본 논문은 한국 유일의 독립애니메이션 영화제인 '인디애니페스트' 수상작을 대상으로 한국 독립애니메이션 이미지를 탐색하여, 예술성과 사회성이 긴밀하게 조응하는 한국 독립애니메이션의 미학적 특성들을 분석하고 미학적 특성을 통해 구축되는 사회적 소통방식을 구체적으로 탐색하였다. '인디애니페스트' 수상작들을 통해 한국 독립애니메이션이 보여주는 있는 말 걸기 방식은 세 가지다. 첫 째는 느낌과 충동, 욕망을 조형적으로 재현하여 수화나 음향처럼 직접적이고 감각적인 이미지로 말을 거는 방식이고 두 번째는 이미지로 다르게 말하기 방식 즉 일상의 익숙한 이미지를 새로운 방식으로 변주하거나 재배치하여 우리 안의 내밀한 리듬이나 정서, 찰나적 성찰이나 사유를 들려주는 방식이며 세 번째 방식에서는 현실과 비현실이 모호하게 중첩된 새로운 층위의 현실세계를 통해 '변방에서 새어나오는 소음으로밖에 지각되지 않았던 목소리' 들을 현실의 담론으로 들리게 만든다. 애니메이션은 본원적으로 이미지로 '의미를 발화하고 소통하는' 매체로서, 언어나 서사를 통해 시행되어 왔던 '의미를 발화하고 소통하는' 방식과 다른 차원 즉 기존의 사회적 목소리와 다른 새로운 방식의 말 걸기 양식을 실행하고 구축해 왔다. 하지만 그럼에도 독립애니메이션을 비롯해서 '애니메이션을 이미지를 통한 사회적, 정치적 말하기라는 관점에서 접근한 연구'는 국내는 물론 국외에서도 쉽게 찾아보기 어렵다. 따라서 애니메이션을 인류 최초의 사유방식이자 재현화법으로서의 성격을 계승하고 있는 매체로 접근하여 이미지를, 이야기를 생산하고 의미를 발화시키는 주체 즉 일종의 소통 언어로 탐색하고자 하는 본 논문은 애니메이션학의 균형 있는 발전을 위해 필요한 연구이다. 또한 본 연구는 한국 독립애니메이션을 학문적 관점에서 재조명하고 보다 폭넓은 시각에서 정당한 가치를 발굴하고 평가받도록 하는 데에도 기여할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

본 연구의 목적은 의미 있는 대상의 선호도 판단에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려진 원리인 내적 편향 원리와 규범적 관점 간의 상호작용 양상을 연구하는 데에 있다. 개별 개체의 친숙도가 규범적 관점에 영향을 미친다는 점 또한 고려하여 친숙도 수준에 따른 두 선호도 원리의 작용 양상을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 이중 대안 선택 과제를 활용한 행동 반응 실험을 진행하였으며, 친숙도 수준(높음/낮음)에 따라 각 8개의 단일 개체를 실험 재료로 하여 내적 편향 원리 준수 여부와 규범적 관점 준수 여부를 조작하였다. 실험 결과, 내적 편향 원리를 준수한 상태에서 개체가 제시된 경우가 내적 편향 원리가 위배된 상태로 개체가 제시된 경우보다 더 선호되었다. 선호 판단에 걸리는 반응시간 또한 더 짧은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 규범적 관점 준수 여부는 선택 빈도 및 반응 시간에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어, 개체의 친숙도는 선호도 판단과 관련된 의사 결정에 간섭 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 개체 선호도 원리 중 내적 편향의 강도가 규범적 관점에 비해 더 우세하며, 단일 개체가 제시될 때 그에 대한 선호 판단에 있어서 그 개체가 가진 속성보다 시각적 문맥과의 상호작용이 중요하게 작용한다는 것을 시사한다.

The study is aimed to analyze cases of hotel room designs based on the 'Art Quotient'. It is focused on design elements of livability, analyzing the space design in terms of biophilic design and experiential marketing. This paper proposes a direction for hotel design based on the analysis result. The scope of the study includes the cases of 17 hotels in the area of Seoul achieving five stars in Korea. This paper presents an analysis whether the room space of hotels provide a user-oriented life experience from the perspective of biophilic design and experiential marketing. In this study, we focused on the concept of 'refuge', one of the biophilic design elements that express the value of life sense, and the element of 'sense', one of the strategic experiential modules of experiential marketing. After analyzing the hotel case studies, the space was evaluated using five factors of art quotient as a design method to provide a life experience in the hotel room. Analysis of the design space from the viewpoint of refuge, rather than architectural elements, proved that decorative elements appeared most commonly in all hotel rooms. Further, through an analysis based on the measures of 'sense', an experiential element, visual elements were mostly enforced in among the elements of the five senses. In other words, when designing a hotel room space, visual elements such as color, pattern, furniture, lighting and style are mainly utilized. Examining the analysis of the design elements from the point of view of the art quotient, the rooms of all the hotel's suite types include elements of 'communication'. Most of the hotel rooms focused on stimulating the aesthetic sensibility of customers. This resulted in the elements of 'immersion' showing poor results. In conclusion, it is necessary to provide the five senses of the arts index in a balanced manner to provide a life experience through the five senses.

