A Study on an Performance Improvement of FIR Digital Filter using Window Function Design Method (창함수 설계 기법을 이용한 FIR 디지털 필터의 성능 향상에 관한 연구)

  • In recent years, digital processing techniques have been applied diversity of fields. Typical signal processing techniques are speech processing and image processing. And filters for the signal processing can be divided in FIR (finite impulse response) filter and IIR (infinite impulse response) filter. Compared with IIR filter, the FIR Filter has a defect of high-degree, but has a merit of stability and uses simply. Futhermore, FIR filter also has linear phase response characteristics, it is using in fields regarding wave information importantly. To FIR Filter design, the main issue is to remove the Gibbs phenomenon. Therefore, in this paper I was proposed a method using FIR digital filter applied a modified window function and the method was compared with conventional methods.

  • Ever more so than any other times, today's corporations today face an ultimate issue of acquiring highest work expertise for their employees. However, most of current academic researches try to focus on what factors comprise an expertise while they fail to tackle the very issue of detailed numerical measurement of the expertise factors recommended improvement paths, and goals for each measured expertise level. Hence, this study suggests more objective and highly reliable identification of work competence measurement factors and the correlation among the identified factors. For details, it tries to propose a methodology of expertise measurement by developing into the definition of experts and expertise, reestablishment of expertise factors, determination of reference points of the expertise factors, and weighting of the factors. This measurement methodology finds that it itself has significant correlation with existing work competency level measurement and test tools. Therefore it is identified to justify its effectiveness. Finally, this study proposes an action point of establishing a national expertise architecture and its frameworks for various societies in general.

  • 개요- 반도체 시장의 확대 및 소자의 고집적화와 장비의 초정밀화 등 고정도 생산성을 요구하는 현대 진공산업 시장에서는 정밀한 제품을 대량으로 생산할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있는 대용량 장비의 수요가 급증하고 있다. 서론- 하루가 다르게 발전하는 기술 경쟁 사회에서는 보다 성능이 좋은 제품을 다른 국가 또는 다른 업체와 차별화된 기술적 우위를 선점해야 한다. 본문-이에따라, 고신뢰도, 고생산성이 요구되는 진공산업 시장에 발맞추기 위한 일환으로 크라이오 펌프의 재생시간을 단축시켜 생산성 향상을 높이고, 기존의 제품에서 소비자가 느꼈던 진동을 최소로 줄일 수 있도록 저진동 제품의 설계를 통한 고객 만족의 제품을 개발함과 동시에, 맥동관 냉동기의 기술상업화를 꾀한 극저온기술 영역의 발전을 함께 도모하고자 한다. 현재까지는 국내의 일부 정부출연 연구소와 학교, 일부 특수산업 분야에서만 크라이오 펌프를 사용하고 있으나, 상업적인 설계 및 생산은 완전히 전무한 상태이다. 이는 진공시장의 잠재적인 성장을 고려할 때 국산화가 시급한 상황이다. 이러한, 상황을 고려하여 현재 기계연구원과 우성진공, 국민대학교가 맥동관 냉동기를 접목시킨 급속재생형 저진동 크라이오 펌프를 지난 2008년부터 산학연 협동으로 개발 진행 중에 있다. 크라이오 펌프의 핵심 기술은 냉동기의 효율에 있다고 볼 수 있으며, 이러한 냉동기의 효과를 높이기 위하여, 제작 공정에 진공 브레이징을 사용하여, 열교환기와 교환기 내의 충진재들과의 정확한 간극을 유지하면서 접합을 할 수 있는 환경요건을 지속적인 실험을 통해 지식을 습득하고 있다. 진공 브레이징은 외관을 아름답고 정교하게 접합할 수 있으므로, 추후 상품으로의 가치를 높일 수 있으며, 서로 다른 이종금속 간의 접합이 가능하여 열교환기의 무산소동과 스테인레스 튜브와의 접합을 가능하게 할 수 있었다. 진공브레이징에 쓰이는 모재는 여러가지가 있으며, 접합의 환경 또한 일반 용접보다 다양하므로 여러번의 실험을 통한다면, 성능은 우수하면서 외관으로 손색이 없는 개발품이 나올수 있겠다는 의견이 모아지고 있는 중이다. 본론- 아직까지는 미국의 CTI사나 일본의 ULVAC 등의 크라이오 펌프의 선진 기업에 비해 기술력이 많이 부족하기는 하지만, 아직 많은 부분이 미개발된 분야이고, 향후 후발국과의 차별을 두어 선진기술을 확보하기 위해서는 기존의 방식을 단순히 따라하는 것이 아닌 남들과 다른 원천기술의 확보가 더 필요하며, 이를 위해 부단한 노력과 시행착오를 거쳐 맥동관 냉동기형 크라이오 펌프라는 기술을 확보할 예정이다.

