Development of Competency-Based Entrepreneurship Education Model of Vocational Training Teacher (직업능력개발훈련교사의 역량기반 교육훈련프로그램 개발)

  • This study examined performance-related competencies for vocational training teachers and development process of Competency-Based Curriculum(CBC). Based on literature review of competencies, education and training of vocational training teachers, we developed competency modeling integrating job analysis, Behavioral Event Interview for vocational training teachers and Competency Dictionary and analyzed validity of competency modeling and competency need and proposed education and training program across competencies and training module. Finally we proposed necessary operating and management methods to effectively develop competencies for vocational training teachers using CBC.

  • 슬링 운동 치료(Sling Exercise Therapy)는 근골격계 질환 환자의 영구적인 치유를 목적으로 슬링을 이용한 능동적인 치료와 운동법을 체계화한 접근법이다. 이 개념은 10 여년 전부터 노르웨이의 물리치료사들을 중심으로 발전되어 왔으며, 현재 뇌졸중 환자와 신경학적 질환자 그리고 소아 환자와 건강 증진 프로그램에서도 이용되는 방법들이 개발되어지고 있다. 현재 정형물리치료 분야에 대한 세계적인 흐름은 전기치료 기구나 물리치료사의 손에 의해 수동적으로 이루어지는 치료 접근에서 점차 환자가 스스로 물리치료사에 의해 특별히 고안된 운동방법에 따라 능동적인 치료적 운동을 통해 손상 치료와 건강 관리를 하는 방향으로 발전되어지고 있으면 많은 치료 분야에서 이러한 접근법을 채택하고 있다. 슬링운동치료 개념은 이러한 능동적인 운동법을 주된 목적으로 이용하고 있다. 이 논문은 근골격계 질환의 치료를 중심으로 쓰여졌다. SET 개념에는 체계적인 진단과 치료의 요소들이 포함되어져 있다. 진단 체계에는 열린 사슬과 닫힌 사슬을 이용하여 단계적으로 부하를 가해 줌으로서 근육의 상태를 검사하는 방식을 가지고 있다. 치료적 체계를 구성하는 요소에는 근육의 안정화, 감각운동 훈련, 열린 사슬과 닫힌 사슬을 이용한 훈련법, 가동성있는 연부 조직의 역동적 훈련, 심폐 강화 훈련, 단체 훈련, 가정에서의 개별적 훈련과 추후 관리 그리고 운동 프로그램을 제공하기 위한 컴퓨터 소프트웨어가 포함되어 있다.

  • 본 훈련 시스템은 재난유형별 국가재난대응시나리오 기반의 대응체계를 바탕으로 재난의 종류나 규모, 복잡성 등과 무관하게 유관기관의 재난관리 관계자를 위한 교육 평가를 통해 표준화된 교육 훈련 평가체계를 확립한다. 이를 위해 국내와 해외의 사례에서 조사된 내용의 특 장점 및 표출형태를 고려하여 재난대응역량 강화를 위한 재난 발생 시나리오 기반의 텍스트 위주의 훈련용 웹 시스템을 개발한다. 무엇보다도 현실적으로 지역의 위험과 위협을 대표하는 검증된 유형별 시나리오를 기반으로 예방(Mitigation) 대비(Preparedness) 대응(Response) 복구(Recovery) 단계의 복잡 다양한 재난상황에 대한 재난대응역량 및 상황대처 능력을 향상시키기 위한 훈련지원 교육으로 활용하기 위한 사용자 확장성이 유용한 훈련용 웹 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 통해 사전에 유관기관과의 협력강화를 위한 원활한 재난대응 협력체계 강화방안을 수립하고 재난현장 협력업무와 관련된 필요역량을 도출하는 등의 활동과, 이에 대한 실효성 있는 평가로 재난현장의 기관간 상호협력 능력을 제고할 수 있다. 또한 대응기관의 역량수준을 점검하고, 대응역량에 대해 부족한 부분을 보완하여 효율적 재난대비태세 구축하여, 재난피해를 최소화하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

AR based Field Training System Algorithm for Small Units (증강현실 기반의 소부대 야외 전술훈련체계 알고리즘)

  • Military training is being carried out to win the combats through the quick and accurate response exercise for changeable engagement situations on battle fields. However, practically, it is really difficult to do actual fight training. Even though ROK Army is doing effort for practical training in KCTC(Korea army advanced Combat Training Center) supplying such as MILES equipments but a single platoon is able to use KCTC facilities or MILES equipments only 10 days a year. In order to find solution on this problem many researches suggesting AR or VR technology are still on the way. Nevertheless these are not fully covered the training done in the real field. In this regard, this paper proposes how the AR technology algorithm to apply on small units during field training exercise.

