The extraction and purification of the anti-hyperglycemic α-glucosidase inhibitor from an edible mushroom, Pleurotus cornucopiae, were investigated. The inhibitor was maximally extracted when the P. cornucopiae fruiting body was treated with distilled water at 30℃ for 12 h. Purification was achieved using Sephadex G-100 and G-50 filtration chromatography, pepsin hydrolysis, and reverse-phase HPLC. The compound’s solid yield and inhibitory activity were 12.2% and 9.10 mg/ml of IC₅₀, respectively. The purified inhibitor contained two hexapeptides with Thr-Ile-Ala-Phe-Ile-Asp (A) and Tyr-Tyr-Ala-Ile-Gly-Asp (B) sequences and molecular weights of 678.79 Da (A) and 643.7 Da (B). The purified inhibitor showed a mixed inhibition pattern to α-glucosidase and a dose-dependent anti-hyperglycemic effect in a streptozotocininduced diabetic Sprague-Dawley rat model, exhibited by decreased blood glucose levels at doses of 50 and 300 mg/kg.

This study is to guide to estimate service quality on ITSM operation based on ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library). ITIL v2 and v3 provide how to integrate framework of IT service and business process. It is widely used as ITSM operation base. As a latest IT trend, ITSM covers Hardware, Software, SaaS, Network, Call center, Helpdesk, ASP portal and IT operation. Servicedesk is selected as target area where valid sampling is addressable and service change is rapid. Traditional Helpdesk was focusing on technical support to solve internal IT issues passively. But it was evolved into Service Desk which focus in process and provide integrated service from customer's business view point preventively and proactively. Accordingly outsourcing types business are normally performed by group of professional capability. Service quality is measured under the SLA(Service Level Agreement). This study utilized SERVQUAL model as service quality measuring tool developed by Parasuraman, Zeitaml and Berry to find critical factors to satisfy customer. And test was processed regarding effectiveness of IT organization and customer view point thru sampling. Though valid parameters can be changed by ITSM areas under the SERVQUAL models, they naturally can be accepted as a index of service quality measurement after sampling test with acceptable significance. And I recommend to follow this study as a preparation before official SLA.

Currently, the library system using the method of the software on the client / server and ASP by providing services in a manner of hardware and software, and cross-referencing, installation and deployment, Customization, Upgrade, risk management, and software licenses across the high-cost management of difficult and costly There is a problem. To solve these problems, SaaS based Integrated Management System for Digital Library, multi-tenant environments(SaaS Maturity Level 3 and above) as a key element in the implementation were developed. Therefore, almost no initial investment cost, easy, simple, low-cost IT services available on SaaS based software on-demand service model of how the system is implemented.

Models and Strategies for Network Operator's B2B Ecommerce The B2B ecommerce market is one of the fastest growing areas in the telecom industry. However network operators have been slow to enter the arena, Network operator have been held back by their general unsurety about the Internet business. Network operators'core business(the supply of connectivity and transport service) is becoming unprofitable. As a result they are looking to diversify into areas where margins are higher. B2B ecommerce offers them a major way to achieve this. It is possible to identify various business models for offering ecommerce services to end user, ranging from the provision of complete packaged applications to the implementation and management of customized ecommerce solution. In this study the three main approaches available to network operators are the traditional IT outsourcing model, the ASP model and the community builder model.

In this paper, we introduce the sharable and reusable learning objects which are suitable for XML Web services in e-learning systems. These objects are extracted from the principles of pedagogical paradigms for reusable learning units. We call them LIO (Learning Item Object) objects. Existing models, such as Web-hosted and ASP-oriented service model, are difficult to cooperate and integrate among the different kinds of e-learning systems. So we developed the LIO objects that are suitable for XML Web services. The reusable units that are extracted from pedagogical paradigms are tutorial item, resource, case example, simulation, problems, test, discovery and discussion. And these units correspond to the LIO objects in our learning object model. As a result, the proposed model is that learner and instruction designer should increase the power of understanding about learning contents that are based on pedagogical paradigms. By using XML Web services, this guarantees the integration and interoperation of the different kinds of e-learning systems in distributed environments and so educational organizations can expect the cost reduction in constructing e-learning systems.

