learning contents that can provide realistic and immersive learning in a virtual space are in the spotlight and are being expanded to each field. However, in the field of Korean medicine education, the introduction of ICT is delayed due to the nature of Korean medicine, difficulties in apprenticeship education, quantitative education, and the absence of an objective evaluation system. Therefore, in this study, we propose a digital technology application for acupuncture and acupuncture points, where practice is particularly important in Korean medicine. Various methods of acupuncture and acupoints education using AR, MR, IoT and Touch-Display Table will provide an opportunity to change the paradigm of Korean medicine education and further contribute to the globalization of Korean medicine.

Recently, many cognitive training programs based on digital contents have been presented, but few digital contents have been produced for children with intellectual disabilities among children with developmental disabilities. Digital contents based training programs are needed to apply remotely untact training programs rather than face-to-face apprenticeship classes for improving the cognition of children with intellectual disabilities. This study was attempted to present the new cognitive training program by analyzing concurrent validity, which was analyzed by the correlation between items by comparing with subtests of K-WISC-IV and items of game based Neuro-World cognitive training program. It was found that there are some validity by analyzing correlation between the subtests of K-WISC-IV and the items of Neuro-World program, which means that it has concurrent validity of some items of Neuro-World program. In terms of reliability, the Cronbach alpha value was 0.794, indicating that game performance of children with intellectual disabilities and the degree of level increase in each game were somewhat reliable. This is considered to be a significant result in future studies for clinical trials of cognitive training tools.

We analyzed the responses of 152 science-gifted high school students by surveying the status and recognition of writing and keeping laboratory notebooks to develop guidelines and education plans. Science-gifted students did not write laboratory notes diligently, despite recognizing that it is crucial to do so. Mentors also tended not to provide faithful guidance and inspection. There was an insufficient practice in using research evidence in laboratory notebooks, such as including names and dates for authentication. In addition, while a high ratio of students owned their own laboratory notebooks, there was not a high level of recognition regarding the retention period, ownership, and responsibility. Based on these results, we propose suggestions for improving educational institutions for gifted students in science. First, it is necessary to strengthen the guidance for science-gifted students to faithfully write laboratory notebooks. Second, education on writing laboratory notebooks should be provided. Third, science-gifted high schools should prepare regulations for the management of lab notes and conduct education based on them.

His study was started in the sense of examining the direction of nurturing calligraphy education professionals as the Act on Promotion of Calligraphy was enforced. The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of nurturing manpower in the calligraphy field, and to suggest a direction for nurturing professional manpower different from the existing Seodang-style and apprenticeship methods. To this end, we first looked at the current status of manpower in the calligraphy field through a fact-finding survey and prior research. As of March 2022, the overall status of the curriculum of the Department of Calligraphy at Korean universities was analyzed and its characteristics were examined. In this study, the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training and the direction of nurturing professional manpower through designated institutions were presented. For the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training, we selected an autonomous training method that enables training members to collaborate together to enhance the competency of participants. presented as Training and training for professional manpower through designated institutions Major . operation .
