The first step towards rearing children to become healthy leaders of the next generation should be taken by the mothers the CEOs of families who possess exemplary leadership skills. To examine the current status of the leadership of mothers, this paper first selects leaders-domestic and abroad-across all areas by studying various sources. Then focusing on the cases in which the mothers played a positive influence in bringing up their children, this paper examines concrete practical strategies of such successful leadership. The case study classifies the leadership, which requires soft power to change the world, into four types: self assurance, creative reform, communication and empowerment. The subjects to these studies are Kwak Nak-Won, the mother of Kim Gu, Gu Maeng Gyuck, the mother of Mencius, Grace Welch, the mother of Jack Welch, and Yoo Hyun Gyung, the mother of Kim Jin-Ho. The paper examines the leadership capacity of each of these figures. This paper concludes that when mothers exercise positive leadership and the child naturally experiences the synergy effect with the mother, he or she naturally becomes a charismatic social leader.

Recently, the introduction and spread of BIM technology has been actively promoted at the domestic level and abroad. However, the BIM adoption and diffusion rate in the whole construction industry has been slower than expected, this is because they applied to construction projects in a way that does not meet the basic objective of BIM adoption. The objective of this paper is to derive a BIM adoption strategy that can provide benefits and efficiency from the design phase, by analyzing issues related to design errors identified in two real world projects based on the 2D to BIM conversion process. Types of issues, type distribution, and degree of BIM contribution to find issues were analyzed in a quantitative way, and then a BIM adoption strategy was derived. As a result, this paper identified that there obviously exists a limit in the 2D to BIM conversion process by repeating the problems that occur in the traditional 2D design process. Therefore, the authors of this paper insist that the design firms should adopt BIM-based design processes, fully, to get financial benefits as well as to improve the design quality.

There is a phenomenon that the consumers from all over the countries are using the Korean online shopping malls, which has settled as a distribution industry. To get the attention of the consumers from other countries, the marketing strategy is important in order for the online shopping malls to go advance abroad. The purpose of this study is to overview the Pinterest, which is a shopping-oriented Social Network Service (SNS) based on the image content. The Pinterest is a valuable online shopping mall marketing channel. By looking at the background growth and feature of service, the existence of the mega SNS as a center in the social business is to see how Pinterest is targeting a niche market. As a result of this study, Pinterest has the advantage against other SNS for joining with online shopping malls because a tendency of the traffic referrals from Pinterest is increasing and the average of the cost of the purchase is high. Therefore, this study is reflecting various cases of utilizing the online shopping malls. In conclusion, Pinterest represents an illustrative case of effective marketing channel of the online shopping malls.

The vehicle noise is classified into interior and radiated exterior noise. And it influences on consumer‘s vehicle decision and traffic noise environment very much. In case of the vehicle exterior noise, it is related with traffic noise and in case of the interior noise, it is related with driver’s and passenger‘s sensitivity quality. Because these influenced on drivers and traffic environment, so standards are restricted by the laws and regulated for the measurement. But, the existence standards measuring the only sound pressure level are limit to reflect consumer’s sensitive aspects. Therefore in this study, the recent standards and laws were searched about domestic and abroad papers and the testing mode for the sound quality (SQ) evaluation was constructed about the vehicle interior noise. Finally, we aimed at the standard establishment to evaluate the vehicle interior SQ using statistics method.

Already, VARI-STEM, CAS-BAG, POWER DECK etc. are used by various blasting methods to take the advantage of air decking technology in abroad. This study analyzed the application and the effect of Air ball blasting method in domestic blasting area. It is shown that blasting vibration was showed decrease about $30\~40\%$ and quantities of explosives was shown decrease about $20\~25\%$. Also, in the case of using air ball blasting method, it is found for airblast to be lower than common blasting method.

Recently, online grocery shopping has been increasing with the development of internet, mobile, and IT technology due to the proportion of consumers changes like increasing single households and double-income couples. Therefore, online sales from distributors with offline stores have also increased, and the offline retailers are facing their limits in dealing with store-based online channel they have carried out. Domestic offline retailers benchmarked overseas advanced retailers to solve this problem by reviewing about developing the online-only distribution center. However, much investment is needed in order to operate the distribution center with the new concept from abroad. In this study, we have reviewed the current online grocery market trend and the theory related to developing distribution system of the online mall. For offline retailers, we have reviewed the case which developed the distribution center applied to the nation's first online-only distribution center. The purpose of this study is reducing trial and error for local retailers in developing online-only distribution centers and suggesting ways to improve investment effect.

Recently Internet of things(IoT) industry has grown, Giant company of the world, have developed a variety of equipment using this. Several things are to be able to enjoy the game of devices have been developed game that play with the device has been released. This paper aims to derive the necessary element for the game development around IoT equipment. In this study, we investigated several cases using IoT device that have been released and have been developed abroad, literature related to game development reviewed. As a result, majority case using in game field, it appeared by using virtual reality that supported the 3D screen using a head-mounted display, in addition, have been released motion-based game.

The Operation of high speed train in year 2004 bring about a great change in railroad industry. Especially in railroad construction field we have acquired great Know-how. And up to now we are building up operation skills. But the high speed train system are totally imported, so it is necessary to investigate some of the equipment based on our own environment. In case of Toughened Glass Stem Insulator, we don't have any application case in domestic and limited in abroad. So there must be some characteristic estimation. The estimation was made in three different ways. First electrical field cause, Second physical field cause and finally in circumstance cause. In Electrical field cause, amplitude and number of time for abnormal peak voltage data are collected. And in physical field cause, amplitude and trend of vibration in to the insulator are examined. And I circumstance cause, possibility of flying gravel and ice clod are investigated. Through this basic data suitability for Toughened Glass Stem Insulator using in domestic will be accumulated.

This study proposes to analyze the concept and introduction of infinite creative space (makerspace) to redefine the roles of existing library spaces. This study also attempts to formulate a suitable program for public library makerspaces by analyzing case studies. Literature review and case study methods are used for deriving the makerspace concept, the evolution of makerspace, the implications posed by makerspace operation domestically and abroad, and the utilization of makerspace. Finally, we suggest story creation programs, topic-based programs reflecting the library characteristics, professional mentoring programs, expert consulting programs, various training programs, patent application support programs, incubator programs, and so on.
