  • Service industry can be divided largely into commercial industry, banking industry, insurance industry, advertising industry, and tourism industry. Of these, banking industry is playing an essential role as it constitutes the backbone of economy. Banking industry, which belongs to financial industry, is sensitive to external environment. In this kind of industry, internal dynamics of an organization is very important. The purpose of this research is to find out what kind of influence the relation of internal dynamics perceived by members of Nonghyup organization has on customer orientation via quality of internal service. For the purpose, we have reviewed preceding studies on variables that affect customer orientation and developed a measuring tool in a form that fits banking organizations. Internal service quality, job satisfaction, and organizational immersion which play a mediating role in the model of this research not only turned out to have a significant influence on customer orientation, they also turned out to have the strongest influence. This research has academic significance as it carried out a research with an emphasis on variables that affect customer orientation of members of Nonghyup organization. Regarding practical significance, it was intended to present useful data that can be utilized for an analysis of internal service quality management and capability of human resource management.

Effects of Storytelling in Advertising on Consumers' Empathy

  • Differentiated positioning becomes increasingly difficult when brand salience weakens. Also, the daily increase in new media use and information load has led to a social climate that regards advertising stimuli as spamming. For these reasons, the focus of advertisement-related communication is shifting from persuading consumers through the direct delivery of information to an emphasis on appealing to their emotions using matching stimuli to enhance persuasion effects. Recently, both academia and industry have increasingly shown an interest in storytelling methods that can generate positive emotional responses and attitude changes by arousing consumers' narrative processing. The purpose of storytelling is to elicit consumers' emotional experience to meet the objectives of advertisement producers. Therefore, the most important requirement for storytelling in advertising is that it evokes consumers' sympathy for the main character in the advertisement. This does not involve advertisements directly persuading consumers, but rather, consumers themselves finding an answer through the advertisement's story. Thus, consumers have an indirect experience regarding the product features and usage through empathy with the advertisement's main character. In this study, we took the results of a precedent study as the starting point, according to which consumers' emotional response can be altered depending on the storytelling methods adopted for storytelling ads. Previous studies have reported that drama-type and vignette-type storytelling methods have a considerably different impact on the emotional responses of advertising audiences, due to their different structural characteristics. Thus, this study aims to verify that emotional response aroused by different types of advertisement storytelling (drama ads vs. vignette ads) can be controlled by the socio-psychological gender difference of advertising audiences and that the interaction effects between the socio-psychological gender differences of the audience and the gender stereotype of emotions to which advertisements appeal can exert an influence on emotional responses to types of storytelling in advertising. To achieve this, an experiment was conducted employing a between-group design consisting of 2 (storytelling type: drama ads vs. vignette ads) × 2 (socio-psychological gender of the audience: masculinity vs. femininity) × 2 (advertising appeal emotion type: male stereotype emotion vs. female stereotype emotion). The experiment revealed that the femininity group displayed a strong and consistent empathy for drama ads regardless of whether the ads appealed to masculine or feminine emotions, whereas the masculinity group displayed a stronger empathy for drama ads appealing to the emotional types matching its own gender as well as for vignette ads. The theoretical contribution of this study is significant in that it sheds light on the controllability of the audiences' emotional responses to advertisement storytelling depending on their socio-psychological gender and gender stereotype of emotions appealed to through advertising. Specifically, its considerable practical contribution consists in easing unnecessary creative constraints by comprehensively analyzing essential advertising strategic factors such as the target consumers' gender and the objective of the advertisement, in contrast to the oversimplified view of previous studies that considered emotional responses to storytelling ads were determined by the different types of production techniques used. This study revealed that emotional response to advertisement storytelling varies depending on the target gender of and emotion type appealed to by the advertisement. This suggests that an understanding of the targeted gender is necessary prior to producing an advertisement and that in deciding on an advertisement storytelling type, strategic attention should be directed to the advertisement's appeal concept or emotion type. Thus, it is safe to use drama-type storytelling that expresses masculine emotions (ex. fun, happy, encouraged) when the advertisement target, like Bacchus, includes both men and women. For brands and advertisements targeting only women (ex. female clothes), it is more effective to use a drama-type storytelling method that expresses feminine emotions (lovely, romantic, sad). The drama method can be still more effective than the vignette when women are the main target and a masculine concept-based creative is to be produced. However, when male consumers are targeted and the brand concept or advertisement concept is focused on feminine emotions (ex. romantic), vignette ads can more effectively induce empathy than drama ads.

