Mammals act as an important role in maintaining ecosystem, but direct observation is very difficult. Nevertheless, in order to understand the impact of various changes about a sudden environment, long-term monitoring through direct investigation is essential. This study investigated home range analysis using GPS tracking device and behavioral ecology of Korean waterdeer (Hydropotes inermis), indigenous and native species in Korea. Studies on ecological characteristics and home range of Korean waterdeer are insufficient. Therefore, we studied home range using the GPS technique for critical point of existing research. Data showed the active movement in daytime ($44.1km^2$) than night ($30.0km^2$) and large area of activity in winter ($3.7km^2$) and spring ($44.1km^2$) than summer($0.04km^2$) and autumn ($0.01km^2$). The most used area of Korean waterdeer was forested area and wetland, agricultural area, waters in order of frequency based on the land coverage map. Our research represents overall characteristics of Korean water deer due to measurement of area of activity. However, this research signified behavioral ecology for Korean waterdeer, and further investigation in necessary.
The e-government project management consignment system to allow the public PMO has been introduced to resolve the quality management issue and the business risk, pointed out by the reorganized Software Industry Promotion Act. The additional regulation improvements are demanded because the public PMO system cannot settle down due to the different opinions among related parties: owner, operator and PMO. Therefore, to make balanced regulation improvements, the in-depth studies are necessary to analyze the fundamental causes of the disagreement between the related parties. This study analyses the each related party's cognitive structure to perform public PMO successfully and the fundamental reasons that cause the different opinions by applying the cognitive psychological Means-end chain theory, the laddering technique and the HVM, Hierarchical Value Map. In addition, this study analyses the regulations required for the related parties to obtain the expected benefits.

Four different backcrossing methods were designed and 23 near isogenic lines (NILs) of 22 linkage groups were obtained using Hb as recurrent parent, the mutant gene lines which held markers as donor parents. Eleven of them had been mated with the recurrent parent for 10 times, and the others for 7∼8 times. The NILs of other 6 linkage groups are under way and had been backcrossed to the recurrent for 3∼4 times. These NILs will act important roles in the construction of molecular linkage map and gene location and positional cloning.
Let ($X, \omega$) be a closed symplectic 4-manifold. Let a finite cyclic group G act semifreely, holomorphically on X as isometries with fixed point set $\Sigma$(may be empty) which is a 2-dimension submanifold. Then there is a smooth structure on the quotient X'=X/G such that the projection $\pi$:X$\rightarrow$X' is a Lipschitz map. Let L$\rightarrow$X be the Spin$^c$ -structure on X pulled back from a Spin$^c$-structure L'$\rightarrow$X' and b_2^$+(X')>1. If the Seiberg-Witten invariant SW(L')$\neq$0 of L' is non-zero and $L=E\bigotimesK^-1\bigotimesE$ then there is a G-invariant pseudo-holomorphic curve u:$C\rightarrowX$,/TEX> such that the image u(C) represents the fundamental class of the Poincare dual $c_1$(E). This is an equivariant version of the Taubes' Theorem.
H$_2$O$_2$ has been shown to act as a signaling molecule involved in many cellular functions such as oxidant-induced stress, apoptosis, proliferation. In this study, we investigated the action mechanisms of H$_2$O$_2$ on activation of Extracellular Signal-Regulated Protein Kinase(ERK) in cultured feline ileal smooth muscle cells(ISMC). Western blot analysis done with phospho-specific MAP kinases antibodies demonstrated that potent activation of ERK and moderate activation of SAPK/JNK occurred within 30 min of H$_2$O$_2$ treatment. Life-Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) for highway projects is known as an effective analytical technique that uses economic principles to evaluate long-term alternative investment options, especially for comparing the values of alternative pavement design structures and construction strategies. In the Unites States, the 2012 Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21) amended the United States Code to mandate that the United States Government Accountability Office (GOA) conducts a study of the best practices for calculating life-cycle costs and benefits for the federally funded highway projects in 2013. The RealCost 2.5CA program was developed and adapted as an official LCCA tool to comply with regulatory requirements for California state highway projects in 2013. Utilization of this California-customized LCCA software helps Caltrans to achieve substantial economic benefits (agency cost and road user cost savings) for highway projects. Proper implementation of LCCA for roadway construction and rehabilitation would deliver noticeable savings of agency's roadway maintenance cost especially in developing counties where financial difficulties exist.
