내담자-참여자 중심 독서치료 모형 개발에 관한 연구 (Developing a Theoretical Model for Clients-participants Centered Bibliotherapy)

  • 심리치료는 심리 정서적 어려움을 호소하는 사람들을 돕기 위한 활동 분야이다. 따라서 심리치료사들은 치료 장면에서 만나는 내담자 및 참여자들을 적절히 돕기 위해 이론적 배경을 쌓고 수련을 통해 실습 경험도 채워 나간다. 더불어 적정 치료 모형을 만들어 방법과 효과에 대해 알리고 활용한다. 그런데 우리나라의 독서치료 분야는 이미 20년 가까운 역사를 갖고 있음에도 여러 대상과 목표에 맞는 치료 모형이 개발 및 제안되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인간중심상담 이론을 바탕으로 독서치료의 주체가 되는 내담자-참여자들을 중심에 둔 독서치료 모형을 개발해 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구는 향후 여러 대상과 목표에 맞는 독서치료 모형 개발의 기초 및 참고가 될 것이다.

알칼리성 폐기물과 해수를 이용한 이산화탄소 포집 및 해양저장 (Capture and Ocean Storage of Carbon Dioxide Using Alkaline Wastes and Seawater)

  • 본 연구에서는 이산화탄소를 해수와 생석회를 포함하는 알칼리성 폐기물을 이용하여 중탄산 이온으로 변환한 후 해양에 방류함으로써 친환경적으로 해양에 격리하는 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 기존의 폐석회석을 이용하여 이산화탄소를 중탄산 이온으로 중화시키는 방법(석회석 중화반응, accelerated weathering of limestone)에서 폐 석회석 대신 폐 생석회를 이용, 해수 중 다량으로 존재하는 마그네슘 이온을 산화마그네슘으로 침전시키는 공정을 추가하여 단위 해수 당 중탄산 이온의 농도가 배경 해수의 100배 이상이 되도록 하였다. 이렇게 중탄산 이온이 농축된 해수를 해양에 방류할 경우 자연 희석되거나 밀도류에 의하여 심층으로 이동하게 되어 장기간 해양에 격리된다. 중탄산 이온 해수의 방류에 따른 해양환경영향 연구 및 폐자원을 이용에 따른 불순물 제거 연구 등이 추가적으로 진행된다면, 본 기술은 이산화탄소 지중저장의 대안으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

BPO 제도의 유용성에 관한 연구 -L/C 제도와의 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on the Usefulness of the BPO System - Focusing on Comparison with L/C System -)

  • A BPO is an irrevocable undertaking given by an Obligor Bank acting on behalf of the buyer to a Recipient Bank acting on behalf of the seller to pay on satisfaction of certain specified conditions. There have been a Trade Service Utility(TSU), a Transaction Matching Application(TMA) and ISO 20022 TSMT messages that core electronic technical systems linked to the BPO. As a key usefulness of the BPO, it brings to market an alternative means of satisfying the risk mitigation, financing and information management needs of banks and businesses engaged in trade. That is, corporates can spread the risk among multiple Obligor Banks by requesting multiple BPOs for the same trade transaction not to exceed the value of the initial transaction. Since the BPO replaces the manual document checking process with the electronic matching of data, buyers and sellers will benefit from significantly increased accuracy and objectivity. By using BPO, buyers and sellers can become trusted counterparties by demonstrating reliability and giving sellers the assurance of being paid on time as per the payment terms and conditions agreed. When compared to L/C, the BPO requires submission of data only. This requires a change of practice of those accustomed to dealing with physical documentation. The beneficiary of a BPO is the Recipient Bank which is always the Seller's Bank. In the meantime, banks will need to agree between themselves that the URBPO 750 will be applied, modified or excluded. However, customers of banks will face low transactional costs due to a fully automated process and standardized data formats used in international trade documentation. There is no amendment and cancellation rules in the URBPO 750s, but only have Assignment of Proceeds rules. As a result, the BPO is likely to enable new business opportunities, lower costs, fast transaction process and strengthen key customer relationships.

