In this paper, we introduce a Y/T(Yard Tractor) Multi-Cycle System on the basis of RTLS that improves a low efficient loading and unloading. In the proposed approach, we apply the best suited algorithm looking for seeking of the optimum path and the shortest movement distance. In this paper, Our experiment results show that rate of a driving distance is reduced more than 12% compared to the average value, and that is reduced more than 23% compared to the maximum value.

Over the years, most pavement designs based on soil strength and permanent strain are almost independent of soil elasticity. However, it was found that plasticity and elasticity of soil have both effected on the failure of pavement structures. The elasticity of soil, hence, using the resilient modulus is reflected for recent pavement design. Although the current AASHTO specifications(1986) for pavement design had changed the soil support value to the resilient modulus, triaxial devices conducting the resilient modulus test have not been fully equipped in a great majority of laboratories. Thus, in the present work, such a resilient modulus is usually derived(from CBR, K values, etc.) by estimating equations. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the resilient modulus of weathered granite soils sampled from 4 points of the central region of Korea by means of AASHTO T 274-82. According to this, some empirical equations for predicting that of the weathered granite soil are proposed and then, the relationship to convert CBR into the resilient modulus is developed.

The ration of payload to weight of industrial robot amounts form 1:10 to 1:30. Compared with man who have a ration of 3:1, it is very low. One of the goals for the next generation of robots will be a ration. This might be possible only by developing lightweight robots. When two-link flexible arm is rotated about an joint axis, transverse vibration may occur. In this paper, vibration dynamics of flexible arm is modeled by using Bernoulli-Euler beam theory and Lagrange equation. Using the fact that matrix $\dot{D}-2C$ is skew symmetric, new controllers which have a simplified structure with less computational burden is proposed by using Lyapunov stability theory. We propose deterministic and adaptive control laws for two link flexible arm, and the validity of the proposed control scheme is shown in computer simulation for two-link flexible arm.

1. 전국의 산림은 산림개발의 유행에 따라 마음과 같이 3개권역으로 구분한다. 가. 용재림 개발권 주요산맥을 연하는 오지대(奧地帶) 나. 풍치림 개발권 고속도변(좌우 4km범위) 도시주변 공원지구, 기타 토지대 다. 농용림 개발권 전 가, 나 속에 속하지 않는 야산지대 2. 3대 개발권별로 우선 개발할 지역을 연차적으로 지정한다. 3. 개발지역을 지정시는 미리 산림의 용도를 구분하여 시정 고시한다. 4 개발지역내의 산주는 개발우도에 따라 개발의무를 진다. 5. 산주가 개발의무 불이행시는 대집행(代執行)으로 개발을 수행한다. 6. 대집행(代執行)은 가. 산림개발공단 나. 산림 경영을 하고 있는 능력있는 개인 또는 법인 다. 산림조합(산련, 산림포함)으로 하며, 산림청장이 지정한다. 13. 개발지역 내에서의 확정된 개발계획은 기존영림 계획에 우선한다. 14. 개발지역 내에서의 개발사업 수속절차는 이 법으로 일원화 한다. 7. 산주가 대집행자에 대하여 비용변상이 없는 한 이 양자간에는 수익(收益) 분배를 하여야 하며, 본계약의 장기 보장을 위하여 저당권 설정을 한다. 8. 산림개발의 중추적 대집행자인 동시에 경영자로서 시범적이며, 집단적인 산림개발과 임도시설 관리를 전담하는 산림개발 공단을 설립한다. 9. 장기처리와 융자지원을 위하여 산림개발 자금을 200억원 한도로 설치하고 이의 관리 운영을 전담할 산림개발 금고를 별도 법율로서 설립한다. 10. 산림개발 기금은 다음 재원으로 조성한다. 가. 국유임야 관리 특별회계의 잉여금 나. 임목의 벌채자 및 원목 수입이용 가공 판매자에 과하는 기금부담금 다. 매년 정부 예산에서 정하는 재원 11. 개발지역내에서는 취득세, 소득세, 등록세, 상속세, 양여세, 기타 공과금의 감면등 세제상의 특전을 부여한다. 12. 개발지역내에서의 산림도벌 무허가벌채등 산림 사범은 가중 처벌한다.

Various decipherment technologies, including manual rubbing, have been continuously applied to the Goguryeo Stele in Chungju. However, an official document for advanced decipherment is required as there remain characters to be deciphered. This study focuses on interdisciplinary digital decipherment using digital visualization results based on reflectance transformation imaging and three-dimensional scanning. On that basis, the joint decipherment document in 2019 is classified into eight types according to character changes from 1979 to 2000, and decipherment achievements are discussed. Important outcomes of the joint decipherment document include a new interpretation of four existing characters and the identification of 28 new characters. Additionally, 68 characters on the front face and 20 on the left face, which are listed differently in previous decipherment documents, are determined to be a single character through a consensus process. Compared to the previous decipherment document, the "decision" character is increased by a total of 89 characters (22.6%), and the "different opinion" character is decreased by 126 characters (32.0%). Thus, this digital decipherment greatly contributes to the reexamination of the Goguryeo Stele in Chungju and complements the previous decipherment document through reflectance transformation imaging and three-dimensional scanning. However, continuous research is necessary to enhance decipherment rates, since 123 characters (31.3%) are yet to receive decipherment. In the future, decipherment advancement regarding the Goguryeo Stele in Chungju should be based on convergence research between the humanities and science. Furthermore, it seems that researchers must make constant efforts to apply new imaging analysis technology and to develop customized technology for decipherment.

