University Student Characteristics of Type of Job Values and Key Competency

  • This study is aimed to determine types of job values which is searched by 242 university student in Gwangju, to study characteristics of each type, and to analyze key competency of each type. The data were analyed with PASW 18.0 using frequency analysis, k-mean cluster analysis, crosstabs and one-way ANOVA. According to findings, first of all, university student types of job values are divided into 4 groups; a type of intrinsic job values(27.7%), a type of active job value(32.2%), a type of external job value(12.4%), a type of passive job value(27.7%). Secondly, the type of job values showed statistically significant difference only in the monthly allowance of socio-economic variables. Thirdly, the type of job values showed statistically significant difference 'communication', 'mathematics', 'problem solving', 'self development', 'resource management', 'interpersonal skills', 'technical ability', 'understanding organizations' and 'work ethics'.

일개 지역 사업장 근로자의 직무스트레스수준 평가 (The Evaluation of Worker's Job Stress Status in Workplace of a Local Area)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate the worker's job stress status in the workplace of a local area. Method: Data were collected from October to December, 2007. The subjects were 208 workers at 2 work sites in Busan Metropolitan area, who were examined using Job-Strain-Model Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 Win Program to get the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ${\chi}^2$-test, ANOVA. Results: The results of this study were as follows: In the mean sub-factors job stress level, the mean of job demand was $28.7{\pm}4.4$(median 29.0), the mean of job discretion was $54.7{\pm}8.2$(median 54.0), the mean of social support was $21.8{\pm}2.9$(range:8-32). This study's subjects were appeared as active group with relatively higher score of job demand and job discretion than the average value of those. There was no statistically significant difference of general characteristics among the different job strain groups. There was statistically significant difference with of social supports among the different job strain groups. Conclusion: In conclusion, the subjects of this study's were active group. Thus, it is suggested that it is be necessary to repeated the education of the job task work for active group with high score of job demand and job discretion.

CSR이 조직신뢰와 직업존중감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of CSR on the Organizational Trust and Job-esteem)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기업의 사회적 책임이 호텔 종사원의 조직신뢰 및 직업존중감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이론적 배경을 토대로 세 개의 가설을 설정하였으며 회귀분석과 AMOS로 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 윤리적 책임과 기부적 책임정도가 높을 수록 조직신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, CSR과 직업존중감과의 관계에서, 기부적 책임은 내재적 가치에, 경제적 책임은 사회적 평판에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 직업존중감과의 관계에서, 조직신뢰는 내재적 가치와 사회적 평판에 유의미한 영향관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 요약하면, 호텔의 CSR중 기부적 책임이 종사원들의 조직신뢰와 직업존중감에 직간접적 영향을 미치는 핵심요인으로, 적극적 자선활동과 판매액의 일정부분을 사회에 환원함으로써 종사원의 긍정적 태도를 유도할 수 있다. 따라서 호텔은 일관된 사회적 책임활동으로 종사원들의 조직신뢰를 향상시키고 직업존중감을 높일 수 있는 정책을 시행해야 할 것이다.

조직의 자율적 근로환경과 구성원 간 신뢰가 근로자의 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Organization's Autonomous Working Environment and Trust among Members on Workers' Job Immersion)

  • In the recent era of the fourth industrial revolution, many industries aim to maximize the efficiency of products and services by introducing cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. In this situation, organizational culture is changing a lot due to the influx of the MZ generation with strong individualistic tendencies and the decreased face-to-face communication between members. However, active communication with colleagues is still essential to maximize performance, and the margins created by simplifying work processes and automating processes must be used for creating work performance. This requires cooperation and commitment through the job immersion of members who have an active attitude. This study analyzed how the organization's autonomous work environment and trust among members, which are creative work performance conditions, affect job immersion using raw data from the Occupational Safety and Health Research Institute. As a result, it was found that both the organization's autonomous working environment and trust among members significantly effected the members' job immersion. in order to achieve productivity and value improvement in companies, efforts are needed to increase workers' job immersion by building an autonomous working environment and trust among members. The results of this study are expected to contribute significantly to the search for ways to increase workers' job commitment to improve organizational productivity.

