In order to improve the productivity and continuous competitiveness of container terminals, it is necessary to make efforts to reduce operational losses at each terminal. As a study on this, it is necessary to study the non-productivity movement based on the shuffle(re-handling) in the yard analysis is needed. In this study, non - productive activity factors were classified by prefecture, transporter, shippers and terminal based on operation data of domestic A terminal. As a result, 14.7% is due to the causes of shipping companies and shipping companies, and in addition, 85.3% of the respondents indicated that they were responsible for the terminal operation. In order to minimize the above factors, it is necessary to reduce the non-productive activity through rapid information processing and pre-information acquisition from shipping companies, and minimize the influence of bulge-out through installation of concrete blocks in the equipment field.

The purpose of this study was to verify the analysis of level of importance and satisfaction in recognitions of elementary school students on useful classes among school sport clubs using Importance-Performance analysis. In order to achieve this objective, samples were taken by using convenience sampling method among non-probability sampling methods, and 384 data were used as the final valid samples for this study except 16 data with missing items or insincere responses. The results of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, independent samples t-test, IPA analysis by using SPSS 20.0 were as follows. First, Iquadrant included education contents of enhance ability to ingenuity, teaching method of provides option, teaching method of encourage participation activity, education contents of the aspect of fun, evaluation of motor function and emotion, education contents of explains key contents easily, and education contents of understanding overall context. II quadrant included education environment of good sport facility, class environment of fair opportunity for activity, class atmosphere of arouses interest, and class atmosphere of autonomous and voluntary. III quadrant included diverse teaching method and instructor's demonstration, class atmosphere of systematic learning, evaluation of fairness, objectivity, and credibility, and an atmosphere that can exercise. IV quadrant included education contents of enable acquisition of knowledge and degree of improvement into consideration, and class atmosphere of trust and respect between instructor and student.
A 64-channel magnetocardiogram (MCG) system using low-noise superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) planar gradiometers was developed for the measurements of cardiac magnetic fields generated by the heart electric activity. Owing to high flux-to-voltage transfers of double relaxation oscillation SQUID (DROS) sensors, the flux-locked loop electronics for SQUID operation could be made simpler than that of conventional DC SQUIDs, and the SQUID control was done automatically through a fiber-optic cable. The pickup coils are first-order planar gradiometers with a baseline of 4 em. The insert has 64 planar gradiometers as the sensing channels and were arranged to measure MCG field components tangential to the chest surface. When the 64-channel insert was in operation everyday, the average boil-off rate of the dewar was 3.6 Lid. The noise spectrum of the SQUID planar gradiometer system was about 5 fT$_{rms}$/$\checkmark$Hz at 100 Hz, operated inside a moderately shielded room. The MCG measurements were done at a sampling rate of 500 Hz or 1 kHz, and realtime display of MCG traces and heart rate were displayed. After the acquisition, magnetic field mapping and current mapping could be done. From the magnetic and current information, parameters for the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia were evaluated to be compared with other diagnostic methods.
This study develops and validates an objective scale to measure newspaper use at home by elementary school students and parents. We developed a preliminary scale of 59 items through the review of literature on newspaper use and mediation as well as the examination of content validity by education experts. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. A total of 42 items were supported by 703 parents with students in grades 1-6 using exploratory factor analysis. The model included 3 categories and 9 sub-factors: instruction (modeling, restriction, and text instruction), activities (play activity, conversation, online mediation, and scrap activity), and belief (academic achievement and information acquisition). Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed and validated the model fit; in addition, convergent validity, and discriminant validity, and cross validity was confirmed through correlation analysis by gender comparison and grade comparison. We also verified the validity of this scale through correlation analysis based on Yu and Jung (2012)'s newspaper mediation variables and scale in regards to children's motivation for using newspapers. Finally, internal consistency reliability and half reliability were also confirmed. In conclusion, the suitability and stability of home newspaper utilization scale for elementary students (HNUS-E) were confirmed. This scale provides parents and educators with ideas for the development of the children's literacy, cognitive, and affective domains that can be effectively used in research on newspaper use for school-aged children.

