Estimation of Bed Elevation of a Shallow River Using the Digital Aerial Photos (디지털 항공사진을 이용한 수심이 얕은 하천의 하상고 산정)

  • 하천의 하상고 측량은 하상변동 분석, 서식처 구조 등을 이해하는데 매우 중요한 정보를 제공한다. 하지만, 현재까지 대부분의 하상고 측량은 일정한 간격의 하천 단면 측량에 의해서 행해져 왔다. 최근 GPS와 다중 빔 측심기를 이용하여 하상의 3차원적 형상을 조밀하게 측량하고 있으나 비용이 많이 들기 때문에 긴 하천 구간을 전부 측량하지는 못하고 특정한 부분에 대해서만 집중하고 있다. 항공 LiDAR의 경우 넓은 지역에 대해 신속하고 고해상도로 지형을 측량할 수 있으나 수중 투과 장비가 고가이며, 일반 적색 레이져 기반 LiDAR는 수중을 측정하지 못하여 하상 측량에 한계가 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 활용할 수 있는 방법은 광학 기반의 원격 탐사에 의한 수심 측량 방법이다. 이 방법은 얕은 수심의 하천에 대한 활용되었는데, 광학 센서 이미지나 항공사진 등을 이용한다. 본 연구에서는 저고도에서 촬영한 고해상도 디지털 항공사진을 이용하여 모래하천의 수심을 추정하였다. 이 방법은 항공사진의 적색 및 녹색 색상값과 현장에서 정밀한 측위 하에 측량한 수심값 사이의 관계를 이용한다. 이를 통해 보정식을 수립하고 검사 자료를 이용하여 검증한 후 항공사진의 해당 지역에 대해 수심 부분을 마스킹 처리하여 하상고를 구축하였다. 검사 자료에 대한 RMSE는 약 12 cm로 나타났다. 이를 활용하여 대상 구간의 3차원적 지형 형상을 구축하였다.

The Effect of Strategy Orientation on Performance in General Hospital (종합병원의 전략 지향성이 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The main purpose of this study is to find out how strategy orientation influences to performance in general hospitals, and to analyze the effect of the general hospital structure and its size to the relationship between independence variables and performance variable. To achieve the goal we set 3 sub-dimension, customer orientation, competition orientation and care skill orientation based on comprehensive consideration of related studies, and established 5 hypothesis. Survey data for statistic analysis have been collected from 176 members of 5 general hospitals in Korea from 1July to 13 October, 2013. We found that three dimensions of strategy orientation influence to performance significantly. We also found that moderating effect of general hospital structure and its size is partially supported. General hospital structure and its size moderates only the relationship between competition orientation and performance.

  • An array DBMS has been expected widely from scientists because it is convenient to store and analyze the data of array type. In this paper, we describe how to handle satellite remote-sensing images in the array DBMS. However, previous works in their visualization have two problems as follows. First, the images are visualized as a state of distorted by the curvature of the earth. Second, it is difficult to apply the results of visualization by pre-written queries to other analyses. Therefore, this paper proposes a three dimensional visualization method of satellite remote-sensing images, not traditional 2D visualization. Our research contents are as follows. First, we describe how to store, process, and analyze the satellite remote-sensing images in the array DBMS. Second, we propose a three-dimensional visualization method for their processed outputs. Lastly, our contributions can be summarized that we propose a method of handling satellite remote-sensing images in the array DBMS and their 3D visualization techniques. It is also expected that their use be available widely in many industrial areas.

  • Recently GIS is not only displaying and servicing data on the 2D, but also is changing rapidly to display and service 3D data. Also 3D related technology is developing actively. For display of 3D data, terrain DTM has become a basis. Generally, to acquire DTM, users are using LIDAR data or digital map's contour line. However, if using these data for producing DTM, users need to additional cost and data lead time. And hard to update terrain data. For possibility of solving these problem, this study did DTM extraction with automatic matching for aerial photograph, and analysed the result with measurement of Orthometric height and excuted accuracy through DTM(which extracted from digital photogrammetric technique). As a result, we can get a high accuracy of RMSE (0.215m).

