3중 접합 공정에 의한 MEMS 공진기의 웨이퍼레벨 진공 패키징 (Wafer-level Vacuum Packaging of a MEMS Resonator using the Three-layer Bonding Technique)

  • The high vacuum hermetic sealing technique ensures excellent performance of MEMS resonators. For the high vacuum hermetic sealing, the customization of anodic bonding equipment was conducted for the glass/Si/glass triple-stack anodic bonding process. Figure 1 presents the schematic of the MEMS resonator with triple-stack high-vacuum anodic bonding. The anodic bonding process for vacuum sealing was performed with the chamber pressure lower than 5 × 10-6 mbar, the piston pressure of 5 kN, and the applied voltage was 1 kV. The process temperature during anodic bonding was 400 ℃. To maintain the vacuum condition of the glass cavity, a getter material, such as a titanium thin film, was deposited. The getter materials was active at the 400 ℃ during the anodic bonding process. To read out the electrical signals from the Si resonator, a vertical feed-through was applied by using through glass via (TGV) which is formed by sandblasting technique of cap glass wafer. The aluminum electrodes was conformally deposited on the via-hole structure of cap glass. The TGV process provides reliable electrical interconnection between Si resonator and aluminum electrodes on the cap glass without leakage or electrical disconnection through the TGV. The fabricated MEMS resonator with proposed vacuum packaging using three-layer anodic bonding process has resonance frequency and quality factor of about 16 kHz and more than 40,000, respectively.

속성멸치간장엑기스분의 가공조건 (The Processing Conditions of Extracts from Rapid Fermented Anchovy Sauce)

  • 우리나라 연안에서 일시에 대량으로 어획되고, 영양적으로 우수하나 원료학적 특성 및 가공적성이 좋지 못해 일부는 비식용사료로 이용되고 있는 멸치를 신속하게 대량처리하여 보다 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 방안의 하나로 속성멸치간장엑스분의 제조를 시도하였다. 마쇄한 멸치의 최적가수분해조건은 자가소화구와 코오지첨가구 모두 $50^{\circ}C$에서 최대활성을 나타내었고, 분해시간은 6시간이 가장 적합하였다. pH는 자가소화구의 경우 pH 8.0부근에서 코오지의 첨가구의 경우 pH 7.0이 가장 좋았고, 코오지농도는 마쇄한 멸치에 대해 10%가 가장 적합하였으며, 식염은 가수분해 이후의 공정에서 첨가하는 것이 바람직하였다. 실제 제품화 할 경우 수율증가를 감안하면 pH조절은 필요하지 않으리라 생각된다. 저장성과 독특한 맛을 고려하여 최종공정에서 첨가하는 가장 적합한 식염농도는 농축액에 대하 15%이었고, 쓴맛교정을 위하여 첨가하는 분리대두단백질의 최적조건은 마쇄한 멸치에 대해 5% 이었다. 구명된 최적조건하에서 가수분해시킨 제품(C), (A) 및 (B)의 가수분해율은 각각 58.4%, 32.1%, 86.2% 이었다.

Bacillus sp. MR2에 의한 망간단괴의 생물용출 (Bioleaching of Mn(II) from Manganese Nodules by Bacillus sp. MR2)

