The operating regulations of the undergraduate co-op amended and announced on July 6, 2021 aim to enhance the quality of co-op and improve student rights through the standardized operation. However, among the revisions, 75% of the minimum wage and up to 25% of job training are acting as great difficulties in corporate participation in the co-op. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the concept of the co-op and the main contents of the revision of the Ministry of Education's operating regulations, and to examine companies' perceptions and responses. As a result of the study, some companies were not aware of the revision of the notice in detail. In addition, the revisions related to the training support fee was found to be the biggest concern among the corporates, and the burden of job training also existed among the corporates. Based on the research results, policy improvement directions were discussed, and the implications and limitations of this study were also suggested.

The purpose of this study was investigate the effects of role playing on empathy and communication competence of nursing students in psychiatric mental health nursing practicum. The study was designed using a nonequivalence control group design. The subject were 59(Experimental. 29, Control 30) nursing students from two different university in G city who were support to this study. The role playing conducted from February 26, 2018 to May 25, 2018. The study variables were 'empathy' and 'communication competence' surveyed by self-reported questionnaires. The score of empathy and communication competence of experimental group was significantly higher than those of control group after role playing. Based of these results, role playing for nursing students in psychiatric mental health nursing practicum was especially effective in increasing on the change of empathy and communication competence.

This study investigated the teaching practice of students attending a three-year early childhood education course in K City, Gyeonggi Province, as well as the educational environments of 72 kindergartens and child care centers where they received field training and which were located in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Incheon Metropolitan City, Bucheon, and Ilsan. After four weeks of teaching practice, those prospective teachers were surveyed for their objective opinions and current state regarding the practice guidance for students, teachers' working hours and wages, and female dominance in number among early childhood educators and heads of early childhood education institutions. Those data were collected to understand the operations of early childhood education institutions and the current teaching practice. According to the analysis results, the students of the early childhood education major said the four-week teaching practice was very helpful for them to understand the field and thus had positive receptions of it. Most of the prospective teachers felt the heaviest burden and experienced the biggest shortcomings in practical skills such as music, art, and hand play during class. They also felt a partial need for male counterparts. Those findings will help prospective teachers understand the field further before going out on the field and the teaching bodies have specific ideas about what kind of guidance is provided by kindergartens or child care centers. In addition, they will hopefully serve as basic data to form organic connections between the educational institutions and the field to produce more talented early childhood education teachers.

This study investigated the improved teaching methods which can enhance the learning effects of students in engineering education and provide students with practical abilities of field works. As the results of applying student-oriented teaching methods to students who take the course of hydraulic and pneumatic control in the department of mechanical design engineering of Dongyang technical college, student-oriented teaching method Is more effective than professor-oriented teaching methods in the aspects of motivation of learning, cultivation of imagination and creativity, and ability of solving problems. In order to successfully execute student-oriented teaching method, integrated lecture of both theory and experimental practice has been carried out in the classroom equipped with experimental facilities, and after acquiring sufficient experience through experimental practices, students looked into theoretical backgrounds based on the experimental results during the process solving the subjects which a professor suggested. The subjects should be suggested with the contents for accomplishing the goal of learning, and it is very important for a professor to play the role of helping students solve the problems by themselves, which results in improving practical ability of field works. At the end of every class, a professor has students fill up the questionnaire about the level of learning achievement, questions, and teaching method, and applying the surveying results to the next class can bring out improving the extents of students' participation of classes and concerns about the course. Since the engineering education requires a practical ability of field works, imagination, and creativity in every course, it is desirable to introduce student-oriented teaching method rather than professor-oriented teaching method.

