본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 정서노동과 회복탄력성 및 소진 간 관계를 살펴보고, 정서노동과 회복탄력성이 소진에 미치는 영향을 고찰하는 것이다. 연구대상은 수도권 소재 어린이집에 근무 중인 보육교사 251명이다. 연구대상의 정서노동과 회복탄력성 및 소진은 설문지를 사용하여 조사했다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석했으며, 기술통계분석과 Pearson 상관관계분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시했다. 자료분석에서 소진과 회복탄력성은 총점을 사용했으며, 정서노동은 하위요인(자연적행동, 내면적행동, 표면적행동) 점수를 사용했다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 보육교사의 자연적행동과 내면적행동은 소진과 부적 상관관계이고, 표면적행동은 소진과 정적 상관관계인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 표면적행동은 소진에 정적 영향을 미쳤고, 회복탄력성은 소진에 부적 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

본 연구의 목적은 유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 정서노동 및 직무만족도의 관계를 살펴보고, 직무스트레스와 정서노동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 고찰하는 것이다. 연구대상은 수도권에 소재한 유치원에 근무 중인 164명의 교사이다. 연구대상의 직무스트레스와 정서노동 및 직무만족도는 설문지를 사용하여 조사했다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 분석했으며, 기술통계분석과 Pearson 상관관계분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시했다. 자료분석에서 직무스트레스와 직무만족도는 총점을 사용했으며, 정서노동은 하위요인(자연적행동, 내면적행동, 표면적행동)의 점수를 사용했다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 표면적행동은 직무만족도와 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였으며, 자연적행동은 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 표면적행동은 직무만족도에 유의한 부적 영향을 미쳤으며, 자연적행동은 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다.

External forecs acting on a pipe bend change when a transient pressure wave propagates through the bend. Analytical expressions are derived to compute the changes of these forces which depend mainly on static pressure rather than fluid momentum. This analysis reveals that the change of the vertical component of the force acting on a pipe bend with an angle larger than 90 may reverse in direction during the passage of a pressure wave through the bend.

CAT(0) cubical complexes are a key to formulate geodesic spaces with nonpositive curvatures. The paper discusses the median structure of CAT90) cubical complexes. Especially, the underlying graph of a CAT(0) cubical complex is a median graph. Using the idea of median structure, this paper shows that groups acting on median complexes L(${\delta}$) groups and, in addition, work L(0) groups are closed under free product.

An isometry of hyperbolic space can be written as a composition of the reflection in the isometric sphere and two Euclidean isometries on the boundary at infinity. The isometric sphere is also used to construct the Ford fundamental domains for the action of discrete groups of isometries. In this paper, we study the isometric spheres of isometries acting on hyperbolic 4-space. This is a new phenomenon which occurs in hyperbolic 4-space that the two isometric spheres of a parabolic isometry can intersect transversally. We provide one geometric way to classify isometries of hyperbolic 4-space using the isometric spheres.

Given operators X and Y acting on a separable Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator A such that AX = Y. In this article, we investigate self-adjoint interpolation problems for operators in a tridiagonal algebra : Let $\mathcal{L}$ be a subspace lattice acting on a separable complex Hilbert space $\mathcal{H}$ and let X = ($x_{ij}$) and Y = ($y_{ij}$) be operators acting on $\mathcal{H}$. Then the following are equivalent: (1) There exists a self-adjoint operator A = ($a_{ij}$) in $Alg{\mathcal{L}}$ such that AX = Y. (2) There is a bounded real sequence {${\alpha}_n$} such that $y_{ij}={\alpha}_ix_{ij}$ for $i,j{\in}\mathbb{N}$.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the Korean learners' usage pattern of '의', the genitive particle, according to semantic classification, so that it can be referred to in determining the contents and methods of related education. The method of this study adopts a quantitative analysis using learners corpus established by National Institute of Korean Language. As a result of the analysis, as proficiency increases, the overall frequency of '의' increases and the number of meaning senses used increases. However, the frequency of errors also increases with it. As for the usage pattern of each sense, the meaning of 'ownership, belonging' is the most frequent, and followed by 'acting entity', 'kinship, social relations', and 'relationship(area)'. In conclusion, the meanings of 'acting subjects' and 'relationships(area) need to be supplemented with explicit education. Other meanings need to be discussed, and decisions should be made in consideration of learning purpose and proficiency.

This study examined the mediating effect of emotional labor in the relations between teachers' emotional intelligence and teacher-child interaction of novice early childhood teachers. The sample consisted of 248 novice early childhood teachers in Gyeonggi Province. The structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS to test the fit of a hypothesized structural model. The mediating effect of emotional labor was verified by the bootstrapping approach. The results were as follows: First, teacher-child interaction was positively associated with teachers' emotional intelligence and deep acting in emotional labor was negatively associated with surface acting in emotional labor. Next, surface acting in emotional labor had a mediating effect on the relations between emotional intelligence and teacher-child interaction. Finally, deep acting of emotional labor had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher-child interaction. Based on these findings, ways to enhance teachers' emotional intelligence in relation to the novice teachers' emotional characteristics, and to improve recognition on emotional labor were discussed.

이 연구는 영유아 보육 교육기관의 교사의 표면적 정서노동과 직무소진의 관계에서 시설장, 동료교사, 학부모의 정서적 지지가 상호작용 효과를 갖는지를 탐색하였다. 조사대상은 영유아 보육 교육기관의 교사 208명 이었으며 자료는 질문지 조사를 통하여 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째 교사의 표면적 정서노동이 높을수록 직무소진이 증가하였으며 둘째 시설장, 동료교사, 학부모의 정서적 지지가 높을수록 직무소진이 감소하였다. 셋째 교사의 표면적 정서노동이 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 있어서 시설장의 정서적 지지, 학부모의 정서적 지지는 상호작용효과를 나타냈다. 시설장의 정서적 지지가 높을 경우 그리고 학부모의 정서적 지지가 높을 경우 표면적 정서노동이 직무소진에 미치는 영향이 약화되는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 요가지도자의 감정노동과 직무소진, 조직시민행동의 영향관계를 분석하는데 있으며, 특히 감정노동의 두 가지 유형인 표면행동과 내면행동이 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는데 있어 직무소진의 매개효과를 검증하는데 주목하였다. 자료수집을 위하여 요가지도자 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 221부의 표본이 최종분석에 활용되었다. 연구가설의 검증을 위하여 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 이용한 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석을 통해 도출된 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 표면행동은 직무소진에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 내면행동은 직무소진에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 직무소진은 조직시민행동에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 표면행동은 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 내면행동은 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무소진은 표면행동과 조직시민행동의 관계를 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 내면행동과 조직시민행동의 관계에서는 직무소진의 매개효과가 발견되지 않았다.
