The Relationship Characteristics and Cooperation between Wholesalers and Small and Medium Pharmacy Stores in Medical Supplies Channel (의약품 도매상과 약국간 관계특성과 협력에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, there is increasing interest in strengthening wholesaler functions and building cooperative relationships between wholesalers and small and medium pharmacy stores in medical supplies channel. Building cooperative relationships between wholesalers and small and medium pharmacy stores is a prior condition to normalize and modernize medical supplies channel. This study tries to understand relationship characteristics and examines the relationships between relationship characteristics and cooperation in medical supplies channel. Drawing from the previous studies, this article identifies relationalisrn, reward power, trust, and dependency as the relationship characteristics and empirically investigates their relationships. The study results confirm that relationship characteristics have significant effects on cooperation and satisfaction. Also cooperation influences satisfaction. Based on these study results, various plans to build cooperative relationships between wholesalers and small and medium pharmacy stores are suggested.

  • This study aims to define the positive relationship among reverse logistics capability, firm's profits, and collaboration satisfaction. In the previous literatures about reverse logistics mainly focus on the importance of relationship between manufacturers and customers, but less likely on the potential positive effects of between collative firms. To implicate reverse logistics gives firms assets recovery, cost reduction through recycling which affects greater profits. Reverse logistics capability would be positively related with increasing profits for collaboration and satisfaction between partners.

대학행정의 노력 및 신뢰가 산학협력장애에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 산학협력의 관계를 통해 발생하는 장애를 파악하고 이를 극복할 수 있는 요인을 대학행정의 노력과 신뢰에서 찾아본다. 기존 산학협력의 연구에서, 산학간의 관계는 경로의존성에 의해 지속적인 상호작용과 지식의 흡수역량을 키움으로써, 양자간 협력에 대한 누적된 경험과 다양한 채널의 폭을 가진다. 하지만 상호간 인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽과 같은 산학협력의 장애는 필연적으로 발생한다. 이러한 장애를 극복해야만 좀 더 효과적인 성과를 유도하고, 지속적인 산학협력의 관계가 유지될 수 있을 것이다. 연구결과, 대학행정의 노력수준과 산학간의 신뢰가 높을수록 산학협력 장애요인인 상호인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 산학협력장애를 극복할 수 있는 이 두 가지 요인의 수준을 높이기 위한 산학연관 주체의 관심과 실행 및 제도적 뒷받침이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

A Study on the Impact of Empathy and Creative Personality of a Counselor on the Working Alliance (상담자의 공감과 창의적 인성이 상담협력관계에 미치는 영향)

  • The study focused on how the end result of working alliance is affected by empathy on each group and creative personality of the counselor on their counsel. In order to do so, the level of working alliance, empathy, and creativeness of the counselor are evaluated on the survey. And the survey and analysis are performed by two different groups; counselors and clients, among 88 pairs of people who had counseled at least more than three times. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, it has been found that empathy with each group and creative personality of a counselor is partially significantly correlated with the level of working alliance according to the result from both groups. Second, the consequence of evaluation the empathy of counselor has bigger impact on working alliance in group of counselors. But on working alliance has been affected by empathy for both clients and counselors and creative personality in group of clients. Last of all, level of working alliance has a significant correlation with years of experience and professionalism in group of counselors. However, there was a partially significant correlation between working alliance and professionalism in group of clients.

