인스타그램의 게시글 정보특성과 수용의도 및 구전효과의 영향관계 연구: 한국, 미국 대학생을 중심으로 (The influence of Instagram's posts information attributes on acceptable intentions and word of mouth effect: focusing on college student in South Korea and the United states)

  • Web 2.0시대를 맞이하여 다양한 플랫폼으로부터 기업의 수많은 정보가 쏟아지고 있다. 그러나 셀 수 없이 많은 정보의 홍수 속에서 대중들의 호응을 얻기 위해 기업들은 각각의 플랫폼의 특징을 이해하고 이에 적합한 마케팅 전략을 구사해야 한다. 그러나 최근에 급격히 성장하고 있는 소셜네트워크(Social Network Service)에 관련한 연구는 많이 진행되었으나 특정 매체에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 한국과 미국의 소비자들에서 인스타그램 게시글 정보가 어떻게 받아들여지는지 분석하여 인스타그램 게시글 정보특성이 수용의도 및 구전효과에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 정보유용성 매개효과를 통해 살펴보았다. 이 연구문제에 답하기 위해서 인스타그램의 주요 이용자인 한국과 미국 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 정보유용성은 인스타그램 게시글 정보특성과 수용의도 및 구전효과 사이에서 주요한 매개효과 역할을 하는 결과가 도출되었다.

패션매장에서의 인터랙티브 디지털 사이니지에 대한 소비자 인식 - 기술수용모델을 중심으로 - (Consumers' perceptions of interactive digital signage in a fashion store - An application of the technology acceptance model -)

  • Digital signage in a smart store would engage and invoke responses from consumers because good in-store experiences are more important than ever. Thus, the present study investigates consumer perceptions of interactive digital signage integrating technology acceptance model. Specifically, the current study examined 1) the effects of personal and fashion innovativeness on interactivity; 2) the effect of interactivity on perceived usefulness, ease of use, and enjoyment; and 3) the effects of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and enjoyment on intentions to use the products and the store, visit the store, and engage in word-of-mouth. As a pre-study, two researchers visited the smart stores of six brands in Seoul, all of which integrate various technologies in the fashion field. A video clip was developed as a stimulus to the study. A total of 214 responses were gathered and analyzed. The results were as follows. Personal innovativeness has a significantly positive effect on interactivity, whereas fashion innovativeness has no significant effect. Interactivity had positive effects on the perceived usefulness, ease of use, and enjoyment. Consumer responses (i.e., intentions to use, visit, and engage in word-of-mouth) were predicted by usefulness and enjoyment, but not by ease of use. The findings of this study could provide the fashion industry and retailers practical and valuable insights into enhancing consumers' in-store experiences through the use of interactive digital signage.

개인형 커뮤니티에 대한 기술수용 모델 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) for Individualized Virtual Community)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors determining users' acceptance of individualized virtual community. While there has been considerable research on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that has predicted whether individuals will accept and voluntarily use information systems, limitations of the TAM include the omission of an important characteristics of individual construct in the context of individualized community. Based on literature relating to the theory of reasoned action (TRA), the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and the TAM, this study extends the applicability of the TAM in a individualized community context, by adding characteristics of individual-based construct ("subjective norm", "self-efficacy", "self-presentation" and "sharing information to exchange various information") to the model. Analysis was conducted on using the structural equation modeling approach. The result supports the extended TAM in predicting users' intentions to using personalized community. Several implications for IT/IS acceptance research and individualized community service management practices are discussed.

  • Purpose In order to find out the influential factors to accept the mobile convenient payment service like Apple pay or Samsung Pay based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology according to the type of High and Low value payments. Design/methodology/approach This research model is designed on the factors of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and simultaneously analysed, or performed the empirical analysis of the PLS-SEM(Partial Least Squares structural equation model) in order to forage for the association among mobile convenient payment service's features. Findings According to the empirical analysis consequence, this research confirmed that the adoption of mobile convenient payment services is influence by features on the basis of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, mobility, and trust. Also, this paper figure out that the behavior of an user acceptance of mobile convenient payment services according to the type of high and low value payments.

  • This study analyzed the impact of YouTube creator characteristics and channel access factors on the intention to continue watching content, noting that the development of the digital media environment has diversified media audiences' content preferences and access routes. Specifically, we analyzed the effects of YouTube creator trustworthiness, attractiveness, familiarity, and social influence, as well as the effects of recommendation services on perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and perceived enjoyment. The study found that creator credibility and recommendation service had a positive impact on the perceived usefulness of content, while intimacy and charm were important factors in increasing the easy of use and playfulness of content. These perceived usefulness, ease, and playfulness also had a strong positive impact on users' intention to continue watching the channel. This suggests that trust and intimate relationships with creators and appropriate content recommendations play an important role in increasing user satisfaction and channel persistence. The significance of this study's analysis of creator and channel access factors based on the extended technology acceptance model is that it shows the potential for extending and applying the existing technology acceptance model to the digital content environment.

Impact of Service Quality on Behavioural Intention to Use Fin Tech Payment Services: An Extension of SERVEQUAL Model

  • The study aims to determine the impact of quality outcomes on behavior intentions in Financial Technology (FinTech) payment services. The study is focused on the development and testing of the impact of the SERVQUAL model on the TAM, i.e., Technology Acceptance Model for the measurement of the behavioral intention of users to use fintech payment services. The sample entails 578 specific survey responses from northern India from October to December 2022. The respondents were users of FinTech. The PLS-SEM technique was employed to explain the implementation process. Consequently, it discovered a significant relationship between the SERVQUAL models and the impact on behavioral intentions identified by TAM. The study will provide insight into the factors that impact the quality outcomes and adoption of Fintech payment services to the providers. The paper demystifies FinTech payment services in the range of perception of service quality outcomes and provides essential theories. The TAM model reflects the customer's sense of satisfaction, usefulness, and attitude. In contrast, the SERVQUAL model demonstrates the user's assessment of service quality outcomes such as quality, trust, security, and service quality positively affects behavioral intention in FinTech payment services.