  • T-50은 제 3세대 훈련기의 특징을 최대한 살려서 Total Traing System으로서의 가치를 높여야 한다. 즉, 항공기 뿐만 아니라 비행시뮬레이터를 비롯한 각종 지상비행훈련장비와 정비훈련장비 등으로 Total Traing System으로서의 시너지 효과를 높이는데 주력해야 할 것이다. 또한 KT-1과 조화롭게 연계된 비행훈련체계를 구축함으로써 세계 훈련기시장에서 제 3세대 훈련기의 선두주자로서의 인식과 함께 마케팅에도 상호보완효과를 유도해 낼 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 이제 세계 훈련기 시장의 종주국으로 거듭나고 있는 한국의 항공산업은 때마침 구조조정에 의해 새로 탄생된 한국항공우주산업(주)의 출범과 맞물려 세계 항공업계의 주목을 받기 시작했다.

A Study on Development of the Individual Training Account System in Korea (직업능력개발계좌제훈련의 발전방안)

  • The Individual Training Account System(ITAS) is a new vocational training system for the unemployed in Korea. This paper analysis ITAS based on the theoretical framework of contracting-out public services. The results show that ITAS has problems of targeting and mismatch with the training needs of the industry. Also the possibility of the moral hazard problems of training institutions and trainees can be increased in ITAS. The unstability of training market may deteriorate the quality of the vocational training under ITAS. In order to solve these problems, there should be consulting services on the job finding and vocational training before issuing the training account so that trainees can take guided training courses according to industrial needs for vocational training. Government has to develop a more efficient monitoring and evaluation system on the vocational training institutions and to restructure the private training market based on the evaluation.

  • As science and technology develops, it is expected that more precise and various weapons will be used in a much more complicate future battlefield environment. C4I is a system that provides the proper and necessary information to commanders and their staffs to recognize the battlefield situation by connecting and visualizing the complex battlefield environment and various weapon systems together. Commanders and staffs perform battle command training based on a computer or paper map to better utilize the C4I system and Command Post eXercise(CPX) is a process of the training. This is the way for them to improve command control and decision making skills. Analyzing of line of sight(LOS), identifying communication fringe area, deploying troop strength, and determining unit maneuver are highly restricted under the 2D based CPX. In recent years, however, three-dimensional (3D) CPX simulators have been developed to overcome these drawbacks. In response to this trend, this paper proposes a multi-user based CPX simulator using augmented reality (AR) glass, which can be used as a practical war game simulator.

A study on the Mutual Cooperation in Emergency Operation Plan (재난대응계획에서의 상호협력체계 연구)

  • As industries have developed rapidly as well as our society becomes urbanized and globalized, the damage by disaster spreads fast and its extent gets also wide consequently. Therefore, the quicker and systematic disaster response system is required to reduce the damage by disaster. In this context, several studies regarding the mutual cooperation system were conducted. However, the existing studies put more stress on the mutual cooperation system for the central administrative agency than on the local level at an incident scene. For the study on establishing the mutual cooperation system at the field, we took part in man-made disaster response exercises which have been carried out every month, attempted the establishing mutual cooperation system at the local level and researched requirements to build the mutual cooperation system. Also, we designed training scenarios that are necessary at the disaster response training through this study, and developed various forms for the mutual cooperation plan.

SIA-LVC : Scalable Interworking Architecture for Military L-V-C Training Systems Based on Data Centric Middleware (SIA-LVC: 데이터 중심 미들웨어 기반 확장성 있는 국방 L-V-C 훈련체계 연동 아키텍쳐)

  • A Military L-V-C system consists of distributed complex systems integrating Live systems working on physical wall-clock time, Virtual systems ruled by virtually pseudo realtime events on a computer, and Constructive systems only depending on the causal relationship between the continuous events. Recently many needs for L-V-C training systems are increasing in order to achieve the maximum training effects with low costs. While theoretical/logical researches or only partially interworking technologies have been proposed, there are few perfect interworking architectures for totally interoperating L-V-C systems in world-wide. In this paper, we design and develop a novel interworking architecture based on data centric middleware for the consistent global time with the same states on the entire L-V-C data and events by means of integrating the heterogeneous distributed middleware standards of each L-V-C system. In addition, simulated L-V-C systems based on real systems will be used for the efficiency and performance of the developed interworking architecture.

A Study on Employment Path of Vocational Instructors Using Sequential Analysis (순차분석을 활용한 직업능력개발훈련교사의 입직경로 분석)

  • This study aims to identify the employment path of vocational instructors using sequential analysis. By grasping the employment path in detail, the study presents implications for implementing support measures for systematic preparation for employment. In particular, the study presents the relationship of the vocational instructor's employment path in stages through frequency analysis, conversion probability analysis, significance test, and conversion status diagram of each employment path. For the analysis, the survey results of the vocational instructors working at private vocational training institutions were used. In conclusion, (i) as for the frequency of past experience for employment as a vocational instructor, the share of work experience, teaching training, and teaching experience was large. (ii) In the employment path stage, work experience, teaching training, and teaching experience had the greatest influence on the transition to the later stage. (iii) The prominent employment path for vocational instructors was "work experience-teaching experience-teaching training." Based on the conclusions, the study proposes a plan for systematic employment of vocational instructors.