  • 비황화광물인 망간단괴에서 일부 미생물은 비효소학적 과정을 통해 간접적으로 망간(II)을 용출시킬 수 있다. 이때 환원적 용해를 일으킬 수 있는 대사산물의 생성을 위해 제공되는 탄소 및 에너지원인 glucose, sucrose, galactose 등은 생물용출 기술의 장점인 경제성을 저하시키는 원인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 저렴한 탄소 및 에너지원으로 corn starch를 이용하면서 망간(II) 용출능력을 지닌 종속영양 미생물로서 Bacillus sp. MR2에 의한 망간(II)의 용출 특성을 알아보았다. 망간(II)의 용출은 MR2의 생장에 수반되어 일어났으며[25.6 g Mn(II) $kg^{-1}$ nodule $day^{-1}$], 24시간 이후에는 생성된 망간(II)의 일부가 망간단괴 입자에 다시 흡착되는 경향을 보였다. 분쇄물을 dialysis tube (MWCO 12,000)에 넣어 MR2와의 접촉을 막았을 때도 유사한 정도의 결과[24.6 g Mn(II) $kg^{-1}$ nodule $day^{-1}$]를 보여 세포와 망간단괴의 직접적 접촉이 필요 없이 세포외 분비물질에 의해 환원적 용해가 일어남을 알 수 있었다. 실험에 적용된 영향요인들의 범위에서 최적 용출조건을 분석한 결과, $25\sim35^{\circ}C$, pH 5~7, 접종밀도 1.5~2.5% (v/v), 분쇄물의 농도 2~3 g/L 및 입자크기 <75 ${\mu}m$일 때가 가장 효율이 높았다. 비록 입자의 크기가 작을수록 망간(II) 용출속도가 증가했지만 분쇄에 더 많은 에너지가 요구되므로 경제성을 고려한다면 <212 ${\mu}m$가적절한 수준으로 제시될 수 있었다. 이상의 효율적인 망간단괴의 용출 조건 규명은 기존의 물리화학적 금속 회수기술에 비해 적은 비용과 에너지가 요구되는 환경친화적 생물용출 기술의 진보에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

선량계산 및 최적화 알고리즘에 따른 치료계획의 영향 분석 (Analysis of Radiation Treatment Planning by Dose Calculation and Optimization Algorithm)

  • 목 적: 알고리즘에 따른 치료계획의 영향을 분석하고 실제 치료계획을 수립할 때 고려사항을 적용하고, 나아가 최선의 치료계획을 수립하는 프로토콜을 제시하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 치료계획 시스템은 이클립스 10.0 (Eclipse 10.0, Varian, USA)이다. 선량계산의 알고리즘은 PBC (Pencil Beam Convolution)와 AAA (Anisotropic Analytical Algorithm)을 각각 적용하였고, 세기 조절 방사선 치료(IMRT)를 위한 최적화(Optimization) 알고리즘은 DVO (Dose Volume Optimizer 10.0.28), VMAT을 위한 최적화 알고리즘은 PRO II (Progressive Resolution Optimizer V 8.9.17)와 PRO III (Progressive Resolution Optimizer V 10.0.28)을 사용하였다. 실험을 위한 팬텀은 치료계획시스템에서 가상으로 만들었으며, $30{\times}30{\times}30$ cm의 규격에 밀도가 균일한 것(HU: 0)과 중간에 공기(HU: -1,000)로 가정되는 물질이 삽입한 된 비균질 팬텀으로 설정하였다. 실험은 먼저 팬텀(Phantom) 계획을 실시하여 일반적인 치료계획의 특징을 분석하고 그 내용을 토대로 실제 임상적용 할 치료계획을 수립하였다. 결 과: 균일한 밀도 팬텀에서 6 MV, 10 cm PDD (Percentage Depth Dose)는 PBC와 AAA는 모두 65.2%로 유사한 값을 나타냈지만, 비균질 팬텀에서 PDD는 저밀도 물질을 만나기 전까진 유사한 PDD 값을 보이다가 공기 영역에서 다른 선량곡선을 보여주고, 투과한 후에는 PDD 10 cm은 각각 75%, 73%이었다. 동일한 MU의 3차원 치료계획에서 보면, AAA 치료계획이 폐가 포함된 영역에서 저 선량으로 나타났다. 기관지와 폐의 영역이 포함된 경추 치료 환자의 2차원 대향 2문조사 치료계획을 15 MV을 이용하여 설계하였을 때, Conformity Index (ICRU 62)는 PBC 계산에서 0.95, AAA에서 0.93이었다. IMRT 치료계획은 DVO에서 보여지는 DVH가 선량계산 DVH와 동일하게 나타났다. 하지만 AAA으로 선량계산을 하였을 때는 DVO에서 조건을 만족하는 결과가 선량계산에서는 선량부족으로 나타났다. PRO II을 이용한 VMAT 치료계획은 최적화 할 때는 만족스런 결과를 얻었지만, 선량계산을 실시하였을 때는 저밀도 영역이 선량 부족으로 나타났다. 하지만 PRO III에서 같은 조건을 1회 더 최적화함으로써 최적화 결과와 선량계산 결과가 유사하였다. 결 론: 본 연구에서는 선량계산 알고리즘의 옳고 그름을 판단하지 않는다. 알고리즘이 나타내는 선량 분포의 특성을 분석하고, 특히 최적화가 필요한 IMRT나 VMAT 치료계획에서 최적화 알고리즘의 요인도 치료계획을 수립할 때 고려함으로써 최적의 치료계획을 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

