  • Drones are being spreaded for the purposes such as construction, logistics, scientific research, recording, toy and so on. However, anti-drone related technologies which make the opposite drones neutralized are also widely being researched and developed because some drones are being used for crime or terror. The range of anti-drone related technologies can be divided into detection, identification and neutralization. The drone neutralization methods are divided into Soft-kill one which blocks the detected drones using jamming and Hard-kill one which destroys the detected ones physically. In this paper, Google and Naver domestic news articles related to anti-drone were gathered. Analyzing the domestic news articles, 8 of related technologies using RF, GNSS, Radar and so on were found. Regarding as this, the general features and usage status of those technologies were described and those on anti-drone for each company and agency were gathered and analyzed.

  • In this paper, technical and patent analysses of anti-drone technology, which aim to neutralize drone attacks are conducted. We conducted research on the technical definition of anti-drone, the technical elements of anti-drone systems, and investigated the patents related to anti-drone and drone filed domestically and internationally over the past 10 years, starting from 2011. For domestic patents, we examined the number of patent applications related to anti-drone and the overall domestic patent applications over the past 10 years. Regarding international filings, we investigated the patent applications related to anti-drone filed in the United States, Europe, Japan, China, and under the PCT system in the past 10 years. We conducted a search for patents related to anti-drone, including neutralization techniques identified under the keyword "anti-drone," patents related to drone detection and identification techniques, and patents related to drone neutralization techniques. Through the conducted research, a total of 91 patents were filed for drone detection techniques. Out of these, 5 patents, accounting for 5.5%, were filed by public institutions. In the case of patents filed for drone identification techniques, there were a total of 174 patents. Among these, 4 patents, which is 2.3%, were filed by public institutions.

  • Drones are emerging as a new security threat, and the world is working to reduce them. Detection and identification are the most difficult and important parts of the anti-drone systems. Existing detection and identification methods each have their strengths and weaknesses, so complementary operations are required. Detection and identification performance in anti-drone systems can be improved through the use of artificial intelligence. This is because artificial intelligence can quickly analyze differences smaller than humans. There are three ways to utilize artificial intelligence. Through reinforcement learning-based physical control, noise and blur generated when the optical camera tracks the drone may be reduced, and tracking stability may be improved. The latest NeRF algorithm can be used to solve the problem of lack of enemy drone data. It is necessary to build a data network to utilize artificial intelligence. Through this, data can be efficiently collected and managed. In addition, model performance can be improved by regularly generating artificial intelligence learning data.

  • Recently, the rapid development of drones is increasing as a variety of threats to important facilities of the country. In order to build an anti-drone system that responds to drones with high technical characteristics, standardization is required in terms of operation, system, and technology. By applying the defense architecture framework, it contributes to the establishment of the optimal system by proposing a standardization plan for the operational and system perspectives of the anti-drone system by creating outputs equivalent to the stage of prior research on weapons systems. It is a prerequisite for building a drone system the operational concept of the anti-drone system, the definition of the drone threat, the function of each component, the interface, the definition of data flow, the system performance and effect scale, etc. Management, security officers, and equipment manufacturers of important national and public facilities on site expect that it will be used as an objective standard at the government level for the component technology of the equipment to respond to the drone threat and the performance required in the environment.

  • Recently, as the use of drones for military purposes is increasing, such as the Russia-Ukraine War, North Korea's reconnaissance against South Korea, and Army Tiger 4.0's dronebot system, anti-drone technology is developing a lot in each country. However, traditional anti-drone technologies in the form of using conventional weapons or electronic warfare weapons have the disadvantage of being expensive, so anti-drone technologies that can be performed at low cost are currently being newly researched. Therfore, in response to these anti-drone technologies, many efforts are being made to increase the survivability of our allies. In line with this trend, this study assumes a virtual anti-drone system applied with cyber domain and electronic warfare domain technologies that can be performed at low cost, rather than a technique using expensive conventional weapons or electronic warfare weapons among various anti-drone technologies. In response to this, we would like to present a plan to increase the survivability of friendly drones.

  • Recently, acccording to price decline and miniaturization of drone, it is increased dramatically that drone usage in various category including military and private sectors. In accordance with popular usage, There is a increasing risk of safety accident, national security and public privacy problem. Hence there is a high demand for study and analysis applicable to the related technology and anti-drone method including drone detection and jamming. In general, it is extremely difficult to detect and recognize drones using conventional sensors. In this paper, we classify drone detection technology and Drone detection experiments are performed using CW RADAR to obtain and analyze micro-doppler pattern. This preliminary study aims to provide fundamental theory on radar drone detection and experimental test results such that in-depth anti-drone technology can be established in future.

  • Anti-drone means a device that detects and blocks the intrusion and activity of illegal drones, and includes technology that crashes illegal drones or destroys them in the air. This paper analyzes the impact of jamming due to remote drone detection with anti-drone technology. The impact of jamming signals may vary depending on the distance of the drone. The present invention has an advantage of simultaneously jamming a drone at a short distance and a drone at a long distance due to the generation of a triangular wave, and efficiently operates a battery by not transmitting the drone at a maximum power. Also, even if the jamming is not affected at a distance, the jamming effect is greater at a close range, so it can be influenced differently.

  • Recently, as the technology of drones develops, a malicious attack using a drones becomes a problem, and an anti-drone technology for detecting an attack dron for a malicious attack is required. However, currently used drone detection systems are expensive and require a lot of manpower. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an anti - drone method using the analysis and algorithms of the anti - drone that can monitor the attack drones. In this paper, we identify and detect attack drones using sniffing, and propose capture and deception algorithm through spoofing using current GPS based detection system.

  • Drones of honeybee (Apis mellifera) have been regarded as a useful value only when mating with queen bee. However, the drone pupae have been reported to be nutritionally valuable, and a potential beekeeping product. In this study, drone pupae extracted with 5% acetic acid were used to measure anti-thrombosis related fibrinolytic activity using Strup and Mullertz fibrin plate method. As a result, the drone pupae extract showed higher effect of fibrinolytic activity(clear zone diameter 20.83mm) compared to the human plasmin (clear zone diameter 12.93mm) used as a positive control. It was suggested that the extract of drone pupae can be developed as a functional material helping prevention or treatment of various vascular diseases.