협력관계(協力關係) 구축(構築)에 있어서의 신뢰(信賴)의 역할(役割) : 남북한(南北韓) 관계(關係)를 중심으로

  • 이 논문에서는 남북한 관계를 중심으로 분쟁해소와 협력관계 구축에 있어서 신뢰(信賴)가 할 수 있는 역할(役割)에 대해 검토해 보았다. 이 논문의 모델은 Kreps-Wilson(1982)의 신규진입 게임을 협력관계 구축이라는 새로운 상황에 맞게 변환시킨 순차적 게임모델로서 유한반복(有限反復) 게임구도와 비대칭적(非對稱的) 정보소유(情報所有)를 그 근간으로 한다. 북한이 남한정부가 진보적이라고 믿는 확률을 남한에 대한 '신뢰(信賴)'라고 정의할 때, 신뢰는 크게 나누어 다음과 같은 역할을 한다. 북한이 남한에 대해 작은 규모의 신뢰감만 가지고 있어도 피의자(被疑者)의 딜레마 (Prisoner's Dilemma) 상황을 피할 수 있으며 상당한 기간동안 남북협력관계(南北協力關係)가 지속될 수 있다. 왜냐하면 보수적 성향의 남한정부도 북한이 개혁정책을 추진할 때 대북(對北) 압박정책 대신 포용정책(包容政策)을 통해 얻을 수 있는 수익이 적지 않은 점을 고려하여 상당기간동안 포용정책을 선택할 동기가 있기 때문이다. 하지만 이와 같이 자신의 성향을 은폐하는 위장행동의 가능성이 높은 동안 신뢰(信賴)는 쉽게 증진되지 않는다. 다만 남북한이 협력을 통해 실질적인 수익을 얻을 수 있을 뿐이다. 남북협력관계를 구축하기 위해 남한이 할 수 있는 일은 정책대응에 소요되는 시간을 줄이는 한편, 개혁정책을 통해 북한이 얻을 수 있는 기대수익(期待收益)을 늘리고 남한에 배신당할 경우 입는 피해를 줄여주는 것이다. 특히 장기적인 관점에서 북한의 기대수익을 점진적으로 늘려 '신뢰도(信賴度)가 넘어야 할 문턱'을 낮추는 것이 효과적인 정책이다. 따라서 남북관계를 진전시키기 위해서는 북한의 지속적인 개혁을 조건으로 북한의 기대수익이 점진적으로 증가하는 KEDO식의 장기적 경협사업(經協事業)을 고안하여 추진해야 한다. 이에 반해 인도주의적 명분하에 일과성의 식량지원을 북한에 제공하는 것은 북한의 구조적(構造的) 경제난(經濟難) 해소나 남북관계의 지속적 진전에 별 도움이 안되는 정책이다. 북한은 북한 나름대로 남한을 한번 믿어볼 필요가 있다. 왜냐하면 상대방에 대한 불신(不信)은 결국 협력관계가 유지될 수 있는 기간을 감축시켜 비효율적인 결과를 초래하기 때문이다.

  • This paper aims at suggesting realistic plans to vitalize the cooperative structures between hospitals by confirming effects and improvements in the cooperative relationships, as well as by identifying the current status and circumstance in the cooperative relationships between a university hospital and hospitals. The major results of this study are as follows; The cooperative relationships are mainly concluded under the highest opinion on the degree of perception and the brand value for hospitals. For details on their cooperation, the request and return on diagnosis and examination for patients were shown with the highest response. The emergency circumstances were the highest for reasons of requests on patients, and the completed cases for the necessary diagnosis and examination for reasons of return on patients were the most cases among details on their cooperation, whereas their satisfaction showed an ordinary level. Regarding the effects of cooperative relationships, responses to the increase of external image and to the possibility of effective diagnosis and examination for patients with higher risk showed an ordinary level, but other effects in the general fields showed lower levels.

  • Labor-management relations are essential to corporation to secure competitiveness and a continuous development. However it is difficult to establish labor-management relations. This study focuses on the effect of cooperative industrial relations in trust and commitment of organization and labor union through 300people of 12 companies who belong to the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions. As a result of the study, cooperative industrial relations have a positive effect on the trust in organization and labor-management. Furthermore, the trusts of both organization and labor-management relations have a positive effect toward its commitment. This research result is an important factor to change a strategy of the labor union which cannot break out original roles. The cooperative industrial relations are also necessary for organization.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide academic and practical implications through empirical analysis on the moderating role of SHRM that is relatively lacking in the relationship between CLMRC and performance. In order to achieve the research purpose, data were collected from 123 CEOs of Korean companies. The reliability and validity of the collected data were examined and the hypothesis was verified by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study show that CLMRC has a meaningful positive(+) effect on both net profit and sales per person, and SHRM has shown to have a moderating effects between CLMRC and sales per person, CLMRC and net profit. Through this analyzes, CLMRC can enhance the management performance, and in this process, the more strategic the human resource management(HRM) is, the more the impact on the management performance is strengthened. Implications for CLMRC and SHRM, limitations of the study and suggestions for future researches are discussed.

An Empirical Study on the Types of Cooperation Relationship between Exporting Firms and Logistics Firms (수출기업과 물류기업의 협력유형에 관한 실증연구)

  • This research attempts to classify the types of cooperation relationship between exporting firms and logistics firms from the more objective point of view. In order to fulfill the purpose of the research, the research figures out variables influencing the types of relationship and implement a cluster analysis and t-test. The results of this research are as follows. It shows that a variety of relations exist in exporting firms and logistics firms that differently take an effect on logistics output of exporting firms. Exporting firms, building active and comprehensive relations with their logistic firms, have achieved a better foreign logistics performance than exporting firms have not. In conclusion, as a result of conducting cluster analysis based on variables representing the relationships of firms, there is a meaningful difference in the types of performance and cooperation.