  • 멀티센서 공간영상정보 통합처리 기술은 인공 위성, 항공기 등에 탑재된 여러 가지의 센서에서 취득되는 공간영상 데이터를 통합 처리하여 고품질의 공간정보 생성을 가능케 해주는 신기술이다. 기존의 개별센서 처리 기술이 가지는 개개의 장점만을 융합하여 3차원 가상현실 공간 구성, 디지털 지도 자동 제작, 방재, 환경 등의 분야에서 사용되는 공간 데이터를 생성해낼 수 있는 장점을 지닌다. 본 고에서는 멀티센서 통합처리기술의 동향과 기술의 내용에 대하여 살펴보고, 통합처리 기술이 어떻게 활용되는지에 대한 내용을 소개한다.

  • Currently, digital technology is being used in various fields of dental treatment. In particular, in the case of anterior esthetic restoration, the traditional restoration method cannot contain facial information and it is difficult for the patient to predict the treatment result. However, in the case of esthetic restoration through digital design, the visualization of the prosthesis design and the ease of reflecting patient feedback, and expecting the treatment result is available. In this case, the patient confirmed the results of restoration treatment using a digital method before treatment and obtained consent for treatment in an anterior tooth trauma patient. In addition, since the conventional digital smile design method uses only the patient's facial and smile information, the design was made on a two-dimensional plane, and its application was somewhat limited. However, in this case, a three-dimensional virtual patient was created and thus the designed restoration was viewed from various angles. Through this case, it was possible to obtain a high degree of satisfaction with the ease of communication with the patient and the technician during the esthetic restoration using the digital method, the simplicity of the procedure, and the treatment result.

  • 모바일과 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 센서 시대가 도래함에 따라 가볍고, 작고, 얇고, 멀티기능을 구현할 수 있는 부품에 대한 요구가 증대하고 있다. 이에 대한 여러 가지 솔루션 중 MCM의 개념을 수직 방향으로 확장시킨 3D IC가 최근 각광을 받고 있다. 이는 물리적인 한계에 부딪힌 반도체 집적 공정의 한계를 극복하여 지속적으로 무어의 법칙에 맞춰 집적도를 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 소재와 공정이 달라도 3차원적으로 집적이 가능하여 메모리와 프로세서로 대표되는 디지털 칩뿐만 아니라 아날로그/RF, 수동소자, 전력소자, 센서/액추에이터, 바이오칩 등을 하나로 패키징 할 수 있는 장점이 있기 때문이다. 이를 통해 성능 향상, 경박단소, 저비용의 부품 개발이 가능하기 때문에 미국, 유럽, 일본 등 선도국뿐만 아니라 싱가포르, 타이완, 중국 등에서도 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있으며 CMOS 이미지 센서 모듈 생산에 TSV 기술이 이미 적용되고 있다. 본 고에서는 3D IC를 위한 TSV 및 적층 요소 기술을 소개하고 이를 통해 개발된 사례와 표준화 동향에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

  • The 3D printing selective laser sintering (SLS) and stereo lithography apparatus (SLA) method used for bone model production has good precision and resolution, but the printers are expensive and need professional knowledge for operation. The program that converts computed tomography digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) file into STL (stereolithography) file is also expensive so requesting 3D printing companies takes a lot of time and cost, which is why they are not generally utilized in surgery. To produce bone models of fractured patients, the use of 3D imaging conversion program and 3D printing system should be convenient, and the cost of device and operation should be low. Besides, they should be able to produce big size bone models for application to surgery. Therefore, by using an fused deposition modeling (FDM) method 3D printer that uses thermoplastic materials such as DICOM Viewer OsiriX and plastic wires, this study developed 3D printing system for Fracture surgery Patients customized bone model production for many clinics to use for surgery of fracture patients by universalizing with no limit in printing sizes and low maintenance and production cost. It is expected to be widely applied to the overall areas of orthopedics' education, research and clinic. It is also expected to be conveniently used in not only university hospitals but also regular general hospitals.

The Simplification of information visualization using metaphor (메타포를 적용한 정보시각화의 단순화)

  • A method for developing a visual information concept that analogously compares and analyzes macroscopic data changes in a simple form is needed. The development of the visual information concept requires the selection of visualization form, selection of rhetorical effects, and selection of digital expression elements. Among them, an example of a rhetorical effect selection method for effectively delivering visual information to a user is presented. In this study, metaphorical rhetoric, which allows data comparison and analysis from a macroscopic point of view, was selected for stock price analysis by period and industry. We present a two-dimensional three-stage shape change using a dandelion with spreading cockle hair as a metaphor and a three-dimensional three-stage shape change information expression method using a coral peony flower that changes shape and color according to time as a metaphor. Using this rhetorical metaphor, it is possible to compare macroscopic trading changes and stock prices by industry.