Formulaic sequences are continuous or discontinuous series of words that are seemingly treated like single units. Formulaic sequences play a key role in language development, and formulaic sequences acquisition determines the success or failure of language development. This study proposes a reading aloud activity as a way for international students to learn formulaic sequences. A class focused on reading aloud was conducted with 41 international students taking a general English course at a university in Seoul. For 15 weeks, video lectures and real-time Zoom classes were conducted in parallel. The animated film Frozen was used as course material. In the video lectures, the teacher interpreted the movie script in easy Korean and read aloud formulaic sequences. Students were tasked with reading the sentences with formulaic sequences aloud, recording themselves reading aloud, and submitting their recordings. During real-time class meetings, students performed the activity of reading aloud the formulaic sequences they had studied in the video lectures. There was a significant increase in the interpretation and sentence writing of formulaic sequences in participants' post-evaluation compared to the pre-evaluation. Through the study's survey, students exhibited positive views in the affective domains.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a typical, chronic neurodegenerative disease involving the concentration of dopamine, which can disrupt motor activity and cause different degrees of gait disturbance relevant to PD severity in patients. As current clinical PD diagnosis is a complex, time-consuming, and challenging task that relays on physicians' subjective evaluation of visual observations, gait disturbance has been extensively explored to make automatic detection of PD diagnosis and severity rating and provides auxiliary information for physicians' decisions using gait data from various acquisition devices. Among them, wearable sensors have the advantage of flexibility since they do not limit the wearers' activity sphere in this application scenario. In this paper, an attention-based temporal network (ATN) is designed for the time series structure of gait data (vertical ground reaction force signals) from foot sensor systems, to learn the discriminative differences related to PD severity levels hidden in sequential data. The structure of the proposed method is illuminated by Transformer Network for its success in excavating temporal information, containing three modules: a preprocessing module to map intra-moment features, a feature extractor computing complicated gait characteristic of the whole signal sequence in the temporal dimension, and a classifier for the final decision-making about PD severity assessment. The experiment is conducted on the public dataset PDgait of VGRF signals to verify the proposed model's validity and show promising classification performance compared with several existing methods.

Purpose The quantitative analysis of gallbladder emptying is very important in diagnosis of motility disorder of gallbladder and in biliary physiology. The GBEF obtain the statics aquisition method or the dynamic acquisition method in two ways. The purpose of this study is to compare the GBEF value of statics acquisition method and the dynamic acquisition method. And we find the best way for calculate GBEF. Materials and Methods The quantitative hepatobiliary scan with $^{99m}Tc$-mebrofenin was performed of 27 patients. Initial images were acquired statically, for 60 min after injection of the radioactive tracer. And if the gallbladder is visualized to 60 min, performed stimulation of gallbladder (1egg, 200 mL milk). After that, started acquisition of dynamic image for 30 min. After that, image of after fatty meal of the statics method were acquired on equal terms with 60 min image. The statics GBEF was calculated using the images of before fatty meal and post fatty meal by the statics method. The dynamic GBEF was calculated using the images of time of maximum bile juice uptake ($T_{max}$) and time of minimum bile juice uptake ($T_{min}$) images from the gallbladder time-activity curve. A bile juice is secreted from gallbladder while eating a fatty meal. that is named early GBEF and that was calculated using before fatty meal image of the statics method and 1 min image of the dynamic method. Results The result saw very big difference between two according to $T_{max}$. The result, were as follows. 1) In case of less than 1 min, the dynamic mean GBEF was $40.1{\pm}21.7%$, the statics mean GBEF was $51.5{\pm}23.6%$ in 16 cases. The early mean GBEF was $14.0{\pm}29.1%$. The GBEF of statics method was higher because that include secreted bile juice while performed stimulation of gallbladder. A difference of GB counts according to acquisition method and the early bile juice counts was $17.6{\pm}14.8%$ and $13.5{\pm}15.3%$. 2) In case of exceed than 1 min, the dynamic mean GBEF was $31.0{\pm}19.7%$, the statics mean GBEF was $21.3{\pm}19.4%$ in 7 cases. The early GBEF was $-6.9{\pm}4.9%$. The GBEF of dynamic method was higher because that include concentrated bile juice to $T_{max}$. A difference of GB counts according to acquisition method and the early bile juice counts was $14.3{\pm}7.3%$ and $5.9{\pm}3.9%$. Conclusion The statics method is very easy and simple, but in case of $T_{max}$ delay, the GBEF can be lower. The dynamic method is able to calculate accurately in case of $T_{max}$ delay, but in case of $T_{max}$ is less than 1 min, the GBEF can be lower because dynamic GBEF exclude secreted bile juice while performed stimulation of gallbladder. The best way to calculate GBEF is to scan with dynamic method preferentially and to choose suitable method between the two way after conform $T_{max}$ on the T-A curve of the dynamic method.

