Recently The public project ordering in local autonumous entities is a tendency increasing of CM service because of the visible and affirmative effect in the CM which is advanced meanwhile. And, the CM services of project all phase excepts a planning business are performed. To develop CM must be prepared the system plans concerned with the CM application from planning phase, actuality maintenance of CM fee-estimation standard, understanding conversion of participation subjects, the specialization through certification of CM qualification, etc. But, unexpected actuality the problems occurs when the CM business is performing. The purpose of this study are to present the solution to the problems concerned with the design management, design phase VE, additional business by owner, schedule control and establish the plan to perform CM services efficiently in the public sector through analyzing the case of CM application in Susung Culture & Art Center.

The rapid development of the information technology has passed over the implementation of the virtual reality. It is realizing information services that are form of the globalization, based on the Internet. In addition, the effort to apply IT to public administration for public services has been made. The remarkable development of computer hardware has overcome the limit of the information distribution and emerged for practical use in various fields such as public institution, underground facilities management, tourism industry development etc. However, the practical use of Virtual Reality with Three-Dimensional GIS on disaster management by Korea National Emergency Management Agency is very much low. Therefore, this studies focus on how to use 3-Dimensional GIS for the purpose of fire disaster prevention. The studies also discussed, through understanding of the limitations of 2-Dimensional GIS, the establishment of basis for fire prevention technology development and its utilization among those ubiquitous city paradigms, which have become so much issues these days.

The purpose of this study is to find the development of the examination security business plan based on the problem that guards are now aware of examination security service. To achieve the purpose of this study, the interview was conducted by interviewing interviews with five field related graduates and seven field specialists who are currently engaged in the examination for more than six years. The guard who perform national examination security service proposed a development plan of national examination security services as follows. First, the security guards at the national examination must complete an education program suitable for the nature of the workplace. Second, disaster and emergency response training should be added. Third, national examination security guards should be provided with mental training, search equipment and advanced equipment. Fourth, The National Examination Security Service should be specified in the Security Law so that laws and regulations can actively respond. Fifth, the related organization (contracting party) must raise the cost of service according to reality after realizing the property. Sixth, The national security service should ensure that security guards who have completed the security guards' training will be recruited.

메타버스 서비스란 '가상', '초월' 등을 뜻하는 영어 단어 '메타(Meta)'와 우주를 뜻하는 '유니버스(Universe)'의 합성어다. 현실세계와 같은 사회.경제.문화 활동이 이루어지는 3차원의 가상세계를 의미한다. 코로나 상황 속에서 비대면 소통의 수단 중 하나로 주목받으며 업무, 친목, 각종 행사 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 2022년 신년 사업 계획에서 메타버스 단어가 들어가지 않은 곳이 없다고 한다. 그만큼 핵심 키워드로 떠오르고 있다. 즉, 메타버스는 현실을 초월한 가상의 세계로 스마트폰, 컴퓨터 등 디지털 미디어에 담긴 세계를 뜻한다. 세상은 점차 바뀌어 가고 있다. 글로벌 통계 전문 업체 스태티스타는 2021년 307억 달러(약 35조 3265억 원) 규모이던 메타버스 시장 규모가 2025년에는 약 2969억 달러(약 341조 6428억 원)까지 커질 것으로 예측하였다. 현재 시장에서 통용되고 있는 메타버스에 대한 정의는, '현실세계의 사회·경제·문화적 활동이 유사하게 실현되거나, 현실에서 제공하지 못하는 경험을 제공하는 3차원 디지털 가상공간'으로 요약된다. 2021년의 메타버스는 더 이상 상상의 영역이 아니며, 현실세계 영역으로 침투하고 있는 것이다. 현실세계와 연결되는 가상세계, 실재감을 느낄 수 있는 가상공간이 점점 현실이 되어가고 있다. 1990년대 처음으로 등장한 메타버스 개념이 2020년대에 재부상 하였는데, 과거의 메타버스보다 몰입감과 실재감 있는 경험을 제공할 수 있는 XR 기술의 결합에 대한 기대감 때문이다. 지나온 30여 년간 메타버스가 뜨거운 주목을 받게 된 이유는 기술의 발전에 있다. 초고속인터넷 5G 상용화와 더불어 6G 출현, 가상현실, 증강현실이 일상에 스며들었기 때문이다. 이러한 기술 발달은 현실세계의 물리적 객체와 가상의 객체가 상호 작용할 수 있는 혼합현실까지 발전시키는 촉매제가 되었다. 여기에 지난 2년 동안 전 세계를 강타한 코로나19로 인해 비대면, 온라인 서비스가 확산되면서 메타버스는 개념이 아닌, 우리 일상의 한 부분으로 인정받게 되었다. 현재 우리 사회는 과거에는 불가능하다고 생각했던 사회적 거리두기, 재택근무, 온라인 수업 등을 진행하면서 이렇게도 사회가 돌아갈 수 있다는 것을 점차 느껴가고 있다. 더불어 현재 코로나로 인해 멀게만 느껴졌던 메타버스 세계를 반강제적으로 경험하고 있기도 하다. 이처럼 본 고에서는 최근에 나타난 메타버스를 이해하고 방송미디어(계)와 접목된 유형과 기술적, 서비스 사례를 파악하고, 주요 기업들의 추진 방향, 주요 시사점 및 결론으로 도출해보았다.

