  • 최근 경제자유구역에 관한 법률이 통과되면서 인천, 부산, 광양항이 그 첫 번째 대상지로 지정될 예정이다. 그러나 경제자유구역 제도는 동북아 비즈니스 중심국가 상업의 일환으로 매우 중요한 사업이지만 수도권과 대도시 중심의 지역간 불균형발전 초래, 유사한 제도인 자유무역지역이나 관세 자유지역, 국제자유도시, 외국인투자유치지역 등과의 중복성으로 자칫 비효율적인 투자가 우려되고 있다. 본 연구는 군산항 인근을 경제자유구역으로 지정할 필요성과 잠재력을 제시하고, 경제자유구역제도의 발전방향과 유사지역과의 통합정보 관리시스템 도입방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 최근 군산에 자유무역지역이 신규 지정되고 기존의 마산과 익산의 수출자유지역은 자유무역지역으로 이름이 바뀌었다. 새로 도입된 자유무역지역은 성격상 기존의 수출가공구적인 입장에서 탈피하여 제조, 물류, 금융 등이 동시에 가능한 복합적인 성격을 지향하며, 특히 대중국 수출전진기지로서의 군산자유무역지역의 성패가 서해안시대를 맞이한 국민경제 발전의 관건이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 자유무역지역의 경험과 외국의 자유무역지역의 제도, 군산자유무역지역의 현안문제 등을 종합적으로 검토하여 자유무역지역의 제도개선과 자유무역지역 통합관리시스템 도입방안을 모색하였다.

  • This paper have been studied that ocean wave power vibration generation system with two D.O.F.(degree of freedom) consists of buoy and vibration generation system with two D.O.F. for using efficiency of ocean wave energy. It selected main frequencies ${\omega}_1$, ${\omega}_2$ in frequency with ocean wave and it fitted them to the natural frequencies of vibration system with two D.O.F. in the vibrational power generation system. Then each the relative velocity of between the winding coil and the permanent magnet is faster than the velocity of ocean wave up and down motion by resonance phenomenon. Also the ocean wave power generation with two D.O.F. obtained the more electric energy then the ocean wave power generation with one D.O.F. by coupling effect for two D.O.F. vibration system. Therefore ocean wave power vibration generation system with two degree of freedom that is proposed in this paper has merits which not only using more energy in the ocean wave but also obtaining more electronic energy.

  • Several Solid Freeform Fabrication Systems(SFFS) are commercialized in a few companies for rapid prototyping. However, they have many technical problems including the limitation of applicable materials. A new method of agile prototyping is required for the recent manufacturing environments of multi-item and small quantity production. The objectives of this paper include the development of a novel method of SFFS, the CAFL/sup VM/(Computer Aided Fabrication of Lamination for Various Material), and the manufacture of the various material samples for the certification of the proposed system and the creation of new application areas. For these objectives, the technologies for a highly accurate robot path control, the optimization of support structure, CAD modeling, adaptive slicing was implemented. However, there is an important problem with the conventional 2D lamination method. That is the inaccuracy of 3D model surface, which is caused by the stair-type surface generated in virtue of vertical 2D cutting. In this paper, We design the new control algorithm that guarantees the constant speed, precise positioning and tangential cutting on the 5DOF SFFS. We develop the tangential cutting algorithm to be controlled with constant speed and successfully implemented in the 5DOF CAFL/sup VM/ system developed in this paper. Finally, this paper confirms its high-performance through the experimental results from the application into CAFL/sup VM/ system.

  • In this paper, we consider to apply of 2-DOF (Degree of Freedom) PID controller at D.C servo motor system. Many control system use I-PD , PID control system. but the position control system have difficulty in controling variable load and changing parameter. We propose neural network 2-DOF PID control system having feature for removal disturbrances and tracking function in the target value point. The back propagation algorithm of neural network used for tuning the 2-DOF parameter(${\alpha}$,${\beta}$,${\gamma}$,η). We investigate the 2-DOF PID control system in the position control system and verify the effectiveness of proposal method through the result of computer simulation.

  • This study proposes the more improved mathematical model than conventional that for the 3-DOF Helicopter System in Quanser Inc., and checks the validity about the proposed model by performance comparison between the controller based on the conventional model and that based on the proposed model. Research process is next : First, analyze the dynamics for the 3-DOF helicopter system and establish the linear mathematical model. Second, check the eliminated nonlinear-elements in linearization process for establishing the linear mathematical model. And establish the improved mathematical model including the parameters corresponding to the eliminated nonlinear-elements. At that time, it is used for modeling that Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm the meta-heuristic global optimization method. Finally, design the controller based on the proposed model, and verify the validity of the proposed model by comparison about the experimental results between the designed controller and the controller based on the conventional model.

  • 본 논문은 비선형 헬리콥터 시스템의 퍼지 비례-적분-미분 (PID) 제어기의 설계기법을 제안한다. 퍼지 제어기는 풍부한 자유도를 포함하므로 비선형 시스템의 제어에 매우 적합하다. 그러나 이의 설계는 전문가의 지식에 의존하므로 시스템의 정확한 지식의 획득에 어려울 경우 우수한 성능을 보장하는 제어기의 설계가 매우 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 제안된 퍼지 PID 제어기의 성능 향상 및 최적화를 위하여 전역적 비선형 최적화 기법인 유전 알고리듬 (GA)을 도입한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 퍼지 PID 제어기의 설계기법은 실제 비선형 헬리콥터 실험 장치에 적용하여 그 효용성 및 실제 산업분야에의 응용 가능성을 보인다.

  • In this paper, Tuning method of the parameter P.I.D of the 2DOG-PID controller for having a required response to the disturbance and the setpoint is studied by the neural network. This algorithms is simulated in the level control of the steam generator and the flow control system, and resulting represents than the conventional PID controller.

  • Optimal configurations for redundant TDOF (Two Degree Of Freedom) sensor systems are proposed. The determinant of error covariance matrix is used as the performance index, and optimal configurations for 2 TDOF sensor system and 3 TDOF sensor system are evaluated by minimizing the index.
