This paper dealt with composition of current stable negatil'e resistance circuit based on Beam resistance of the tube SAMUEL SEBLY suggested. Beam resistance which is decreased by input current increment on definite region of current, accompanied generation of equivalent e. m. f on model circuit. With equivalent e. m. f there appeared increased current on circuit but decrease of terminal voltage. Bloc constructed by above concept induced transistorized circuit which have NPN and a PNP Transistor. Circuit operation predicted and calculated values of negative resistance are coincident with experimental results. A Circuit proposed on this paper sllowed good linearity on Ve-Ji characteristics.

본 논문에서는 인식코드를 전송할 수 있는 modulator 뿐만 아니라 Reader system으로부터 코드 전송제어 명령어를 수신할 수 있고 향후 EEPROM과 더불어 인식코드를 수정할 수 있는 RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) Transponder 칩 설계에 관한 내용을 다룬다. RFID칩은 배터리를 사용하지 않고 명령어와 함께 형성되는 Field로부터 전원을 생성하고 동시에 코드를 제공하는 Full-Duplex 구조로 설계하였다. Transponder IC는 power-generation 회로, clock generation 회로, digital block, modulator, overvoltage protection 회로로 구성된다. 설계된 칩은 저전력 회로를 적용하여 원거리 transponder칩을 구현할 수 있도록 하였다. 설계된 회로는 $0.6{\mu}m$ 현대 CMOS 공정으로 레이아웃 하였으며 제작중에 있다.

In this paper, we propose a new data coding method and its circuits for minimizing data transition in text image. The proposed circuits can solve the synchronization problem between input data and output data in the modified LVDS algorithm. And the proposed algorithm is allowed to transmit two data signals through additional serial data coding method in order to minimize the data transition in text image and can reduce the operating frequency to a half. Thus, we can solve EMI(Electro-Magnetic Interface) problem and reduce the power consumption. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm and circuits can provide an enhanced data transition minimization in text image and solve the synchronization problem between input data and output data.

A modification of ECAP compiling program for electronic circuit analysis is attempted in order to permit the global input of the parameters of each bipolar transistor in one card. A considerable machine time reduction is achieved as the new system permits the treatment of three cards concerning base branch, collectior branch and transfer characteristics in one, thus avoiding the necessity of calling several subroutines to confirm the idenfity of branches and their relations. It also permits one to make the data cards (descriving the circuit) without transforming the circuit into the otherwise necressary equivalent circuit.

GenJTAG implemented in this paper is an automatic web-based boundary scan circuit generator. GenJTAG supports all the public instructions for the boundary scan technique, and also private instructions for other DFT techniques to be applied. Users can easily edit the generated boundary scan circuit code because it is described in behavioral level with the Verilog-HDL. GenJTAG has another advantage that any one can generate the boundary scan circuit by simply accessing to the web site.

본 논문은 복잡 적응 시스템의 분석 및 모델링을 위해, 인공생명의 기본 패러다임인 셀룰라 오토마타를 선택하여, 무정형의 구조를 가지며 투명한 자료 전파 특성을 갖는 셀룰라 신경 회로망의 설계하고 개발하는데 중점을 두었다. 우선, 신경 회로망의 불규칙한 구조를 발생학적으로 다루어 무정형의 은닉층을 생성하고, 다윈의 진화론을 적용하여 구조적 진화 및 선택을 통해 최적화된 신경 회로망을 설계하였다. 주변 셀의 상태를 감지하여 자신의 상태를 수정해나가는 방식의 셀룰라 오토마타의 투명한 신호 전파 모델로 자료 및 오차의 역전파에 적용하도록 고안하였고, 라마르크의 용불용설을 활용한 오차의역전파 학습 알고리즘을 유도하였다. 이러한 복잡 적응계의 학습 과정을 유도하여 시뮬레이션에서 그 타당성을 입증하였다. 시뮬레이션에서는 신경 회로망의 XOR 문제와 다중 입력 다중 출력 함수에 대한 근사화 문제를 풀었다.

This paper describes a charge sharing capacitive-sensing circuit technique that improves the quality of images captured with fingerprint sensor LSIs. When the finger is dry, the electrical resistance of a finger surface is high. It leads to poor image quality. To capture clear images even when the finger is dry, the modified capacitive detection circuit improves the image quality using an enhancement plate at the finger surface and a voltage control circuit. The test circuit is analyzed on $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS process.

본 논문에서는 10 GHz 이하에서 하나의 입력과 다수의 출력을 가지는 [10]에서 제시한 Taper형의 평면구조의 전력 분배/결합기의 구조를 수정하여 출력단의 폭이 다시 좁아지는 구조를 제안한다. 입력 정합 그리고 각 출력 단에서 출력 신호의 균형과 위상의 선형성을 위해 회로의 중앙에 하나의 원을 에칭 제거한 구조를 채택하여 2 GHz에서 개발한 전력 분배/결합구조를 [10]의 구조와 반사특성과 위상특성을 비교 분석하였다.
