This study collects and analyzes data on educational philosophy and method for domestic and overseas alternative schools. This information is then applied to educational purpose and curriculum for a home economics curriculum that develops unique characteristics for Korean alternative education.This study collected and analyzed the characteristics of educational content and educational elements from two renowned alternative schools: Waldorf School in Germany and Summer Hill in the United Kingdom. The research results were as follows. First, it is necessary to create new word instead of using the term 'alternative education'. Second, among characteristics of Korean home economics curriculum, 'practical problem-solving ability', 'independent living ability', and 'relation forming ability' should be utilized to create a school with an independent curriculum and to establish a unique brand value. Third, time investment on instructor education should be made to cultivate competent and charming instructors as the center of a school. Lastly, school education should manage student's life at school and after graduation. The school and instructor should provide alternative education while thinking they are responsible for 50 years of a student's future life. This study helps show that alternative education is not perceived as a superficial and generalized education and that Korean alternative education can find similar characteristic to those of overseas cases.

The least squares estimation method for model parameters under failure step-stress accelerated life tests is studied and a numerical example will be given to illustrate the proposed inferential procedures under the compound linear plans proposed as an alternative to the optimal quadratic plan, assuming that the exponential distribution with a quadratic relationship between stress and log-mean lifetime. The proposed compound linear plan for constant stress accelerated life tests and 4:2:1 plan are compared for various situations. Even though the compound linear plan was proposed under constant stress accelerated life tests, we found that this plan did well relatively in failure step-stress accelerated life tests.

In the most current Turn-key bidding and Alternative design, is going to establish maintenance plan along with a economical assessment (VE/LCC assessment etc). Generally, establishment of maintenance plan is based on past experiences that are decided upon sensor position and amount with analytic or mechanical control section. But, it is more reasonable that maintenance plan based on level of significance for Probabilistic Risk, with presuming damage probability assessment of structural fracture scenarios. Therefore, in this study it is considered about the technique that an improved maintenance plan of railroad structures using PRA (Probabilistic Risk Assessment) on the basis of structural reliability theory. For this, in the paper, Preventive maintenance plan based on PRA is suggested with an application example of Pansong-Line (Line number 3) railway in Pusan works that actually executed Turn-key design.

Several accelerated life test plans use tests at only two levels of stress and thus, have practical limitations. They highly depend upon the assumption of a linear relationship between stress and time-to-failure and use only two extreme stresses that can cause irrelevant failure modes. Thus 3-level stress plans are preferable. When the lifetime distribution of test unit is exponential with mean lifetime $\theta_i$ at stress $x_i$, i=0, 1, 2, 3, we derive the optimum quadratic plan under the assumption that a quadratic relationship exists between stress and log(mean lifetime), and propose the compound linear plans, as an alternative to the optimum quadratic plan. The proposed compound linear plan is better than two other compromise plans for constant stress testing and nearly as good as the optimum quadratic plan, and has the advantage of simplicity.

이 연구는 정부의 국민연금기금 지배구조 개편안을 비판적으로 해석하고 대안적 개편 방향을 모색하고자 한 것이다. 우선 수익성과 금융적 전문성 강화를 기조로 하는 정부 개편안의 이론적 기반이자, 최근 들어 공적 연기금 지배구조에 관한 논의에서 주류를 이루는 대리인 이론에 대해 비판적으로 검토하였다. 이어서 공적연기금 거버넌스에서 대리인 이론을 바로 적용하기보다는 민주주의 원칙이 핵심이 되어야 한다는 입장에서, 공적 연기금 지배구조 구성 원칙을 기존과는 다른 방향에서 재구성하였다. 이런 대안적 원칙을 기반으로 정부가 내놓은 국민연금기금 지배구조 개편안을 평가하였다. 정부 개혁안은 공적연기금 지배구조의 민주주의 원칙을 후퇴시킬 뿐만 아니라, 개혁의 명분으로 내세우는 연기금의 정치적 자율성을 확보를 위해서도 결코 적절한 대안이 아니며, 금융시장으로부터의 독립성을 저하시킨다. 따라서 대리인 이론에 의거한 원칙들을 그대로 적용하기보다는, 민주주의 원칙에 충실한, 국가와 시민사회의 협치구조 구성을 핵심으로 하는 방향의 국민연금기금 지배구조 개편안이 제시될 필요가 있다.