육계의 뉴켓슬병 방어역가 측정에 있어서 ELISA 검사법의 효용성 (Efficacy of ELISA for measurement of protective newcastle disease antibody level in broilers)

  • Newcastle disease (ND) is a highly contagious disease of poultry that can cause severe economic losses throughout the world. Vaccination has been used for a long time and proved as one of the most effective method to reduce the economic loss due to ND virus infection, The measurement of antibody titer such as hamagglutination-inhibition (Hl) test with sera has been used as a useful method to evaluate the immunity leve of host. However, Hl test is gradually being replaced by the enzyme linked-immunosorbent assay (ELISA), To evaluate the efficacy of ELISA in the chickens vaccinated with different procedure, present study has been performed. After SPF chicks and commercial broilers were vaccinated with different kinds of live vaccines such as V4, VG/GA and/or Bl at various time, the antibody level has been measured using both HI test and ELISA. Challenge test with velogenic viscerotropic NDV was also performed to measure the protective level of antibody. In the SPF chickens, the mean ELISA titer after vaccination and survival rate after challenge was increased and correlated with days post inoculation. More than 80% of chickens with higher than 1,000 ELISA titer after vaccination were survived after challenge with velogenic ND virus and had good correlation between survival rate and antibody titier. In commercial broiler chickens, most of them at market age had low level of ELISA titer regardless of the number of vaccination, and had a low correlation between survival rate and ELISA titer. However, the ELISA titer of remaining birds after challenge was increased. This result indicated that ELISA titer had good response against velogenic NOV infection compared to Hl titer.

쥐 섬유육종에서 베타카로틴과 방사선조사 병용의 항종양 효과: 세포독성 및 종양성장 지연에 미치는 영향 (Anti-tumor Effect of Combined Betacarotene with X-irradiation in the Mouse Fibrosarcoma : Cytotoxicity and Tumor Growth Delay)

