갈륨과 아말감 수복물의 변연미세누출에 관한 비교 연구 (COMPARISON OF MICROLEAKAGE OF GALLIUM ALLOY AND AMALGAM RESTORATION)

  • This in vitro study compared the microleakage of 4 lining conditions when used with Gallium alloy GF II and Valiant PhD. Class V cavity was prepared on both buccal and lingual surface of 80 extracted human premolar & molar teeth with one margin in enamel and another in dentin. Before restoration, prepared cavities were applied to no-liner, cavity varnish, Scotchbond multipurpose, and Superbond D-liner II plus according to manufacture's instructions. The restored teeth were stored in saline for 1 week, then thermocycled for 100 times, stained with 0.5% basic fuchsin dye for 1 day, sectioned, and observed using a light microscope. Following results were obtained. 1. The leakage value of Superbond-lined group showed significantly lower than that of nolined group on both margins of Valiant PhD(p<0.05). 2; There was no significant difference between the 4 lining conditions in Gallium alloy GF II (p>0.05). 3. When We make a comparison between Gallium alloy GF II and Valiant PhD under same lining conditions, the microleakage value of Gallium alloy GF II showed lower than that of Valiant PhD on occlusal & gingival margin(p<0.05) except for Superbond-lined group(p>0.05).

EMI 차폐막의 높이가 회로의 기능에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis for the Effect of EMI Shield Layers' Height on Circuit Function)

  • EMI 차폐막의 높이가 회로에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지를 S파라미터를 통해 분석하였다. S파라미터 중에서 회로의 기능에 끼치는 영향을 판단할 수 있는 요소로서 S11, S21, S22, S31이 있다. 시뮬레이션은 그래파이트와 페라이트로 이루어진 차폐막을 이용하였고, 주파수는 100 MHz ~ 1 GHz에서 진행하였다. 차폐막의 높이가 증가함에 따라 S21값이 0 dB에 점점 가까워지는 모습을 보였다. 또한 SE(Shielding Effectiveness)값은 특정한 주파수 대역에서만 절연층의 두께에 따른 차폐성능의 향상을 확인할 수 있었다. 이산화규소(Silicon dioxide)의 두께가 가장 두꺼운 800 um 경우를 기준으로 FG(Ferrite-Graphite) 구조는 100 MHz ~ 300 MHz의 좁은 주파수 대역에서 평균 -1 dB를 보이며 -2 dB의 평균을 보이는 GF(Graphite-Ferrite)보다 뛰어난 효율을 보인다. GF 구조는 높은 효율을 보이지는 못하지만 넓은 범위에서 흔들리는 FG 구조보다 100 MHz ~ 1 GHz의 주파수 대역에서 -3 dB의 평균적인 성능을 보인다. 즉, FG 구조와 GF 구조는 트레이드-오프(trade-off)의 구조를 갖는다. 따라서 용도에 따라 적절한 구조를 선택해야 한다.

유한체 GF(2m)상의 셀 배열 병렬 승산기의 설계 (A Design of Cellular Array Parallel Multiplier on Finite Fields GF(2m))

  • 본 논문에서는 유한체 GF$(2^m)$상에서 두 다항식의 승산을 실현하는 병렬-입력 및 병렬-출력을 갖는 셀 배열 병렬 승산기를 제시한다 이 승산기는 승산연산부, 기약다항식연산부. MOD연산부로 구성한다. 승산연산부는 AND 게이트와 XOR 게이트로 설계한 기본 셀의 배열로 이루어지며, 기약다항식연산부는 XOR 게이트와 D 플림플롭회로를 사용하여 구성하며, MOD연산부는 AND 게이트와 XOR 게이트에 의한 기본 셀을 배열하여 구성하였다. 제시한 승산기는 PSpice 시뮬레이션을 통하여 동작특성을 보였으며, 클럭신호의 주기를 l${\mu}\textrm{s}$로 하였다. 제시한 셀 배열 병렬 승산기는 m=4인 경우에 AND 게이트의 수가 24개, XOR 게이트의 수가 32개 필요하며, D 플립플롭회로가 4개 필요하다. 또한, AOP 기약 다항식을 사용하면 AND 게이트와 XOR 게이트의 수가 24개 필요하며 D 플립플롭은 사용되지 않는다. 셀 배열 병렬 승산기의 승산연산부의 동작시간은 1 단위시간(클럭시간)이 소비되고, 기약다항식연산부에 의한 MOD연산부의 동작시간은 m 단위시간(클럭시간)이 소비되어 전체 동작시간은 m+1 단위시간(클럭시간)이 소비된다. 본 논문에서 제시한 셀 병렬 승산기는 회선경로 선택의 규칙성, 간단성, 배열의 모듈성과 병렬동작의 특징을 가지며, 특히 차수 m이 매우 큰 유한체강의 두 다항식의 승산에서 확장성을 갖는다.