Ministry of Education and Human Resources presented on December, 2006, 'Alternative school establishment and operation regulation' of contents that can be recognized attainments in scholarship because is authorized if alternative schools fulfill fixed condition. Even though, one time, it was true that several opinions which try to limit to adaptation school of person disqualified for school, thus, various discussion and efforts that specialized school for alternative education does to grow are appearing. However, the expectation which a lot of non authorized schools will apply is not so high because specialized school for alternative education will be controlled in free curriculum and school operation that have been administered and can not be guaranteed school's sell-regulation if acquire legal authorization. Under such social and educational background I surveyed present condition, law, system, literature investigation of existing study, Japanese system and example and authorized two sample specification schools etc. through 'A Basic Study on the Optimum Facilities Criteria Modeling of Regional Specialized Schools for Alternative Education(2006. 10)'. This study was preceded the succession and I visited 17 schools that permit investigation opening of schools among 29 that is authorized until present. So I try to find out architectural planning criteria to activate specialized school for alternative education more through analyzing school's general present condition, establishment idea, operation and specialized education plan, facilities present condition and characteristic.

국민소득과 여가시간이 증가함에 따라 새로운 대안관광의 하나로 생태관광이 부각되고 있다. 생태관광은 생태적으로 민감한 자원의 보호와 지역사회 개발을 동시에 추구하며 질 높은 경험을 보장하는 장점 때문에 많은 국가와 국제기구로부터 주목을 받게 되었다. 관광환경의 변화에 따라 생태관광의 중요성이 증가하고 생태관광객이 증가함에 따라 국민의 생태관광 수요을 충족시키는 한편, 생태자원을 보호하고 지역발전을 위해, 본 연구는 생태관광에 대한 이론적 고찰, 국내외 우수 생태관광의 사례를 바탕으로 강원도 6개 시군의 생태관광 발전방안으로 공공기관의 적극적인 지원 및 육성, 생태관광에 대한 사장조사, 지역성과 접목한 생태관광자원 조사 및 발굴, 지역주민의 참여, 지역사회의 관련 기관 및 단체와 긴밀한 협조, 환경해설 및 교육프로그램 운영, 지속가능한 개발 및 관리체계 확립이라는 7가지를 제시하였다.

This study presents an algorithm to select the best alternative plane among various bridge superstructure types (Steel box girder, Rational girder, PSC-I girder) using Value Engineering (VE). Economical efficiency, landscape, constructability, maintenance, stability, function of bridge superstructure were taken into consideration in the designing of bridge. Economical efficiency was evaluated for each alternative plan with optimal design considering Life Cycle Cost (LCC), Repair and rehabilitation histories and some factors were set to get reasonable results. In the application of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), consistency of Pairwise Comparisons Matrix was evaluated and the best plan was determined.

Railload line design of the railroad construction project should be planed considering the variety of quantitative and qualitative factors, and needs to be selected the optimum altinative weighing from VE/LCC analysis of the planned design. The purpose of this research is for showing selecting plan of the optimum railload line and railway bridge applying VE/LCC analysis in selecting the optimum altinative of railroad construction based on quantitative and qualitative factors, such as initial construction cost, maintenance cost, owner and user's requirements. In this research showed the application plan by each stage using data analysis, function analysis, and alternative evaluation of VE/LCC analysis with AHP and LCC analysis program for the selection. This research is proved the rationality and application of the course of selecting the optimum alternative through case application
