This study will analyze the economic impact on villages adjacent to recreational areas in natural forests with the goal of creating a forest development plan. The area of study has been limited to the National Natural Recreation Forest and the twelve adjacent villages around the area. The collected data used a SPSS. 12.0 frequency and cross, t-test and ANOVA analysis was performed. To questions regarding increase in income and employment due to recreational areas in natural forests, there were some in all three areas that responded that it did not contribute to increases in income or employment. In all areas, there were respondents who think that these recreational areas do not help increase awareness of their nearby towns. Facilities, in order from most used to least used were tourist sites, lodgings and then food and meals. The level of satisfaction of customers in all areas was low with reasons being low quality of goods, not knowing the village(s) well, a lack of specialty items, and poor roads. In conclusion, this study presents a development plan based on the derived research results.

금회 연구대상지인 진도 해역은 WQI지수 II, III등급 해역으로, 비교적 양호한 수질상태를 유지하고 있다. 최근 대명리조트는 이곳에 대규모 휴양시설을 계획 중에 있으며, 이에 따른 오수의 해양방류는 불가피할 것으로 보인다. 따라서, 오수의 해양방류로 인하여 대상해역의 오염이 우려됨에 따라 최적의 배수시설을 건설하여 수질악화를 방지하고자 한다. 배수시설에 따른 수질영향 예측을 수행하기 위하여 Delft3D-WAQ 모듈을 이용하여 당 해역의 수질특성을 재현 및 예측하였다. 또한, 상기 모델에 의한 모의결과의 정확도를 확인하고 보완하기 위하여 수직 와확산계수의 민감도 분석을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 신뢰도를 확보하였다. 배수시설의 방류구 이격 거리 및 수층별 방류에 따른 수질변화를 검토한 결과, 해안에서의 이격거리가 멀고 중층에 방류할 경우 가장 효과적인 희석률을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

정원(Garden)은 거주하는 주택과 외부공간의 전이공간 및 소통의 역할을 하고 있는 장소이며, 한국조경헌장에서 조경의 대상에 첫 번째로 거론되고 있는 중요한 조경계획의 대상이다. 조경학과 대학생들이 조경계획수업 시간에 처음 맞이하게 되는 주택정원설계에서 그들이 갖고 있는 정원에 대한 주제, 시설, 식재의 주요 사항들을 파악하고자 본 연구를 시작하였으며, 연구의 대상은 조경학과 대학생 2학년과정이며 시간적 범위는 2012년부터 2015년까지 4개년의 과제제출물을 대상으로 하였다. 대학생들의 정원설계작품을 살펴본 결과 첫째, 대학생들의 정원설계에서 사용되는 주요 주제는 가족과의 활동과 개인 취미생활, 자연에 관한 주제가 가장 많이 표현되었고, 이것은 정원안에서 개인과 가족과의 관계성을 고려하고 배려하는 곳이 정원이라는 인식을 갖고 있다고 보여진다. 둘째, 정원설계에서 조성되는 주요 시설은 휴양시설, 관리시설, 조경시설 순으로 배치되어 있으며, 일부 설계안에서는 교양시설과 유희시설이 조성되어 있었다. 셋째, 정원설계 작품의 식재경향은 교목위주의 식재가 많고, 관목과 지피와의 다층구조식재의 설계안은 몇 작품 보이지 않았으며, 독립식재와 군식 및 열식이 조화롭게 배치되지 못하고 있고, 지피류를 도입한 설계안이 많지 않았다. 오늘날의 정원설계는 다양한 디자인이 요구되고 있고, 근래 다수의 정원박람회에 출품되고 있는 정원작품 또한 디자인과 재료, 주제의 다양성이 풍부해지고 있다. 따라서, 대학생들의 정원설계과정에서 현재 학생들이 갖고 있는 주택정원에 대한 주요 요소에 대하여 다양성과 지속가능성을 높여줄 수 있는 효과적인 방향설정이 필요하다.

Increasing social needs for outdoor recreation require not only additional developments but proper evaluation of the existing facilities and management policy. As an evaluation technique, this paper examines Importance Performance. Analysis developed in Marketing field for evaluating facilities and services of a national park. L sing the data gathered by personal interview to the Kayasan National Park visitors in 1989, evaluation of 10 facility/service items by visitors are illustrated graphically. Based on the information, new management strategies are suggested.

The purpose of this study was to examine predictors of move intention to silver town in Jeju Island. Participants were 449 middle age and elderly who live in Seoul, Gyungido, Inchun Metropolitan and Jeju island. Participants were completed a questionnaire and/or structured interview that included measures of socioeconomic variables, motivation to move, determinants of move selection, conditions of location, and preparation for old age. Results of descriptive analysis revealed that cognition level of sliver industry and silver town was relatively high and medical service was the best necessary field, followed by field of leisure activity, house, life and finance. Logistic regression analyses on the effects of socioeconomic variables on move intention indicated that region, occupation and house ownership had significant effects on move intention to silver town. Result of motivational effect on move intention revealed that solution of offspring's burden was the most important factor, followed by convenient life of the aged, enjoyment of freedom for the elderly life. Result on the influence of determinants of move selection indicated that medical service facilities, resort facilities and leisure, cultural service facilities had significant effect on move intention. Among conditions of location for Jeju island, mild climate, comfort environment and low-price were significant predictors on move intention. Overall, result on relative influence of individual factors indicated that low price factor was the most important predictor, followed by resort facilities, cognition on necessity of silver town, enjoyment of freedom for the elderly life, leisure cultural service facilities, and medical service facilities.

Forest lodge are divided into forest resources, auxiliary facilities, and users, and are constantly being used along with well-being culture. In addition, attention to the safety of users is also required, and this study aims to study how users evacuate within a short time (golden time) in situations of natural disasters that may occur in forests. In order to search for the current location of the user and find the best evacuation route, 3D scans of the entire forest lodge(forest resources, auxiliary facilities, etc.) are performed, and the optimal trajectory to the evacuation site is found through recognition of the current location. It is believed that it is possible to provide a quick evacuation guide through a mobile device with gps.
