SWOT/AHP 분석기법을 이용한 안전보건 경영시스템의 활성화 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on Activation Strategies of Occupational Health and Safety Management System using SWOT/AHP Analysis)

  • 안전보건관리는 기업의 투명성, 생산성 및 경쟁력 확보를 위한 새로운 경영수단으로 인식되고 있고 안전보건 경영시스템(OHSMS;Occupational health and safety management system)의 인증은 경영 프로세스를 자극하여 기업의 경쟁력을 이끌어내는 핵심으로 그 비중이 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 안전보건 경영시스템의 활성화 전략을 수립하기 위하여 체계적이고 계량적인 분석기법의 하나인 SWOT/AHP를 이용하였다. 그 결과로서, 첫째, 근로자의 안전 친화적 기업 이미지의 브랜드화, 둘째, 경영성과와 연계 가능한 정량 지표화된 안전경영 시스템 인증 프로그램의 개발, 셋째, 안전 공감대를 형성하여 안전보건 경영시스템과 제품안전 경영시스템의 연계성 구축, 넷째, 산업 맞춤형 통합 인증시스템을 개발 등을 안전보건 경영시스템의 활성화 전략으로 제안할 수 있다.

  • 경제 발전과 더불어 사람들의 자기 외모에 대한 관심이 많이 증가하고 있다. 그중에 특히 여성들의 패션에 대한 관심은 매우 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 여성들의 외모에 대한 관심이 증가함으로써 여성들의 패션 마케팅에 대한 요구가 점차 증가하고 있으며, 그만큼 여성 패션 시장이 확대되어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여성의 패션 시장을 중심으로 여성 패션에 대한 마케팅 활성화 전략에 대해 살펴보고 전략을 제시해고보가 한다. 본 연구의 여성 패션 활성화 전략을 통해서 여성패션 마케팅 시장에서 경쟁력있는 기대 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

  • 여성의 사회참여가 증가할수록 외모에 대한 관심과 표현은 더욱 두드러지고 있다. 그중에 특히 여성들의 패션에 대한 관심은 매우 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 여성들의 외모에 대한 관심이 증가함으로써 여성들의 패션 마케팅에 대한 요구가 점차 증가하고 있으며, 그만큼 여성 패션 시장이 확대되어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여성의 패션 시장을 중심으로 여성 패션에 대한 마케팅 활성화 전략에 대해 살펴보고 전략을 제시해고보가 한다. 본 연구의 여성 패션 활성화 전략을 통해서 여성패션 마케팅 시장에서 경쟁력있는 기대 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

  • In this study, we tried to devise a method to activate meta-affect in the aspect of supporting mathematics teaching and learning according to the need to find specific strategies and teaching and learning methods to activate learners' meta-affect in mathematics subjects, which are highly influenced by psychological factors. To this end, the definitional and conceptual elements of meta-affect which are the basis of this study, were identified from previous studies. Reflecting these factors, a teaching and learning model that activates meta-affect was devised, and a meta-affect activation strategy applied in the model was constructed. The mathematics teaching and learning model that activates meta-affect developed in this study was refined by verifying its suitability and convenience in the field through expert advice and application of actual mathematics classes. The developed model is meaningful in that it proposed a variety of practical teaching and learning methods that activate the meta-affect of learners in a mathematical learning situation.

  • In this article the author provided a brief introduction to the function and activation of 4-H fanning organization. The strategies developed to improve the environmental-friendly Agriculture are as following : the efficiency cooperatives of 4-H fanning organization, invitation of the upbringing plan of organization leader for promotion of the pilot region project of environmental-friendly Agriculture connected with green tourism, the establishment of reasonable management plan and strategies. In conclusion, there must be strategic measures to increase the income of environmental-friendly farmers. All of this information could be useful for the further development of the strategy for environmental-friendly Agriculture in organization and management.

Human Cytochrome P450 Metabolic Activation in Chemical Toxicity

  • Cytochrome P450 (P450) enzymes are the major catalysts involved in the biotransformation of various drugs, pollutants, carcinogens, and many endogenous compounds. Most of chemical carcinogens are not active by themselves but they require metabolic activation. P450 isozymes playa pivotal role in the metabolic activation. The activation of arylamines and heterocyclic arylamines (HAAs) involves critical N-hydroxylation, usually by P450. CYP1A2 plays an important role in these reactions. Broad exposure to many of these compounds might cause carcinogenicity in animals and humans. On the other hand, P450s can be also involved in the bioactivation of other chemicals including alcohols, aflatoxin B1, acetaminophen, and trichloroethylene, both in humans and in experimental animals. Understanding the P450 metabolic activation of many chemicals is necessary to develop rational strategies for prevention of their toxicities in human health. An important part is the issues of extrapolation between species in predicting risks and variation of P450 enzyme activities in humans.

These days traditional markets have systemic problems due to deterioration of the outer market circumstance and the inner defect and the inner frailty. In this situation, from the SangNam market case analysis, was traced the alternative activation strategies. Issued the 6 inner competency competition strategies for traditional market and issued 7 functional frame for organization system construction. Struggle strategies is built up of the inner organization solidarity and effective management system. So as to build struggle strategies, suggested and issued the 4 phase organization frame to strength stage of traditional market organization operating.

Cancer Activation and Polymorphisms of Human Cytochrome P450 1B1

  • Human cytochrome P450 enzymes (P450s, CYPs) are major oxidative catalysts that metabolize various xenobiotic and endogenous compounds. Many carcinogens induce cancer only after metabolic activation and P450 enzymes play an important role in this phenomenon. P450 1B1 mediates bioactivation of many procarcinogenic chemicals and carcinogenic estrogen. It catalyzes the oxidation reaction of polycyclic aromatic carbons, heterocyclic and aromatic amines, and the 4-hydroxylation reaction of $17{\beta}$-estradiol. Enhanced expression of P450 1B1 promotes cancer cell proliferation and metastasis. There are at least 25 polymorphic variants of P450 1B1 and some of these have been reported to be associated with eye diseases. In addition, P450 1B1 polymorphisms can greatly affect the metabolic activation of many procarcinogenic compounds. It is necessary to understand the relationship between metabolic activation of such substances and P450 1B1 polymorphisms in order to develop rational strategies for the prevention of its toxic effect on human health.

Co-opetition Strategy for the Balanced Development of Busan Port

  • Busan North port is facing crisis due to the opening of the New port. The North Port and NewPort are competing for a limited volume of cargoes and this competition is leading after all to price competition, lowering cargo work fee that may result in the failure of both This paper proposed the balanced development plans, which are the strategies of business tie-up and activation between the North Port and NewPort by introducing the strategy of "co-opetition" and the analysis for the success factor of co-opetition: to solve this operational problems on Busan port. It is found out that activation strategy is more successful co-opetition strategy than business tie-up strategy. The execution for the two co-opetition strategies will lead Busan Port to the balanced development as well as the enhanced competitiveness and will leap Busan port into global hub port as well.
