South Korea has more than two-thirds of the land consists of mountainous terrain. It is necessary to enable the recycling of mountain tourism policy to allow people to use. This paper studied Bukhansan where there seems to have the most economical efficiency and effectiveness as an alternative means of transportation applying user'swillingnessto pay by age based upon the Study on Introduction Bukhansan Mountain Railway which was progressed as part of the balanced national development and railway promotion strategy. The Analyisis results are shown that cost-benefit ratio is Lim 0.73 and rack & pinion 0.8. The rack-and-pinion method is selected as an applicable alternative. If the new technologies are developed and made part of the construction of the tunnel route was judged as possible as an alternative way LIM

The main purpose of this study was to develop Mountain Search and Rescue System for enhancing search and rescue operations in the mountains. This study also focused on presenting an alternative to using a cellular phone for requesting rescue due to their unreliability in remote areas. This system is designed to help in the search and rescue of people in emergency situations in the mountains. It is composed of buzzer sensors, environmental information sensors, and a statistical analysis program. A key feature of this system is that it does not require an infrastructure of internet or CDMA networks for its operation in the mountains. The measure for the study was conducted by using a zigbee protocol analyzer, RF module and 433MHz Helical antenna to analyze the rate of data reception in relation to the distance between nodes. This system is applicable to mountains provided the distance between nodes is over 100 m and under 150 m.

This study aims at providing developmental process for art and cultural space putting into an alternative in pursue of territorial arts and applicable tourist resources by bridging connectivity between arts and tourism. It overviews art promotional policies by a variety of associations since the end of 1990s, focusing on studios for art creation, while attempting to develop effective and practical operational process by analytically identifying in detail various touch points possibly occurrently in the field of arts and culture.

The COVID-19 pandemic has ushered in a new era of untact and we are quickly adapting to this untact era. In the current situation where it is difficult to contact each other face-to-face, Virtual Reality (VR) is an opportunity factor for indirect tourism and a good alternative to viewing cultural heritage. This study showed that the effects of experience economies such as entertainment experience, aesthetic experience, escapist experience, and spiritual experience on VR content satisfaction. Furthermore, we examined whether consumers' perceived risks to COVID-19 moderate the relationship between experience economy and satisfaction. This study investigated 149 people who experienced VR content about Jerusalem. The results have shown that entertainment experience and aesthetic experience have a positive effect on the satisfaction with the VR content. Furthermore, perceived risks about COVID-19 have been shown to moderate the effects of aesthetic experience and spiritual experience on satisfaction. Finally, we provided implications based on our findings.

This paper concerns the cultural tourism and the importance of cultural interpreters. Globalization has become a key word of 21st century, so the volume of tourists has been increasing. Furthermore, as the Korean wave has expanded to the world, more people are interested in Korea and Korean culture, and we observed the obvious increase of tourists. International tourists visit Korea with a variety of purposes, and their travel types are also diversified. This paper analyzes tourists' behavior based on the data provided by KNTO and briefly examines the cultural interpreters in 5 major organizations. Then considering the specific roles of the guides based on the Cohen (1985) and Lee (2011), I propose that the government should give more focus on the professional foreign language speaking interpreters for culture. As for an alternative to the present volunteering system for foreign languages, I strongly suggest multi-culture families or international students staying in Korea, for the wiser use of their abilities, their easy adaptation to the new world, and the peaceful coexistence.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of College Students' Ego Status on career aspiration and job choice value. In order to investigate this questionnaire, 120 students from the Tourism Management Department of S University in Gyeonggi-do were surveyed. The questionnaire was reconstructed on the basis of previous studies and total of 45 items. Survey items of career choice value were 7 items including leadership desire, professionalism, direct improvement, social contribution, intellectual value calculation, vacation guarantee, salary Level. As a result of the study, it was found that career aspiration and job choice value were highly correlated with each other and that egogram structure showed a high correlation with adult ego status. Also, the higher the career aspiration and the higher the adult ego status, the higher the value of job choice. Based on the above results, the analysis of the ego-status profile based on the transactional analysis theory can be used as a very useful basic data for exploring the students' career decision, career choice and job choice, I think it will help me to understand and find an alternative career path.