반도체 작업환경 내 부산물로 생성되는 실리카 입자의 크기, 형상 및 결정 구조 (Size, Shape, and Crystal Structure of Silica Particles Generated as By-products in the Semiconductor Workplace)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to elucidate the physicochemical properties of silica powder and airborne particles as by-products generated from fabrication processes to reduce unknown risk factors in the semiconductor manufacturing work environment. Materials and Methods: Sampling was conducted at 200 mm and 300 mm semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities. Thirty-two powder and airborne by-product samples, diffusion(10), chemical vapor deposition(10), chemical mechanical polishing(5), clean(5), etch process(2), were collected from inner chamber parts from process and 1st scrubber equipment during maintenance and process operation. The chemical composition, size, shape, and crystal structure of silica by-product particles were determined by using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy techniques equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy, and x-ray diffractometry. Results: All powder and airborne particle samples were composed of oxygen(O) and silicon(Si), which means silica particle. The by-product particles were nearly spherical $SiO_2$ and the particle size ranged 25 nm to $50{\mu}m$, and most of the particles were usually agglomerated within a particle size range from approximately 25 nm to 500 nm. In addition, the crystal structure of the silica powder particles was found to be an amorphous silica. Conclusions: The silica by-product particles generated from the semiconductor manufacturing processes are amorphous $SiO_2$, which is considered a less toxic form. These results should provide useful information for alternative strategies to improve the work environment and workers' health.

광합성균주에 의한 제초활성 물질의 생산 (Production of Photodynamic Herbicide by Photosynthetic Bacteria)

  • 토양에서 분리한 광합성 세균인 Rhodospirillum rubrum N-1 균주에 의한 ${\delta}$-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) 생산에 있어서 levulinic acid (LA) 및 ALA 생합성 경로의 첨가효과를 검토하였다. Glutamate를 제외한 Lascelles의 기본배지에 LA를 배양초기에 10mM, 이후 대수기 중기에 30 mM을 첨가한 결과 균체외의 ALA 생산성은 최고 45 mg/l 도달, LA 미첨가 대비 23배 증가하였다. ALA 생합성의 전구물질인 glycine-succinate ($C_4$) 및 glutamate ($C_5$)의 feeding 효과는 배양초기/대수기 중기에 LA 10/30 mM을, glutamate 30 mM/30 mM을 각각 첨가하는 한편, 대수기 중기에 10 mM 농도의 $C_4$ 전구물질을 별도로 첨가배양함으로써 미첨가 대비의 ALA 생산성이 약 40배 (75 mg/l) 증가하였다.

간호중재로서의 원예요법에 관한 고찰 (Study Review of Horticultural Therapy As a Nursing Intervention)

  • The reference study was performed to investigate the nursing importance which was based a theoretical background related to horticultural therapy and to examine the possibility which horticultural therapy was applicable as a nursing intervention through analysis on a preceding study. The research subjects related to the areas of horticultural therapy which related as a nursing intervention, were psychological, physical, environmental, and psycho-social aspects. It is judged that the horticultural therapy is effective in treating depression, emotional disruption or anxiety. It seems to be also effective in increasing the muscular tension and, thereby, expanding the scope of joint movements. Such theories show that horticultural therapy may be a good alternative nursing means. Plants act to create a pleasant interior atmosphere by generating anion, controlling the temperature and humidity and purifying the air, and therefore, the horticultural therapy may be applied to clinic or environmental therapy. When horticultural therapy is used as a nursing intervention, patients' sociopsychological needs may be fulfilled. It has been found that horticultural therapy is instrumental in treating perceptive or emotional disruption, depression, loss of self-respect, disrupted everyday activities and social behaviors. In particular, horticultural therapy seems to be effective in managing chronic patients' crisis or improving life quality. Intervention method applied on a preceding study was activity therapy and scene therapy in the horticultural therapy The above findings suggest that the pro-environmental horticultural therapy is useful as a new paradigm of nursing or holistic nursing conducive to improvement of health. So, it is desirable to prove its effects by applying it in the clinic. In order to apply horticultural therapy as a nursing intervention, it will be necessary to educate nurses on principles and methods of horticultural therapy and encourage them to apply it in nursing and clinics. Moreover, it may well be necessary to develop landscape therapy as nursing intervention as well as a variety of horticultural therapy programs befitting the clinic conditions. On the other hand, we need to provide for some scientific ground for horticultural therapy through continued studies. In this regard, this study which focuses on patients' health improvement through change of environment. may well provide for a framework for such studies.