Objectives : To review the history, the theoretical basis and the technique of Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), papers and books on IMS were searched. Methods : 15 papers were searched with the keyword 'Gunn CC' at Pubmed(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?db=pubmed). Several full texts of them and other papers were found at the internet homepage of The Institute for the Study and Treatment of Pain (http://www.istop.org/). 16 Korean papers on IMS were searched at KoreaMed(http://www.koreamed.org/SearchBasic.php) and Koreanstudies Infomation Service System(http://kiss.kstudy.com/KsiKiss.asp). Results : Dr. Gunn has made unique model which can explain the pathology of chronic pain and the mechanism of acupuncture treatment. In this model, he postulated that most of chronic pain is radiculopathy due to spondylosis and acupuncture treatment to the hyperalgesic muscle can restore the normal function of involved muscles and nerves. Conclusions : IMS is an acupuncture technique in which the muscles under the Ah-shi or tender points in periphery and intrasegmental paravertebral muscles are stimulated with needles.

The purpose of this paper is to implement Web 3D environment that is not provider - oriented but client-oriented in order to provide dynamic information and to analyze knowledges by executing programs on Web pages. For these, The 3D Viewer program that parses and renders ASE files - the most general 3D Model Data file and exported text file of 3D Max Studio - is made and then converted into ActiveX 3D Viewer Component that can be used on the Web. With the purpose of managing ASE and texture file efficiently and interacting between clients and server, ActiveX Component link ASP and Database with Web Service. The 3D View Web Service can make dynamic information and cooperative works easier in Networked Virtual Reality.

E-Business Platform for SMEs in GMS Countries(GMSEB) is a E-business service portal which based on Yunnan, face to ASEAN, connect with China's mainland. lt is established by Kunming Dongxun Sic&Tech Co.,Ltd and E-Business Centre of Yunnan University of Financial & Economics, who get supports from UNESCAP, Science and Technology Department of Yunnan Provincial and Yunnan SMEs Bureau. The portal will bulid a B2B & B2C E-business and. ASP portal to provide service of e-business and enterprise management informatization according with the different languages and situation to China and GMS countries. The paper starts with analysis of the policy in China of promoting GMS cooperation and exchanges, importance of Yunnan and cultural universality in GMS countries. It expounds the necessity of establishing such a regional e-commerce platform. The project explores how to develop the model of e-business and enterprise management informationization for SMEs under the condition of weak economic strength and scarcity of Information Technology talents. To promote the SMEs in GMS countries participate in the integration with the global economy through the international SMEs'E-business Platform, make a fairly rapid progress by full play to its advantages.

국내 50인 이상, 매출 100억이상 규모의 중소제조업을 위한 생산정보화는 그간 정부의 정보화 지원사업의 지원으로 중소제조업에서 평균 생산성 22%이상의 성과를 달성하였다. 그러나, 50인이하, 매출 100억 미만의 국내제조업은 약 20만개 이상이 되고 있으나, 정부에서 지원하고 있는 정보화지원사업의 혜택을 받지 못하고 있다. 그간 ERP, SCM 등과 같은 기업정보화의 경우 ASP (Application Service Provider)모델을 개발하여 적용을 시도하여 보았으나 활성화되지 못했고 생산자원 4M (Man, Machine Material & Method)정보를 실시간 처리가 요구되는 생산정보화의 경우에는 기술적 문제로 인하여 적용 시도조차 할 수 없었다. 최근 RFID/USN, 개방형 임베디드, 모바일, 차세대 인터넷 및 SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)기술의 급속한 발전으로 전세계 산재되어 있는 복수 공장의 생산자원을 중앙에서 서비스기반으로 중앙관리가 가능하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 50인 이하, 매출 100억 미만의 군소제조업의 생산자원 4M을 유무선 센서 기술을 통하여 자율 재구성 능력 (Autonomous Reconfigurable) 기반의 원격관리가 가능한 핵심기능의 소개와 복수 공장의 다양한 생산정보화 애플리케이션을 단일 표준 플랫폼으로 구현할 수 있는 적용 모델에 대하여 설명한다.

Today, Software as a Service(SaaS) is being recognized as a key means to enable the innovation of software distribution. Despite the increase in the interest in SaaS, individuals as well as businesses are not yet making an extensive use of it. This research is aimed at identifying and analyzing the antecedents of intentions to use SaaS. We proposed a research model to predict an individual's intention to use SaaS based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). To this end, we conducted a questionnaire survey in which actual software users participated. An empirical analysis has been performed to test the reliability and validity and the hypotheses using SPSS and AMOS software packages. The results of the analysis revealed that functionality, interoperability and economic benefits have positive effects on the intention to use SaaS, while system quality has no significant effect on the behavioral intention. We discussed practical as well as academic implications, and provided research directions.