This study aims to analyze the cases of VR space to improve the regulations. The space is divided according to the multi-use business act when the VR simulator and the VR game are simultaneously installed in a single space. It is necessary to amend the rules of the Tourism Promotion Act so that it can operate at a certain area of the youth game room subject to the Game Industry Law. Amendments that do not compartmentalize a space partition in the Multi-use Business Act should be carried out simultaneously. This is safer alternative by collective management rather than by the safety applied within a limited space by eliminating the compartment by industry. This is a legal amendment that allows VR simulator and VR game to be operated in the same space even in small sized amusement facilities such as other amusement facilities. This regulatory improvement plan is expected to help the activation of small sized VR theme parks.

This study was conducted to find a useful alternative herbivore system with which to study the effects of ultraviolet exposure on the pathogenicity and survival of Korean isolated entomopathogenic nematodes (Heterorhabditis sp. 202 strain, Heterorhabditis sp. Gyeongsan strain, Steinernema sp. 223 strain, S. carpocapsae Pocheon strain, S. glaseri Dongrae strain and S. longicaudum Nonsan strain). Pathogenicity of entomopathogenic nematodes against silkworm, Bombyx mori, differed depending on the nematode species and strain and instar of silkworm challenged. Steinernematidae were relatively more pathogenic to the 5th instar silkworms, whereas Heterorhabditidae were more pathogenic to the 1st instars. UV-C exposure was harmful to entomopathogenic nematodes. All nematodes were killed within 60 minutes of exposure of UV-C, and after 10 min of exposure they caused only 6.7% corrected mortality of silkworms. Silkworms were not infected when they were fed S. carpocapsae Pocheon strain treated mulberry leaves which were exposed to UV intensity of about $2.3mW/cm^2$ for 4 hours in the field. Pathogenicity of S. carpocapsae was not significantly reduced after 1 hour of exposure to $4.0mW/cm^2$ UV intensity on the mulberry leaves against silkworms.

The purpose of this study is to derive research subject that has been overlooked in previous studies and contribute to seek to the direction of research in rural development by analyzing the studies in the last 30 years on rural society. In this study, Social Network Analysis was used for identifying the changes in research themes and connection structure of keyword. The study shows that in the previous Roh Moo-Hyun's Administration from 1986 to 2000, the convergence of the research is not active. In terms of the connection structure of keyword, lots of keywords are connected to the 'Migration, IMF, Satisfaction, Green Tourism' but its form is not complicated. In the Roh Moo-Hyun's Administration from 2001 to 2007, the academic exchanges and convergence of keywords on rural development were promoted research. The connection structure of keyword was formed like a complex cluster associated with 'The Rural Elderly, Rural Tourism, Rural Development Policy, Urban-Rural Comparison'. Although some scholars who study 'Women's Studies, Tourism' formed the cluster, its form is still passive. Since 2008 until now, the keyword network of rural development research clustered densely and formed singly. It reveals that the convergence of research subjects has proceeded actively. And studies such as the 'Community, Participation, Social capital, Quality of life, Social networks, Alternative food movement' have begun.

Bilbao, Spain, made a mark as a example of the regional revitalization by culture and tourism. Korean Government have a perspective that culture and tourism could be an alternative to the regional crisis of manufacturing in 2018. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the locational specificity and the revival strategies for the regional development of Bilbao in a structural context. This could provide implications to the regional crisis of Korea. The main results are summarized as follows. Firstly, the local government of Bilbao has taken an active role, using not only its political and financial autonomy but also its locational advantage as an important nodal region of transnational trade networks in Europe. Secondly, Bilbao was able to sustain its regional revitalization initiatives for a long period by facilitating public-private partnership system. Finally, despite the effectiveness of the mega project and place marketing, low job security and the polarization of the service sector have emerged as a problem at the same time. Still, the deindustrialization of Bilbao could be possible due to the various services including knowledge-based services and financial services as well as culture and tourism.