  • 목적 : 베타카로틴과 방사선조사의 병용효과에 관한 평가를 목적으로, 베타카로틴을 병용한 경우 방사선조사 단독의 경우 보다 세포독성의 차이는 어떠하며, 또한 쥐 섬유육종에서 두 군간의 종양성장의 지연 정도에 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 관찰하고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 2$\%$ 베타카로틴 유제를 2 mg/ml 으로 만든 다음 단계적으로 희석하여 사용하였으며, 섬유육종세포와 태생 5~6주의 C3H/N의 실험쥐를 이용하였다. 방사선조사는 6 MV 선형가속기를 이용하였고, 세포내 독성은 쥐 섬유육종세포의 생존을 감소시키는 능력으로 평가하였으며, 베타카로틴 2 mgfml을 방사선조사 1시간 전 섬유육종세 포주에 접촉시켰다. 종양성장 지연 실험을 위하여 베타카로틴과 방사선조사 병용군(n=6)과 방사선조사 단독군(n=5)으로 분류하였으며, 베타카로틴 20 mg/kg을 방사선조사 30분전 섬유육종이 접종된 쥐의 복강내 일회 주사하였고, 방사선조사량은 20 Gy를 주었다. 종양용적은 장경$\times$장경$\times$장경/(mm$^{3}$) 공식을 사용하였으며, 2$\~$3일 마다 측정하였다. 결과 : 섬유육종세포에 베타카로틴 0.002, 0.02, 0.2, 2 mg/ml 농도액을 1시간 동안 접촉 후 얻은 각각 생존분율은 0.69$\pm$0.07, 0.59$\pm$0.08, 0.08$\pm$0.008 및 0.02$\pm$0.006이었다. 그리고 방사선조사 1시간 전 섬유육종세포에 베타카로틴 2mg/ml을 접촉한 후 조사량 2, 4, 6 및 8 Gy에서 얻은 각각의 생존분율은 0.13$\pm$0.05, 0.03$\pm$0.005, 0.01$\pm$0.002 및 0.009$\pm$0.0008이었으며 방사선조사 단독군의 경우 동일 조사량에서 얻은 생존분율은 각각 0.66$\pm$0.05, 0.40$\pm$0.04, 0.11$\pm$0.01 및 0.03$\pm$0.006으로 나타났다(P<0.05). 종양성장의 지연정도를 나타내는 실험에서 섬유육종을 쥐에 접종한 후 종양의 용적이 1,000 mm$^{}$ 에 달하는 기간은 베타카로틴 병용군과 방사선조사 단독군에서 각각 18일과 19일로 나타났다(p>0.05). 결론 :쥐 섬유육종세포에 베타카로틴을 접촉한 경우 세포독성이 나타났으며, 베타카로틴 농도 증가에 따라 세포 독성도 증가하였다. 그리고 쥐 섬유육종세포의 세포독성은 베타카로틴 병용군에서 방사선조사 단독군의 경우 보다 부가적으로 증가하였으며, 두 군간에 통계학적으로 현저한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 쥐 섬유육종 성장 지연정도에 있어서 베타카로틴 병용군과 방사선조사 단독군간의 통계학적으로 뚜렷한 차이는 없었다.

수목 동정을 위한 수피 분류 데이터셋 구축과 합성곱 신경망 기반 53개 수종의 동정 모델 개발 (Construction of a Bark Dataset for Automatic Tree Identification and Developing a Convolutional Neural Network-based Tree Species Identification Model)

  • 자연환경에 대한 국민들의 관심 증가로 스마트폰과 같은 휴대용 기기를 이용한 수목 동정의 자동화에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 최근 딥러닝 기술의 발전에 힘입어, 외국에서는 수목 인식 분야에의 적용이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 수목의 분류를 위해 꽃, 잎 등 다양한 형질들을 대상으로 연구가 진행되고 있지만, 접근성을 비롯한 여러 장점을 가진 수피의 경우 복잡도가 높고 자료가 부족하여 연구가 제한적이었다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 흔히 관찰 가능한 수목 54종의 사진자료를 약 7,000 여장 수집 및 공개하였고, 이를 해외의 20 수종에 대한 BarkNet 1.0의 자료와 결합하여 학습에 충분한 수의 사진 수를 가지는 53종을 선정하고, 사진들을 7:3의 비율로 나누어 훈련과 평가에 활용하였다. 분류 모델의 경우, 딥러닝 기법의 일종인 합성곱 신경망을 활용하였는데, 가장 널리 쓰이는 VGGNet (Visual Geometry Group Network) 16층, 19층 모델 두 가지를 학습시키고 성능을 비교하였다. 또한 본 모형의 활용성 및 한계점을 확인하기 위하여 학습에 사용하지 않은 수종과 덩굴식물과 같은 방해 요소가 있는 사진들에 대한 모델의 정확도를 확인하였다. 학습 결과 VGG16과 VGG19는 각각 90.41%와 92.62%의 높은 정확도를 보였으며, 더 복잡도가 높은 모델인 VGG19가 조금 더 나은 성능을 보임을 확인하였다. 학습에 활용되지 않은 수목을 동정한 결과 80% 이상의 경우에서 같은 속 또는 같은 과에 속한 수종으로 예측하는 것으로 드러났다. 반면, 이끼, 만경식물, 옹이 등의 방해 요소가 존재할 경우 방해요소가 자치하는 비중에 따라 정확도가 떨어지는 것이 확인되어 실제 현장에서 이를 보완하기 위한 방법들을 제안하였다.