신축성 원단의 축소율과 의복압에 대한 기초 연구 (Fundamental Relationship between Reduction Rates of Stretch Fabrics and Clothing Pressure)

  • Clothing pressure is closely connected with the degree of comfort of an athlete's tight-fitting garments. Therefore, the construction of sports garments is very important to the wearer's athletic performance. In this study, the fundamental relationship between the reduction rates of stretch fabrics and clothing pressure was explored with the aim of improving clothing comfort and obtaining a systematic pattern reduction for women's tight-fitting bodysuits. A women's bodysuit pattern was obtained by the draping method using a dressform. The basic pattern was divided into four parts and changed into reduced pattems according to the amount of fabric stretch determined by ASTM D2594. Clothing pressure was measured using an air-pack-type pressure sensor (model AMI 3037-2) at 20 locations (shoulder, 9 locations; bust, 5; and armhole, 6). Among the 15 garments tested, the mean pressure of the A1 bodysuit was 4.60 $gf/cm^2$, and that of the C5 bodysuit was 22.98 $gf/cm^2$. The mean pressures of the bodysuits with reduction rates of 10% and 20% were below 10 $gf/cm^2$, while those of suits with reduction rates of 30%,40%, and 50% (except C5) were below 20 $gf/cm^2$. The pressure at the shoulder was 9.50$\sim$32.24 $gf/cm^2$, which was higher than that at the bust (3.34$\sim$24.56 $gf/cm^2$) and the armhole (0.95$\sim$12.15 $gf/cm^2$). The mean pressures of the 15 bodysuits were divided into five groups using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and were found to be significantly different (p<0.001). Regression analysis afforded the following expression: mean pressure ($gf/cm^2$) = 1.607 + 0.369[reduction rate (%)].

  • This paper presents a digit-serial/parallel multiplier for finite fields GF(2m). The hardware requirements of the implemented multiplier are less than those of the existing multiplier of the same class, while processing time and area complexity. The implemented multiplier possesses the features of regularity and modularity. Thus, it is well suited to VLSI implementation. If the implemented digit-serial multiplier chooses the digit size D appropriately, it can meet the throughput requirement of a certain application with minimum hardware. The multipliers and squarers analyzed in this paper can be used efficiently for crypto processor in Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem.

Performances of Plastic Pulley with High Mechanical Properties and Low Friction

  • Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) was filled with glass fiber (GF), aramid fiber (AF), and solid lubricants to improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance. The addition of GF effectively enhanced the tensile strength, flexural modulus, and impact strength of PPS, while solid lubricants such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), molybdenum disulfide ($MoS_2$), and tungsten disulfide ($WS_2$) lowered the friction coefficients of the composites to below 0.3. The ball nut and motor pulley of the electric power steering (EPS) were manufactured using the PPS composites, and feasibility was ascertained thereafter by conducting the durability test. The composites filled with GF and AF showed high mechanical strength, but slip occurred at the interface between the pulley and belt while testing above $50^{\circ}C$. When small amounts of lubricants were added, the slip was no longer detected because of the suppression of friction heat. It is realized that the low friction as well as high mechanical properties is important to ensure the reliability of plastic pulleys.

부가중량추에 따른 모형 정치망의 형상변화 - 운동장이 湖上側인 경우 - (Net Shapes of the Model Pound net according to Added Sinker - In case of the upperward flow with fish court net -)

