Changes in the expression profiles of specific proteins leads to serious human diseases, including colitis. The proteomic changes related to colitis and the differential expression between tuberculous (TC) and ulcerative colitis (UC) in colon tissue from colitis patients has not been defined. We therefore performed a proteomic analysis of human TC and UC mucosal tissue. Total protein was obtained from the colon mucosal tissue of normal, TC, and UC patients, and resolved by 2-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE). The results were analyzed with PDQuest using silver staining. We used matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight/time-of-flight spectrometry (MALDI TOF/TOF) to identify proteins differentially expressed in TC and UC. Of the over 1,000 proteins isolated, three in TC tissue and two in UC tissue displayed altered expression when compared to normal tissue. Moreover, two proteins were differentially expressed in a comparative analysis between TC and UC. These were identified as mutant ${\beta}$-actin, ${\alpha}$-enolase and Charcot-Leyden crystal protein. In particular, the expression of ${\alpha}$-enolase was significantly greater in TC compared with normal tissue, but decreased in comparison to UC, implying that ${\alpha}$-enolase may represent a biomarker for differential diagnosis of TC and UC. This study therefore provides a valuable resource for the molecular and diagnostic analysis of human colitis.
Background Acellular dermal matrices (ADMs) have become an essential material for implant-based breast reconstruction. No previous studies have evaluated the effects of sterility of ADM under conditions of radiation. This study compared sterile (irradiated) and aseptic (non-irradiated) ADMs to determine which would better endure radiotherapy. Methods Eighteen male Balb/C mice were assigned to the control group with no irradiation (group 1) or one of two other groups with a radiation intensity of 10 Gy (group 2) or 20 Gy (group 3). Both sterile and aseptic ADMs were inserted into the back of each mouse. The residual volume of the ADM (measured using three-dimensional photography), cell incorporation, α-smooth muscle actin expression, and connective tissue growth factor expression were evaluated. The thickness and CD3 expression of the skin were measured 4 and 8 weeks after radiation. Results In groups 2 and 3, irradiated ADMs had a significantly larger residual volume than the non-irradiated ADMs after 8 weeks (P<0.05). No significant differences were found in cell incorporation and the amount of fibrosis between irradiated and non-irradiated ADMs. The skin was significantly thicker in the non-irradiated ADMs than in the irradiated ADMs in group 3 (P<0.05). CD3 staining showed significantly fewer inflammatory cells in the skin of irradiated ADMs than in non-irradiated ADMs in all three groups after 4 and 8 weeks (P<0.05). Conclusions Under radiation exposure, irradiated ADMs were more durable, with less volume decrease and less deposition of collagen fibers and inflammatory reactions in the skin than in non-irradiated ADMs.

In this research, the application of GPS and Gyro sensor based FlyingDisc with the value of 3D position and circulation sensors was proposed for school physical education. 3D Unity for 3 dimensional expression of sensors was applied for the 3D position and circulation direction from the FlyingDisc.
This study dissected and three-dimensionally (3D) scanned the facial muscles of Korean adult cadavers, created a three-dimensional model with realistic facial muscle shapes, and reproduced facial expressions to provide educational materials to allow the 3D observation of the complex movements of cadaver facial muscles. Using the cadavers' anatomical photo data, 3D modeling of facial muscles was performed. We produced models describing four different expressions, namely sad, happy, surprised, and angry. We confirmed the complex action of the 3D cadaver facial muscles when making various facial expressions. Although the results of this study cannot confirm the individual functions of facial muscles quantitatively, we were able to observe the realistic shape of the cadavers' facial muscles, and produce models that would show different expressions depending on the actions performed. The data from this study may be used as educational materials when studying the anatomy of facial muscles.
This study explores children's categories of emotion understanding from facial expressions onto two dimensional structure of emotion. Children of 89 from 3 to 5 years old were required to those facial expressions related the fourteen emotion terms. Facial expressions applied for experiment are used the photographs rated the degree of expression in each of the two dimensions (pleasure-displeasure dimension and arousal-sleep dimension) on a nine-point scale from 54 university students. The experimental results showed that children indicated the greater stability in arousal dimension than stability in pleasure-displeasure dimension. Emotions about sadness, sleepiness, anger and surprise onto two dimensions was understand very well, but emotions about fear, boredom were showed instability in pleasure-displeasure dimension. Specifically, 3 years old children indicated highly the perception in a degree of arousal-sleep than perception of pleasure-displeasure.