  • 최근까지 우리나라 기업들 내부노동시장에서 임금연공성의 약화, 경력직 채용의 증가, 그리고 교육 훈련의 감소 등 상당히 유의한 변화들이 일어나고 있다는 사실이 통계자료로 확인되고 있다. 이번 연구에서 한국직업능력개발원 "인적자본기업패널" 자료로 기업 내부의 근로자들에 대한 교육 훈련 투자 축소 주요 원인으로 내부노동시장의 약화를 의미하는 정규직 경력직 신규채용비율의 상승 변수의 설명력이 통계적으로 매우 유의하고 강력하다는 점을 발견하고 있다. 전직의 임금손실 가능성도 상당 정도 축소되어온 것으로 나타났다. 내부노동시장의 약화 또는 이완, 그리고 이에 따른 기업 내 교육 훈련의 감소에 대한 대안은 결국 기업외부에 청년층과 중소기업을 위한 현실성 있는 고품질의 인재육성의 사회적 장치들을 구축해나가는 방향이어야 할 것이다.

  • 2009년 4월 27일 일본과 미국은 항공기 및 부품의 감항성인증을 상호수락하기 위한 항공안전협정(BASA) 및 감항성이행절차(IPA)를 체결하였다. 항공안전협정이 해당 민간항공당국이 수행해야 하는 법적 책임을 경감시키지는 않는다. 다만, 역량있는 상대국가의 감항당국이 해당 민간항공당국을 대신하여 자국의 항공기 인증제도에 필적할 만한 방법으로 수행한 인증기능을 인정하는 방법을 통하여, 해당 민간항공당국은 적합성판정을 함에 있어서 대체방법으로 활용하는 것이다. 이를 통해 항공안전협정은 안전을 저해하지 않으면서 여러 국가의 인증에 소요되는 비용과 시간을 경감시키면서 교역을 촉진하는 데 기여하고 있는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 가장 최근에 미국과 BASA를 체결한 일본의 항공기 인증제도 및 항공안전협정 체결 현황에 대하여 제시한다.

Computer Adaptive Testing Method for Measuring Disability in Patients With Back Pain

  • Most conventional instruments measuring disability rely on total score by simply adding individual item responses, which is dependent on the items chosen to represent the underlying construct (test-dependent) and a test statistic, such as coefficient alpha for the estimate of reliability, varying from sample to sample (sample-dependent). By contrast, item response theory (IRT) method focuses on the psychometric properties of the test items instead of the instrument as a whole. By estimating probability that a respondent will select a particular rating for an item, item difficulty and person ability (or disability) can be placed on same linear continuum. These estimates are invariant regardless of the item used (test-free measurement) and the ability of sample applied (sample-free measurement). These advantages of IRT allow the creation of invariantly calibrated large item banks that precisely discriminate the disability levels of individuals. Computer adaptive testing (CAT) method often requiring a testing algorithm promise a means for administering items in a way that is both efficient and precise. This method permits selectively administering items that are closely matched to the ability level of individuals (measurement precision) and measuring the ability without the loss of precision provided by the full item bank (measurement efficiency). These measurement properties can reasonably be achieved using IRT and CAT method. This article aims to investigate comprehensive overview of the existing disability instrument for back pain and to inform physical therapists of an alternative innovative way overcoming the shortcomings of conventional disability instruments. An understanding of IRT and CAT method will equip physical therapist with skills in interpreting the measurement properties of disability instruments developed using the methods.

어린이집에서 이산화탄소와 미세먼지의 장기간 시간적인 변이를 활용한 실내환경수준 평가 (Temporal Variation of Indoor Air Quality in Daycare Centers)

  • Objectives: The purposes of the study were to analyze the temporal variation of carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) and particulate matter (PM) in daycare centers and evaluate the appropriateness of the official test method of one-time measurement. Methods: Indoor air quality in 46 daycare centers in the Seoul Metropolitan Area was measured as specified in the official test method of Indoor Air Quality Management law. In addition, indoor air quality in the 46 daycare centers was measured over 37 days using a real-time monitor (AirGuard K). Results: The daily means of $CO_2$ and PM in the 46 daycare centers were $1042.74{\pm}134.45ppm$ and $67.60{\pm}18.25{\mu}g/m^3$, respectively. Indoor air quality in the daycare centers showed significant temporal fluctuation. Measurements for single days were significantly different from the 37-day average exposure. Relative error of short term exposure decreased with an increase in the number of sampling days. The noncompliance rate for $CO_2$ using the official testing method was 2.17%, and none exceeded the $PM_{10}$ standard of $100{\mu}g/m^3$. With monitoring over 37 days, the daily noncompliance rate for $CO_2$ was 50.4% and the daily noncompliance rate for PM was 13.8%. Conclusions: When the official test method evaluates the indoor air at daycare centers one day per year, the results may not represent actual indoor air quality over a longer period of time. Real-time monitoring devices could be an alternative for managing indoor air quality.