조직구성원의 자기주도학습능력이 흡수능력과 정서적 몰입 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 (Enhancing organizational commitment and job involvement through self-directed learning and absorptive capacity)

  • As organization's success depends on how much employees are active in recognizing new knowledge and transform into organization's value, this study is to examine the influence of employees' self-directed learning capacity on organizational absorptive capacity, organizational commitment and job involvement. The study has shown that managerial level employees have high level of self-directed learning capacity, and employees who have such high level capacity also shown to have high level of absorptive capacity and organizational affective commitment and job involvement. There were static correlations between all the variables, and absorptive capacity has a complete meditated effect on each variables. Hence, in order to enhance absorptive capacity, organizations should put their effort to develop employees' self-directed learning capacity, which will not only improve individual competency but also lead to organization's success in this competitive global market.

Doc2Vec 모형에 기반한 자기소개서 분류 모형 구축 및 실험 (Self Introduction Essay Classification Using Doc2Vec for Efficient Job Matching)

  • Job seekers are making various efforts to find a good company and companies attempt to recruit good people. Job search activities through self-introduction essay are nowadays one of the most active processes. Companies spend time and cost to reviewing all of the numerous self-introduction essays of job seekers. Job seekers are also worried about the possibility of acceptance of their self-introduction essays by companies. This research builds a classification model and conducted an experiments to classify self-introduction essays into pass or fail using deep learning and decision tree techniques. Real world data were classified using stratified sampling to alleviate the data imbalance problem between passed self-introduction essays and failed essays. Documents were embedded using Doc2Vec method developed from existing Word2Vec, and they were classified using logistic regression analysis. The decision tree model was chosen as a benchmark model, and K-fold cross-validation was conducted for the performance evaluation. As a result of several experiments, the area under curve (AUC) value of PV-DM results better than that of other models of Doc2Vec, i.e., PV-DBOW and Concatenate. Furthmore PV-DM classifies passed essays as well as failed essays, while PV_DBOW can not classify passed essays even though it classifies well failed essays. In addition, the classification performance of the logistic regression model embedded using the PV-DM model is better than the decision tree-based classification model. The implication of the experimental results is that company can reduce the cost of recruiting good d job seekers. In addition, our suggested model can help job candidates for pre-evaluating their self-introduction essays.

기업의 CSV활동 인식이 비정규직 근로자의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 : 조직몰입의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Perception of Creating Shared Value (CSV) Activity on Job Satisfaction of Non-permanent (Part-time) Employees: Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Organizational Commitment and the Moderating Effect of Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 기업에 근무하는 비정규직(시간제) 근로자를 대상으로 기업의 CSV 활동에 대한 인식이 조직 몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 기업의 CSV활동의 중요성에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 설문 조사는 국내 대기업에서 시간제 근로자로 근무하고 있는 구성원을 대상으로 실시하였고, 회수된 설문지 중 총 559부가 사용되었으며, 통계분석 방법은 SPSS 25.0 통계패키지를 사용하였다. 연구결과 기업의 CSV활동에 대한 인식은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 특히, CSV활동 인식과 조직몰입, 그리고 조직몰입과 직무만족의 관계에서도 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직몰입의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과 역시 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 함의하는 바는 기업의 CSV활동에 대한 인식이 중요하게 작용하는 바, 향후 기업에서는 다양한 영역에서 CSV활동을 진행하고, 비 정규직 조직 구성원이 적극적으로 참여하는 제도와 조직문화를 조성하는 것이 필요하다는 결과를 보이고 있다.

