let E be a Finsler modules over $C^*$-algebras. A with norm-map $\rho$ and L(E) set of all A-linear bonded operators on E. We show that the canonical homomorphism ${\phi}:L(E){\rightarrow}L(E_I)$ sending each operator T to its restriction $T|E_I$ is injective if and only if I is an essential ideal in the underlying $C^*$-algebra A. We also show that $T{\in}L(E)$ is a bounded below if and only if ${\mid}{\mid}x{\mid}{\mid}={\mid}{\mid}{\rho}{\prime}(x){\mid}{\mid}$ is complete, where ${\rho}{\prime}(x)={\rho}(Tx)$ for all $x{\in}E$. Also, we give a necessary and sufficient condition for the equivalence of the norms generated by the norm map.

본 논문에서는 $\psi : E \to F$가 섬유 화이버 함수일 때 후합성 $\psi :C_B(Y, E) \to C_B(Y, F)$도 섬유 화이버 함수이고, (X, A)가 닫힌 섬유 화이버 함수일 때 전합성 $\upsilon : C_B(X, E) \to C_B(A, E)$ 도 섬유 화이버 함수임을 보인다.

본 연구에서 세포를 분별하기 위해 H&E 염색이 필요하다. 그러나 직접 염색하면 많은 비용과 시간이 필요하다. H&E 염색되지 않은 세포의 Phase image에서 H&E 염색이 된 세포의 Amplitude image로 변환 하는 것이 목적이다. FPM으로 촬영한 Image data를 가지고 Matlab을 이용해 매개변수를 변경해 Phase image와 Amplitude image를 만들었다. 정규화를 통해 육안으로 식별이 가능한 이미지를 얻었다. GAN 알고리즘을 이용해 Phase image를 기반으로 Real Amplitude image와 비슷한 Fake Amplitude image를 만들고 Fake Amplitude image를 가지고 MASK R-CNN을 이용하여 세포를 분별하여 객체화를 통해 구분했다. 연구 결과 D loss의 max는 3.3e-1, min은 6.8e-2, G loss max는 6.9e-2, min은 2.9e-2, A loss는 max 5.8e-1, min은 1.2e-1, Mask R-CNN max는 1.9e0, min은 3.2e-1이다.

The pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDC), a member of $\alpha$-keto acid dehydrogenase complex, catalyzes the oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvate with the formation of $CO_2$, acetyl-CoA, NADH, and $H^+$. This complex contains multiple copies of three catalytic components including pyruvate dehydrogenase (E1), dihydrolipoamide acetyltransferase (E2), and dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase (E3). Two regulatory components (E1-kinase and phospho-E1 phosphatase) and functionally less-understood protein (protein X, E3BP) are also involved in the formation of the complex. In this study, we have partially cloned the gene for E3BP in human. Nine putative clones were isolated by human genomic library screening with 1.35 kb fragment of E3BP cDNA as a probe. For investigation of cloned genes, Southern blot analysis and the construction of the restriction map were performed. One of the isolated clones, E3BP741, has a 3 kb-SacI fragment, which contains 200 bp region matched with E3BP cDNA sequences. The matched DNA sequence encodes the carboxyl-terminal portion of lipoyl-bearing domain and hinge region of human E3BP. Differences between yeast E3BP and mammalian E3BP coupled with the remarkable similarity between mammalian E2 and mammalian E3BP were confirmed from the comparison of the nucleotide sequence and the deduced amino acid sequence in the cloned E3BP. Cloning of human E3BP gene and analysis of the gene structure will facilitate the understanding of the role(s) of E3BP in mammalian PDC.

Objective: We aimed to evaluate associations between the ratio of serum estrone (E1) to estradiol (E2) and parameters related to serum glucose metabolism and insulin resistance in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: In total, 133 women between the ages of 18 and 35 diagnosed with PCOS were enrolled in this study. All participants with PCOS underwent blood tests to determine hormonal and biochemical metabolic parameters and a standard 2-hour 75-g oral glucose tolerance test. They were divided into two groups according to the serum E1-to-E2 ratio: group 1 (E1/E2 ratio <2.0) and group 2 (E1/E2 ratio ≥2.0). Results: In the comparative analysis, the waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) was the only clinical variable that was significantly different between the two groups. Patients with a higher E1/E2 ratio showed higher fasting insulin levels, homeostasis model for insulin resistance, and postprandial glucose level at 2 hours (PPG2). In a correlation analysis, only PPG2 was significantly related to the serum E1/E2 ratio. However, after controlling for the confounding effects of body mass index (BMI) and WHR, fasting glucose was also significantly correlated with the serum E1/E2 ratio. Conclusion: Women with PCOS with a higher serum E1/E2 ratio were found to be more likely to show higher fasting insulin and postprandial glucose levels. Significant correlations were found between the serum E1/E2 ratio and both fasting and postprandial serum glucose levels after adjusting for BMI and WHR in women with PCOS.

