민간조사업 전문직업화에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Professionalization of Private Investigation Service)

  • 본 연구는 민간조사 전문직업화의 실태를 분석하여, 이를 기초로 향후 민간조사업의 직업전문성을 제고하기 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이론적 논의와 선행연구를 바탕으로 전문직업화 과정을 밝히는 구조적인 접근방식의 전문직 특징인 전문협회, 전문지식, 교육과정, 자격제도, 윤리규정의 네 가지 요소를 중심으로 민간조사업의 전문직업화 실태를 분석하였다. 실태분석 결과를 바탕으로 민간조사업의 직업전문성을 제고하기 위해서는 법인화를 위한 관련 협회들 간의 적극적인 노력, 전문지식 편중성의 극복, 전문교과 과정의 편성 운영, 공인화된 자격제도로의 전환, 윤리강령의 제정 등이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study was to grasp major elements and actual condition of apartment unit remodeling by in-depth interviews on residents and specialists. The interviews had been conducted to interior designers who have a wide experience of apartment remodeling and residents who live in recently remodeled apartment unit. In-depth interview is a kind of qualitative method in which attention to reply of responses with open-access between interviewer and respondents. According to the results, remodeling elements were generally changing of lighting fixtures and finishing materials in the all spaces, integration of balcony into children's room, installation of furniture in kitchen and entrance, changing storage furnitures and equipments in bathroom. Artificial lighting method were selected generally whole lighting. Finishing materials were used ordinary (non environmentally-friendly) wallpaper and adhesion and tempered floor. There were unsatisfied factors after remodeling, these were dissatisfaction of design, construction defects, and stink of reflecting 'sick house'. Also they responded that they should be considering to use environmentally-friendly material at next remodeling.

  • 본 논문에서는 건축물 전기설비의 운용실태를 조사하였으며 기술기준에 준하여 시공된 국내 설비를 IEC60364에 적용할 시 문제점을 검토하였다. 국내 기술기준에 준해 시공된 건축전기설비는 TT계통과 유사하나 건물내 모든 금속도체를 보호도체(PE conductor)에 접합하여 등전위시키는 IEC60364와 차이점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 건축전기설비 중IEC60364를 적용하여 시공된 설비에 대한 실태조사를 통해 이해 부족 및 기술기준과 IEC60364의 혼용으로 인한 문제점을 도출하고 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 유희용전차는 유원시설 내에 설치된 놀이기구의 일종으로 산자부고시인 전기설비기술기준 제252조에서 별도로 규정하고 있다. 전기설비기술기준은 법적 최소요건으로 일본의 전기설비기술기준령을 토대로 제정된 이후 기술적 환경의 변화에 신속하게 대응하지 못함에 따라 유희용전차의 시설에 관한 규정에 있어서도 현실적인 문제점이 많이 내포되어 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 현장 적용상의 기술적 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 전국에 있는 28개의 유희용전차를 대상으로 현장 적용실태 분석 및 실측을 통하여 현행 전기설비기술기준의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

디지털 신기술 인재양성 혁신공유대학 사업 실태 분석 (Analysis of Actual Condition of Innovative Sharing University Project for the Human Resource Development of Digital New Technology)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual condition of the innovative sharing university project. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted by selecting officials participating in the innovative sharing university project as study participants. The collected data was analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of the promotion system and operation dimension of project group, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in terms of the national promotion system and university-level project operation. Second, in terms of curriculum management dimension, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in content development and sharing, engagement support for professors and students participation, and securing and sharing educational infrastructure. Third, in terms of management of project performance indicators, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in managing core performance indicators, managing autonomy performance indicators, and sharing project performance. Based on these study results, suggestions for the use of research results were presented.

실제 일사량 조건에서의 최적 MPPT 제어주기 (Optimum MPPT Control Period for Actual Insolation Condition)

  • Solar power generation systems require maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control to acquire maximum power using inefficient and high-cost PV modules. Most conventional MPPT algorithms are based on the slope-tracking concept. The perturb and observe (P&O) algorithm is a typical slope-tracking method. The two factors that determine the MPPT performance of P&O algorithm are the MPPT control period and the magnitude of the perturbation voltage. The MPPT controller quickly moves to the new maximum power point at insolation change when the perturbation voltage is set to large, and the error of output power will be huge in the steady state even when insolation is not changing. The dynamics of the MPPT controller can be accelerated even though the perturbation voltage is set to small when the MPPT control period is set to short. However, too short MPPT control period does not improve MPPT performance but consumes the MPPT controller resources. Therefore, analyzing the performance of the MPPT controller is necessary for actual insolation conditions in real weather environment to determine the optimum MPPT control period and the magnitude of the perturbation voltage. This study proposes an optimum MPPT control period that maximizes MPPT efficiency by measuring and analyzing actual insolation profiles in typical clear and cloudy weather in central Korea.

소규모가구의 거주지 설정요인에 관한 연구 - 서울시의 사례를 중심으로 - (The Factors of Choice of Residences of Small Household - Focused on Case of Seoul -)

  • This study has an intention of investigating residential present condition of small households, and analysing the factors which have an influence on the choice of residence as a first step of the efficient plan of group residential facility providing a variety of residential present condition. The study defines the meaning of small households on the basis of statistical data that were presented at the National Statistical Office in order to analyse the factors influencing the choice of residence and investigate residential present condition. And the analysis range target is from 20 to 30 aged groups such as university students, social rookie year, and married couples without children. According to the result of analysing residential actual conditions of small households, The choice of residence has various factors. But the study supposes that it reflects three elements of workplace, University and housing price in the choice of residence. So the study investigated the related data.

Power Steering용 베인 펌프의 베인 선단부에서의 마찰특성 (The friction characteristics at vane tip of vane pump for power steering system)

  • In this paper, the friction characteristics of contact region between vane tip and camring is studied using a modeled experimental device. The contact region is under the influence of variable loads with the amplitude of hundreds of Newton and frequency of tens of Hz. The condition of lubrication between vane and disk is modeled after the actual condition between vane and camring. The coefficient of friction is obtained by measuring the frictional forces in the contact region between camring and vane. The friction characteristics of the actual oil hydraulic vane pump is estimated on the basis of coefficient of friction. The analysis of frictional characteristics shows us that the lubrication condition of vane tip is that of transition regime between hydrodynamic lubrication and mixed lubrication.

  • Currently in design and manufacturing of railway train overseas markets, criteria for a collision condition between vehicles is noted in design specification. In the event of a train crash, it can be verified by crashworthiness analysis or an actual crash test for car's performance to keep the safety of passengers and to minimize the effect of damaged for vehicles. In this paper, it is described for carbody structure to meet the allowable condition in collision analysis through improvement of shape, position and arrangement for carbody frame. This report describes the shape of end frame for carbody structure and the results of analysis applied to actual cases for overseas.