민간경비원의 직업윤리의식이 조직신뢰, 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect on Professional Ethic, Organizational Trust and Job Satisfaction among Private Security Guard)

  • 본 연구는 민간경비원의 직업윤리의식에 대한 연구가 미비하고 실태파악이 이루어지지 않은 현실에 비추어 민간경비원의 전문직으로서의 자부심과 가치관 정립을 통한 직업윤리 의식의 고양의 중요성을 조명하며, 또한 직업윤리의식과 조직신뢰, 직무만족의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 분석을 위한 자료의 수집은 경비업체에 근무하고 있는 팀장급 이하 실무자를 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 비확률 표본추출방법(non-probability sampling)중 편의추출법(convenience sampling)을 사용하여 총 500명을 표집인원으로 선정하였고 기입누락, 기입불명확, 이중기입, 편향적 기입 등과 같은 연구 자료로 부적합한 설문지46부를 제외하고 총 454부의 응답 자료를 최종분석에 포함하였다. 입력된 자료를 SPSS WIN 19.0 version을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 분석 하였으며 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 통계기법은 요인분석(factor analysis), 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis), 상관분석(correlation analysis), 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 통계분석결과 민간경비원의 직업윤리의식이 조직신뢰, 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 민간경비업체 내에서 개인들의 직업윤리의식 강화를 위하여 교육이나 훈련 프로그램을 정기적으로 실시하고, 자신의 개인적인 상태를 점검하며, 민간경비원의 직업윤리의식에 대한 스스로의 능력을 제고 할 기회를 제공하여야 함을 시사하고 있다.

LMX, 임파워먼트 그리고 혁신행동 간의 상황적 인과모형: 내국인과 외국인 근로자의 비교분석을 중심으로 (Situational Causal Model Between LMX, Empowerment and Innovation Behavior)

  • The composition of human resources in industrial sites is becoming global. In Korea, too, the proportion of foreign members in all industrial fields and production sites is increasing. This is the reason why an approach that reflects this reality is needed in the basic unit of competitive sources. Competitiveness starts with value creation, and this progresses through field innovation. Through empirical analysis of this study, it was analyzed that South Korea members showed active actions and attitudes in developing, promoting, and realizing ideas when they strongly recognized the real meaning of empowerment given by leaders. On the other hand, it was found that foreign members do not know the meaning of empowerment itself, so they are often unable to play an active role in the development, promotion, and realization of ideas. In fact, it was analyzed that foreign members generally did not experience positive interactions with LMX and were exposed to simple tasks and controls. In other words, they are being discriminated against in terms of communication problems, compensation system, and work environment. In particular, this phenomenon is exacerbated in the case of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Situational response to foreign workers through improvement of LMX and empowerment should be evaluated as a key management task in a situation where productivity improvement and job unit innovation are urgently needed.

경호전공 대학생들의 학과충성도가 진로정체감 및 직업선택과의 관계 (The Effect of Security Majoring Student' Loyalty on Department to Future Direction and Job Choice)

  • 이 연구는 경호전공 대학생들의 학과 충성도가 진로정체감 및 직업선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이 변수들 간의 인과관계를 규명하는 것이 목적이다. 연구대상은 2012년 2월부터 2012년 8월까지 경기도 Y시에 위치한 Y대학교, 경기도 S시 K대학교, 경상북도 G시 K대학교에 재학중인 경호전공 대학생들 가운데 남 여를 대상으로 모집단을 설정한 후 표집은 무선표집법을 하여 표본을 추출하였다. 이 연구에서는 요인간의 내적 적합성 여부를 검토하기 위하여 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis)을 실시하였고, 요인회전의 추출방법은 주성분 분석을 이용하였으며, 회전방식은 베리멕스(varimax) 직교회전방식을 선택하여 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 그리고 신뢰도 분석은 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 값을 사용하여 신뢰도 계수를 측정하였으며, 이 과정에서 내용이 중복 또는 공통성이 낮은 문항은 연구자의 판단에 의하여 삭제함으로써 신뢰도와 타당도를 더 높게 측정할 수 있도록 하였다.