The aim of this study was to take the field manager's opinion about the dental hygiene student's competency. Study design was cross sectional contents analysis with the in-depth interviews. Twelve subjects were randomly selected in half an hour interview. They were signed there's own autograph on the informed consents. The contents of the qualitative interviews were divided into two parts: students' competency required for the field practice and the system of the field practice. The first part consisted of the attitude of the field's practice, how well has accomplished the job, and demanded requirements for the better performance. And the other part was made up of duration of practice, the number of students per institution and other opinion. The results showed that most of them have positive conception about student's competency. They mentioned that many students have 'enthusiastic behavior and attitude in task performance' and 'progressive attitude and mind in duty'. While 'lack of interest in practice and sociality', 'the arrogant demeanor in the fields', and 'passive behavior and attitude in the interpersonal relationship' should be avoided for excellent competency. It is required for dental hygiene students to write daily practice record and clarify their reasons to choose the institution for better performance. In addition, it should be considered to make concrete evaluation items and students and field managers should have mutual responsibility.

농업마이스터는 국가 법률로 지정된 농업 분야 최고의 장인으로 재배품목에 대한 전문기술과 지식. 경영 능력. 소양 등을 갖춘 자로서 이를 후배 농업인에게 전수하고 교육·컨설팅할 수 있는 자질을 갖춘 농업인을 뜻한다. 2011년 처음 도입된 농업마이스터 제도는 2013년 마이스터 1기를 시작으로 현재까지 224명이 배출되었는데 양계마이스터는 총 7명이 활동하고 있다. 농업마이스터 지정시험은 2년마다 있는데 1차 필기시험, 2차 역량평가, 3차 현장 심사로 진행되며, 합격률은 10% 미만이다. 농업마이스터로 지정되면 농식품부와 각 지역에서 추진하는 귀농, 귀촌 및 후계농 지도자, 농업경영상담사 등 각종 교육사업에 현장실습 교수로 활동하게 된다.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects that simulation-based hands-on training, the core competence of nursing students, have on the students' nunchi problem solving ability, and resilience. The results showed that taking notice, a subordinate variable of nunchi significantly increased and problem-solving ability and its subordinate variables, problem recognition, information gathering, analytical skill, diffuse thinking, decision making, planning, execution and risk taking, evaluation, and feedback significantly increased. Also, resilience and its subordinate variables, control, positivity, and social skills significantly increased. Since these results imply that simulation-based hands-on training can strengthen the core competencies of nursing students, a foundation should be provided for the development of on-site hands-on training modules.

The purpose of this study was to develop and apply a mental simulation practice program using standardized patients for nursing students and to verify the effectiveness. This study is a single-group pre- and post-design study, and a structured questionnaire was provided to 186 nursing students at a university in J for data collection. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 27.0 program. As a result of the study, the mental simulation practice education program using standardized patients showed the subjects' communication ability (t=-2.575, p=001), learner self-efficacy (t=-2.228, p=.026) and problem-solving ability (t=-2.298, p=.017) was found to be effective. As a result of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply a simulation practice education program that creates an environment similar to the actual situation and applies various cases using the necessary resources to improve the field adaptation ability of nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to test the effects of simulation-based delivery nursing practice on proactivity of problem-solving, clinical Performance and team efficacy in nursing college students. This study conducted with a quasi-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were those who participated in the pretest-posttest survey among third graders in nursing who took a simulation-based delivery nursing practice class at S university in D city, and finally, data from 78 students who completed the survey were analyzed. Data collection was conducted from August 30, 2022 to October 28, 2022, and data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 program. The findings suggest that simulation-based delivery nursing practice had a positive effect by significantly increasing on problem-solving proactivity, clinical performance ability, and team efficacy. However, There are limitations in generalizing the study results. therefore based on a sufficient number of samples, the effects should be verified through randomized controlled pre-and post-test and, To determine whether the effects are consistent, it will be necessary to follow up in the long term.

The study developed a psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning as nursing students' field practice in psychiatric and mental nursing practice was limited due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. This is a study to evaluate the effect on communication competency, self-efficacy for group work, and learning transfer motivation through a psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning. From October 18, 2021 to December 11, 2021, 64 nursing students participated in the study using a structured Google questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and paired t-test using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the study, based on blended learning, the subjects' communication competency, self-efficacy for group work, and learning transfer motivation were significantly increased after compared to before psychiatric and mental health nursing practice education. Through the results of this study, it was possible to confirm the effect of the psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning.