아시아 주요국가(主要國家)들에 있어서의 바르샤바 체제(體制)의 적용실태(適用實態)와 전망(展望) (The Current Status of the Warsaw Convention and Subsequent Protocols in Leading Asian Countries)

  • The current status of the application and interpretation of the Warsaw Convention and its subsequent Protocols in Asian countries is in its fredgling stages compared to the developed countries of Europe and North America, and there is thus little published information about the various Asian governments' treatment and courts' views of the Warsaw System. Due to that limitation, the accent of this paper will be on Korea and Japan. As one will be aware, the so-called 'Warsaw System' is made up of the Warsaw Convention of 1929, the Hague Protocol of 1955, the Guadalajara Convention of 1961, the Guatemala City Protocol of 1971 and the Montreal Additional Protocols Nos. 1,2,3 and 4 of 1975. Among these instruments, most of the countries in Asia are parties to both the Warsaw Convention and the Hague Protocol. However, the Republic of Korea and Mongolia are parties only to the Hague Protocol, while Burma, Indonesia and Sri Lanka are parties only to the Warsaw Convention. Thailand and Taiwan are not parties only to the convention or protocol. Among Asian states, Indonesia, the Phillipines and Pakistan are also parties to the Guadalajara Convention, but no country in Asia has signed the Guatemala City Protocol of 1971 or the Montreal Additional Protocols, which Protocols have not yet been put into force. The People's Republic of China has declared that the Warsaw Convention shall apply to the entire Chinese territory, including Taiwan. 'The application of the Warsaw Convention to one-way air carriage between a state which is a party only to the Warsaw Convention and a state which is a party only to the Hague Protocol' is of particular importance in Korea as it is a signatory only to the Hague Protocol, but it is involved in a great deal of air transportation to and from the united states, which in turn is a party only to the Warsaw Convention. The opinion of the Supreme Court of Korea appears to be, that parties to the Warsaw Convention were intended to be parties to the Hague Protocol, whether they actually signed it or not. The effect of this decision is that in Korea the United States and Korea will be considered by the courts to be in a treaty relationship, though neither State is a signatory to the same instrument as the other State. The first wrongful death claim in Korea related to international carriage by air under the Convention was made in Hyun-Mo Bang, et al v. Korean Air Lines Co., Ltd. case. In this case, the plaintiffs claimed for damages based upon breach of contract as well as upon tort under the Korean Civil Code. The issue in the case was whether the time limitation provisions of the Convention should be applicable to a claim based in tort as well as to a claim based in contract. The Appellate Court ruled on 29 August 1983 that 'however founded' in Article 24(1) of the Convention should be construed to mean that the Convention should be applicable to the claim regardless of whether the cause of action was based in tort or breach of contract, and that the plaintiffs' rights to damages had therefore extinguished because of the time limitation as set forth in Article 29(1) of the Convention. The difficult and often debated question of what exactly is meant by the words 'such default equivalent to wilful misconduct' in Article 25(1) of the Warsaw Convention, has also been litigated. The Supreme Court of Japan dealt with this issue in the Suzuki Shinjuten Co. v. Northwest Airlines Inc. case. The Supreme Court upheld the Appellate Court's ruling, and decided that 'such default equivalent to wilful misconduct' under Article 25(1) of the Convention was within the meaning of 'gross negligence' under the Japanese Commercial Code. The issue of the convention of the 'franc' into national currencies as provided in Article 22 of the Warsaw Convention as amended by the Hague Protocol has been raised in a court case in Korea, which is now before the District Court of Seoul. In this case, the plaintiff argues that the gold franc equivalent must be converted in Korean Won in accordance with the free market price of gold in Korea, as Korea has not enacted any law, order or regulation prescribing the proper method of calculating the equivalent in its national currency. while it is unclear if the court will accept this position, the last official price of gold of the United States as in the famous Franklin Mint case, Special Drawing Right(SDR) or the current French franc, Korean Air Lines has argued in favor of the last official price of gold of the United States by which the air lines converted such francs into us Dollars in their General Conditions of Carriage. It is my understanding that in India, an appellate court adopted the free market price valuation. There is a report as well saying that if a lawsuit concerning this issue were brought in Pakistan, the free market cost of gold would be applied there too. Speaking specifically about the future of the Warsaw System in Asia though I have been informed that Thailand is actively considering acceding to the Warsaw Convention, the attitudes of most Asian countries' governments towards the Warsaw System are still wnot ell known. There is little evidence that Asian countries are moving to deal concretely with the conversion of the franc into their own local currencies. So too it cannot be said that they are on the move to adhere to the Montreal Additional Protocols Nos. 3 & 4 which attempt to basically solve many of the current problems with the Warsaw System, by adopting the SDR as the unit of currency, by establishing the carrier's absolute liability and an unbreakable limit and by increasing the carrier's passenger limit of liability to SDR 100,000, as well as permiting the domestic introduction of supplemental compensation. To summarize my own sentiments regarding the future, I would say that given the fact that Asian air lines are now world leaders both in overall size and rate of growth, and the fact that both Asian individuals and governments are becoming more and more reliant on the global civil aviation networks as their economies become ever stronger, I am hopeful that Asian nations will henceforth play a bigger role in ensuring the orderly and hasty development of a workable unified system of rules governing international commercial air carriage.