중국 여행객의 항공사 비대면 탑승수속 서비스에 대한 인식 연구 (A Study on the Perception of Airline Non-Face-to-Face Boarding Service among Chinese Travelers)

  • This study is based on the Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT) and categorizes trust types in non-face-to-face boarding services into three dimensions: structural assurance, platform, and service provider. It analyzes the impact of these trust types on users' perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continuous usage intentions. Using a structural equation model, the study found that the three dimensions of trust positively influence users' satisfaction and perception of usefulness, thereby promoting intentions for continuous use. However, perceived risk weakens the positive relationship between trust and continuous usage intentions. By exploring the moderating role of perceived risk in non-face-to-face boarding services, this study analyzes its impact on user behavior patterns, contributing to the optimization of service design and enhancement of user trust. This study promotes widespread acceptance and continuous use of the service, and is crucial for developing effective non-contact service strategies that meet the needs and expectations of Chinese travelers in the post-pandemic travel environment. The findings provide a new perspective and empirical evidence for understanding user attitudes and behaviors towards non-face-to-face services, holding significant theoretical and practical implications.

블록체인 기반 결제시스템에 대한 관광 소비자 수용의도 (Consumer Acceptance Intention on Block Chain Consensus Mechanismbased Payment System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 방한 외국인을 위한 블록체인 기반 결제시스템에 대한 소비자 수용의도를 규명하여 거래 편의성을 높이는 결제플랫폼 개발의 방향성을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 블록체인의 특성으로 보안성, 신뢰성, 기능성을 도출 했다. 도출된 특성을 토대로 제안된 모델의 구조적 검증을 통해 소비자들의 측면에서 블록체인 기술수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하였다. 통합기술수용이론을 적용하여 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진 조건, 인지된 혜택과 수용의도 간의 인과관계, 개인의 혁신성과 블록체인 인지수준에 따른 조절효과를 검증하였다. 개인의 혁신성과 블록체인 기술 인지수준에 따른 수용의도 차이에서도 혁신성향이 강하고 전반적인 기술에 대한 인지상태가 높은 집단이 블록체인 시스템을 기반으로 제시된 블록체인 수용의도에 더 많은 인과관계를 보여주었다. 또한, 블록체인 수용의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 기대되는 편익(성과기대), 이 서비스를 사용하기 위해 필요한 기술적 기반구조(촉진조건), 소비자 입장에서의 인지된 혜택(보안 및 신뢰, 기능성) 등 4가지 기제이다. 새로운 기술의 용이성(노력기대)과 기술을 도입할 때 주변 환경의 영향(사회적 영향)은 수용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못했다.

  • Lack of trust is major reason for many company to take a cautions stance towards business-to-business electronic commerce. Especially innovative business models such as online business-to-business marketplaces face the lack of not only having to give their members and partners faith own capabilities and reliability, but also to ensure that the respective parties interacting through them have trust in each other. This paper is empirical study on the trust factors affecting the repurchase intentions in a B2B e-Marketplace by survey instrument based on Likert-style 5 point measurement scale. The objective of this paper is evaluation of relationship between repurchase intentions and trust. The focus of this paper is the antecedents and consequences of buyer trust in a B2B e-Marketplace, not trust intermediaries or in third parties that might mediate between the buyer and e-Marketplace. The findings of this study are expected to increase the awareness of B2B e-Commerce adopter and implementers about the importance of trust in e-commerce participation.

중소제조기업의 스마트팩토리 고도화수용의도 영향 메커니즘: 정보시스템 성공모형을 기반으로 (The Influencing Mechanism of Manufacturing SMEs' Smart Factory Advancement Acceptance Intention: Based on the Information Systems Success Model)

  • 국가경쟁력 제고와 제조업 경쟁력 확보를 위한 스마트팩토리 보급 및 확산사업이 국가주도로 진행되고 있으나, 대부분의 구축기업이 기초 단계에 머무르고 있으며, 그 마저도 지속적으로 활용하지 못하고 있다. 스마트팩토리 관련 선행연구의 대다수는 도입사례 혹은 빅데이터 적용방안 등 기술적인 부분에 초점을 맞추고 있어, 스마트팩토리의 지속적 활용에 대한 실증 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 성공모형과 선행연구를 바탕으로 스마트팩토리 사용정도 및 사용자만족에 영향을 주는 주요 선행요인을 도출하고, 이 요인들이 사용정도 및 사용자만족을 거쳐 지속사용의도, 경영성과 및 고도화수용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증하였다. 스마트팩토리를 기 도입한 287개 중소제조기업을 대상으로 수집한 설문지를 바탕으로 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 분석한 결과, 주요 선행요인인 시스템품질과 정보품질, 서비스품질, 정부지원은 사용정도에 유의한 영향을, 서비스품질과 정부지원은 사용자만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 사용정도와 사용자만족은 경영성과 및 지속사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 나아가 고도화수용의도에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 성공모형을 활용하여 중소제조기업의 스마트팩토리 사용자만족이 경영성과 및 지속사용의도, 나아가 고도화수용의도에 미치는 구체적인 영향 메커니즘을 최초로 실증한 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다.