Concentration about value of invisible asset has increased in the condition of rapid business circumstance change. As one of these concentration, many company adopted knowledge management, and construction industry also tried to adopt knowledge management. However, it is difficult for construction company to get expected effects because of knowledge management system in no relation with business process. To solve this problems, this study adopted BPM that has many functions, such as business process design, operation, monitoring, sustainable improvement, to knowledge classification structure.

This study presents two dimensional views of IT-use behaviors. It examines public employee's IT-use behavior as manifested in two ways: acceptance on IT, utilization on IT. This study investigates levels of employee's the acceptance and utilization on IT in the Korean Central Government(ministry and agency) and analyses factors affecting public employee's the acceptance and utilization on task-related IT in the public sector. This study tries to examine the variables affecting the acceptance and utilization on IT; especially, the influences of such variables as leadership, task-related communication with people, task motivation, IT usability and ease of uses, task understanding in the context of Korean Central Government. Based on a questionnaire survey in Korean Central Government(8 ministries, 5 agencies) that have implemented Government Knowledge Management System(GKMS), 311 valid instruments were received and analyzed using various statistics and structural equation model(SEM). And this study will adopt try to delineate pre and intervening conditions for public employee's the acceptance and utilization. According to the results of interviews and SEM analysis suggests that the influence of task-understanding, organizational communication, IS usability were statistically significant in the acceptance and utilization on IT. And it is also hoped that the path-analytic model suggested in this study helps reveal the causal chains between the acceptance and the utilization. Especially, task-understanding proves to be important in encouraging public employee's the acceptance and utilization. This result illustrates why task-understanding people are the key to utilize the task-related IT in public organization.

The purpose of this study is to explore the development methods of private security services based on the problems that field experts in charge of event security are currently aware of. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we conducted interviews with 4 professors in relevant fields and 6 field experts with more than 10 years experience and analyzed the data. They suggested the development of private security services as follows. First, education that is related to event security work is necessary. Second, training should be conducted in response to audience and audience complaints. Third, service-related training is required. Fourth, in the Security Law, the provisions of the collective complaints field should be adjusted to the reality. Fifth, improving poor working conditions. Sixth, it is necessary to educate to develop responsibility and sense of mission.

정보 시스템 대한 유지 보수 문제는 소프트웨어 유지 보수 분야에서 지속적으로 존재하는 문제 중의 하나이며, 특히 이러한 정보 시스템들이 아주 오래 전에 COBOL이나 계측형 데이터베이스와 같은 기술을 바탕으로 개발되었음에도 불구하고 대부분의 조직에서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 이들 정보 시스템에 대한 효율적이고, 신속한 유지 보수는 조직에 있어 매우 중요한 업무임에도 불구하고, 대부분의 조직에서 이를 제대로 수행하고 있지 못하다. 체계적이고 효과적인 정보 시스템에 대한 유지 보수업무 수행을 위해 본 연구에서는 과거 유지 보수 사례를 이용하여 사례 지식을 축적할 수 있는 유지보수 사례의표현 방법 및 유사성 평가 방법과 이를 바탕으로 새로운 유지보수 요구에 적합한 과거 사례와 유지보수 대상 코드를 제안해 주는 사례 기반 유지 보수 대상 인식 방법론을 제시하였다. 이들 제안된 방법들의 타당성과 성과는 한국전력의 실제 정보 시스템을 대상으로 검증되었으며, 현장 업무에 적용되고 있다.

이 글은 광도대학부속도서관의 석교민생씨가 ‘현대의도서관’ 1980년 3월호에 ‘대학도서관에 있어서 Reference Service의 장래’이라고 제목하여 게재한 것을 번역한 것이다. 참고업무란 영어로 Reference Work 또는 Reference Service에 대한 역어(엄격한 의미로서는 차이가 있음)로서 도서관의 전문적인 활동 가운데에서 중요한 핵심을 이루고 있는데, 이것의 기원은 S.R. Ranganathan (Reference Service, 1940)의 도서관의 5대원칙에서 도서관의 참고업무가 출발되었다. 여기서 발출한 참고업무가 현실적으로 많은 제약과 한정된 도서관 자원 속에서 이용자에 대한 효과적인 활동의 방법.평가 등 많은 문제가 존재하고 있다. 그러므로 새로운 시점, 새로운 발상, 새로운 수법에 이한 문제의 해명을 위한 연구 개발이 필요하다고 할 수 있으며, 참고업무에 관한 문제 해명은 금준의 도서관학의 중요한 논제가 되리라는 것을 의심할 여지가 없다. 이러한 비제에 참고사서가 어떻게 대처해 나아가야 할 것인가 하는 문제에 대해 만은 암시를 얻을 수 있는 자료가 되리라 믿어 소개하는 바이다.