지하수 관개에 의한 수도의 멸준양상과 그 방지책에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Rice Yield Decreased by Ground Water Irrigation and Its Preventive Methods)

  • The purposes of this thesis are to clarify experimentally the variation of ground water temperature in tube wells during the irrigation period of paddy rice, and the effect of ground water irrigation on the growth, grain yield and yield components of the rice plant, and, furthermore, when and why the plant is most liable to be damaged by ground water, and also to find out the effective ground water irrigation methods. The results obtained in this experiment are as follows; 1. The temperature of ground water in tube wells varies according to the location, year, and the depth of the well. The average temperatures of ground water in a tubewells, 6.3m, 8.0m deep are $14.5^{\circ}C$ and $13.1^{\circ}C$, respercively, during the irrigation period of paddy rice (From the middle of June to the end of September). In the former the temperature rises continuously from $12.3^{\circ}C$ to 16.4$^{\circ}C$ and in the latter from $12.4^{\circ}C$ to $13.8^{\circ}C$ during the same period. These temperatures are approximately the same value as the estimated temperatures. The temperature difference between the ground water and the surface water is approximately $11^{\circ}C$. 2. The results obtained from the analysis of the water quality of the "Seoho" reservoir and that of water from the tube well show that the pH values of the ground water and the surface water are 6.35 and 6.00, respectively, and inorganic components such as N, PO4, Na, Cl, SiO2 and Ca are contained more in the ground water than in the surface water while K, SO4, Fe and Mg are contained less in the ground water. 3. The response of growth, yield and yield components of paddy rice to ground water irrigation are as follows; (l) Using ground water irrigation during the watered rice nursery period(seeding date: 30 April, 1970), the chracteristics of a young rice plant, such as plant height, number of leaves, and number of tillers are inferior to those of young rice plants irrigated with surface water during the same period. (2) In cases where ground water and surface water are supplied separately by the gravity flow method, it is found that ground water irrigation to the rice plant delays the stage at which there is a maximum increase in the number of tillers by 6 days. (3) At the tillering stage of rice plant just after transplanting, the effect of ground water irrigation on the increase in the number of tillers is better, compared with the method of supplying surface water throughout the whole irrigation period. Conversely, the number of tillers is decreased by ground water irrigation at the reproductive stage. Plant height is extremely restrained by ground water irrigation. (4) Heading date is clearly delayed by the ground water irrigation when it is practised during the growth stages or at the reproductive stage only. (5) The heading date of rice plants is slightly delayed by irrigation with the gravity flow method as compared with the standing water method. (6) The response of yield and of yield components of rice to ground water irrigation are as follows: \circled1 When ground water irrigation is practised during the growth stages and the reproductive stage, the culm length of the rice plant is reduced by 11 percent and 8 percent, respectively, when compared with the surface water irrigation used throughout all the growth stages. \circled2 Panicle length is found to be the longest on the test plot in which ground water irrigation is practised at the tillering stage. A similar tendency as that seen in the culm length is observed on other test plots. \circled3 The number of panicles is found to be the least on the plot in which ground water irrigation is practised by the gravity flow method throughout all the growth stages of the rice plant. No significant difference is found between the other plots. \circled4 The number of spikelets per panicle at the various stages of rice growth at which_ surface or ground water is supplied by gravity flow method are as follows; surface water