The objective of this paper is to evaluate production efficiency of the commercial road freight transportation industry using quarterly actual data by individual truck drivers from January 2005 to September 2009. In addition, this study analyzes various impact factors that influence production efficiency, including regulatory factors (e.g., entrust management system and multi-level transactions). For this purpose, this study uses data envelopment analysis and a truncated Tobit model. As a result, production efficiency of the general freight sector is higher than those of the other two sectors. Also, production efficiency in the steel goods sector ranks the highest; meanwhile, production efficiency in the oil goods sector ranks the lowest. In particular, production efficiency indicators of the commercial road freight transportation industry fluctuate with time by a small margin, and have an upward tendency on the whole. Finally, some policy implications are given to promote production efficiency of the commercial road freight transportation industry.

현대사회의 구조변화에 따라 직업교육의 효율성과 산업현장의 전문인력 양성을 위한 교육방안의 일환으로 연계교육(2+2)이 실시되고 있다. 그러나 연계 교육은 학교 현장에서 정상적으로 교육과정을 진행할 수 없는 현실적인 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 연계교육을 병행하고 있는 실업계 고등학교에서는 아직 졸업하지 않은 학생들의 연속적인 교육을 위해 인터넷을 이용한 교수-학습 방법을 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 연계교육을 위한 효율적인 교수-학습방법을 제시하고, 이를 효율적으로 운영 및 평가할 수 있는 원격대화식 학습 평가시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.

본 연구의 목적은 지역밀착금융기관 중 하나인 새마을금고를 대상으로 DEA 모형을 활용하여 효율성을 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 지자체 중 가장 많은 조합이 있는 경기도를 대상으로 2013년부터 2016년까지의 공시자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 경기지역 새마을 금고에 대한 시군별 효율성을 평가하고 이를 통해 각 지자체 간의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다.

Recently interest and concern about the effectiveness of the transportation investment policy have been increasing because lots of transportation projects reflected to the National Transportation Plan are suspended or delayed during pre-feasibility study. For instance, the criticism such as overlap and deficiency in consistency in appraisal system were aroused because of the waste of budget, time and man-power etc. This is because the Korea government adopted pre-feasibility study for the purpose of efficient use of national budget, but the methodology and the appraisal contents are similar to the existing feasibility study. Also, the feasibility appraisal study was adopted in 1999 for the purpose of establishing efficient transport networks but the feasibility study has been substituting the function which should be conducted by feasibility-appraisal study. In this study, by reviewing the current situation and the purport of introducing these policies, the understanding of these policies could be increased. Then, the plans for improving the efficiency of transportation appraisal system are suggested in the context of strengthening the connectivity between these policies. This study is expected to play an important role in increasing the rationality, consistency and efficiency of transportation investment policies.

Since most of studies for information efficiency measurement of healthcare organizations have mainly focused on searching a measuring standard used for performance of informatization and each researchers subjective standard having been used, they can not be easily measured and objective. This study showed a possibility that efficiency measurement of healthcare organization can be performed by solving a problem related to objectiveness, which may occur in measuring many organization with many measuring items, with DEA (data envelopment analysis). For proving this possibility, efficiency evaluation and analysis for information resources utilization of domestic tertiary healthcare organizations have been performed by using DEA model. As a result, DMU (decision making unit) having efficiency rate of 1 will be evaluated that output is higher than input and information resources are being used efficiently, but on the other hand, DMU having efficiency rate of below 1 will be evaluated that output is lower than input and information resources are being used inefficiently, which is required to be improved.

This paper provides a model which is used for SOA based system's quality evaluation. This model make evaluation with "Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Usability and Maintainability", these five aspects which were reference from ISO/IEC 9126. A systems based on SOA was tested by this model in these five aspects. As the results of the evaluation this system satisfied 61.45% users including Service Requester and Service Registry.

The Fingerprint recognition system is a system which identify the user's identify by verifying user's fingerprint and prepared data. The performance of fingerprint recognition system is dependent on 'fingerprint recognition time' and 'fingerprint recognition accuracy' and so on. In this paper, we developed a evaluation model about efficiency based on ISO quality evaluation standard for evaluating of quality level of fingerprint recognition system. We expect to contribute to construct and use of evaluation criteria based on quality evaluation standard by this study.

