This study examines the actual state of using digital convergence products by consumers, and analyzes the expectation that consumers have regarding digital convergence products and the actual satisfaction of the digital convergence products. In addition, it analyzes factors affecting the satisfaction with digital convergence products. First, mobile phones, which 99.4% of those surveyed had, cameras, which 90.6% had, and mp3s, which 71.8% had, were found to be necessities. Second, the ratio of owning digital convergence products was 79.5%, 48.1%, and 52.4%, respectively. In the case of a mobile phones, a digital convergence type is already common. Third, regarding the reason for purchasing digital convergence products, they chose convergence products because there was no product with a simple function that they wanted to have: 38.2% in terms of a mobile phone, 47.2% for a camera, and 28.2% for an mp3. This shows that a consumer's choice was infringed in a great deal at the back of remarkable quantitative growth in digital convergence products. Fourth, the analysis of the factor regarding the consumer's expectation on digital convergence products showed 3 kinds of factors, i.e., expectation of benefit, expectation of risk, and expectation of situation. Fifth, as a result of analyzing the structural model regarding the effect on satisfaction by a consumer's expectation and the outcome on digital convergence products, all the expectations and outcomes of benefit, risk, and situation did not have a direct effect on satisfaction. Only an indirect effect through inconsistency showed a statistical significance.

We prove that, if $EX^2_1(log^+{\mid}X_1{\mid})^{\delta}$ < ${\infty}$ for any 0< ${\delta}{\le}1$, then $\lim_{{\epsilon}\downarrow0}{\epsilon}^{2{\delta}}\sum_{{n=2}}^{\infty}\frac{(logn)^{\delta-1}}{n^2}ES^2_nI({\mid}S_n{\mid}\geq{\epsilon}{\sigma}\sqrt{nlogn}=\frac{E{\mid}N{\mid}^{2\delta+2}}{\delta}$, where N is the standard normal random variable. We also prove that if $S_n$ is replaced by $M_n=max_{1{\le}k{\le}n}{\mid}S_k{\mid}$ then the precise rate still holds. Some results in Fu and Zhang (2007) are improved to the complete moment case.

This study is about the organizational justice of fire service agency for organizational commitment and motivation of firefighters. The research data were collected from 355 firefighters nationwide using the On-nara Administrative Work Management System 2.0. The statistical processing method of the research data was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS 28.0. The study results showed that the overall level of firefighters' perception of organizational justice was slightly lower than normal, with an average score of 2.85. Regarding gender, male firefighters were more likely to believe that the organization was injustice than female firefighters. In addition, organizational justice was found to be lower among fire sergeants by rank and first aiders by responsibility.

This research explores the convergence of health care expenditure in Korea with different income groups and the world level by applying different concepts of convergence, including growth rates, trends, differences as well as rationality and statistical variation of health care expenditure. The empirical evidence shows that, in general, the health care expenditure in Korea seems to be on the right track in terms of both level and difference, given the fact that convergence exists with the expenditures of the high income group and the world level. It is also worth mentioning that the Korean public health care system has been performing much better than its private health care counterpart. Such a result suggests that the private health care system has to be more elaborately and systematically managed through the establishment of an operational policy to stimulate an increase in private health care expenditure.

최소 평균 제곱(least mean squares) 알고리듬에 기반을 둔 적응 동화기의 수렴속도는 입력신호의 공분산 행렬에 의해 결정된다. 공분산 행렬의 고유값 spread가 1에 가까울때 수렴속도는 매우 빠르다. 본 논문에서는 LMS 기반 적응 동화기의 빠른 수렴을 위해 통계적으로 주어진 채널에 적합한 변형된 기준신호를 제안하였다. 이론적인 분석과 모의실험을 통해 LMS 기반 적응 동화기의 빠른 수렴을 얻는데 이 변형 방법이 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

이 연구에서는 결핵예방 캠페인을 위한 효과적인 메시지 전략은 무엇인지를 분석하였다. 메시지 지향성(개인지향-사회지향)과 메시지 제시방법(통계-내러티브)에 따라 결핵감염의 개연성, 심각성, 예방행동의도에 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 개인지향 메시지는 사회지향 메시지보다 결핵감염의 개연성과 심각성을 높이는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 통계적 메시지와 내러티브 메시지 사이에는 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 개인지향 메시지의 경우에 내러티브 메시지가 통계적 메시지보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 사회지향 메시지는 통계적 메시지가 내러티브 메시지보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 함의를 논의하고, 실무적으로 효과적인 결핵예방 캠페인 메시지 전략을 제안하였다.

R&D strategies of companies with low and high technological levels are discussed based on the concept of technology convergence and divergence. However, empirically detecting enterprise technology convergence in the distribution of enterprise technology (total productivity increase) over time and identifying key change factors are challenging. This study used a novel statistical indicator that captures the internal technology distribution change with a single number to clearly measure the technology distribution peak as a change in critical bandwidth for enterprise technology convergence and presented it as evidence of each technology convergence or divergence. Furthermore, this study applied the quantitative technology convergence identification method. Technology convergence appeared from the separation of total corporate productivity distribution of 69 IT companies in Korea in 2019-2020 rather than in 2015-2016. Results indicated that when the total technological level was separated from the technology leading and technology catch-up, IT companies were found to be pursuing R&D strategies for technology catch-up.

We, in this paper, propose a nonparametric estimator of bivariate mean residual life function based on Lin and Ying's (1993) bivariate survival function estimator of paired failure times under univariate censoring and prove the uniform consistency and the weak convergence result of this estimator. Through Monte Carlo simulation, the performances of the proposed estimator are tabulated and are illustrated with the skin grafts data.

We consider a large class of exponential regression models with censored data and propose two modified Fisher scoring methods with corresponding algorithms. These proposed methods improve the Newton-Raphson method in estimating the model parameters. The simulated and real examples are illustrated in aspect of convergence.

In this paper, conditional expectation of a fuzzy random variable is introduced and its properties are investigated. Using this, we introduce the concept of fuzzy martingales and prove some convergence theorems which generalize te corresponding results for the classical martingales.