at all growth stages‥‥‥‥‥ 98.5. Ground water at all growth stages‥‥‥‥‥‥62.2 Ground water at the tillering stage‥‥‥‥‥ 82.6. Ground water at the reproductive stage ‥‥‥‥‥ 74.1. \circled5 Ripening percentage is about 70 percent on the test plot in which ground water irrigation is practised during all the growth stages and at the tillering stage only. However, when ground water irrigation is practised, at the reproductive stage, the ripening percentage is reduced to 50 percent. This means that 20 percent reduction in the ripening percentage by using ground water irrigation at the reproductive stage. \circled6 The weight of 1,000 kernels is found to show a similar tendency as in the case of ripening percentage i. e. the ground water irrigation during all the growth stages and at the reproductive stage results in a decreased weight of the 1,000 kernels. \circled7 The yield of brown rice from the various treatments are as follows; Gravity flow; Surface water at all growth stages‥‥‥‥‥‥514kg/10a. Ground water at all growth stages‥‥‥‥‥‥428kg/10a. Ground water at the reproductive stage‥‥‥‥‥‥430kg/10a. Standing water; Surface water at all growh stages‥‥‥‥‥‥556kg/10a. Ground water at all growth stages‥‥‥‥‥‥441kg/10a. Ground water at the reproductive stage‥‥‥‥‥‥450kg/10a. The above figures show that ground water irrigation by the gravity flow and by the standing water method during all the growth stages resulted in an 18 percent and a 21 percent decrease in the yield of brown rice, respectively, when compared with surface water irrigation. Also ground water irrigation by gravity flow and by standing water resulted in respective decreases in yield of 16 percent and 19 percent, compared with the surface irrigation method. 4. Results obtained from the experiments on the improvement of ground water irrigation efficiency to paddy rice are as follows; (1) When the standing water irrigation with surface water is practised, the daily average water temperature in a paddy field is 25.2$^{\circ}C$, but, when the gravity flow method is practised with the same irrigation water, the daily average water temperature is 24.5$^{\circ}C$. This means that the former is 0.7$^{\circ}C$ higher than the latter. On the other hand, when ground water is used, the daily water temperatures in a paddy field are respectively 21.$0^{\circ}C$ and 19.3$^{\circ}C$ by practising standing water and the gravity flow method. It can be seen that the former is approximately 1.$0^{\circ}C$ higher than the latter. (2) When the non-water-logged cultivation is practised, the yield of brown rice is 516.3kg/10a, while the yield of brown rice from ground water irrigation plot throughout the whole irrigation period and surface water irrigation plot are 446.3kg/10a and 556.4kg/10a, respectivelely. This means that there is no significant difference in yields between surface water irrigation practice and non-water-logged cultivation, and also means that non-water-logged cultivation results in a 12.6 percent increase in yield compared with the yield from the ground water irrigation plot. (3) The black and white coloring on the inside surface of the water warming ponds has no substantial effect on the temperature of the water. The average daily water temperatures of the various water warming ponds, having different depths, are expressed as Y=aX+b, while the daily average water temperatures at various depths in a water warming pond are expressed as Y=a(b)x (where Y: the daily average water temperature, a,b: constants depending on the type of water warming pond, X; water depth). As the depth of water warning pond is increased, the diurnal difference of the highest and the lowest water temperature is decreased, and also, the time at which the highest water temperature occurs, is delayed. (4) The degree of warming by using a polyethylene tube, 100m in length and 10cm in diameter, is 4~9$^{\circ}C$. Heat exchange rate of a polyethylene tube is 1.5 times higher than that or a water warming channel. 프로테아제 종류에 따른 이용한 연산 오계육 단백질 가수분해물의 아미노산 및 생리활성 특성 (Biological Characteristics of Protein Hydrolysates Derived from Yoensan Ogae Meat by Various Commercial Proteases)