This study is related to the acquisition of physiological signals of human emotions and the recognition of human emotions using such physiological signals. To acquire physiological signals, seven emotions are evoked through stimuli. Regarding the induced emotions, the results of skin temperature, photoplethysmography, electrodermal activity, and an electrocardiogram are recorded and analyzed as physiological signals. The suitability and effectiveness of the stimuli are evaluated by the subjects themselves. To address the problem of the emotions not being recognized, we introduce a methodology for a recognizer using prototype-based learning and particle swarm optimization (PSO). The design involves two main phases: i) PSO selects the P% of the patterns to be treated as prototypes of the seven emotions; ii) PSO is instrumental in the formation of the core set of features. The experiments show that a suitable selection of prototypes and a substantial reduction of the feature space can be accomplished, and the recognizer formed in this manner is characterized by high recognition accuracy for the seven emotions using physiological signals.
When participating in problem-based learning (PBL), it is important for medical students to generate claims and provide justifications for their claims in small group discussions. This study aimed to investigate the effect of argumentation instruction on medical student learning experiences with PBL. A total of one hundred first-year preclinical students from Inje University College of Medicine, who had attended argumentation instruction, participated in this study. All of the participants completed a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire regarding their learning experiences with PBL, before and after the argumentation instruction. The questionnaire comprised 22 items with eight subcategories: argumentation activity, reflection, integration of basic and clinical science, identification of lack of knowledge, logical thinking, self-directed study, communication, and attitude toward discussion. The collected data were analyzed through a paired-sample t-test. The results of this study found that the argumentation instruction promoted the preclinical students' experiences with argumentation activities, reflection, an integration of basic and clinical science, the identification of their lack of knowledge, logical thinking, and self-directed study, and it increased positive attitudes toward group discussion. The findings suggest argumentation instruction can enhance medical student group discussions and help students achieve the objectives of PBL, including acquisition of basic and clinical science knowledge and development of clinical reasoning and self-directed learning abilities, which can highlight the meaningful learning experiences students have with PBL.
The purpose of this study was to measure the changes of regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) and blood pressure(BP) in rats, following the intravenous injection of Flos Sophora japonica L.(FSJ) water extract. The measurement was continually monitored by Laser-Doppler Flowmeter and pressure transducer in anaesthetized adult Sprague-Dawley rats for 2 hours to 2 hours and a half through the data acquisition system. FSJ increased the changes of rCBF in rat significantly. The rCBF of FSJ did not change by pretreated propranolol, atropine, L-NNA($N^G$-nitro-L-argininine) and indomethacin. But the rCBF of Flos Sophora japonica L. was increased by pretreated methylene blue. FSJ decreased the changes of BP, significantly. The BP of FSJ did not change by pretreated propranolol, atropine, L-NNA and indomethacin. But the BP FSJ was decreased by pretreated methylene blue. There results indicated that FSJ can increase the rCBF and decrease the BP, that is related to guanylyl cyclase activity.