최근 OIE(국제수역사무국)가 미국, 캐나다에 광우병 위험을 통제할 수 있는 국가의 등급(2등급 : 30개월령이 지난 소의 광우병 위험물질 및 머리뼈.등뼈 등에서 단순 분리한 살코기는 교역불가)을 내렸다. OIE는 오는 5월(프랑스 파리) 이를 최종 확정할 예정으로, 이 같은 OIE 질병위원회의 분류결과를 업은 미국은 더욱 거세게 쇠고기 시장의 전면개방을 요구할 것으로 예상된다. OIE 총회 이후 우리나라와 별도의 협상을 하지 않겠다는 미국의 입장에 우리나라로서는 별도의 검역기준을 마련할 예정이라지만 근본적 대책으로서는 요원하기만 하다. 이 같은 상황을 계기로 월간낙농육우는 국내축산물 유통동향 외에도 미국 및 세계 육류시장의 동향과 전망을 소개할 예정이니, 많은 관심을 바란다.

본 논문에서는 급부상하고 있는 가상현실 기술에서의 저작권 보호를 위해 VR영상을 타겟으로 하는 워터마킹 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 VR영상의 합성에 널리 사용되는 SIFT 알고리즘을 통해 조건에 만족하는 점을 찾고, 그 점을 중심으로 한 주변 영역에 이산 웨이블릿 변환을 수행하여 워터마크를 삽입하는 방법이다. 또한 추출할 때에는 기존에 삽입한 워터마크와의 NCC값을 비교하여 일정 임계값 이상의 데이터들을 추출하고, 통계적 방법으로 최종 워터마크를 확정하게 된다. 이에 대해 가우시안 필터. 가우시안 노이즈, Sharpening, 회전변환, JPEG 압축 등의 공격을 가하고, 공격 후 추출되는 워터마크의 NCC, BER 값을 비교하여 워터마크의 강인성(robustness)을 확인한다.

2004년 4월 1일. 단군이래 최대의 국책사업인 한국고속철도 KTX(Korea Train eXpress)가 지난 12년의 산고 끝에 경부ㆍ호남 동시 개통되어 최고속도 300km/h로 영업을 하게 되는 날이다. 1989년 5월 서울∼부산간 경부고속복선전철을 1998년에 완공하는 것으로 계획을 수립하고 철도청에 고속전철 기획실을 설치한 이래 1992년 3월 건설전담 조직인 한국고속철도건설공단이 별도로 설립되어 1992년 6월 대전∼천안간 시험선 건설의 첫 삽을 뜬지 12년의 세월이 지나 총 사업비 18조4,358억원 중 1단계 12조7,377억원이 투입되었고 221.1km의 고속신선이 시흥∼대전 조차장, 옥천∼신동구간에 건설되었다. 또한 고양기지∼시흥, 대전 및 대구 연결선, 대구∼부산간 기존선이 전철화되었고, 1999년 12월 확정한 호남선 복선 전철화계획에 의해 서대전∼목포 구간이 총사업비 8,994억원이 투입되어 전철화 됨으로써 동서화합차원에서 2004년 4월 1일 서울∼부산, 서울∼목포간 동시 개통되게 되는 것이다. 중소기업청은 지난 해 12월 30일 '중소기업자간 경쟁제품 지정내역 및 공사용 자재 직접구매 대상품목'을 개정하고 올해 1월 1일부터 3년(2018.12.31)간 적용에 들어갔다. 개정된 공사용 자재 직접구매 대상품목 중 그동안 대한기계설비건설협회(회장 이상일)가 지정 제외를 위해 총력을 기울였던 고무발포단열재가 기존 공사용자재 직접구매 대상품목 중에서 유일하게 제외됐다. 새로 개정된 공사용 자재 직접구매 대상품목은 고무발포단열재, 애자, 공기살균기, 플라스틱포대 등 4개 품목이 빠지고 신규 지정을 신청한 12개 품목 중 8개(커튼, 차양, 볼라드, 잡석, 데이터 포트장치, 디지털영상 정보 안내시스템, 막구조물, 포설형 탄성 포장재)만 채택돼 총 127개 품목으로 확정됐다. 고무발포단열재가 공사용 자재 직접구매 대상품목에서 제외됨으로써 앞으로 기계설비건설업계의 매출 신장과 생산성 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대되고 있다.