We developed a non self-aligned poly-silicon TFTs fabrication process at two different temperatures on spin-coated polyimide layer above Si-wafer. After TFTs fabrication, the polyimide layer was mechanically released from the Si-wafer and the devices characteristics were compared. In addition self-heating and hot-carrier induced instabilities were analysed.

본 연구에서는 실수 e의 다양한 의미와 맥락을 살펴보고, 실수 e에 대한 예비교사들의 이해 정도를 조사하였다. 먼저 실수 e의 역사적 발생과 수학적 의미를 살펴보았으며, 이를 바탕으로 검사지를 개발하여 예비교사 28명에게 적용하고, 그 중 8명에게 반성 및 탐구 활동을 수행하였다. 실수 e에 대한 예비교사들의 이해를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 상당수의 예비교사들이 실수 e의 형식적 정의와 그 표현과의 관계를 인식하지 못하였으며, 실수 e의 표현을 극한 표현에 편중되어 이해하고 있었다. 실수 e의 무리수 속성과 작도 불가능성에 대해서는 대체적으로 적절한 판단을 내렸으나, 그 근거에서는 다소 미흡한 면모를 드러내었다. 또한 실수 e의 연속 복리 맥락과 지수함수 맥락에는 높은 이해도를 나타낸 반면에, 기하적 맥락과 자연로그 맥락을 미흡하게 이해하고 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 예비교사 프로그램의 개선 방향으로, 예비교사들에게 실수 e의 다양한 표현과 속성, 맥락에 대한 학습기회를 제공하고, 실수 e의 다양한 측면이 잘 조직된 관계망 속에서 통합 지도될 필요가 있음을 제시하였다.

The purposes of this study were to examine whether the e-promotion interest was an influencing variable on promotion-acceptance attitudes, browsing, consumer satisfaction and e-loyalty, and to investigate the predictors for e-loyalty of shopping mall according to e-promotion interests. A questionnaire was developed based on the previous researches. Data were obtained from 555 adults who had purchased fashion products in online shopping. Data were analyzed using by factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, t-test and regression. The results showed that consumers with high e-promotion interests were more likely to accept e-promotions affectively and behaviorally, to have hedonic and utilitarian browsing, to satisfy the online shopping, and to make e-loyalty compared to them with low e-promotion interests. For high interested group in e-promotion, the more cognitive and affective attitudes toward promotion acceptance they were the greater e-loyalty in the context of online shopping for fashion products. Additionally, the more hedonic browsing and satisfy the online shopping they were the greater e-loyalty of shopping mall at Internet. However, for low interested group in e-promotion interests, the more utilitarian browsing and satisfy the online shopping they were the greater e-loyalty of online shopping for fashion products. It implies that consumer' e-promotion interest was an influencing variable on promotion-acceptance attitudes, browsing, consumer satisfaction and e-loyalty in online shopping for fashion products. Consumer satisfaction played an important role for making e-loyalty of fashion shopping malls. These findings are discussed in terms of insights for developing the strategies of encouraging to make the loyalty of shopping mall in the context of purchasing fashion products at Internet.

e-마켓플레이스는 기업과 기업간의 비지니스 거래를 지원하기 위한 B2B e-Business 시스템의 일종이다. e-마켓플레이스가 활성화된다면 기업간의 거래비용을 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 판매기회 확대를 도모할 수 있어서 관련 산업의 발전을 기대할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 관광산업에서도 e-마켓플레이스의 도입과 활성화가 필요하다. 관광 e-마켓플레이스의 참여자는 여행사, 숙박업체, 운송업체 등 관광관련 기업들이 될 수 있지만 관광객들도 관광 e-마켓플레이스에서 다양한 관광상품을 구입하거나 관광콘텐츠를 검색하기를 원할 것이다. 따라서, 관광 e-마켓플레이스는 기존의 B2B e-Business시스템 특성뿐만 아니라 B2C e-Business 시스템 특성을 동시에 갖고 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 관광 e-마켓플레이스의 성공에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들을 파악해보고자 한다. 기존의 B2B e-마켓플레이스의 성공요인과 B2C 관광 웹사이트의 성공 요인들을 분석하여 관광 e-마켓플레이스의 성공영향요인을 설정하고 관광업체 들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시할 것이다. 수집된 데이터를 로지스틱 회귀분석과 의사 결정나무 분석을 통하여 관광 e-마켓플레이스의 성공을 위한 유의한 시사점을 도출할 것이다.