  • This research centers on studying the function and characteristic of fashion illustration for advertisement and publication which is, among plenty of fashion illustration's functions, the commercial one. Here are some purposes of the research. First, it presents the function of fashion illustration. Second, under the contemporary circumstance of specialization and subdivision. It givers people the better understanding of fashion illustration by providing a variety of its classification bases other than the typical, simple grouping of style drawing and fashion illustration. Third, this research helps fashion illustration establish itself as commercial art by showing how fashion illustration is utilized in the field as a part of the fashion industry. The methods and contents of the research are described that the concept of fashion illustration, characteristic, classification bases and commercial function are presented and than the data of fashion illustration which hale been used as goods since 1990 in the nation are selected in order to analyze the media for the application of fashion illustration. its expression methods, factors and images. By doing so, advertising fashion illustration are much less than those of published fashion illustration and even most cases of advertising fashion illustration are related just to poster advertisement such as magazines, fashion events or public subscription. The published fashion illustration isn't also attracting the public since it focuses on fashion information books, fashion magazines or fashion -clothing books. Another finding is that the expression style of fashion illustration is not various or distinctive. The expression remains in the trends of painting, figurative drawing, sometimes adopts post-modernism which is reflected in popular cartoon and figures exaggerates or simplifies the human body. The image of fashion illustration is simple. casual or feminine in the rough. For the development of commercial fashion illustration, it is required to produce fashion illustrators, not works but goody, with various concepts appealing to the public.

Cost-Per-Action 광고 방법을 이용한 Conversion Action Data 메커니즘의 평가 (Evaluation of Conversion Action Data Mechanisms in Cost- Per-Action Advertising)

  • 온라인 광고모델의 기본 모델은 CPM (cost-per-mille) 기반 모델에서 CPC (cost-per-click) 기반 모델로 변화해왔으며, CPA (cost-per-action) 모델이 온라인 광고산업의 새로운 대안 모델로 제시되고 있다. CPA 모델에서는 사용자가 어떤 광고를 클릭 했는지에 관한 정보를 퍼블리셔(Publisher)가 보유할 수 있어야 하며, 그래서, CPA 모델의 핵심은 Conversation Action Data를 확보하는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 이를 획득하는 두 가지 기존 메커니즘을 소개하고, 이들의 특징을 비교하고, 각 메커니즘의 한계를 분석한다. 그 다음에 두 가지 새로운 메커니즘을 설계하고, 작동 요건을 분석하고, 실용성을 평가한다. 마지막으로, 기존의 메커니즘들과 새로운 메커니즘들의 특징을 비교하고, 각 메커니즘의 비즈니스 가치와 유용성, 응용 범위를 분석한다. 이 논문에서 제안된 2가지의 새로운 메커니즘과 기존 메커니즘과 비교 분석을 통해 퍼블리셔에게 최적 CPA 메커니즘에 관한 판단정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

매장 디스플레이를 활용한 사용자 인지 정보 기반 영상 표출 기술 연구 (Research for user recognition data based image display technology using store display)

  • 상업 시설에는 다양한 상품을 진열하고 판매되고 있어 다양한 상품들 중 특정한 상품을 홍보하기가 매우 어려운 것이 현실이다. 그렇기 때문에 대부분의 진열된 상품의 정보를 홍보하기 위해서는 인쇄물이나 판매사원에 의존하는 경향이 크다. 따라서 매장에서 사용하고 있는 디스플레이를 활용하여 인터렉티브한 사용자 인지 정보를 기반으로 광고/홍보 영상 표출의 구현을 목적으로 두고 있으며, 상업 시설에서 판매/전시되고 있는 특정한 상품을 고객 접점에서 명확한 상품 및 컨텐츠를 홍보하길 원하는 제조업체 또는 광고업체에게 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 기술이라고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 일반 디스플레이가 아닌 투명 디스플레이를 활용하여 광고 영상과 제품의 결합을 통해 광고효과를 극대화하고 사용자 감응형 센서를 적용하여 사용자 인지 유무에 따른 인터렉티브한 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 사용자 지향형 영상 표출 기술을 구현하였다. 이 기술 연구를 통해 다양한 상업시설에서 광고/홍보효과를 극대화할 수 있는 새로운 방향을 제시하였다.

  • 방송의 디지털화는 작게 보면 아나로그로부터 디지털로의 기술적 발전으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 좀더 심도있게 검토해보면 방송과 연관된 산업의 구조조정을 비롯하여, 송신자와 수신자의 역할관계, 서비스 지역 등 기존의 방송개념의 혁신적 변화를 의미한다. 따라서 방송의 디지털화는 기존의 방송에 대한 파라다임을 뒤흔들고 방송과 밀접한 관계에 있는 광고산업에 커다란 영향을 미치게 될 것이다. 디지털 방송의 기술적 진보는 소비자의 편의 측면에 있어서는 대단한 변화라고 볼 수 있다. 반면 멀티미디어와 멀티채널, 쌍방향서비스는 광고산업에 있어서는 불확실함과 모험을 의미한다. 본 논문은 디지털방송이 가져올 기술 및 사회적 변화를 분석하고 TV광고제작에 미치게 될 영향을 가늠하여 - 디지털TV 방송 특성 분석 - 디지털 TV환경에서의 효과적 TV광고제작을 연구 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 이루어 졌다.

