In the construction, VR(Virtual Reality) is simply used by users to implement and experience 3D modeling in virtual reality, such as safety, practical education, and promotion. The VR related research includes content development and visualization simulation such as disaster safety evacuation simulation and design education contents. Research on developing suitable VR and presenting directionality is insufficient, which is required in practice. Therefore, in this study, prior to the development of VR suitable for the construction, quantitative evaluation, and analysis based on the judgment of experts are performed. However, the research was conducted on the design stages, which are believed to have high needs and application effects of VR during the lifecycle of construction. There are nine tasks that can be applied to VR in the design stage, and these tasks were evaluated and analyzed using IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) by surveying the level of expectations, importance, and performance. As a result, it was evaluated and analyzed that VR and content development was necessary for the review of member interference and collaboration work for decision making among related stakeholders. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the development of VR to be applied in the design stage to the future.

It is important for the people in the 3D printing industry to determine which factors influence the decision-making that determine the adoption of 3D printers and the role of the factors. Through this, we intend to find ways to contribute to the development of 3D printing industry in Korea by increasing utilization of 3D printer used in domestic companies and increasing investment in related industries. 3D printers are making rapid progress according to the development of technology, the public interest, and the activation of investment. Foreign countries have made remarkable progress in equipment, materials, software, and industrial applications, but they are lower than expected in Korea. It is necessary to introduce a smooth 3D printer in order to revitalize the 3D printer industry and enlarge the base, but it is insufficient for actual introduction and field application. The independent variables that represent economic, technological, and environmental characteristics were selected through a literature survey, and a model for accepting integrated technology for convergence of societies in the 3D printing industry was proposed. This study confirms that economic factors such as output unit price, government support, and environmental factors such as 3D contents should be developed organically for the introduction of 3D printing technology and equipment. This require systematic and effective support from the government, and it is necessary to improve the economic support, related laws, and systems that can be directly experienced by the user as a user. As the domestic 3D printing industry develops with economic, technological and time investment, 3D printing industry should be the key engine of the 4th industrial revolution.

The start of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has brought about various changes in the domestic industry in general, and smart factories have spread to companies in the fields of production, manufacturing and logistics, and they are using automation equipment. Especially in the field of logistics automation, AGVs are widely used, and most of them use the line guidance system, which is the traditional AGV drive system. In addition, the demand for AGV system developers, system operators and managers, and maintenance personnel is increasing, and the installation of systems for education is expensive and requires a large space to utilize. It is a situation where systematic education is difficult. In this paper, we propose a virtual simulation-based AGV distance education model for smooth practice of trainees. The proposed model consisted of a model that can drive the AGV by analyzing video information, instead of the line guidance method that is the conventional technology. As a result of self-diagnosis evaluation, it was confirmed that the experimental group through online education had an average satisfaction level of 0.65 higher than the control group using existing equipment, and that it could be used in an online education environment.

Smart City is highly anticipated to solve the problems of existing cities and create new added value, but there is also increasing concern about security risks. The negative view of smart city according to security risk awareness is a problem that needs to be improved in order to activate the fourth industrial revolution technology and develop smart city. This study examined risk factors in smart cities based on perceived risk and user resistance theory, and empirically analyzed the relationship with resistance attitudes. According to the empirical analysis with 288 research samples, security, social, and physical risk factors directly affect smart city resistance, while financial, performance, and privacy risk have no significant effect. In addition, it was verified that the security risk can is an antecedent factor for other risk factors, and it was confirmed that it is required to separately discuss the security and privacy risk in the smart city environment. This study shows that it is necessary to prepare policy supports for social interactions as well as security and physical safety issues in order to activate smart city by discussing the risk factors that negatively affect smart city perception from the public's point of view.

The study is a precursor to the final goal of organizing a future school building plan to prepare for the new paradigm. Planning direction presentation through planning elements and principles is key purpose. Based on the results of the study, it is meaningful that the school facilities will be able to fulfil the educational role of the school facilities, including science, technology, and environment. Based on the theoretical concepts of prospective school facilities and research data, the school plans to construct architectural plan elements and construct the architectural plan based on the guidelines of the school plan based on the evaluation criteria of the school building and the evaluation criteria based on the evaluation criteria of the school building and the calculation of the plan through the procurement criteria of the school and the Future Schools.

The maritime industry is undergoing significant changes due to digitalization and decarbonization, collectively known as "2D." This study investigates how these transformations are impacting the industry's business models. Since the changes are still ongoing, a cognitive approach was used to derive business models, rather than relying on actual case studies. The study presents experimental maritime business models that correspond to the four types of business model frameworks (or archetypes), along with recent trends for each model. The research results show that new business models are emerging in various areas, including the commercial and technical fields of the maritime industry. This thought-provoking study is significant as a pioneering investigation that will stimulate subsequent case-based research in academia and provide strategic guidance to market participants or policy makers in the maritime industry.