  • 천연물 유래 저분자 펩타이드들은 항산화, 고혈압 완화, 면역조절, 진통완화 및 항균작용 등 생리활성이 있는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구는 연산오계육 단백질을 상업용 프로티아제(alcalase, bromelain, flavourzyme, neutrase, papain, protamex)를 이용하여 저분자 펩타이드를 생산하고 항산화 활성(DPPH 소거능, 슈퍼옥사이드 라디칼 소거능, 하이드록시 라디칼 소거능 및 금속 킬레이션 능력), 펩타이드의 구성 아미노산 및 분자량을 분석하였다. 효소반응은 효소반응기에 다진 오계육 슬러리 50 g와 단백질 효소 2%(w/v)를 넣고 pH 6 와 온도 $60^{\circ}C$ 조건에서 2시간 반응을 하였다. 반응 후 가수분해도(%)의 범위는 $36.65{\pm}4.10%$에서 $70.75{\pm}5.29%$ 사이의 범위를 보여주었는데 protamex의 가수분해도는 46.3%로 가장 높았으며, papain hydrolysate가 $70.75{\pm}5.29%$로 가장 높은 값을 보여주었으며, 반면에 alcalase hydrolysate가 $36.65{\pm}4.10%$로 가장 낮은 값을 보여주었다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능은 bromelain 처리 저분자 펩타이드가 가장 높게 나타났고, alcalase 처리 펩타이드에서 소거능이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 슈퍼옥사이드 라디칼 소거능 역시 bromelain 처리 저분자 펩타이드가 50% 이상의 가장 높은 라디칼 소거능을 보여주었다. 하이드록시 라디칼 소거능은 약 16.73에서 69.16% 사이의 분포를 보여 주었는데 bromelain 처리 저분자 펩타이드에서 가장 높게 나타났다. $Fe^{2+}$ 킬레이션 능력은 약 17.85에서 47.84% 사이의 분포를 보여 주었다. hydrolysate들의 킬레이션 능력은 사용 효소들에 상관없이 큰 차이점이 없었다. 아미노산의 분석결과 alcalase, bromelain, flavourzyme, neutrase, papain, protamex 효소 가수분해 시켰을 때 차이점을 보여 주었고 가장 많은 아미노산은 glutamic acid이었다. 효소 hydrolysate들의 분자량의 분포는 처리 효소에 따라 분자량의 분포가 다르게 나타났지만 300-2,000 Da 범위에 있었다.