개인정보 우려가 MZ세대의 구매 의도에 미치는 영향: 광고짜증, 광고회피의 매개효과와 브랜드충성도 조절효과 (The impact of privacy concerns on MZ generation's purchase intention: Mediating effects of advertising irritation and ad avoidance and moderating effects of brand loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 시대에 개인화 광고의 발전과 함께 발생한 개인정보 우려 및 광고 짜증과 같은 부정적 감정이 구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관해 연구하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 개인정보 우려는 광고 회피에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았으나 광고 짜증과 브랜드 회피에는 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 광고 짜증은 광고 회피에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나 브랜드 회피나 구매 의도에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 광고 회피는 브랜드 회피에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 광고 회피와 브랜드 회피 모두 구매 의도에 유의미한 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 광고 짜증은 개인정보 우려와 광고 회피 사이를 완전히 매개하지만, 개인정보 우려와 브랜드 회피 사이에서는 그렇지 않았다. 광고 회피는 광고 짜증과 구매 의도 사이를 완전히 매개하지만, 브랜드 회피는 광고 자극과 구매 의도 사이의 관계에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과는 MZ세대의 특성을 고려할 때 나타나는 현상으로, 더 다양한 연구의 필요성을 시사한다.

온라인 화장품 광고의 소비자 설득효과에 관한 연구 -사회증거 메시지 유형과 제품유형을 중심으로- (A Study on Persuasion Effects of Online Cosmetic Advertising -Focused on Types of Social Proof Message and Product-)

  • This study was intended to identify the persuasion effects according to social proof message type and product type in the context of online cosmetic advertising. For the experiment, 4 stimuli were developed as experimental stimuli for the 2(social proof message type: attitudinal social proof message, behavioral social proof message)${\times}$2(product type: hedonic product, utilitarian product) factorial design. A total of 160 questionnaires allocating forty students to each group were distributed. The results were as follows. First, behavioral social proof message showed more effective than attitudinal social proof message in advertisement attention, click-through intention and purchase intention. Second, utilitarian product showed more effective than hedonic product in advertisement attention, click-through intention and purchase intention. Third, there was interaction effect according to social proof message type and product type on the aspect of click-through intention.

소비 성향 척도 개발 및 소비성향 집단의 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 반응의 차이 (Differences in Advertising Responses and WOM Communication by Consumption Orientation)

  • This study presents a marketing communication strategy from the aspect of new consumption orientation. Consumer preference on ads media, on-line ads media, and WOM usage were examined for new consumption orientation groups. This study was executed in a question survey format. A total of 182 questionnaires were obtained and data were analyzed by PASW 18.0 and AMOS 7. The results were as follows. First, 8 types of consumption orientation factors were revealed; 'impulsive purchase', 'promotion oriented', 'social contribution', 'passive conformity', 'innovative', 'conspicuous', 'rational', and 'environmental conservation'. Then 4 groups were formed, 'Rational & Positive', 'Conspicuous Conforming', 'Positive Social Interested' and 'Low Price Oriented'. Second, communication responses were analyzed through consumption orientation groups. The 'Rational & Positive' group responded positively to every type of advertising media (especially new media). The 'Conspicuous Conforming' and 'Positive Social Interested' groups preferred traditional media such as TV, radio, and magazines; in addition, the 'Low Price Oriented' group liked only online banner ads. For WOM preference, the 'Rational & Positive' and 'Positive Social Interested' group preferred verbal consumer information like WOM. In distribution types, the just 'Positive Social Interested' group revealed a significant result for internet shopping malls. The results from this study will help establish marketing communication strategies based on the features of consumption orientation.

커피전문점의 광고실행 유형이 고객의 상표태도 및 구매의도 형성과정에 미치는 영향 (Customers' Brand Attitude and Purchase Intention Formation Process by Advertising Execution Types - A Korean Coffee Shop Case)

  • 관광 서비스 업체들은 광고라는 커뮤니케이션 수단을 이용하여 고객들의 태도를 자사 상품에 호의적으로 변화 또는 유지 시키려 노력한다. 그리고 효과적인 설득적 메시지를 전달하기 위하여 광고실행 방법에 변화를 주고자 한다. 본 연구에는 감성적 광고실행과 인지적 광고실행 유형이 고객들의 광고태도, 상표태도, 그리고 구매의도에 상이한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 조사하였다. 연구결과 광고실행의 유형에 따라 영향력의 정도에 차이를 보이는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 감성적 광고실행 방법을 적용한 광고의 경우 광고태도는 상표태도에 유의한 영향을 미치나 구매의도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 반면, 인지적 광고실행의 방법의 광고의 경우는 광고태도가 상표태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향의 정도는 크지 않으나 두 변수에 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악 되었다.
