This paper presents the results of analysis for the Flexible Computer Integrated construction(FCIC) system to adapt CALS on the construction industry- Acquisition and supply process of the system are represented by IDEF0 function models and FCIC information systems are briefly described in this paper. The model presented here used as a reference for the development of CALS system.

A thermally responsive hydrogel has reversibility with temperature during swelling. Here, we proposed origami inspired temperature sensor by using multi-layered hydrogel film. The formation of patterned stripes on microscale film drives bending to an angle that can be controlled linearly. Although temperature range was not wide, measured sensitivity of sensors has high resolution and accuracy. It providing a powerful platform for the design of sensitive sensors and that easily adapt other type of sensors in microscale.

The propose of this study was to develop the new pre-parent education program for couples in i=transition to parenthood. This program was consisted three process, total eight sessions. The first process(the basic process) has two sessions. This process was designed to understand the whole parenthood, and to cope the role strain in early parenting period. The second process has three sessions, designed to enrich the marital relationship before the baby was born. And the Third process(parent-child process) has three sessions, too. Especially in last sessions, parent can exercise infant caring, and adapt fetus to their family member.

열악한 전송 환경에서 고품질, 고신뢰성 통신을 지속적으로 하기 위해서 오류 정정 부호는 필수 적이다. 최근에 반복 복호를 통해 샤논의 채널 용량 한계에 근접하는 터보 부호와 LDPC부호가 가장 관심을 불러일으키고 있다. 반복 복호법은 성능 면에서는 우수해 지나 이에 따른 계산량 증가와 지연이 수반된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모의 실험을 통한 수신 데이터를 이용, SNR을 추정하여 LDPC 부호의 최대 반복 복호수에 따른 계산량과 지연을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있는 적응적 반복 복호수 설정 방식을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 비월주사 방식의 영상을 순차주사 방식의 영상으로 변환하기 위한 deinterlacing 기법에 관하여 고찰한다. 먼저, 공간 영역 상에서 수행되는 기존의 deinterlacing 기법 중에서 우수한 성능을 보이는 것으로 알려진 ELA방법의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 적응적 ELA 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 기존의 ELA방법은 수평 edge를 검출할 수 없어 수평 edge 성분을 포함하는 화소 값은 원치 않는 값으로 보간 되는 결과를 가져왔다. 이를 개선시키기 위해 수평 edge를 효과적으로 검출하는 방법을 제안하고, 수평 에지 부분을 적절히 보간할 수 있는 적응적인 필터를 제안한다. 그 결과 수평 edge 부분에서의 개선으로 기존의 ELA 방법보다 더 나은 성능을 얻었다.

In this paper, we proposed the high quality digital audio watermarking algorithm in the frequency domain. The spread spectrum technique is used to encrypted a stream of information by spreading the data as much of the frequency spectrum as possible. It's technique adapt well to data hiding in audio signal. We have used the perceptual model and MDCT/IMDCT for the high qualify digital audio watermarking. The proposed watermark algorithm preserved high quality audio data from watermark signal.

The problem regarding nonlinear systems has come to occupy an important position. In order to solve a nonlinear problem we have methods of linearization which are developed through linear approximation to adapt linear system theories. In this paper we present a formal linearization of nonlinear systems based on the discrete-Fourier transform (D.F.T.).

This paper presents a method of object classification from dynamic image based on fuzzy inference algorithm which is suitable for low speed such as, conveyor, uninhabited transportation. At first, by using feature parameters of moving object, fuzzy if - then rule that can be able to adapt the wide variety of surroundings is developed. Secondly, implication function for fuzzy inference are compared with respect the proposed algorithm. Simulation results are presented to testify the performance and applicability of the proposed system.

This paper proposes a method which can resolve the problem of exisiting fuzzy PI controller using optimal scaling gains obtained by genetic algorithm. The new method adapt a fuzzy logic controller as a high level controller to perform scaling gain algorithm between two pre-determined sets.

End milling experiments are conducted to investigate characteristics of laser beam signals due to tool fracture. The laser beam signals are obtained with adapt focusing of tool. Tool states are identified wit h scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy. It is demonstrated that the laser beam signals provide reliable informations about the cutting processes and tool states. Moreover, tool fracture can be detected successfully using coefficient of variation.