This case research investigates on how hearing aids, which is one of disability aids, is becoming a smart device, focusing on the case of Starkey Hearing Technologies(Starkey Inc.). Starkey, founded in 1967, has been a leader in innovating forms and functions of hearing aids, and has recently introduced the world's first hearing aid implemented with AI and biological sensors. In this study, history of disability aids, hearing aids(especially Starkey Inc.'s), smart wearable devices and smart earphones are compared. It has been found that recently, there has been a breakdown of boundaries between hearing aids and smart wearable devices in terms of their functions, since entertainment and life assistant functions are added to hearing aids. Based on this trend, the development model of disability aids and smart wearable devices are derived, and according social changes are discussed.

The work environment that produces and preserves records is changing in the digital transformation era, going beyond the new technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The electronic records management strategy in the archives must be prepared according to the technology, policy, and environmental changes related to overall records management of the era. Based on this, the basic environment in which the public can access records can be created by preserving the value of records. This study analyzes the direction of changes and strategies of records management in the digital environment and the direction of electronic records management strategies of the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) in the United States, the National Archives of Australia (NAA), and the National Archives of Korea (NAK). Based on the analysis, the study suggests policies, facilities, and personnel elements as the core of the national electronic records management strategy and direction in the digital era.

4차 산업혁명의 도래로 산업 유형은 어느 한 종류로 단정하기 어려운 융복합적 형태로 변화를 거듭하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 과거 성장 중심 경제발전 모델이 저성장과 함께 양극화, 고용불안과 같은 다양한 사회문제를 야기함에 따라 새로운 발전 패러다임에 대한 관심과 요구도 그 어느 때보다 높아지고 있다. 이러한 일련의 환경 변화는 과거 제조업 중심의 경제성장을 주도해왔던 한국 공적보증제도에도 혁신을 촉구하고 있다. 신용보증기금은 2018년 현재 총 보증잔액 50.5조원을 보유한, 한국에서 가장 큰 규모의 공적보증기관이으로 지난 1976년 설립 후 40여 년간 산업육성과 시장안정이라는 두 가지 정책적 목표를 달성하기 위해 다양한 산업 분야와 기업에 신용보증을 제공해왔다. 1997년 IMF 외환위기, 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 등 국가적 위기 때마다 시장안전판 역할을 성공적으로 수행하며 한국경제가 신속히 위기에서 벗어나는데 공헌하기도 했다. 그러나 이제 신용보증기금은 과거의 성과와 역할에 얽매이지 않고, 급변하고 있는 경제 기술환경 속에서 또 다른 역할을 모색하고 있다. 구체적으로는 중소기업에 대한 보증지원이라는 기존 역할에서 한발 나아가, 혁신생태계 조성, 데이터뱅크 플랫폼 구축, 사회적가치 확산을 위한 전사적 사업구조 혁신을 단행하고 있다. 본 보고서에는 환경변화에 부응해 새로운 역할을 수행하고자 노력하는 신용보증기금의 활동과 성과를 담았다. 여기에 제시된 신용보증기금의 사례들은 벤처캐피탈이 활성화된 서양 국가들과 달리, 정책금융 역할이 상대적으로 중요한 아시아 지역의 중소기업 금융 활성화에 효과적인 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

글로벌 물시장 동향을 살펴보면 ① 첨단 기술기반의 글로벌, ② 운영관리 시장의 확대, ③ 물기업의 토털 솔류션화(제조+건설+엔지니어링+운영관리), ④ 기후변화 대비 신규시장 형성 등 글로벌 물산업의 트렌드가 전환되고 있다. 특히 4차산업 혁명 기술과 코비드19의 영향으로 이러한 변화는 물산업 선도국가 및 선도기업의 정책·전략에 있어 지역별 특성과 분야별 물시장의 특성을 반영한 전략목표 재설정 및 재수립이 요구되고 있다. 한편 국내 물시장은 2020년 기준 상·하수도 보급률, 각각 98.7%, 94.5% 수준을 달성했음에도 불구하고. 해외시장 진출에 있어서는 미미한 수준에 머물고 있다. 따라서 국내 물산업의 지속적 발전을 위해서는 포화된 국내 시장을 벗어난 신시장 발굴이 필요한 상황이며, 국가별 상황에 대한 실태조사와 목표 시장별 분석을 통해 국가별, 분야별 맞춤 진출전략을 수립해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 물기업의 유럽지역(프랑스/스페인) 진출 활성화를 위해 각 국가별 상황에 부합하는 목표 시장별 차별적 전략 도출을 위해 국가별 물시장 동향 및 전망, 진출목표 분야를 분석함으로써 국내 물기업의 프랑스/스페인 물시장 진입전략 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