  • 본 연구는 현용 정치망에서 나타나는 급조시의 심한 망형상과, 그물의 파망 및 유실에 의한 조업부진 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 일본의 근해어장용 양식 가두리시설에서 사용한 부가중량추의 이용방법을 도입하여 국내 정치망으로의 적용할 가능성을 검토하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 운동장이 흐름의 조상측인 경우, 부가중량추의 무게가 1.3${\sim}$5.2gf으로 증가할 때 장력은 기준형보다 약 10${\sim}$25% 증가하였다. 부착위치에 따라서는 A-type과 B-type은 기준형과 비슷하였고, C-type과 D-type은 기준형보다 약 10${\sim}$15% 증가하였다. 2. 부가중량추의 무게가 1.3${\sim}$5.2gf으로 증가할 때 운동장 섶장의 기울기 변화량은 약 0${\sim}$70$^{\circ}$, 비탈그물의 섶장은 약 0${\sim}$64$^{\circ}$, 조하측인 제 2원통의 섶장은 약 0${\sim}$46$^{\circ}$까지였고, 유속이 0.0${\sim}$0.6m/s로 증가할 때 제1원통고 제2원통 까래의 깊이는 정조시 보다 약 50% 감소하였다. 3. 부가중량추의 부착위치에 따른 운동장 섶장의 깊이는 A-type은 기준형보다 약 25%, B-type은 약 10% 감소하였고, C-type은 기준형과 비슷하고, D-type은 약 15% 증가하였다. 비탈그물의 까래의 깊이는 A-type이 가장 깊었고, 다음으로 B-type, C-type, D-type 순이었다. 제2원통 까래의 깊이는 4종류의 실험망이 기준형 보다 약 10${\sim}$15% 증가하였다. 유속이 0.0${\sim}$0.6m/s로 증가할 때 비탈그물의 섶장의 기울기 변화량은 약 0${\sim}$63$^{\circ}$, 제2원통 섶장의 기울기 변화량은 약 0${\sim}$44$^{\circ}$이었다. 4. 부가중량추의 적정 무게는 약 2.6${\sim}$3.6gf이었고, 적정 부착위치는 부가중량추와 연결부분인 그물자락사이 연결줄의 길이가 약 300mm인 C-type과 연결줄 없이 직접 부착한 D-type이었다.

갈륨합금과 고동 아말감 합금의 물리적 성질 비교 (COMPARISON OF THE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES BETWEEN GALLIUM ALLOY AND HIGH COPPER AMALGAM ALLOYS)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the physical properties between high copper amalgam and gallium restorative material. In this study, the specimens for the 4 experimatal groups (Valiant, Valiant PhD, Gallium Alloy GF II. Gallium Alloy GF II triturated with some addition of alcohol) were prepared in the manner of which stated in ADA specification No.1 for amalgam alloy. And then, measured and compared the value of compressive strength. creep, and dimensional change during hardening of each sample. The results were as follows: 1. In the compressive strength, the Valiant-lathe cut type high copper amalgam-had the highest value of strength(p<0.05), and the Valiant PhD-admixed type high copper amalgam-showed the higher value of strength than the Gallium Alloy GF II(p<0.05) but had no significant difference with Gallium Alloy GF II triturated with some addition of alcohol(p>0.05). 2. In the creep. the Valiant PhD showed the highest value of creep (p<0.05), but there was no significant difference between Gallium Alloy GF II and Valiant(p>0.05). 3. In the dimensional change during hardening, no two groups were significantly different at the 0.050 level. 4. There was no significant difference between Gallium Alloy GF II and the same material which was triturated with some addition of alcohol(p>0.05).

구강 편평세포암종에서 태반성장인자의 발현 (EXPRESSION OF PLACENTA GROWTH FACTOR IN THE ORAL SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA)

  • Angiogenesis is essential for solid tumor growth and progression. Among the pro-angiogenetic factors, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), also known as vascular permeability factor, is the most important as a mitogen for vascular endothelium. The VEGF family of molecules currently consists of six growth factors, VEGF-A, VEGF-B, VEGF-C, VEGF-D, VEGF-E, and placenta growth factor(PlGF). Over-expression of PlGF is associated with angiogenesis under pathological conditions such as ischemia, inflammation, and cancer. Hence, the goal of this study is to identify the correlation of clinicopathlogical factors and the up-regulation of PlGF expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma. We studied the immunohistochemical staining of PlGF, PlGF gene expression and a real time quantitative RT-PCR in 20 specimens of 20 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma. The results were as follows. 1. In the immunohistochemical study of poorly differentiated and invasive oral squamous cell carcinoma, the high level staining of PlGF was observed. And the correlation between immunohistopathological PlGF expression and histological differentiation of specimens was significant (Pearson correlation analysis, significance [r] >0.6, P < .05). 2. In the PlGF gene RT-PCR analysis, PlGF expression was more in tumor tissue than in adjacent normal tissue. Paired-samples analysis determined the difference of PlGF mRNA expression level between the cancer tissue and the normal tissue (Student's t - test, P < .05) These findings suggest that up-regulation of the PlGF gene may play a role in progression and local metastasis in invasive oral squamous cell carcinoma.

  • 주기가 $2^n-1$인 이진수열은 부호이론, CDMA와 같은 통신시스템과 암호체계 등 많은 분야에서 폭넓게응용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 n=2m, m=4k($k{\geq}2$)이고 $d=3{\cdot}2^m-2$일 때 생성되는 비선형 이진수열의 상호상관관계의 빈도를 분석하기 위해 $GF(2^n)$ 위에서 방정식 $x^5+bx^3+b^{2^m}x^2+1=0$의 해의 유형에 대하여 분석하고 서로 다른 해의 개수를 결정하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.
