The Effect of Business Resource of the Members in Airport Special Guard's firms on the Business Attitude and Turnover Intention (공항 특수경비원들의 직무자원이 직무태도 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study has an objective to analyze the causal relationship between the business resource of the members in the Airport Special Guard's firms and its effect on their business attitude and turnover intention. To carry out the study, I established a population of Airport Special Guard's working at the Airport firms in In-cheon, Kim-po, Cheong-ju and Dae-gu. Then a total of 300 questionnaires were sent out for the survey using the random sampling method of clusters. The study was carried out over about four months, from July, 2016 to october, 2016. A total of 260 questionnaires were used for the final data. 40 questionnaires were excluded either because they were not returned or contained extreme value. In this study, a statistical package of SPSS WIN 18.0 were used in the data analysis and the causal relationship was verified using the multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed the business resource to have a positive effect on the business attitude but a negative effect statistical level of p<.01 on the turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.001 and the hypothesis was adopted. The hypothesis regarding the business attitude was also adopted because business attitude was found to have a negative effect on the turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.01. In addition, business attitude was found to have a negative effect on the relationship between the business resource and turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.05. As a result, the hypothesis about the business attitude would function as the parameter was only partially adopted. Through these research result, it was investigated that the relation between business resource, business attitude and turnover intention is significantly effective variable in airport special guard's. Additionally, business resource is the most important.

Effects of Airport Special Guard's Security Service Value on Customers' Satisfaction and Customers' Loyalty (공항특수경비원들의 보안서비스가치가 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims at exploring effects of airport special guard's security service value on customers' satisfaction and customers' loyalty. Users of airport facilities located in Incheon were selected as the population in Jun. 2013 and the sample was extracted using cluster random sampling and 460 people were used for a final analysis. The questionnaire used for the study was composed of total 22 items including 6 items of socio-demographical characteristics, 6 items of security service value, 6 items of customers' satisfaction and 4 items of customers' loyalty etc. and using SPSSWIN 18.0, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis etc. were used. The credibility of the questionnaire was indicated to be over ${\alpha}$=.809. The findings are as follows. First, security service value has an effect on customers' satisfaction. if monetary value is enhanced, satisfaction with service composition is high. second, security service value has an effect on customers' loyalty. If monetary value and time value are enhanced, will of continuous use and will of recommendation of others are high. Third, customers' satisfaction has an effect on customers' loyalty. If satisfaction with service composition and satisfaction with use decision are increased, will of continuous use and will of recommendation of others are high. Fourth, airport special guard's security service value has a direct and indirect effect on customers' satisfaction and customers' loyalty. That is, it means customers' satisfaction is an important variable to mediate security service value and customers' loyalty.

Relation of Organizational Culture and Job Stress and Organizational Commitment in Special Guard (특수경비원의 조직문화와 직무스트레스 및 조직몰입의 관계)

  • Purpose of this study is examining closely special guard's Organizational Culture and job stress and relation of Organizational Commitment. This study established to special guards who is working at the capital region (Incheon) airport in 2011, and sample used finally on interpretation analyzed being 203 people, and uses Purposive Sampling Method. Analytical method executed Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability analysis, correlation analysis Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSSWIN ver.18.0. Reliability of questionnaire appeared Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value more than .671. Conclusion proved in this study is as following. First, special guard's formation culture affects to Job Stress. In other words, stress about compensation career development increases if the development, hierarchically organized is not formed. On the other hand, job special quality, human relations stress decreases if developmental culture is form ed, and if culture is formed developmental, the mutual agreement, role stress decreases. Second, special guard's Organizational Culture affects in Organizational Commitment. That is, if is formed developmental and hierarchically organized, rises the Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment. Third, special guard's job stress affects in Organizational Commitment. That is, if compensation career development is achieved unfairly Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment is low. On the other hand, if own business is achieved spontaneously pre sent, Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment appears high.

Relationships between Special Guard's Incident Shock, Job Stress, and Coping Ability (특수경비원의 사건충격과 직무스트레스 및 대처능력의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is that incident shock of special guards examines closely impact getting in job stress and coping ability. This study used judgement sampling method after establish special guards who is working at airport of capital region area in 2011 by population, and sample numbers used on interpretation finally were total 239 people. Questionnaire used in this study was consisted of the total 67 question, and executed frequency analysis, Factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis by SPSSWIN 18.0. reliability of questionnaire appeared more than Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value .779. Conclusion of this study was as following. First, incident shock of special guards affects in job stress. That is, stress about personal relations increases as invasion is often repeated. Also, stress about role increases as hyperarousal is often repeated. Second, incident shock of special guards affects in coping ability. That is, problem central coping ability decreases as hyperarousal is often repeated. On the other hand, problem central coping ability increases as evasion tendency acts continuously. Third, job stress of special guards affects in coping ability. That is, problem central coping ability increases as feeling of helplessness for job characteristic acts. On the other hand, problem central coping ability, social support pursuit ability decreases as ambiguity about role acts high.