  • The issue of waste and its recycling is perceived as a worldwide environmental problem, and the plastic waste is perceived as the biggest social problem threatening the lives of mankind. The vertical protective net, manufactured by using the plastic resin is vertically installed on the outside in case of formwork at the construction site, in order to prevent the fallen objects and scattered dusts. The objective of this study is to understand the actual use status of vertical protective net in the construction site, to examine the changes in the environment-related regulations recently strengthened in the construction site, and also to improve the field technicians' perception of it. And based on it, this study aims to suggest the measures for using the rational and environment-friendly materials and also for promoting the recycling of vertical protective net as the vertical protective nets made of plastic resin are thoughtlessly used in the construction site.

  • In the present age, a vehicle works important part in our lives and economical domain that transport people, freights, and everything. And both of its number and value are increasing more and more. But user's convenience, control system could not be archived improvement than technological success. In this paper, we suggest some kinds of administrative agendas; simplifying executive processes, designing vehicle information system using by RFID which includes Ubiquitous skill and optical communication network. Especially, this paper suggests public vehicle control model which can simplify every executive processes of vehicle's life in the newest method. There are many kinds of RFID applicative products about transportation. And a dual invest should be interrupted for economical purpose. So this paper also proposes some way for problems of these types.

  • The use of digital filters in the signal process field is increasing rapidly with development of the modern industrial society. Especially, detail processors, Y/C separators, ghost removing filters, standard converters (NTSC to PAL or PAL to NTSC) and noise reducers, all of which use digital filters, tend to be used in digital video and audio processing, CATV and various communication fields. Generally, there are two different digital filters, the Rf (infinite impulse response) filter and the FIR (finite impulse response) filter in digital filter. In this paper, we have designed FIR filter which has the phase linearity and the easiness of creation. In the design of the FIR digital filter, the window function is used to alleviate the ripples caused by Gibbs Phenomenon around the cut off frequency of the band pass. But there're some problems to choose proper window function for the design destination due to its fixed values. Therefore, in this paper, we designed a modified Hanning window with new parameter which is adaptively chosen corresponding to design objectives. The digital filter was simulated to prove the validity of the model and it was compared with the Hamming, the Manning, the Blacknan and the Kaiser window function. And we have used peak side-lobe and transient characteristics as standard of judgement.

  • As the quality of life increases, the demand for enjoyment of leisure culture is increasing in modem society. This has led to the growth of cultural industries, creating many new cultural industries, and due to its recent engagement with digital technology, the development of digital cultural contents has rapidly expanded. As an integrated art field grafted with high technology, the game industry in particular is fusible with other various fields to create new leisure cultures. Taking these periodic conditions into consideration, this essay has presented a promotion scheme for game culture street based on the characteristics of game culture that make it easy for anyone to access. Game culture material signifies the grafting of cultural game characteristics to the physical platform of street, to provide, not only diverse applications of game culture, but also a market for vitalized game industries. This essay has researched the validity and components of game culture material promotion, along with promotion schemes for physical street.

  • There has been an agreement on the necessity for each citizen is to be educated, so called, to develop quantitative literacy or statistical literacy, dealing with real world data. For this reason, it is highly demanded to improve traditional statistics education. In particular, critical thought and statistical communication competency cultivation is becoming more crucial in statistics classes. In line with this reform movement in statistics education, we developed tasks facilitating statistical debate among students through inducing cognitive conflict. The tasks employed for this study resulted in playing crucial role to activate statistical debate. Including aforementioned feature about the tasks for this study, we obtained several positive results such as promoting critical thought and conceptual extension by designed teaching experiment focusing on statistical debate.

  • The stress of modern society as the biggest areas of interest are being considered to be the cause of all disease. These stresses affect the brain, particularly in the unusual, the reduction of alpha-wave is that it happens. In this study, about the stress of alfa-wave EDT alternative medicine techniques to evaluate whether the positive impact is on. Application of the 10 minutes 2 times a week carried out two weeks with the following conclusions were protruding. Alternative Medicine EDT to apply techniques to stabilize the meaning of the EEG alpha and beta wave of the increase was reduced, showed no significant effect in reducing gamma-wave suggest that there is some help. Through these results, EDT alternative medicine technique stress in alfa-wave because of the significant effects in improving elementary school teachers on stress management and emphasizes the necessity of actively used.

  • In the whole world the Attack Technologies of cyber warfare in modern society are growing faster and complicated. The frequency of the new attacks is shorter than before day by day. The defense technologies and experts against these attacks are very few. One of answers to solve these problems is the cyber range as a test-bed to prepare the cyber warfare considered by many countries. This paper examines the foreign cases and similar systems, collects and analyzes various attributes for cyber range. Finally it refines them through system engineering processes. In these processes missions and concepts for administration are set with architecture framework. The logical architecture is designed. Based on designed architecture two goals, defense technologies and procurement of experts, are established. And it shows effective and persistent administration of cyber range.