가상학습 시스템에서의 효율적인 평가를 위해 문제 출제 방법 및 문제의 난이도 재조정에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 온라인상에서의 학습은 학습자 스스로 자신의 학업 성취도에 대한 올바른 진단을 함으로써 다음의 학습 진도 및 방향을 스스로 판단해야 하기 때문에 평가 방법 및 평가 문제가 무엇보다 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 문제 은행에 문제를 등록하는 시점에서 출제자의 주관적인 판단에 의해 부여되는 문제 난이도의 객관성 입증과 학습자의 학업 성취도를 출제 문제에 반영하는 방법으로서 평가 결과에 따른 문제의 난이도 재조정으로 인한 출제 문제의 신뢰성이 아주 중요한 문제라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 초기 문제 난이도에 대한 객관성을 최대한 높임과 동시에 보다 실질적인 평가를 위한 문제 출제 방법과 보다 신뢰할 수 있는 학업 성취도를 출제 문제에 반영하는 난이도 재조정 방법을 적용함으로써 보다 효율적이고 객관적으로 문제은행의 문제를 관리할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

신의약품의 생식독성 평가를 위해서는 타독성시험의 경우와 마찬가지로 NOEL (no observed effect level) 의 범위를 확립하는 일이 매우 중요한데, 이것은 정상치(control values), 자연발생소견 (spontaneous findings)등과 비교함으로서 가능하다. SPF 동물을 이용한 독성실험은 선진국에 비해 역사가 짧을 뿐만 아니라 아직 풍부한 기초자료가 확립되지 않아 외국의 자료들을 인용하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 랫트를 이용한 최기형 시험결과의 효율적인 평가를 위해 생식독성 검사항목의 기초 데이타를 확립하였다. 이를 위해 화학연구소 실험동물육종실에서 입수한 SPF: Sprague- Dawley 랫트를 이용해 1989년부터 1991년까지 실시한 생식독성 시험의 대조준 데이타 (체중, 사료소비량, 장기중량, 제왕절개성적, 외표, 내부장기 및 골격검사성적, 자연분만군 시험성적 등)를 분석하였다. 요늑의 발현율, 견인력 시험결과 및 피모발생 일평이 외국의 타 연구기판 데이타와 다소 차이를 나타냈을 뿐 기타 항목들은 거의 일치하는 정상치를 보였다. 아울러 기형, 변이, 골화지연 등으로 구분되는 골격소견의 합리적인 평가를 위해 랫트 골격소견 평가기준을 정했고 최기형 시험에서 얻어지는 데이터의 통계처리 방법을 보완, 체계화하였다. 본 연구결과는 Sprague-Dawley 계통 랫트외 생물학적 정외는 물론 효율적인 생식독성 평가를 위한 소중한 기초 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

국내에서 석회석 산업은 대규모의 시장이 형성되어 있는 국가적 기간산업이고, 석회석의 부존자원으로서의 잠재성도 크다는 것은 주지의 사실이다 그러나 값싼 소재자원으로서 대규모 개발 및 수요 특성을 가졌던 종래의 석회석 산업에서는, 품위 및 품질 개념의 인식이나 구분도 없이 단순히 화학분석 자료에만 의존하여 개발과 가공이 이루어질 수 밖에 없었다. 최근에 대두되는 환경문제와 생산원가의 상승으로 인해서 국내 석회석 산업계에는 국내 석회석 자원의 효율적 개발과 부가가치의 증진이 절실히 요구되는 상황이다. 이를 위해서는 종래의 화학분석치 일변도의 석회석 평가방식을 지양하고, 보다 합리적인 응용광물학적 광석평가 방식이 적용되어야 할 것이다. 석회석의 광물상, 광물조성 및 광물특성을 그 용도별로의 품위 및 품질 개념을 적용해서 평가함으로써, 우리의 소중한 자연의 기반물질이자 부존자원인 국내산 석회석을 효율적으로 개발 및 가공하는 지혜가 필요할 것으로 여겨진다. 이에 따라 석회석에 대한 새로운 관점에서의 평가 개념을 국내산 주요 고품위 석회석을 대상으로 논의하였다. 또한 이를 토대로 국내산 석회석의 효율적 개발과 부가가치 제고를 위한 새로운 광물특성 평가방안을 제시하였다.
