  • The present study is to develop an intelligent control system for flexible manufacturing system, which is suitable for a variety of manufacturing types with smaller production rates. The controller is designed to integrate heuristic rules with optimization techniques for loading as well as flow rate of parts and ultimately meeting performance indices. The control function implemented by an optimization technique is to calculate short term production rates of parts. The heuristic control determined by production rules requires knowledge base to evaluate selected loading alternatives according to short term production rate and current process information, and also to determine final decision pertaining to loading. In this case, the knowledge base is constructed using the rules for evaluating alternatives, decision criteria, and flow control of parts in manufacturing system. The database is formulated by means of managing and updating current process information. A graphic system to monitor current status of the function and operation of manufacturing system is developed, and computer simulation is carried out to evaluate the performance of the proposed controller.

  • 오늘날 국내기업들은 국내$\cdot$외적인 경쟁 심화와 기술혁신 및 신제품개발, 정보화시대 도래에 따른 기업정보의 중요성 중대 등 급변하는 기업 환경 속에서 유연성 있는 경영조직 및 효율적인 관리시스템 확립을 통한 생산성 향상 및 경영효율화와 경영정보시스템 구축을 통한 정보자원의 효율적 관리 및 신속한 의사 결정 지원 등 기업내부의 경영혁신과 정보화를 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 여타 제조업체들에 비해 국내의 중소신발생산 기업들은 소수의 대형업체를 제외하곤 기업의 정보화 수준이 미미하며 체계적인 정보시스템 또한 전무한 실정이다. 이에 중소신발생산기업들이 활용할 수 있도록 수주에서 자재구매, 생산, 납품에 이르는 일관된 정보 흐름을 통해 기업의 주요한 정보인 주문정보, 제품정보, 자재발주 및 입고정보, 생산계획 및 생산실적정보를 관리할 수 있는 생산정보시스템을 개발 소개하고자 한다.

  • 과거 공급사슬(SCM)에 관한 연구는 재고관리, 생산계획, 물류흐름의 최적화에 대하여 개별적으로 연구가 이루어졌다. 하지만 최근의 연구는 이러한 분야들을 통합하여 관리하는 것이 더 효과적이라는 연구결과가 발표되고 있으며 특히 생산비와 물류비를 동시에 최소화하는 방안의 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 수송시간과 재고에 대하여 제약을 가지는 공급망에서 최적의 생산을 결정하는 연구를 수행하며, 개발한 수학적 모형을 이용하여 예제를 통해 모델에 대한 최적값을 제시하였다.

  • 본 검토는 지난 5년간의 비료거래 패턴에 대한 것으로 IFA 사무국의 전무이사인 루크 매네(Luc Maene)는 거래량의 꾸준한 증가를 야기한 요인을 검토하고 있다. 저자는 비료 수출이 필수자원이 풍부한 수많은 개발도상국에게는 수익을 창출하는 중요한 통로가 되었으며 개발도상국이 원자재보다는 부가가치 상품의 수출에 주력하면서 지난 20년간 비료 생산이 이들 국가로 옮겨갔다고 지적하고 있다. 물류비가 큰 비료는 생산에 사용되는 원료로 인해 비료 수송에는 많은 비용이 들뿐만 아니라 원료 생산지와 가능하면 근접한 곳에서 원료를 가공해야 한다. 본 자료는 2003년 7월 $13\~15$일 사이 키 비스케인에서 열린 제 14회 British Sulphur's Latin America Conference에서 처음 발표되었다.

  • The design of best efficient production process is common requirements of the production strategy department and the process planning department to maximize the revenue and accomplish target production volumes in the production periods. And they use several general methods for that-line-balancing, removing of the bottle-neck process, facility ramp-up, increasing of the worker's utilization, etc. But, those methods have depended on analytic, static and arithmetic calculations, yet. So, irregular work-waiting time causing the delay time isn't include in extracting production capacity, especially in the line production process. The work-waiting time is changed irregularly along the variation of each machine and very important for calculate real product lead-time and forecasting target production volumes. At this thesis, i'm going to mention the importance of the delay time of conveyor system which can be extracted by discrete-event simulation. And suggest it as a new main variable that must be considered at designing new production system. Then experimented and tested that's effects in the H-company case, conveyor based line production process.

  • Recent evolution of communication networks has led toward increasingly a complex, large-scale protocol. Protocol conformance tests therefore, which consider only control flow, have many problems on testing data flow, transition condition, delay and so on. We propose, design, and implement the tool to solve these problems. The tool, which solves nondeterminism, generates test suites from an integrated flow graph and excludes infeasible path with reachable tree. The presented tool reduces the length of UIO sequence and is efficient partially to test the path that error rate is high. Our automatic test suite generator provides basis of protocol testing environment and high production.

  • The reinforcement concrete work is the work affected by structural safety, durability, and schedule with form work. The domestic reinforcement concrete works have mainly worked the process of re-barfabrication/assembly on site. Finally it have low productivity. Then this paper analyzed waste factors and the process of re-bar fabrication/assembly on site for the productivity improvement and value-added productivity improvement. Waste factor analysis aims at maximizing value-added by the value analysis of re-bar fabrication and assembly on site. Finally, Value-AddingActivity(VAA)ismuchlessthan non-value adding activity. Especially, Non-Value-Adding Activity(NVAA) generates waste such as the activity steps, labors, equipments, materials, time, and soon. And it was non-flow production, over production, and analyzed into having to shift value. This paper aimsat maximizing value-addingactivity and minimizingnon value-addingactivity through waste factor analysis in process for the improvement of value added productivity.
