Evaluation on the Improved Individual Training Account System of Korea (개선된 내일배움카드제훈련에 대한 평가)

  • Korean government improved the Individual Training Account (ITA) System in September 15, 2011. This paper evaluated the Improved Individual Training Account System of Korea based on the success conditions of contracting-out public services. The results showed that the improved ITA system of Korea was expected to solve some of the problems of former ITA system of Korea by stabilizing ITA training market, improving target of ITA and better matching between jobs and training courses, and activating trainees. Nevertheless the improved ITA system of Korea still has some problems to be solved. The relationship between job placement services and issue of ITA should be closer by improving tailored total one-stop services for job seekers. The government should develop infrastructure for evaluating, monitoring and supporting the ITA training to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the ITA training system.

  • Evidence-based training (EBT) improves a pilot's competency and confidence based on the data(Evidence) from actual aircraft accidents, incidents, operations, and training for safe operation in the fast-paced and large-scale air transportation field. It is a training/assessment program that strengthens resilience for problem solving. As a way to apply this evidence-based training(EBT) to the educational system of ATO and to resolve the problems, I propose 3 improvement plans. They are evaluation criteria that apply the core competencies of EBT to the educational evaluation system, the way to improve the system for standardization of practical test examiners and instructors and also the ways to use Flight Simulation Training Devices(FSTD).

Performance Improvement of IEEE 802.11a WLAN System by Channel Estimation Using Long/short Training Symbol (Long/Short 훈련심볼을 이용한 채널추정에 의한 IEEE 802.11a 무선 LAN 시스템의 성능개선)

  • 본 논문에서는 IEEE802.11a의 규격에 따라 OFDM 무선 LAN 모뎀과 프레임 포맷을 구성하여 시뮬레이션에 의해 BER 성능을 분석하고 수정된 채널 예측 알고리즘을 적용하여 채널예측성능이 개선됨을 보인다. 실내 무선채널로서는 AWGN과 TDL 모델을 적용한 지연확산채널을 고려한다. 우선 AWGN 환경에서 규격에 제시된 전송속도 및 부호율에 따른 OFDM 무선 LAN 시스템의 성능을 분석하고, 다음으로 실내무선채널 환경에서 채널추정이 불완전한 경우에 대한 성능을 분석한다. 기존의 채널추정방식으로서 프리앰블내의 2개의 Long 훈련심볼을 이용하여 채널을 추정하는 경우에 대한 성능을 분석하고, 이를 수정하여 Long 훈련심볼 뿐만 아니라 전체 10개의 Short 훈련심볼 중 8개의 훈련심볼들을 채널추정에 부가적으로 사용하는 방식을 채용한 경우의 성능을 분석하여 기존의 방식과 비교한다. 시뮬레이션 결과에 대한 분석으로부터 수정된 채널추정방식을 적용하는 경우, 잡음을 억제하는 효과가 높아지므로 채널추정오차를 감소시켜서 성능이 개선됨을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 CAR(content adaptive resampler)로 축소된 저해상도 이미지를 직접 다른 모델에 여러가지 방식으로 훈련을 시켜 성능을 개선시키고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 단일 영상 super resolution 에 관하여 여러 기술이 존재하는 상황에 더 나은 기술을 테스트하려 하고 그를 위해 과거의 모델들에 대한 이해가 필요하여 이를 구현하였다. 현재 가장 뛰어난 성능을 보이고 있는 모델 중의 하나인 CAR 에서 복원 전 이미지를 사용하여 훈련을 시키면 더 나은 성능의 모델을 만들 수 있을 것이라고 가정하고 다양한 훈련을 통해 성능을 개선시키고자 하였다.

  • The purposes of this research are to analysis and diagnosis the actual condition of vocational ability development training for juveniles delinquent occupational capability development of juveniles who are assorted as a socially disadvantaged group and to suggest the remedies for their successful return to normal social life. In order to accomplish these purpose of the research, we involved in vocational training teachers(23) and trained for more a month to juvenile delinquents(533) such as surveys. Both of them focused on improvement of strengthen for vocational training, complementary learning of juvenile delinquents and securing experts.

  • Since emergency response training for maritime safety and safety education of maritime education institutions are conducted based on the set scenarios and education contents, there are limitations in the reduction of human error and response to various situations. Although there is a need for improvement, there is no way to improve response capabilities by assessing existing education training and securing diversity in situations. This study proposes a theoretical procedure analyzer method to model the diversity of situations for the improvement of emergency response training. This paper defines the human and system theoretical procedure analysis model (HSTPA) based on the organic relationship of the source and system. The limitations of the existing training were derived by analyzing the errors that each component could produce and applying them to the fire response training scenarios requiring vertical reporting systems and responses. The segmentation and inspection of training scenario considerations applying the proposed HSTPA model is believed to help create diverse and realistic scenarios in emergency response training and education, and improve the situation judgment understanding and response capabilities of the subjects.

Improvement effect of Functional Myopia by Using of Vision Training Device(OTUS) (Vision Training Device(OTUS)적용에 따른 기능성 근시의 개선 효과)

  • This study is about the development of ICT-based wearable devices for vision recovery that can cause functional myopia improvement through accommodation training. Vision Training Device(OTUS) is a head mount type wearable device, which naturally stimulates the contraction and relaxation of the ciliary muscles of eye. Users can conduct customized vision training based on personal vision information stored through the device. In the experiment, the effects of improvement of the symptoms by the accommodation training were compared and analysed for the two groups (16 comparative group and 16 accommodation training group) after causing functional myopia. The result showed the functional myopia improved average 0.44D±0.35 (p<0.05) at the accommodation training group compared to the comparative group. This study proved the effectiveness of vision training device(OTUS) on functional myopia, but further clinical trials are judged necessary to prove the possibility of long-term control of the functional myopia.

Comparative Analysis of the Training Fidelity of Vision Training Trainee (시기능 훈련 대상자의 훈련 충실도 비교 분석)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this case study is to analyze of the training fidelity of vision training trainee. Mehtods: The vision training observation group included 75 clients (male=40, female=35) who had binocular vision disorders without opthalmic diseases or vertical phoria. Results: A high degree of visiting rate and training fidelity showed improvement of binocular vision function, sensation and symptoms. It had a high degree of success rate and preference rate. Conclusions: We suggest that high training fidelity is an effective and alternative method for binocular vision disorder therapy.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigated the effect of vision training methods on the visual function and sensation symptoms of patients with convergence insufficiency. Mehtods: The vision training observation group included 35 clients who had binocular vision disorders without opthalmic diseases or vertical phoria. They took the each vision training once a week for eight weeks and were investigated for the function and sensation symptoms changes of binocular vision. Results: According to the results, all vision training methods showed improvement of binocular vision function and sensation symptoms. For Worth 4 Dot test, Titmus test and red lenses observed the changes in fusion rate, all the training methods showed similar improvements. Conclusions: The study proved that vision training methods for patients with binocular vision was effective for the improvement of the phoria, function and sensation symptoms of these patients.

  • This study examines the paradigm shift in vocational training with the introduction of remote training, which has been conducted fragmentarily by project, to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. It analyzes the operation's problems and limitations by dividing the remote training process from assessment to budget execution by subject, stage, and procedure. Additionally, it collects various stakeholders' opinions to propose improvement plans for the vocational training support system to effectively respond to the paradigm shift in vocational training in the digital and non-face-to-face era. The study assumes that the assessment of training institutions and the training process should be innovated in a way that can accommodate the direction of vocational training in the digital and non-face-to-face era instead of focusing on traditional collective training. Based on this premise, it suggests ways to enhance the pre-approval screening system and the training institution assessment system.