문화예술로서 춤은 역사이며 전통이자 의식 활동의 지속으로 한민족의 정체성을 이어갈 과거에서 현재, 미래적 활동이다. 이에 스토리텔링은 단순히 지나간 역사적 배경에 대한 서술이 아니라 재창조 되고 있는 영원성을 담고 있다. 본 연구로부터 춤의 예술적 미의 탐구는 전통이라는 오랜 역사를 통해, 오히려 '스토리텔링'이라는 본래적 본질과 가치에 대해 물음을 던지고 있다. 그 간의 춤 연구가 미학적 본질 또는 사상적 체계를 위한 이론가들의 연구였다면, 춤을 '이야기하다'라는 스토리텔링의 관점은 춤의 핵심구조와 사유에 관한 대중적 이해방식과 인문학적 가치탐구에 대한 절실한 태도를 상기시켜주었다. 본 연구의 의의는 스토리텔링의 개념적 정의에서 춤의 다양한 콘텐츠를 구축하기 위한 방편으로 스토리텔링의 유용성을 검증하는 것이다. 이러한 예로 제시된 처용무 텍스트의 방법론적 모색은 언어적 서사구조를 넘어 독자적인 예술로서 심층적 의미망을 형성하고 있었으며, 원형콘텐츠의 DB로서 스토리텔링 개발의 중요성을 시사해 주었다.

This research was performed to make functional papers by using the waste of herbal medicine such as Astragalus membranaceus, Angelica acutiloba, and Artemisia capillaris as additives, and to evaluate their physical and optical properties of the manufactured paper. The physical and optical properties were decreased with the increase of the amount of herbal medicine. Of those manufactured papers, the functional paper with Artemisia capillaris showed the dramatic decrease in its physical properties. Adding the herbal medicine waste as additives developed the aesthetic pattern on the surface of the manufactured paper. The paper showing the black pattern on white surface was most favored. Different patterns could be made by changing the size of fibers and the amount of wastes. There was odor emitted from the paper due to the herbal medicine waste, which make the paper to have a potential for the diverse purpose. The herbal medicine waste can be applied to replace weighting agents in the manufacturing process of paper or used for the fuctional additives, resulting in the reduce of the quantity of a pulp consumed. The paper with 10-20% Angelica acutiloba waste were thought to have the most excellent quality on the process point of view.

Fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier incorporated his own boundless and unique artistic Into his design of dance costumes, presenting an unobstructed imaginary world that was filled with freedom, which is no less than one would expect from the one-time enfant t${\'{e}}$rrible of Paris fashion. This creativity of Gaultier was made possible only through the fantastic partnership he formed with the French modern dancer, R${\'{e}}$gine Chopinot. Gaultier and Chopinot shared a deep-rooted sympathy that enabled their own artistic worlds to fully mingle and cross over, resulting in a doubled synergy of their talent and their fame. This study analyzed 11 dancing costumes created through the collaborated efforts of those two enfants t${\'{e}}$rribles, one from the fashion industry and the other from the world of dance. The following are the results of my analysis. Gaultier's dance costumes served as a artistic venue for experimenting with a number of creative inspirations lurking in his mind, which were sometimes expressed in pr${\^{e}}$t-${\`{a}}$-porter collections. Instead of the decorative and expressive features of conventional dance costumes, his was the revival of the dancer's persona as a human being, ablaze with individuality and uniqueness. He pointed out that there is no good in the distorted turturro's fixed point of view, and the great joy of an opposing way of thinking that overturned the established. Leotard material was used as a second skin by transforming it into various styles and delivering his message. In addition, obscene and sexual expressions were delivered in a direct narrative. His eccentric ideas provided entertainment while showing his oppositional way of thinking. In the dance, the effect of the costumes was doubled by the use of cumbersome and exaggerated accessories, which is generally forbidden in modern dance.