There There is a difference in terms of administrative power in that the address of things are not an address under Public Act. In terms of location expression, it is possible to express the location more flexibly and in more detail than the road name address, so it should be improved so that it can be assigned and managed in an appropriate location, so that the location of the entire territory can be expressed together with the road name address. As a result of the comparison between the road name address and the address of things based on the analysis results of related laws such as the existing Road Name Address Act, the Building Act, and the Regulations on the Preparation and Management of Basic Address Information, it was confirmed that there are fundamental limitations of the address of things system. Accordingly, this study attempted to suggest ways to improve the address of thing system by broadly dividing it into the legal aspect and the addressable object aspect. From the legal point of view, firstly, it is necessary to improve the upper and lower level laws by unification together with a clear definition of the term subject of addressable object; secondly, according to the Building Act, facilities that are not used for residence among buildings must be given an address of thing; and thirdly, it is necessary to make it easy to use and link with heterogeneous public data by classifying the registration items of the basic address information map by type of geographical feature to be assigned an address. From the point of view of addressability, firstly, it must be given to all facilities in the relevant category so that it can be recognised that all specific facilities have object addresses, and secondly, it is necessary to be able to address the address of things to places that are used by many, even if there are no facilities.
URBAN ECOLOGICAL MAPS must be created by local governments by NATURAL ENVIRONMENT CONSERVATION ACT, and the maps are generally called biotope map. So far, biotope maps study was a tendency to focus on the type of vegetation, naturalness, land use, landscape ecology theories. However, biotope related studies have not reflected the concept of animal habitat, which is a component of biotope, and that is the limitation of biotope map research. This study suggest a methodology to predict potential habitats for fauna using machine learning to quantify habitat values. The potential habitats of fauna were predicted by spatial statistics using machine learning, and the results were converted into species richness. For biotope type assessments, we classified biotope values into vegetation value and habitat value and evaluated them using a matrix for value summation. The vegetation value was divided into 5 stages based on vegetation nature and land use, and the habitat value was classified into five stages by predicting the species richness predicted by machine learning. This is meaningful because our research can positively reflect the results of field surveys of fauna that were negatively reflected in the evaluation of biotope types in the past. Therefore, in the future, if the biotope map manual is revised, our methodology should be applied.

This study attempted to conduct the study from a macro perspective more specifically through the temporal and spatial analysis of Minbuk villages according to a change in a Civilian Control Line, such as a social and spatial distribution and a change of the existing Minbuk villages. To this end, this study conducted the spatial analysis for the change in the Minbuk villages according to the adjustment of the Civilian Control Line in time series by using a map of the Armistice Agreement Vol. 2, Google Earth, a digital cadastral map, an administrative district map, and the like are used as spatial data, and summarizing and constructing, as attribute data, a statistical yearbook, Ministry of Defense and Cheorwon-Gun notification data, a Land Use Regulation Information System, and cadastral map attribute information. After the enactment of the Military Facility Protection Act, the analysis was performed on a 20-year basis based on the 1976 statistical yearbook of which the Civilian Control Line was drawn. As a result, the total area of the Civilian Control Zone in Cheorwon from 1975 to 2015 decreased by 105.8 km2, and 9 of 14 Minbuk villages were released and only 6 villages existed. The unoccupied villages were analyzed as 14 villages, 10 fewer than the existing surveyed or statistical villages. The movement of the Civilian Control Line to the north may disappear the unique characteristics of the Minbuk villages but should be done carefully as it is closely related to the lives of the current residents, and policies should be established in terms of sustainable development and conservation of the villages. This study is significant in conducting the temporal and spatial analysis, which is the basis of the Minbuk regions and the Minbuk villages, and may be used as basic data necessary for subsequent analysis study.
The purpose of this study is to explain the types and causes of errors in zoning data that occur in the topographic map notification procedure, and to prepare a data maintenance plan. In Korea, like the United States, law-based land use regulation is dominant. In other words, according to the land use regulation method in the Act, the government designates zoning for all lots in the country, and landowners check the land use regulations of their land through the Korea Land use Information System. The land use plan confirmation document is important land information that affects the results of administrative dispositions such as land transactions between individuals or permission for development activities. However, there are data errors that occur during the current topographic map notification procedure and data construction process. Therefore, four local governments that can verify data by type were selected in consideration of local government conditions. A number of errors are first, errors in data construction and management in the Korea Land use Information System, and second, errors in lack of expertise that occur while the local government officials maintain data. Third, it was analyzed as an error from the relationship between the serial cadastral map and the zoning DB. Based on the above results, it is hoped that the results of this study will be reflected in the establishment of the KLIP and the reform of the legal system, which is currently underway after the establishment of the 「3rd the Korea Land use Information System Construction Plan」.
