This study was conducted to understand the current status associated with challenging behaviors of adults with developmental disabilities and review the perception of workers at lifelong education centers for the developmentally disabled. To that end, a survey and a focus group interview were conducted. The findings were as follows. First, 85.4% of people working at lifelong education centers for the developmentally disabled had experienced injury in the past year due to challenging behaviors, and those who experience injuries responded that they suffered burnout, psychological trauma, and considered changing jobs. Second, in terms of preemptive response by the organization to address challenging behaviors, 'securing individual space' and 'preemptive identification of causes of challenging behaviors' ranked the highest, with 87.5% of the respondents giving this answer, respectively. For follow-up measures, 81.3% of organizations answered that they hold meetings on individual cases and provide supervision. Third, in terms of suggestions for ways to address challenging behaviors, establishment of an organization-wide system and cooperation with related organizations were cited as needed.

2001년 9월 11일 2대의 점보기에 의해 미국 경제 중심의 상징인 세계무역센터가 붕괴되었다. 소설 속에서나 나옴직한 방법을 사용하여 최강국의 심장 한복판에 뛰어 들어 전 세계를 흥분과 공포의 도가니로 빠져들게 하였다. 이 사건으로 말미암아 세계 경제는 극도로 악화되었으며 곧 뒤따른 전쟁으로 한치 앞을 내다보기가 힘든 상황이었다. 다행스럽게 지금은 전쟁이 마무리되어 가고 있으며 세계 경제도 세계무역센터 붕괴의 영향을 조금씩 벗어나며 회복의 기미를 보이고 있다.(중략)

Stone cultural heritage will either be damaged by composite damage or will lose its original historical authenticity starting with the moment it is created. Various artificial interventions to restore them to their original state have been described, centering on the conservation treatment case of the Stupa of State Preceptor Jigwang from the Wonju Beopcheonsa Temple Site. Restoration of the Jigwang stone pagoda was carried out after securing all scientific and technological means for the research and protection of the cultural heritage in question. Since its restoration was promoted to retain its aesthetic and historical value and was based on a careful understanding of the original materials and prototypes, extensive restoration was sought, which contributed to the restoration of the original form, resulting in both preservation and authenticity.

인공지능 기술을 도입한 의료분야에서 진단 및 예측을 위한 관련 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 특히, 인공지능 기술 적용에 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 의료영상기반 질환 진단 및 예측 연구결과가 다양한 제품으로 출시되고 있다. 의료영상이 활용되는 다양한 질환 중 간 질환은 통증이 적어 조기진단이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 인공지능을 기반 간 경화증 환자의 판독을 돕기 위한 웹 서비스기반 시스템을 구축하고 진단결과를 보인다. 이를 위해 웹서비스 프로세스를 보이고 각 프로세스의 구동 화면과 최종 결과화면을 보인다. 제안한 서비스를 통해 간 경화증을 조기에 진단하고, 빠른 치료를 통해 환자의 회복에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

As environmental impacts on business management rapidly rise, the importance of resilience has been emphasized ever. Resilience can be defined as the capability to quickly return to daily operational levels after external shocks. Thus, we suggest and empirically verify a conceptual model using enterprise-level resilience in knowledge management. Based on previous studies, sub-components of resilience have been distinguished into R4(i.e., Robustness, Redundancy, Resourcefulness, and Rapidity) and the internal and external knowledge management activities of companies have been identified as prior factors. Considering resilience as mediating variables, firms' knowledge management activities are assumed to affect a firms' performance. We collected data with the structured survey which had been developed from the stepwise approach to verify the structural model that leads to knowledge management activities, resilience, and performance. In further research, we request exploratory research on independent variables that can increase the firms' resilience and on dependent variables that would be influenced by the enterprise-level resilience.

2분기 DB산업 기업경기가 완만한 회복세를 보일 것으로 전망됐다. 한국데이터베이스진흥센터(KDPC)가 최근 발표한 2분기 DB산 업 기업경기(BSI) 조사결과에 따르면 DB BSI 실적은 지난해 3분기를 최저점으로 확연히 상승세(2003년 3분기 39 → 2003년 4 분기 46 → 2004년 1분기 80)로 돌아섰으며, 2분기 전망 또한 1분기에 이어 평년수준(100)를 넘어설(119) 것으로 전망했다.

This study is a similar experimental study using parallax design before and after the non-equality control group conducted to investigate the effects of the Mental health guardian program for mentally disabled people on the awareness of rights, empowerment, and resilience of mentally disabled people. The mentally handicapped persons who participated in the mental health guardian program were significantly higher in the awareness of the rights of the handicapped compared to the mentally handicapped persons who did not participate. In terms of empowerment, there was no significant difference between the two groups. In terms of resilience, the experimental group significantly increased compared to the control group. Among the sub-areas of resilience, excluding spirituality, difficulty overcoming, self-competence, learning and self-financing, basic functions, overall life satisfaction, new potential, advocacy and fullness all significantly increased. It has been shown to be effective in increasing the resilience of the disabled. In this study, the reason why mental health guardian program is effective for awareness of rights and resilience is not a one-way education, but a participatory curriculum in which a person with mental disabilities who participated in the education finds and corrects the wrong news and creates a card news again. It seems to be because it did. As a result of this study, it seems that the mental health guardian program has contributed to enhancing the recognition of the rights of the mentally impaired and enhancing resilience.