In researching the ontological status of fashion, a good grasp of fashion can decide the direction of fashion study. Fashion is sometimes considered an area of industry far from art from a point of view of purity of art, in spite of its aesthetic value and expression. However, art properties can be differentiated from the purity of art in modern aesthetics, and fashion properties which were the reason for that fashion to be considered as non-art can be affirmed as the same with properties of contemporary art properties. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to suggest the possibility that general properties of fashion can be accepted in the art arena through justifying art properties deviating from the purity of art. It can provide a boost to fashion's cultural status. For the research method, a literature review and case analysis were carried out through specialty publications related to art history, aesthetics, and fashion, regular publications and websites specializing in fashion, and art museums. Through the research, art properties deviated from the purity of art, which are; tactile sense, impermanence, dailiness, and commercial viability, were justified as being the same as fashion properties. These art properties were not general properties of fine art in modern aesthetics, but the ones occurring in contemporary arts. These properties, now present in contemporary art, can no longer disqualify fashion as a non-art.

버스외부광고는 매체의 특성상 도시를 운행하며 불특정 다수에게 노출된다는 특성이 있다. 이는 단순한 기업의 이익을 위한 사적인 마케팅 활동을 넘어서서, 도시의 공공성에 영향을 미치게 된다. 서울시는 시내 버스 외부광고 운영 개선 계획을 통해 주류 및, 담배, 선정적 내용의 광고들이 점차 사라지고 있는 추세이나 공공성의 관점에서 살펴보아야 할 광고들도 여전이 있었다. 영국의 버스외부광고 현황 및 사례를 통해 버스 외부광고의 높은 노출성과 광고효과로 광고가 활발히 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 버스외부광고 내용의 지침서를 정해놓고 관리 감독을 하고 있어 공공성 부분을 중요하게 다루고 있었다. 버스외부광고의 공공성을 '영역의 공공성', '주체의 공공성', '이유의 공공성', '절차의 공공성'으로 분류하여 그 의미를 설정하였다. 이를 통해 버스외부광고에 대한 적절한 규제 및 관리가 이루어질 때 사적인 영역인 버스외부광고의 상업적 권리와 시민의 권리인 공공성이 적절히 조화롭게 발전할 수 있음을 제언하였다. 도시환경관점에서 버스외부광고를 통한 예술적 접근이 미적향유와 시민의 디자인적 눈높이 향상에도 일조한다.

The purposes of this study were to re-interpret the Traditional Korean Painting of Flower and Bird Patterns from a modern point of view and use them in apparel textile design. A literature review of the Traditional Korean Painting of Flower and Bird Patterns was made first, and then, through manual and Photoshop workings, two apparel textile designs were suggested. The results were as follows. First, Traditional Korean Paintings of Birds and Flowers are covered not only by decorative beauty but also by the common pure hope and ideology of loving and adoring nature, which is inherent in the symbolism and racial characteristics and high aesthetic sense appeared by ancestors' life feeling. The meaning that is symbolized by each subject matter appearing in the Transcontinental Painting of Bird and Flower is important, but the ancestors' deeper and affectionate desire is shown in the harmony and happy aspect of a picture where more than two subject matters appear, such as Song Hak do where pine is with crane, cockscomb with chicken, bamboo with beacon fire, or a couple of them with flower. Second, two kinds of textile designs were suggested. The motif of work 1 targeted professional women of activity and individuality in their late 30s to early 40s. The lotus blossom pattern was selected to present its concept, "Chic Elegance." The motif of work 2 targeted intelligent women in their mid 40s, and the peony blossom was selected to present its concept, "Romantic Elegance."

The purpose of this study is to examine how the perception of lives and studies in the Joseon Dynasty period, and the concept of its sculptures can be reflected in Korean traditional pavilion place, from the perspective of Nomadism as a western philosophy of this era. Nomadism literally refers to way of life of peoples who do not live continually in the same place but move cyclically searching for temporary centres whose stability depends on the availability of food and water supply or pastures for their livestock. In recent years, the term encompasses three general types: job nomads, digital nomads and ubi-nomads, which represent distinct features of modern society. Its concept implies looking for the new creative possibility through the liberation of desire and the breakaway to another thinking through continuous formation and transformation. Likewise, Korean traditional pavilion is the architecture to take a quick rest while walking in the mountains. This open place thus connects surroundings with people who are allowed to assimilate with nature as well as train their mind by following the law of nature, in order to finally reach the celestial state of mind. Knowing how to see, enjoy and appreciate the arts very close to nature, our ancestors were able to learn aesthetic activities. After recognizing Korean traditional pavilion as the potential place of unification of heaven and men which is Korean scholor's lifestyle and outlook on the world, this study accordingly will identify the value and meaning of Korean traditional architecture according to Nomadism in the occidental point of view.