We present a method for transmitting 3D object information in real time in a telepresence system. Three-dimensional object information consists of a large amount of point cloud data, which requires high performance computing power and ultra-wideband network transmission environment to process and transmit such a large amount of data in real time. In this paper, multiple users can transmit object motion and facial expression information in real time even in small network bands by using GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), a non-supervised learning machine learning algorithm, for real-time transmission of 3D point cloud data. In particular, we propose the creation of an object similar to the original using only the feature information of 3D objects using conditional GANs.
Purpose: This study was conducted to objectively and subjectively compare the accuracy and reliability of 2-dimensional(2D) photography and 3-dimensional(3D) soft tissue imaging. Materials and Methods: Facial images of 50 volunteers(25 males, 25 females) were captured with a Nikon D800 2D camera (Nikon Corporation, Tokyo, Japan), 3D stereophotogrammetry (SPG), and laser scanning (LS). All subjects were imaged in a relaxed, closed-mouth position with a normal smile. The 2D images were then exported to Mirror® Software (Canfield Scientific, Inc, NJ, USA) and the 3D images into Proplan CMF® software (version 2.1, Materialise HQ, Leuven, Belgium) for further evaluation. For an objective evaluation, 2 observers identified soft tissue landmarks and performed linear measurements on subjects' faces (direct measurements) and both linear and angular measurements on all images(indirect measurements). For a qualitative analysis, 10 dental observers and an expert in facial imaging (subjective gold standard) completed a questionnaire regarding facial characteristics. The reliability of the quantitative data was evaluated using intraclass correlation coefficients, whereas the Fleiss kappa was calculated for qualitative data. Results: Linear and angular measurements carried out on 2D and 3D images showed excellent inter-observer and intra-observer reliability. The 2D photographs displayed the highest combined total error for linear measurements. SPG performed better than LS, with borderline significance (P=0.052). The qualitative assessment showed no significant differences among the 2D and 3D imaging modalities. Conclusion: SPG was found to a reliable and accurate tool for the morphological evaluation of soft tissue in comparison to 2D imaging and laser scanning.

In this paper we propose an improved face recognition method using Gabor tensor. Gabor transform is known to be able to represent characteristic feature in face and reduced environmental influence. It may contribute to improve face recognition ratio. We attempted to combine three-dimensional tensor from Gabor transform with MPCA(Multilinear PCA) and LDA. MPCA with tensor which use various features is more effective than traditional one or two dimensional PCA. It is known to be robust to the change of face expression or light. Proposed method is simulated by MATALB9 using ORL and Yale face database. Test result shows that recognition ratio is improved maximum 9~27% compared with exisisting face recognition method.

The study explores the growing interest in up-cycling within the fashion industry, driven by concerns over environmental degradation caused by mass production and fast fashion. Emphasizing the ethical dimension, the research focuses on recombination processes. Departing from traditional up-cycling concepts, the study introduces new expression methods by altering the position, function, and role of clothes. The target audience is women in their 20s and 30s, with the designs incorporating various materials and re-purposing frequently discarded items like jackets, suits, jeans, and bags. The goal is to offer diverse expressions of uphigh-dimensional clothing designs using waste material dismantling and recycled clothing while addressing environmental responsibility in fashion design.
Ornaments is a province of the fashion. It usually express noble metals and jewel's adorn-ment as the symbol of status and riches for a long time. The ornament design of Jewels drawing project and a product by computer are increased development and as exertion as a realization of automation.
